In this paper,we present some properties of scattering data for the derivative nonlinear Schrödinger equation in H^(S)(R)(s≥1/2)starting from the Lax pair.We show that the reciprocal of the transmission coefficient can be expressed as the sum of some iterative integrals,and its logarithm can be written as the sum of some connected iterative integrals.We provide the asymptotic properties of the first few iterative integrals of the reciprocal of the transmission coefficient.Moreover,we provide some regularity properties of the reciprocal of the transmission coefficient related to scattering data in H^(S)(R). 展开更多

Based on the method of Hirota's bilinear derivative transform, the derivative nonlinear Schrodinger equation with vanishing boundary condition has been directly solved. The oneand two-soliton solutions are given as two typical examples in the illustration of the general procedures and the concrete cut-off technique of the series-form solution, and the n-soliton solution is also attained by induction method. Our study shows their equivalence to the existing soliton solutions by a simple parameter transformation. The methodological importance of bilinear derivative transform in dealing with an integrable nonlinear equation has also been emphasized. The evolution of one and two-soliton solution with respect to time and space has been discussed in detail. The collision among the solitons has been manifested through an example of two-soliton case, revealing the elastic essence of the collision and the invariance of the soliton form and characteristics. 展开更多

In the steering process of tracked vehicle with hydrostatic drive,the motion and resistance states of the vehicle are always of uncertain and nonlinear characteristics,and these states may undergoe large-scale changes.Therefore,it is significant to enhance the steering stability of tracked vehicle with hydrostatic drive to meet the need of future battlefield.In this paper,a sliding mode control algorithm is proposed and applied to achieve desired yaw rates.The speed controller and the yaw rate controller are designed through the kinematics and dynamics analysis.In addition,the nonlinear derivative and integral sliding mode control algorithm is designed,which is supposed to efficiently reduce the integration saturation and the disturbances from the unsmooth road surfaces through a conditional integrator approach.Moreover,it improves the response speed of the system and reduces the chattering by the derivative controller.The hydrostatic tracked vehicle module is modeled with a multi-body dynamic software RecurDyn and the steering control strategy module is modeled by MATLAB/Simulink.The co-simulation results of the whole model show that the control strategy can improve the vehicle steering response speed and also ensure a smooth control output with small chattering and strong robustness. 展开更多

We study the Peregrine rogue waves within the framework of Derivative Nonlinear Schrödinger equation, which is used to describe the propagation of Alfven waves in plasma physics and sub-picosecond or femtosecond pulses in nonlinear optics. The interaction and degeneration of two soliton-like solutions and its relations for the breather solution have been analyzed. The Peregrine rogue waves have been considered from the two kinds of formation processes: it can be generated through the limitation of the infinitely large period of the breather solutions, and it can be interpreted as the soliton-like solutions with different polarities. As a special example, a special Peregrine rogue wave is generated by a breather solution and phase solution, which is given by the trivial seed (zero solution). 展开更多

In this work,we present a unified transformation method directly by using the inverse scattering method for a generalized derivative nonlinear Schrödinger(DNLS)equation.By establishing a matrix Riemann-Hilbert problem and reconstructing potential function q(x,t)from eigenfunctions{Gj(x,t,η)}3/1 in the inverse problem,the initial-boundary value problems for the generalized DNLS equation on the half-line are discussed.Moreover,we also obtain that the spectral functions f(η),s(η),F(η),S(η)are not independent of each other,but meet an important global relation.As applications,the generalized DNLS equation can be reduced to the Kaup-Newell equation and Chen-Lee-Liu equation on the half-line. 展开更多

We extend Lou's direct perturbation method for solving the nonlinear Schrodinger equation to the case of the derivative nonlinear Schrodinger equation (DNLSE). By applying this method, different types of perturbation solutions are obtained. Based on these approximate solutions, the analytical forms of soliton parameters, such as the velocity, the width and the initial position, are carried out and the effects of perturbation on solitons are analyzed at the same time. A numerical simulation of perturbed DNLSE finally verifies the results of the perturbation method. 展开更多

By means of some algebraic techniques,especially the Binet-Cauchy formula,an explicit multi-soliton solution of the derivative nonlinear Schrdinger equation with vanishing boundary condition is attained based on a pure Marchenko formalism without needing the usual scattering data except for given N simple poles.The one-and two-soliton solutions are given as two special examples in illustration of the general formula of multi-soliton solution.Their effectiveness and equivalence to other approaches are also demonstrated.Meanwhile,the asymptotic behavior of the multi-soliton solution is discussed in detail.It is shown that the N-soliton solution can be viewed as a summation of N one-soliton solutions with a definite displacement and phase shift of each soliton in the whole process(from t→∞to t→+∞)of the elastic collisions. 展开更多

Sincethe dynamics of the system are highly nonlinear and have large extent of model uncertainties, suchas big changes in load and parameters, a derivation and integral sliding mode variable structurecontrol scheme (DI-SVSC) is proposed. An integral controller is introduced to avoid the assumptionthat the derivative of desired signal must be known in conventional sliding mode variable structurecontrol, a nonlinear derivation controller is used to weaken the chattering of system. The designmethod of switching function in integral sliding mode control, nonlinear derivation coefficient andcontrollers of DI-SVSC is presented respectively. Simulation shows that the control approach is ofnice robustness and improves velocity tracking accuracy considerably. 展开更多
