In order to solve the problems of potential incident rescue on expressway networks, the opportunity cost-based method is used to establish a resource dispatch decision model. The model aims to dispatch the rescue resources from the regional road networks and to obtain the location of the rescue depots and the numbers of service vehicles assigned for the potential incidents. Due to the computational complexity of the decision model, a scene decomposition algorithm is proposed. The algorithm decomposes the dispatch problem from various kinds of resources to a single resource, and determines the original scene of rescue resources based on the rescue requirements and the resource matrix. Finally, a convenient optimal dispatch scheme is obtained by decomposing each original scene and simplifying the objective function. To illustrate the application of the decision model and the algorithm, a case of the expressway network is studied on areas around Nanjing city in China and the results show that the model used and the algorithm proposed are appropriate. 展开更多

Effective source-load prediction and reasonable dispatching are crucial to realize the economic and reliable operations of integrated energy systems(IESs).They can overcome the challenges introduced by the uncertainties of new energies and various types of loads in the IES.Accordingly,a robust optimal dispatching method for the IES based on a robust economic model predictive control(REMPC)strategy considering source-load power interval prediction is proposed.First,an operation model of the IES is established,and an interval prediction model based on the bidirectional long short-term memory network optimized by beetle antenna search and bootstrap is formulated and applied to predict the photovoltaic power and the cooling,heating,and electrical loads.Then,an optimal dispatching scheme based on REMPC is devised for the IES.The source-load interval prediction results are used to improve the robustness of the REPMC and reduce the influence of source-load uncertainties on dispatching.An actual IES case is selected to conduct simulations;the results show that compared with other prediction techniques,the proposed method has higher prediction interval coverage probability and prediction interval normalized averaged width.Moreover,the operational cost of the IES is decreased by the REMPC strategy.With the devised dispatching scheme,the ability of the IES to handle the dispatching risk caused by prediction errors is enhanced.Improved dispatching robustness and operational economy are also achieved. 展开更多

According to the network characteristics and actual state of the water supply system in China, the implicit model, which may be solved by utilizing the hierarchical optimization method, is established. In special, based on the analyses of the water supply system containing variable-speed pumps, a software tool has been developed successfully. The application of this model to the city of Shenyang (China) is compared to experiential strategy. With the construction of new power systems,the power grid has become extremely large,with an increasing proportion of new energy and AC/DC hybrid connections.The dynamic characteristics and fault patterns of the power grid are complex;additionally,power grid control is difficult,operation risks are high,and the task of fault handling is arduous.Traditional power-grid fault handling relies primarily on human experience.The difference in and lack of knowledge reserve of control personnel restrict the accuracy and timeliness of fault handling.Therefore,this mode of operation is no longer suitable for the requirements of new systems.Based on the multi-source heterogeneous data of power grid dispatch,this paper proposes a joint entity–relationship extraction method for power-grid dispatch fault processing based on a pre-trained model,constructs a knowledge graph of power-grid dispatch fault processing and designs,and develops a fault-processing auxiliary decision-making system based on the knowledge graph.It was applied to study a provincial dispatch control center,and it effectively improved the accident processing ability and intelligent level of accident management and control of the power grid. 展开更多

This paper presents a finite-time economic model predictive control(MPC)algorithm that can be used for frequency regulation and optimal load dispatch in multi-area power systems.Economic MPC can be used in a power system to ensure frequency stability,real-time economic optimization,control of the system and optimal load dispatch from it.A generalized terminal penalty term was used,and the finite-time convergence of the system was guaranteed.The effectiveness of the proposed model predictive control algorithm was verified by simulating a power system,which had two areas connected by an AC tie line.The simulation results demonstrated the effectiveness of the algorithm. 展开更多

This paper investigates power generation risk dispatch of hydropower plants in the market environment, and proposes a mathematical model which considers maximization of benefits and risk control, reflects control willingness of risk and benefits, resolves it with the PSO algorithm, finding more economic and reasonable results. 近年来,安徽巢湖流域面临极端天气事件频发、高发态势的挑战。在此背景下,进一步提升董铺-大房郢水库等巢湖支流关键水利工程的防洪调度能力,打造面向水库防洪“四预”(预报、预警、预演、预案)的数字孪生水利工程体系尤为重要。智能调... 近年来,安徽巢湖流域面临极端天气事件频发、高发态势的挑战。在此背景下,进一步提升董铺-大房郢水库等巢湖支流关键水利工程的防洪调度能力,打造面向水库防洪“四预”(预报、预警、预演、预案)的数字孪生水利工程体系尤为重要。智能调度系统作为数字孪生管控平台的核心模块,集成防洪与供水调度模型,支撑精准调度决策。分别建立综合考虑下游防洪安全以及水库和大坝安全的水库典型洪水调度和实时调度耦合计算模型,并基于双目标优化的供水调度模型,使用“7·20郑州特大暴雨”数据验证防洪调度模型,改进模型的洪水预报精度达到80%,对比传统方法提升60%。模型的建立可为水库防洪的“四预”提供重要的技术与数据支撑,保障董铺和大房郢水库的防汛与供水安全。 展开更多

为探究在极端气候频发与能源结构转型的双重挑战下含有混合式抽水蓄能电站的多能互补系统长周期互补发电调度的经济性,在引入电网负荷需求和风光消纳率双重目标约束条件的基础上,构建了以成本最小为目标的风光混蓄长周期互补发电经济调... 为探究在极端气候频发与能源结构转型的双重挑战下含有混合式抽水蓄能电站的多能互补系统长周期互补发电调度的经济性,在引入电网负荷需求和风光消纳率双重目标约束条件的基础上,构建了以成本最小为目标的风光混蓄长周期互补发电经济调度模型,并利用逐步优化算法进行求解。算例结果表明:在极端天气影响下风光连续大发或连续小发时,风光混蓄系统进行长周期调节时相比于风光非混蓄系统展现出成本优势,在高风光消纳率约束时,发电成本最多降低了14.1%;在高负荷需求约束时,发电成本最多降低了62.5%,且在极端来水情况下也能保持成本优势。研究成果可为极端天气影响下电力系统的长周期多能互补调度运行提供参考。 展开更多

