From the perspective of development effect, muddy interlayer has a great impact on the oilfield. In this paper, through core identification and well logging identification, the electrical discrimination standard is summarized to identify the interlayer. Through statistics and analysis of the production performance of actual wells, the influence of muddy interlayer on the development performance of oil wells is summarized. Theoretical analysis of the conical premixed flame response to upstream velocity disturbances considering flame speed development effects

The effect of upstream velocity pertuibations on the response of a premixed flame was investigated in terms of the flame transfer function dependency on excitation frequency.In this study,the assumption of constant flame speed was extended and the effect of flame speed development was considered;i.e.,the flame speed would grow with the time after ignition or with the distance from a flame-holder.In the present study,the kinematics of a conical flame was investigated by linearization of the front tracking equation of flame to uniform and convected fluctuations of the flow velocity and the response was compared with that of a V-shaped flame and the experimental data in the previous studies.The results show that the effect of flame speed development could influence a decreasing gain and increase the phase of the flame response to the uniform velocity oscillations in low and moderate frequencies.Comparing the variations in the gain of flame response upon normalized frequency,show that a conical flame has lower values than the V-flame.In other woods,these flames might be less susceptible to combustion instabilities than the V-flames.Furthennore,the variations in phase of the V-flames responses,which show a quasi-linear behavior with normalized frequency,have higher values than the saturated behavior in phase of the conical flame responses.Also,considering that the flame speed development induces an increase in the gain and phase of the conical flame response to the convected velocity oscillations in certain frequencies;because the developed flame front has longer length in comparison to the flame front in constant flame speed model.Therefore,the flame length may be longer than convective wavelength and the heat release would be generated in different points of the flame;consequently the flow oscillations might exert a stronger impact on the unsteady heat release fluctuations. 展开更多

The dynamics of blood lead (Pb-B) and blood zinc protoporphyrin (ZPP-B) of women in early pregnancy and parturient women with lead exposure and the effects on fetus development were investigated. Pb-B of lead-exposed women was high: 0.984 μmol/L (20.38 μg/dl) and ZPP was 84.52μg/dl. Cord blood Pb-B was 0.896 μmol/L(18.56μg/dl)and cord blood ZPP was 69.24μg/dl. In the control group, Pb-B was 0.261μmol/L(5.41μg/dl), ZPP-B, 37.59 μg/dl, cord blood, Pb-B 0.34 μmol/L (7.93 μg/dl), and cord ZPP-B 49.0μg/dl. There was a significant correlation between blood lead and blood ZPP, maternal Pb-B and cord Pb-B, maternal Pb-B and cord ZPP-B. The significance of the consistency of high level Pb-B and the effects on fetus development is discussed. 展开更多

In order to understand the occurrence and the developmental regularity of seabuckthorn carpenterworm (Holcocerus hippophaecolus) and predict its population density, the developmental threshold temperature (C) and effective accumulative tem- perature (K) of the carpenterworm pupae and eggs were analyzed under the conditions of constant and variable temperatures. The results show that the values of C and K of the carpenterworm pupae are (12.1 ± 0.2) °C and (295.2 ± 4.1) day-degrees at constant temperatures, and (15.5 ± 0.4) °C and (202.4 ± 13.1) day-degrees at variable temperatures. However, the values of C and K of the eggs at variable temperatures are (16.7 ± 0.8) °C and (101.5 ± 12.6) day-degrees. The differences of developmental threshold and effective accumulative temperature under the conditions of constant and variable temperatures of the carpenterworm pupae accord with the developmental regularity of most insects in nature. By comparing five different constant temperatures, the conclusion is that the optimum developmental temperature of the pupae is 21 °C when both the pupation of the mature larvae and the eclosion of the pupae are very accordant. Moreover, the percentage of eclosion is over 90%. The average developmental durations of the carpenter- worm pupae and eggs are 31 and 16 d at variable temperatures. 展开更多

Featuring a vast distribution, a low abundance,unfavorable reservoir conditions, ultra-low permeability and a fast production decline, shale gas is more difficult to develop than conventional natural gas, as it needs advanced drilling and completion technology to develop. During the early stage of shale gas exploration and development, the United States offered enterprises necessary incentives such as tax reductions and exemptions and subsidies to achieve sustainable shale gas development and encourage technological progresses. By comparing the state of China's shale gas development with that of the US' in terms of geological conditions, production technology,market price, tax relief, subsidy periods and amount, this paper intends to put forward related suggestions for the effective development of shale gas according to the current status of development. 展开更多

