With the development of central-private enterprises integration,selecting suitable key suppliers are able to provide core components for smart complex equipment.We consider selecting suitable key suppliers from matchi...With the development of central-private enterprises integration,selecting suitable key suppliers are able to provide core components for smart complex equipment.We consider selecting suitable key suppliers from matching perspective,for it not only satisfies natural development of smart complex equipment,it is also a good implementation of equipment project in central-private enterprises integration context.In in this paper,we carry out two parts of research,one is evaluation attributes based on comprehensive analysis,and the other is matching process between key suppliers and core components based on the matching attribute.In practical analysis process,we employ comprehensive evaluated analysis methods to acquire relevant attributes for the matching process that follows.In the analysis process,we adopt entropy-maximum deviation method(MDM)-decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory(DEMATEL)-technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)to obtain a comprehensive analysis.The entropy-MDM is applied to get weight value,DEMATEL is utilized to obtain internal relations,and TOPSIS is adopted to get ideal evaluated solution.We consider aggregating two types of evaluation information according to similarities of smart complex equipment based on the combination between geometric mean and arithmetic mean.Moreover,based on the aforementioned attributes and generalized power Heronian mean operator,we aggregate preference information to acquire relevant satisfaction degree,then combine the constructed matching model to get suitable key supplier.Through comprehensive analysis of selecting suitable suppliers,we know that two-sided matching and information aggregation can provide more research perspectives for smart complex equipment.Through analysis for relevant factors,we find that leading role and service level are also significant for the smart complex equipment development process.展开更多

The unique varietal characteristics of SPR are pigmented, glutinous, good-yie...Special Purpose Rice (SPR) is a technology that consists of different rice varieties that were developed by Central Luzon State University. The unique varietal characteristics of SPR are pigmented, glutinous, good-yielding varieties planted in lowland areas. This study was conducted to increase farmers’ income through employing different promotion and extension activities and enterprise development. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Cost and return and benefit-cost analysis were used to determine the financial benefits of using the SPR in different production systems. Results revealed that incorporating the following parameters is critical in the sustainable adoption of the SPR. Amongst them are: ensuring that recommended production technologies are strictly followed by the farmers, ensuring the quality of seeds for planting, the presence of a market for the produce, engaging the farmers in value-adding activities like processing, capability development in entrepreneurship, and adopting clustering approach of the farmers to address economies of scale in marketing and processing. The use of SPR produced an average yield of 6.11 MT/ha and 5.04 MT/ha during the dry and wet seasons from 2021-2023, respectively, higher than the usual varieties of inbred rice. The net benefit from producing a CLS-2 variety of SPR is higher than regular rice, having an average difference of Php 22,355.53 per hectare from 2021-2023.展开更多

At the same time, the comparative advantage of China's labor force has attracted a large number of investors, and the export volume has increased year by year, becoming a major exporter. However, in recent years, China's population has been aging seriously, the surplus labor force in rural areas has decreased, and the phenomenon of low fertility has led to the continuous decrease of the newly added labor force of the right age, which has directly led to the shortage of labor supply. There is a shortage of staff everywhere, forcing the labor cost to increase. In addition, the people's general awareness of safeguarding their rights has begun to increase, and China's minimum wage standard system has also been implemented across the country, resulting in the rising cost of labor in China. Based on the matching data of China's industrial enterprise database, industry panel data and customs import and export database, this paper uses a fixed effect model to study the relationship between changes in labor costs and export efficiency of enterprises, taking into account the possible impact of total industry output value, average industry size and exchange rate. The study finds that: the increase in labor costs has significant negative impact on export efficiency. Therefore, this research is based on the total output value of the industry and the average enterprise scale to significantly promote the export. According to the theory of comparative advantage, this research explores the causal relationship between labor cost and enterprise export through empirical analysis. It is hoped that Chinese enterprises can maintain their core competitiveness in the international market on the basis of enhancing economic benefits.展开更多