强化学习(RL)以其高维状态感知及快速决策能力,在推动综合能源系统(IES)调度数字化、智能化方面扮演着重要角色。然而,传统RL因自身模型表达能力有限,跨场景泛化能力不足,在IES多场景调度中受到限制。为此,文中提出了一种基于去噪扩散... 强化学习(RL)以其高维状态感知及快速决策能力,在推动综合能源系统(IES)调度数字化、智能化方面扮演着重要角色。然而,传统RL因自身模型表达能力有限,跨场景泛化能力不足,在IES多场景调度中受到限制。为此,文中提出了一种基于去噪扩散策略学习的RL调度方法。首先,介绍了扩散生成式人工智能模型的发展概念与基本原理。然后,构建了扩散策略调度学习框架,设计了扩散学习层与智能体优化层。最后,基于关键扩散参数、样本数量、样本分布等多组实验对泛化性能进行讨论,同时,利用t分布的随机近邻嵌入对扩散策略进行事后可解释挖掘。结果表明,相较于IES调度中深度确定性策略梯度等经典RL方法,所提方法能够在优化性能小幅下降的情况下,在源荷剧变、约束变动的场景中保持一定的决策泛化能力。 展开更多

计及储能高效利用的风储双阶段调度策略

针对现有风储调度策略未充分考虑储能高效利用和系统联络线波动问题,文中提出计及储能高效利用的风储双阶段调度策略。在日前调度阶段,文中建立以最小化运行成本和弃风率、最大化储能利用率为目标的多目标优化模型,并采用多目标粒子群优... 针对现有风储调度策略未充分考虑储能高效利用和系统联络线波动问题,文中提出计及储能高效利用的风储双阶段调度策略。在日前调度阶段,文中建立以最小化运行成本和弃风率、最大化储能利用率为目标的多目标优化模型,并采用多目标粒子群优化(multi-objective particle swarm optimization,MOPSO)算法求解最优调度方案。该模型充分考虑风电、光电等可再生能源的波动性,并通过优化储能充放电计划提升储能利用效率和调度经济性。在日内调度阶段,所提模型基于模型预测控制(model predictive control,MPC)方法实时调整储能及可调资源出力,修正调度误差,增强系统响应和稳定性。对文中所提模型进行仿真验证,得到MPC方法优化后,调度误差减小约50%,越限功率降低57%,联络线平稳性得到改善,同时风电消纳率提高15.6%,储能利用率提升12%,运行成本降低10.5%。仿真结果表明,所提双阶段调度策略可以显著提升风储电场整体性能,有效优化储能资源,减小调度误差,并提高系统的可靠性和经济性。 展开更多

随着大规模分布式光伏(Photovoltaic,PV)接入多端柔性配电网,其预测误差严重影响系统的调度计划。文中提出了一种基于两阶段调度策略的多端柔性配电网运行优化方法。通过微电网技术实现分布式电源的统一管理调度。基于分区自治、区域协... 随着大规模分布式光伏(Photovoltaic,PV)接入多端柔性配电网,其预测误差严重影响系统的调度计划。文中提出了一种基于两阶段调度策略的多端柔性配电网运行优化方法。通过微电网技术实现分布式电源的统一管理调度。基于分区自治、区域协调思想构建多端柔性配电网模型,避免区域耦合紧密导致模型求解困难。针对光伏功率预测误差导致的多端柔性配电网的调度计划精度低问题,提出一种计及光伏功率预测误差的日前-日内两阶段调度策略。在日前阶段,各分区均以运行成本最小为目标函数构建优化调度模型。在日内阶段,通过调整分布式电源的出力修改日前调度计划来平衡光伏功率预测误差。实验结果表明,日前-日内两阶段调度策略能够解决光伏功率预测误差导致的系统日前调度计划精度低问题,实现多端柔性配电网安全经济地运行。 展开更多

氢能具有能量密度高、清洁性高的特点,将其引入综合能源系统对于促进能源结构转型具有重要意义。为充分发挥氢能在降低碳排放和促进系统经济运行方面的优势,提出了基于极限场景法的燃气掺氢综合能源系统两阶段低碳经济调度模型。首先,... 氢能具有能量密度高、清洁性高的特点,将其引入综合能源系统对于促进能源结构转型具有重要意义。为充分发挥氢能在降低碳排放和促进系统经济运行方面的优势,提出了基于极限场景法的燃气掺氢综合能源系统两阶段低碳经济调度模型。首先,分析电转气(P2G)与气转电(G2P)两个过程的能源转化形式与设备的耦合特性,建立了电解槽变效率动态运行模型以及细致考虑能量转换过程的掺氢燃气轮机精细化混合燃烧出力模型。其次,结合极限场景法构建数据驱动的风光出力不确定集,提出日前-日内两阶段综合能源系统低碳经济调度模型。其中,日前阶段的计划方案最小化机组成本、备用容量成本、购能成本以及弃风弃光成本;日内阶段则以系统的各设备运行成本、碳交易成本以及调整成本最低为目标对日前计划进行实时修正,并采用滚动优化的方式求解。最后,通过仿真算例证明了所提模型在促进系统低碳经济运行与改进模型求解速率上具有积极作用。 展开更多