In order to understand the occurrence and development of Semanotus bifasciatus (Motschulsky), a borer insect of Platycladus orientalis in parts of northern and eastern China and to improve its prediction, the developmental threshold temperature (C1) and effective accumulated temperature (K) of S. bifasciatus were determined under conditions of constant and variable temperatures. The results show that under constant temperatures the value of C1 has a range of 8.90±1.77℃and the value of K lies between 95.19±13.14 degree-day for eggs; the values for larvae are C1= 13.26±3.06℃ and the number of degree-day is K 2,885.07±187.87 degree-day; for pupae the ranges are C1 = 8.93±2.49℃ and K= 131.20±25.63 degree-day. Under the condition of ambient temperatures, the values for eggs are C1= 17.33±1.24℃ and K= 70.79±8.99 degree-day. It is suggested that S. bifasciatus adults over-winter in a state of dormancy, not at a diapause. Warm winter may accelerate the life cycle ofS. bifasciatus. Equations can be used to predict an early occurrence ofS. bifasciatus. 展开更多

[ Result] The developmental durations of various states of P. brevitarsis were shortened with the increasing temperature ranged from 21 ℃ to 36 ℃ ; the developmental rates were accelerated with the increasing temperature. The developmental threshold temperatures of egg, larva, pupa and pre-ovipesition of adult were estimated to be 12.79, 9.15, 14.86 and 13.80 ℃, respectively; the effective accumulated temperature were 136.25, 3 031.31,308.92 and 98.35 d · ℃, respectively. The developmental threshold temperature and effective amcumulated temperature for one complete generation were 9.96 ℃ and 3 628.73 d · ℃, re- spectively. Combined with meteorological data, the theoretical generation number of P. brevitarsis occurred in Shihezi was presumed to be one per year, which was basically coincided with actual occurrence generations in fields. In total, 139 monozygotic and 95 dizygotictwin pairs aged from 5 to 18 years were recruited.The twin correlations of total hand and wrist scoresfor monozygotic (MZ) and dizygotic (DZ) twins were0.71 and 0.36, respectively. Bivariate modelanalysis showed moderate genetic correlations onlyfor total skeletal maturity vs. weight and totalskeletal maturity vs. waist circumference (r, 0.51and 0.46, respectively). Our findings demonstratedthat genetic factors played important roles in bonedevelopment of the hand and wrist in Chineseyoung twins, and that these genetic effects mightbe distinct from those influencing anthropometricmeasures. 展开更多

Based on the newest understandings of geological assessment and new progresses in engineering technologies in the development of shale gas rich in the southern Sichuan Basin,this paper analyzed the shale gas enrichment laws and the key factors of its commercial production,discussed the scale and efficient development modes,and clarified the further developing orientation.The following findings were concluded.(1)The Lower Silurian Longmaxi shale is the sweetest spot in this study area with a low density and a high uranium/thorium(U/Th)ratio,TOC content,quartz content,and free gas content.Besides,its distribution laws are mainly controlled by the sedimentary facies of deep water shelf.(2)The overpressured zones away from the ancient(present)erosion zones and large faults,mainly controlled by multi-stage tectonic evolution,belong to the most favorable sweet spots not only because there are well-developed organic matters and pores but the produced gas there is mainly of secondary cracking retention oil.(3)Layout,drilling,completion(fracturing)and management of wells will be essential to achieve high productions in the shale gas production.(4)The existing main technologies have helped achieve efficient development of quality shale gas resources underground less than 3500 m in such national shale gas demonstration zones as ChangningeWeiyuan,Zhaotong,etc.Also,there shows a good potential of shale gas resources in those shallower strata and the strata with the burial depth of 3500-4000 m.In conclusion,with the help of continuous progress in technologies,an annual shale gas production rate of 40 billion cubic meters will be possibly achieved in this study area. 展开更多

