According to the objective reality in Yunnan Province,such as great difference of weather,a great proportion of minorities,technological backwardness of agricultural production,low conversion rate of research accomplishments,and a limited number of agricultural technical personnel,ASP.NET technique and SQL Server 2005 database technique are adopted.Database platform of county agricultural production technology in Yunnan Province is established by using B/S structure.This platform includes presentation layer,application layer,and data layer,involving regional information,technology column information,technology classification information,technology content and other databases.It has six functional modules,namely information browse,system management,regional maintenance,technical section maintenance,category maintenance and technical information release,integrating crop cultivation,livestock breeding,economic forest management,plant protection,agricultural products processing,agricultural machinery use and other agricultural technical information.This platform can exchange information dynamically with the client,perform the query request from users,and send the result to users.This database platform has friendly interface,profuse information,high pertinency and so on,which offers rich and reliable information resources to farmers,agricultural technical personnel,and government.At present,this platform has been popularized in some areas of Yunnan Province and has obtained good results. 展开更多

The traditional method first classifies the user information and combines the query method to retrieve the interest information, but neglects to calculate the weight of the user interest information, which leads to the low retrieval accuracy. A retrieval method based on the fuzzy proximity classification technology is proposed. Approximation between the fuzzy sets is used to represent the consistency between the user interest information features, and the consistency calculation formula and the skewness confidence matrix between the user interest information features are given. The fuzzy classification of the user interest information can obtain the most consistent confidence data and eliminate the redundant approximation interference data. The probabilistic model of the information word frequency and the user interest information length calculates the weight of the user interest information, and adjusts the weight formula constantly. 展开更多

[目的]随着地铁运营年限增长和里程扩展,隧道病害日益增多且存在耦合影响,现有评价方法难以全面反映结构健康状态。为提升运维决策的科学性,有必要建立标准化管理体系,实现病害信息的规范管理与综合评价,保障地铁隧道长期运营安全。[方法]首先,从各省市盾构隧道病害统计成果出发,总结常见病害类型;从病害的伴生性出发,浅谈结构综合评价的必要性;从现有病害评价方法出发,得出评价对象单一、评价体系驳杂的缺点。然后,引入数据库概念,整理、规范、记录、管理各病害类型的所有检查信息。最后,设计结合单一病害结构健康度评价、数学模型法的盾构环结构健康度综合评价方法,并对实际案例进行评价。[结果及结论]管理对象病害类型具备代表性,病害信息记录完备且相互独立;可高效完成单一病害的结构健康度评价;结合数据库的数学模型法解决了数据获取困难、数据格式不标准的弊端,可实现高效综合评价的目的;可流程化综合评价指定区间所有盾构环结构健康状态。 展开更多

为构建浏阳市森林资源现代化管理机制,基于互联网、云计算、大数据、感知监测等最新前沿技术手段,采用B/S架构模式,以“一长四员一大队”组织体系为基础,建立浏阳市林长制巡护系统。该系统将多期遥感影像、数字线化、林草湿“一张图”... 为构建浏阳市森林资源现代化管理机制,基于互联网、云计算、大数据、感知监测等最新前沿技术手段,采用B/S架构模式,以“一长四员一大队”组织体系为基础,建立浏阳市林长制巡护系统。该系统将多期遥感影像、数字线化、林草湿“一张图”、森林督查、森林防火、有害生物、古树名木等数据进行分类与集成,组建底层公共基础数据、林业多元专题数据、林长制体系数据3大数据库,并引入网格界限提取、巡护轨迹判断、事件闭环处置、热力图可视化等关键技术。具体而言,该系统基于建立的数据库,按照一定规则科学划分与动态更新林长制网格界限;采用边界判断法、位置判断法、特殊判断法等方法有效解决护林员巡林的异常轨迹、异常打卡点等问题,以扭转护林员履职行为监管不力的被动局面;建立事件闭环处置机制,将各级政府部门或单位、用户串联起来,解决事件处置流程烦琐且效率低的问题;运用核密度估算方法实现全区域巡护热力图的可视化,为决策者优化护林员巡护路线与巡护打卡点提供技术支撑。在实际场景中的应用表明,该系统很好地实现了数据共享、部门协同、处置高效的智慧化管理目标,显著提高了森林资源保护效率。 展开更多

Groundwater is an important water resource.The total amount of active groundwater in a hydrological cycle is about 3.5 times that of the total amount of surface water.The information in the deep groundwater records the material exchange and dynamics in the earth’s evolution,which is an important aspect of the Deep-Time Digital Earth(DDE)plan.In recent years,scientists have discussed the distribution of transboundary aquifers and the environmental significance of groundwater resources through groundwater databases established by international organizations,such as the Global Groundwater Information System and the chronicles consortium,and national institutes,such as national geological surveys.The application of the groundwater database in the DDE plan,however,has been limited by the management,interactivity,and monitoring method of the groundwater data.The ability to further integrate data that are private and scattered across research institutions and individuals,while establishing an open,unified,and shared groundwater data platform,is essential to enhance our understanding of groundwater,ranging from shallow to deep water,which is a goal of the DDE plan.In this study,we introduced the current situation of groundwater database operations in domestic and international research and provided frontier research with groundwater big data.Considering the related objectives of the DDE plan and the limitations of existing groundwater databases,we proposed an improvement plan and new prospects for applying groundwater databases in the research of the deep earth. 展开更多

Advantages and disadvantages of the two modes: C/S and B/S are compared . It is pointed out that at present onefold B/S mode cannot yet fully fullfil th e demands of some complicated data processing, information statistics and analys is, etc, therefore it still awaits further development of technology to achieve 100% Internet. In this paper, a mode of B/S-C/S-blended multileveled architect ure is discussed; the logical levels of B/S mode is studied; Furthermore, combin ing some up-to-date software developing technology, combinatorial design of di fferent database application technology based on B/S is discussed. In the last two decades of the 20th century, there has been an increasing interest in and emphasis on the study of the Hong Kong literature in both the academic and general public in Hong Kong. Recognizing the emergent need of the resources on Hong Kong literature, the University Library System of the Chinese University of Hong Kong set up the Hong Kong Literature Database (the “Database”), which was the first Chinese literature database in the Internet in 2000. The paper will examine how the database is constructed using XML technology andometadata schema, The database also employs Unicode UTF-8 as the internal code. A mapping table for traditional and simplified Chinese characters was created based on Unihan and is used behind the scene so that a user can either input traditional or simplified Chinese characters and retrieval will give both traditional and simplified Chinese characters. Currently 65% of journals use OCR technology so that full-text searching is possible. The Chinese OCR technology will be examined in greater detail. Special features of the Database such as, page-by-page browse mode, position-highlight for full-page newspaper, linking Table-Of-Contents and book jackets from the Library catalogue, etc. are described. The paper will also bring out the problem of massive downloading and compare the state-of-the-art technology and their shortcomings. This paper shows how the Hong Kong Literature Database facilitates future collaboration and data exchange by using open standard, shareable structure and the latest technology. 展开更多
