A newly emerging design pattern, named as adaptable design (AD), which aims at developing products that are adaptable from design to post-life cycle, is discussed. AD consists of four main phases: product modeling, design platform, specific design and product redesign. A new process-based design data model (PDDM) is presented which is organized according to the principles of convenient knowledge extraction, data representation, layout, sharing and reuse. Based on the PDDM, a universal design platform for product family development is established, which has characters of modularity, parameter-driven, variant design, etc. The framework of the platform is also proposed as a conceptual structure and overall logical organization for generating a family of products. AD methodology is successfully applied to develop a family of tunnel boring machine (TBM) for different engineering projects, with the efficiency of our developing team being greatly increased. 展开更多

In order to improve the fire resistance,water resistance and wear resistance of ordinary plywood products in the wood processing industry,three composite structures of plywood products S1,S2 and S3 were designed in this paper,and a reasonable production process was proposed.Through the physical and mechanical properties and fire resistance testing and technical and economic analysis,the applicability of composite plywood was evaluated.The results of the study showed that the physical mechanics of the three kinds of composite structure plywood met the standard requirements,and their fire resistance was far better than that of ordinary plywood.Among them,the S1 structural board had the best overall physical and mechanical properties.The S3 structural board showed the best fire resistance,which was about 1.9 times more than that of ordinary plywood,and the added cost was the lowest.The thin cork board added to the S2 structural board had poor fire performance since the air in the cork board cavities had a certain combustion-supporting effect,which inhibited the fire resistance of high-pressure laminate(HPL)layer.Moreover,the additional cost of the S2 board was the highest,and its comprehensive performance was the worst.The S3 structural plywood product composed of HPL fireproof board with a thickness of about 1 mm in the surface layer and ordinary plywood with a thickness of about 12 mm in the core layer was the most cost-effective product,which could meet the needs of various fields such as construction,home furnishing,decoration and transportation. 展开更多

The seismic design and analysis of nuclear power plant (NPP) begin with the seismic hazard assessment and design ground motion development for the site. The following steps are needed for the seismic hazard assessment and design ground motion development:a. the development of regional seismo-tectonic model with seismic source areas within 500 km radius centered to the site;b. the development of strong motion prediction equations; c. logic three development for taking into account uncertainties and seismic hazard quantification;d. the development of uniform hazard response spectra for ground motion at the site;e. simulation of acceleration time histories compatible with uniform hazard response spectra. The following phase two in seismic design of NPP structures is the analysis of structural response for the design ground motion. This second phase of the process consists of the following steps:a. development of structural models of the plant buildings;b. development of the soil model underneath the plant buildings for soilstructure interaction response analysis;c. determination of instructure response spectra for the plant buildings for the equipment response analysis. In the third phase of the seismic design and analysis the equipment is analyzed on the basis of in-structure response spectra. For this purpose the structural models of the mechanical components and piping in the plant are set up. In large 3D-structural models used today the heaviest equipment of the primary coolant circuit is included in the structural model of the reactor building. In the fourth phase the electrical equipment and automation and control equipment are seismically qualified with the aid of the in-structure spectra developed in the phase two using large three-axial shaking tables. For this purpose the smoothed envelope spectra for calculated in-structure spectra are constructed and acceleration time is fitted to these smoothed envelope spectra. 展开更多

In this paper we have developed a data logging and monitoring system, we validated the system by comparing the result from it with the existing one and found that the system performs slightly better than the existing work in the same area. This implies that the data logger and monitoring system is good and can be used to monitor solar energy variables even at the comfort of our homes. We fitted a model to the generated data and found that the meteorological variables considered accounted for 99.88% of the power output in the rainy seasons while 0.12% of the variation was not explained due to other factors. Solar panels inclined at an angle of 5&deg; (Tilt) and facing South Pole perform optimally. 展开更多

目的:探讨低收入家庭青少年情绪问题发展轨迹的异质性及其影响因素。方法:采用聚合交叉设计对504名低收入家庭青少年(M=13.99±1.84岁;男生188人)进行2年共3次追踪调查。采用长处与困难问卷情绪问题分量表对青少年的情绪问题进行评... 目的:探讨低收入家庭青少年情绪问题发展轨迹的异质性及其影响因素。方法:采用聚合交叉设计对504名低收入家庭青少年(M=13.99±1.84岁;男生188人)进行2年共3次追踪调查。采用长处与困难问卷情绪问题分量表对青少年的情绪问题进行评估,并采用父母教养方式量表、学校联结量表、自尊量表、儿童希望量表、简易应对方式量表对影响因素进行评估。结果:(1)低收入家庭青少年情绪问题的亚群组可以分为四组:恒低组、缓解组、陡升组以及恒高组;(2)母亲教养方式、学校联结、希望、自尊以及消极应对方式对低收入家庭青少年情绪问题各个亚群组的预测作用均显著。结论:低收入家庭青少年的情绪问题可以分为恒低组、缓解组、陡升组以及恒高组四个亚群组。同时,母亲关爱与控制、高学校联结、高自尊以及高希望可以缓解低收入家庭青少年情绪问题的维持和加剧,而消极的应对方式会加剧情绪问题。 展开更多

目的探讨3D设计与打印技术在儿童发育性髋脱位(DDH)矫形术中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年9月宜春市人民医院收治的20例DDH患儿作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分为研究组与对照组,每组10例。对照组采用常规手术治疗,研究组采... 目的探讨3D设计与打印技术在儿童发育性髋脱位(DDH)矫形术中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年9月宜春市人民医院收治的20例DDH患儿作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同分为研究组与对照组,每组10例。对照组采用常规手术治疗,研究组采用3D设计与打印技术进行手术治疗,比较两组围手术期指标、形态学参数、治疗前后Harris髋关节功能评分(Harris评分)及肢体运动功能[Fugl-Meyer肢体运动功能评分(FMA)]、治疗优良率及并发症发生情况。结果研究组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量、辐射次数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组股骨前倾角、髋臼短轴、髋臼长轴、髋臼表面积、髋臼容积比较差异均无统计学意义。治疗后,两组Harris、FMA评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组Mackay临床评价分级、Severin髋关节X线分级优良率比较差异无统计学意义。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论DDH手术治疗中应用3D设计与打印技术效果显著,可有效促进患儿术后髋关节功能与运动功能恢复。 展开更多

目的:探讨头针治疗精神发育迟滞儿童的留针方案。方法:以精神发育迟滞为主要症状的患儿进行头针治疗干预,以留针时间的长短(1 h、2 h、4 h)和捻针频率(10 min/次、20 min/次、30 min/次)两种参数组成的9种方案对患儿进行分组。治疗前后... 目的:探讨头针治疗精神发育迟滞儿童的留针方案。方法:以精神发育迟滞为主要症状的患儿进行头针治疗干预,以留针时间的长短(1 h、2 h、4 h)和捻针频率(10 min/次、20 min/次、30 min/次)两种参数组成的9种方案对患儿进行分组。治疗前后用格塞尔和日常生活能力评定量表进行评定对比,观察不同留针方案对精神发育迟滞患儿的干预效果。结果:头针治疗效果受留针时间,捻针频率的影响,对不同的效应指标,留针时间,捻针频率的影响大小不同。留针时间对于改善患儿的发育商具有重要影响,而捻针频率则对日常生活能力评定产生较大影响。结论:头针治疗精神发育迟滞儿童配合留针4 h,并且捻针频率为10 min/次的留针方案可取得最佳效应。 展开更多
