Methods: 62 patients with depression of liver qi stagnation type were randomly selected from...Objective: to analyze the effect of regulating mind and regulating qi acupuncture on depression of liver qi stagnation type. Methods: 62 patients with depression of liver qi stagnation type were randomly selected from March 2021 to March 2022. They were divided into group A (oral Prozac) and group B (acupuncture for regulating mind and regulating qi) by double blind method, and the effects of the two groups were compared. Results: the effective rate of group B (96.77%), the score after treatment (psychological state, TCM syndrome) and the TESS score at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks of treatment were better than those of group A (P0.05). Conclusion: acupuncture therapy of regulating mind and regulating qi is effective and safe for patients with depression of liver qi stagnation type, which is worth popularizing.展开更多