[Objectives] This study was conducted to expand the insect resistance spectrum of tea saponin, and its control effect on Cylas formicarius and the potential as an insecticide for pest control were explored. [Methods] The olfactory avoidance rate of C. formicarius to tea saponin aqueous solution was determined by Y-type olfactometer;the feeding avoidance rate of C. formicarius to tea saponin was determined by the selective method;the antifeedant rate of C. formicarius to tea saponin was determined by non-selective method;and the development duration and mortality of C. formicarius under the influence of tea saponin were determined by artificial feeding method. [Results] C. formicarius had no significant olfactory tendency to every concentration of tea saponin, and the olfactory avoidance rate of 20.0% tea saponin aqueous solution was only 9.14%. Tea saponin had a feeding avoidance effect on C. formicarius, and the avoidance rate increased with the increase of tea saponin concentration. At 6 h, the feeding avoidance rates of 0.5%, 1.0%, 5.0%, 10.0% and 20.0% tea saponin on C. formicarius were 58.14%, 77.77%, 88.23%, 95.00% and 97.65 %, respectively;and the feeding avoidance effect at 6 h was significant, and the feeding avoidance rate was higher than that of 1 h. Tea saponin had a significant antifeedant effect on C. formicarius, and the longer the feeding time, the higher the antifeedant rate. At 72 h, the antifeedant rates of 0.5%, 1.0%, 5.0%, 10.0 % and 20.0% tea saponin to C. formicarius were 63.01%, 67.54%, 97.14 %, 96.42% and 98.57%, respectively. The larval development duration of C. formicarius was shortened with the increase of tea saponin concentration, and the larval death occurred. The development duration of larvae under the influence of 1.0% tea saponin was the shortest, which was 4.01 d shorter than that of the control, and the mortality was the highest, which was 26.65%. [Conclusions] Tea saponin had neither olfactory avoidance effect nor olfactory attracting effect to C. formicarius, but had obvious feeding avoidance effect and strong antifeedant effect. Tea saponin can shorten the development duration of the larvae of C. formicarius and cause the death of the larvae. 展开更多

【目的】探究吡虫啉预处理水稻对稻瘿蚊的抑制效应及其对水稻次生代谢物总酚含量的影响,为解析广西稻区稻瘿蚊种群衰退机制提供新的理论支撑。【方法】采用稻瘿蚊致害性国际标准苗期筛选法、害虫生物学常规观测法和分光光度法等系统测... 【目的】探究吡虫啉预处理水稻对稻瘿蚊的抑制效应及其对水稻次生代谢物总酚含量的影响,为解析广西稻区稻瘿蚊种群衰退机制提供新的理论支撑。【方法】采用稻瘿蚊致害性国际标准苗期筛选法、害虫生物学常规观测法和分光光度法等系统测定吡虫啉预处理水稻不同间隔时间接入稻瘿蚊后对水稻标葱率、害虫产卵量、卵孵化率及幼虫发育进程的抑制效应,并分析水稻次生代谢物总酚含量的动态变化及其与水稻标葱率之间的关系。【结果】吡虫啉拌种(药后5~25 d接入稻瘿蚊)和喷雾(药后1~20 d接入稻瘿蚊)均极显著抑制稻瘿蚊侵染(P<0.01,下同),水稻标葱率分别为0~3.95%和0~4.51%。拌种药后13 d接虫,稻瘿蚊产卵量显著降低(P<0.05,下同),为42.33粒/10头,但卵孵化率高达69.32%,极显著高于清水对照处理;药后18~23 d接虫,稻瘿蚊产卵量和卵孵化率与对照无显著差异(P>0.05,下同)。喷雾药后5 d接虫,稻瘿蚊产卵量(21.00粒/10头)极显著低于对照,但药后10~15 d接虫,稻瘿蚊产卵量与清水对照处理无显著差异。拌种13 d或喷雾5 d后接虫的稻瘿蚊幼虫发育受阻,接虫后9~19 d拌种组幼虫体长0.43~0.59 mm、喷雾组幼虫体长0.43~0.48 mm、清水对照组幼虫体长0.82~2.47 mm,至接虫后22 d时药剂处理组幼虫仍处于低龄发育阶段,而对照组已完成化蛹,发育进程差异极显著。进一步分析发现,拌种和喷雾2种施药处理均诱导水稻总酚含量增多,但整体随时间推移逐渐递减,且其动态变化与水稻标葱率呈显著负相关。【结论】吡虫啉预处理通过诱导水稻总酚积累形成早期抗虫防御机制,实现对稻瘿蚊种群动态的间接调控。 展开更多
