In order to determine the design tide levels in the areas without measured tide level data, especially in the areas where it is difficult to measure tidal levels, a calculation method based on a numerical model of tidal current is proposed. The essentials of the method are described, and its application is illustrated with an example. The results of the application show that the design tide levels calculated by the method are close to those determined by long-time measured tide level data, and its calculation precision is high, so it is feasible to use the method to determine the design tide levels in the areas. 展开更多

HLS tools convert algorithms designed in C into hardware modules. This approach is a practical choice for developing complex applications. Nevertheless, certain hardware considerations are required when writing C applications for HLS tools. Hence, in order to demonstrate the fundamental hardware design concepts, a case studyis presented. Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) implementation in ANSI C is examined in order to explore the important design issues such as concurrency, data recurrences and memory accesses that need to be resolved before generating the hardware using HLS tools. There are additional language constraints that need to be addressed including use of pointers, recursion and floating point types. 展开更多

It also gives an ASIC design sample to implement this method. A twenty sub-fields scan scheme has been taken into use in the chip to display 256 gray scale levels on a QVGA resolution AM-OLED display screen. The functions of image scaling and rotating have also been implemented for multiply application. The simulation and chip test result show that the chip design has met the design requirements. 展开更多

Objective ofthe model is to maximize improvement rate of customer satisfaction level. Maintenance cost constrainis fuzzy. The algorithm for solution to the model is given. Its optimized results not only giveattention to satisfaction degree of cost constraint, but also maximize objective value. The return level of the joint distribution of flood levels and flood peak discharges was analyzed by Archimedean Gumbel-Hougaard copula and Kendall distribution functions.Using the annual maximum level(H)and discharge(Q)of flood peak at Boluo Hydrologic Station in the Dongjiang River in last 56 years,the"OR"return period,"AND"return period and Kendall return period of their joint distribution and the most likely design flood value were calculated.The main conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows:the Kendall return period can more accurately reflect the risk rate of the combination of flood elements,relative to"OR"return period and"AND"return period.The design value of univariate flood element based on the current specification can meet the design standard.While the design value calculated according to"OR"return period was on the high side,and the design value calculated by the"AND"return period was on low side.Based on the principle of maximum probability,the calculated design value of Kendall return period under the different combinations of flood peak discharge and water level can provide new options for flood control project safety and risk management. 展开更多

Based on a level set model and the homogenization theory, an optimization al- gorithm for ?nding the optimal con?guration of the microstructure with speci?ed properties is proposed, which extends current research on the level set method for structure topology opti- mization. The method proposed employs a level set model to implicitly describe the material interfaces of the microstructure and a Hamilton-Jacobi equation to continuously evolve the ma- terial interfaces until an optimal design is achieved. Meanwhile, the moving velocities of level set are obtained by conducting sensitivity analysis and gradient projection. Besides, how to handle the violated constraints is also discussed in the level set method for topological optimization, and a return-mapping algorithm is constructed. Numerical examples show that the method exhibits outstanding ?exibility of handling topological changes and ?delity of material interface represen- tation as compared with other conventional methods in literatures. 展开更多

As the global temperature continues to increase, the sea level continues to rise at a rapid rate that has never been seen before. This becomes an issue for many facets of life but one of the most impacted is the transportation infrastructure. Many people living in low elevation coastal areas can become trapped by flooding with no way in or out. With Delaware being a coastal state, this would affect a large portion of the population and will have detrimental effects over time if nothing is done to combat sea level rise. The issue with sea level rise in transportation is that once the roads become flooded, they become virtually unusable and detour routes would be needed. If all the roads in a coastal area were to be affected by sea level rise, the options for detours would become limited. This article looks at direct solutions to combat sea level rise and indirect solutions that would specifically help transportation infrastructure and evacuation routes in Delaware. There is not one solution that can fix every problem, so many solutions are laid out to see what is applicable to each affected area. Some solutions include defense structures that would be put close to the coast, raising the elevation of vulnerable roads throughout the state and including pumping stations to drain the water on the surface of the road. With an understanding of all these solutions around the world, the ultimate conclusion came in the form of a six-step plan that Delaware should take in order to best design against sea level rise in these coastal areas. 展开更多

In order to relieve the experience dependence and improve the design, a new Multidisciplinary Design Optimization (MDO) method "Bi-Level Integrated System Collaborative Optimization (BLISCO)" is applied to the conceptual design of an HOV, which consists of hull module, resistance module, energy module, structure module, weight module, and the stability module. This design problem is defined by 21 design variables and 23 constraints, and its objective is to maximize the ratio of payload to weight. The results show that the general performance of the HOV can be greatly improved by BLISCO. 展开更多

MultiSupply Voltage Design (MSVD) technique is mainly used for energy and speed in modern system-on-chip. In MSVD, level shifters are required to allow different voltage supply to shift from the lower power supply voltage to the higher power supply voltage. This new low-power level shifter circuit is also used for fast response and low leakage power consumption. This low leakage power consumption can be achieved through insertion of sleep transistor and proper transistors sizing. The proposed design efficiently converts 100 mv input signal into 1 v output signal and achieves the power of 2.56 nW by using 90 nm technology. 展开更多

