The outstanding performance of students in four Chinese provinces and municipalities in the Program for International Student Assessment(PISA)2018 is inextricably linked to local resource support,excellent education t...The outstanding performance of students in four Chinese provinces and municipalities in the Program for International Student Assessment(PISA)2018 is inextricably linked to local resource support,excellent education traditions,and ongoing curriculum and teaching reform.However,deepening education reform requires attention to existing challenges,including large inter-school gaps,the shortage of teachers in urban and rural areas,as well as students’heavy schoolwork burden and low level of well-being.Therefore,several policy suggestions are proposed accordingly:gaining insight into and developing higher quality and fairer education,pursuing effective actions of education reform,and exploring innovative pathways to address educational problems.展开更多
目的探讨新生儿个体化发育支持和评估项目(newborn individualized development care and assessment program,NIDCAP)在早期早产儿全身运动(general movements,GMs)中的应用价值,旨在临床上对早产儿进行早期干预,改善神经发育预后。方...目的探讨新生儿个体化发育支持和评估项目(newborn individualized development care and assessment program,NIDCAP)在早期早产儿全身运动(general movements,GMs)中的应用价值,旨在临床上对早产儿进行早期干预,改善神经发育预后。方法 2014年1-5月在本院新生儿科住院的早期早产儿为研究对象,分为干预组(n=41)和对照组(n=41)。对于干预组,入院即开始给予NIDCAP干预,对照组给予早产儿常规护理,评估两组早产儿在足月前的GMs。结果正常GMs NIDCAP干预组34例(82.9%),多于对照组[22例(53.6%)],而单调性扭动运动[5例(12.1%)]、痉挛-同步性扭动[2例(4.8%)]例数均少于对照组[分别为12例(29.2%)和7例(17.0%)],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过NIDCAP干预可提高早期早产儿足月前正常GMs发生率,减少异常GMs发生率,可能会对神经发育结局有影响。展开更多
BACKGROUND The management of offenders with mental disorders has been a significant concern in forensic psychiatry.In Japan,the introduction of the Medical Treatment and Supervision Act in 2005 addressed the issue.How...BACKGROUND The management of offenders with mental disorders has been a significant concern in forensic psychiatry.In Japan,the introduction of the Medical Treatment and Supervision Act in 2005 addressed the issue.However,numerous psychiatric patients at risk of violence still find themselves subject to the administrative involuntary hospitalization(AIH)scheme,which lacks clarity and updated standards.AIM To explore current as well as optimized learning strategies for risk assessment in AIH decision making.METHODS We conducted a questionnaire survey among designated psychiatrists to explore their experiences and expectations regarding training methods for psychiatric assessments of offenders with mental disorders.RESULTS The findings of this study’s survey suggest a prevalent reliance on traditional learning approaches such as oral education and on-the-job training.CONCLUSION This underscores the pressing need for structured training protocols in AIH consultations.Moreover,feedback derived from inpatient treatment experiences is identified as a crucial element for enhancing risk assessment skills.展开更多