在全球气候变化与经济社会快速发展背景下,我国水安全形势日益复杂严峻,传统水利治理模式在预见性、响应速度、决策科学性等方面面临巨大挑战。数字孪生技术作为实现物理世界与信息世界智能交互的前沿范式,为水利治理体系现代化提供了... 在全球气候变化与经济社会快速发展背景下,我国水安全形势日益复杂严峻,传统水利治理模式在预见性、响应速度、决策科学性等方面面临巨大挑战。数字孪生技术作为实现物理世界与信息世界智能交互的前沿范式,为水利治理体系现代化提供了历史性机遇。本文系统梳理了我国数字孪生水利建设在顶层设计、数据模型、典型应用等方面取得的显著进展,深度剖析了数字孪生水利推进过程中暴露出来的管理脱节、技术短板、机制缺失、安全风险四大类问题。针对这些问题,基于“需求牵引、应用至上、数智赋能、提升能力”原则,提出了涵盖管理优化、技术攻坚、机制创新与安全保障四个维度的系统性对策框架。众多实践表明,必须遵循水科学发展和软件工程建设规律,坚持业务驱动、系统推进、持续迭代和安全可控,将技术赋能与水利治理体系重构深度融合,才能推动数字孪生水利从“具有”到“好用、管用”的实质性跨越,确保数字孪生水利行稳致远。 展开更多

超声波-高压咖啡冷萃系统工艺设计与试验

针对传统冷萃工艺耗时、设备效率不足和冷萃咖啡关键制备工艺不成熟等问题,结合超声波萃取技术和高压萃取技术,设计和开发了一种超声波-高压咖啡冷萃系统和工艺。通过在萃取釜上增设可拆卸超声振动组件,将超声波萃取技术和高压萃取技术... 针对传统冷萃工艺耗时、设备效率不足和冷萃咖啡关键制备工艺不成熟等问题,结合超声波萃取技术和高压萃取技术,设计和开发了一种超声波-高压咖啡冷萃系统和工艺。通过在萃取釜上增设可拆卸超声振动组件,将超声波萃取技术和高压萃取技术在同一个容器中进行,缩短萃取工作时长,提高咖啡冷萃效率。利用单因素试验和混合水平正交试验,对超声波冷萃咖啡进行萃取率检测,确定处理1 kg咖啡粉萃取率的最佳超声参数方案为萃取时间30 min、功率1 800 W、频率20 kHz。在咖啡萃取率最佳超声方案的基础上,进行整机萃取试验,结果表明:萃取率随压力增加和萃取时间延长呈上升趋势,其中10~20 min内增速较好,超过20 min后萃取率超过20%,压力在0.6~0.8 MPa区间内萃取率提升显著,0.8 MPa以上增速趋缓;选用萃取压力和萃取时间作为因素进行均匀设计试验,结果表明:最优压力萃取参数为压力1.2 MPa、压力萃取时间10 min。研究可为咖啡精深加工和高值化产品研发提供理论依据和技术支撑。 展开更多

基于公众感知危机情境的政府信息设计赋能效果研究

在突发危机事件情境下,健全的政府信息公开与发布机制是有效应对危机的重要条件。政府应通过恰当的信息设计,提升政府信息在不同危机情境下的赋能效果。为探讨在不同感知危机情境下,政府如何通过情感/告知型信息设计提升赋能效果,本研... 在突发危机事件情境下,健全的政府信息公开与发布机制是有效应对危机的重要条件。政府应通过恰当的信息设计,提升政府信息在不同危机情境下的赋能效果。为探讨在不同感知危机情境下,政府如何通过情感/告知型信息设计提升赋能效果,本研究基于解释水平理论和赋能理论,构建了公众感知危机情境与政府信息设计的赋能效果理论模型,并采用结构方程模型和模糊集定性比较分析法对241份有效问卷进行分析与验证。本研究发现,公众对危机的心理距离感知正向影响认知赋能和情感赋能。情感型信息设计能显著提升公众的感知赋能,但信息设计在心理距离与感知赋能之间的中介效应未被支持。感知严重性以及悲伤、害怕、憎恨、同情和焦虑等情绪对心理距离影响感知赋能的路径存在不同程度的调节作用。组态分析揭示,感知危机情境、公众心理状态及其与信息设计的组合影响政府信息公开设计的赋能效果。信息设计可通过以情感激发为主的赋能路径、以理性告知为主的赋能路径和情感理性综合赋能的路径提高政府信息公开的赋能效果,以上路径分别适用于不同类型的感知危机情境与公众心理状态。本研究从非正式信息渠道、客观危机情境、感知危机情境与公众心理状态组合类型3个角度讨论以上研究发现,揭示了危机情境下政府信息公开赋能机制的复杂性,可为政府信息公开与传播策略提供实践参考。 展开更多

目的 解决在制造复合材料多级网格结构时,传统纤维缠绕技术容易在节点处产生纤维堆积、架空等缺陷,以及预浸带在深沟槽模具中难以压实成型的技术难题。方法 自主研制了一款轻量化、模块化设计的预浸带专用缠绕头及其精密控制系统。该缠... 目的 解决在制造复合材料多级网格结构时,传统纤维缠绕技术容易在节点处产生纤维堆积、架空等缺陷,以及预浸带在深沟槽模具中难以压实成型的技术难题。方法 自主研制了一款轻量化、模块化设计的预浸带专用缠绕头及其精密控制系统。该缠绕头集成了可灵活调节的丝束导向通道、可实现张力稳定的闭环控制系统、结合“热风加热”与“涡流管冷却”的主动式热管理单元以及用于复杂路径的剪切与重送机构。基于Kagome多级网格的几何特点,规划了“三阶段分层填充”缠绕策略,并通过Python脚本编程生成相应的设备控制代码。为保障复杂构件的顺利脱模,设计并采用了具有“负拔模角”的硅胶-石膏复合柔性模具。结果 成功进行了复合材料圆柱多级网格构件的自动化缠绕成型与固化实验。缠绕过程稳定,节点处纤维堆积现象显著减轻,肋条形貌完整、层间结合紧密,固化脱模后构件尺寸精度良好。轴压测试结果表明,构件最大极限载荷为24 060.60 N,破坏过程呈现典型的层间分离与整体屈曲的渐进损伤模式,验证了结构具有较高的承载能力与损伤容限。结论 本研究验证了所开发的缠绕头及分阶段缠绕工艺用于制备复杂多级网格结构的可行性,为高性能复合材料网格结构的低成本、高质量自动化制造提供了新途径。 展开更多

This paper analyzes the seismicity in Bohai Sea,introducing a shape factor K to characterize the seismic risk distribution in sub-regions of the sea.Based on the seismic design ground motions for 46 platforms located in the Bohai Sea,a statistical analysis was performed for different peak ground acceleration(PGA)ratios at two different probability levels.In accordance with the two-stage design method,a scheme of two seismic design levels is proposed,and two seismic design objectives are established respectively for the strength level earthquake and the ductility level earthquake.By analogy with and comparison to the Chinese seismic design code for buildings,it is proposed that the probability level for the strength level earthquake and ductility level earthquake have a return period of 200 and 1000-2500 years,respectively.The validity of these proposed values is discussed.Finally,the PGAs corresponding to these two probability levels are calculated for different sub-regions of the Bohai Sea. 展开更多

目的基于传统家居设计在空间感知、客户沟通和设计呈现方面存在局限,为提升设计精度和用户体验,提出一种结合虚拟现实(VR)和细节层次(LOD)建模的智能家居设计方法。方法本研究开发基于LOD技术优化的VR家居设计平台,LOD技术通过视距自适... 目的基于传统家居设计在空间感知、客户沟通和设计呈现方面存在局限,为提升设计精度和用户体验,提出一种结合虚拟现实(VR)和细节层次(LOD)建模的智能家居设计方法。方法本研究开发基于LOD技术优化的VR家居设计平台,LOD技术通过视距自适应调整模型精度,减少渲染计算负担,同时优化交互流畅度。实验通过对比传统家居设计方法与VR+LOD方法,在设计全面性、可视性和空间效果等方面评估其改进效果。结果LOD优化的VR设计方法在设计全面性(94.12)、可视性(95.52)和空间效果(96.11)方面的评分均显著高于传统方法(分别为81.73、81.05和81.10)。LOD技术有效降低了VR渲染负担,提高了模型加载效率,使用户在虚拟环境中的交互更流畅,增强了空间感知和设计直观性。结论本研究验证了LOD技术在VR家居设计中的优化作用,为智能家居设计提供了更高效的可视化和交互方案。研究结果不仅为VR技术在家居设计中的应用提供了理论和实践支持,还证明了LOD优化方法能够有效降低设计沟通成本,提高用户体验,并推动智能家居设计向更精准和高效的方向发展。 展开更多

智能建造作为建筑业高质量发展的重要路径,是以智能技术为核心的多技术融合创新模式。在国家政策推动下,目前我国已确立24个智能建造试点城市,正在加快构建技术实施方案与项目评价体系。与传统简单累加技术应用点的评价方式不同,本文创... 智能建造作为建筑业高质量发展的重要路径,是以智能技术为核心的多技术融合创新模式。在国家政策推动下,目前我国已确立24个智能建造试点城市,正在加快构建技术实施方案与项目评价体系。与传统简单累加技术应用点的评价方式不同,本文创新地提出一种基于工程任务数字化设计评价方法。通过评价指标及权重的设置,满足不同项目类型、不同任务颗粒度的评价需求,具备更优的拓展性。并基于实际工程案例的试评价,验证了该评价方法的合理性及可操作性。目前《建筑工程智能建造标准》已采用该方法作为项目智能建造评价的基础,为行业提供了可落地、可参考的项目智能建造评价方案。 展开更多
