文摘Based on the comprehensive analysis of data from petrology and mineralogy, well logging, seismic surveys, paleontology, and geochemistry,a detailed research was conducted on paleoenvironmental and paleoclimatic conditions, and modeling of the source rocks in the second member of the Eocene Wenchang Formation(Wen 2 Member)in the Northern Shunde Subsag at the southwestern margin of the Pearl River Mouth Basin. The Wen 2 Member hosts excellent, thick lacustrine source rocks with strong longitudinal heterogeneity and an average total organic carbon(TOC)content of over 4.9%.The Wen 2 Member can be divided into three units(I,II,III)from bottom to top.Unit I features excellent source rocks with Type I organic matters(average TOC of 5.9%)primarily sourced from lake organisms;Unit II hosts source rocks dominated by Type II2 organic matters(average TOC of 2.2%),which are originated from mixed sources dominated by terrestrial input.Unit III contains good to excellent source rocks dominated by Type II1 organic matters(average TOC of 4.9%),which are mainly contributed by lake organisms and partially by terrestrial input.Under the background of rapid subsidence and limited source supply during intense rifting period in the Eocene, excellent source rocks were developed in Wen 2 Member in the Northern Shunde Subsag under the coordinated control of warm and humid climate, volcanic activity, and deep-water reducing conditions.During the deposition of Unit I,the warm and humid climate and volcanic activity promoted the proliferation of lake algaes, primarily Granodiscus, resulting in high initial productivity, and deep-water reducing conditions enabled satisfactory preservation of organic matters. These factors jointly controlled the development and occurrence of excellent source rocks.During the deposition of Unit II,a transition from warm to cool and semi-arid paleoclimatic conditions led to a decrease in lake algaes and initial productivity.Additionally, enhanced terrestrial input and shallow-water,weakly oxidizing water conditions caused a significant dilution and decomposition of organic matters, degrading the quality of source rocks.During the deposition of Unit III,when the paleoclimatic conditions are cool and humid,Pediastrum and Botryococcus began to thrive, leading to an increase in productivity.Meanwhile, the reducing environment of semi-deep water facilitated the preservation of excellent source rocks, albeit slightly inferior to those in Unit I.The study results clarify the differential origins and development models of various source rocks in the Shunde Sag,offering valuable guidance for evaluating source rocks and selecting petroleum exploration targets in similar marginal sags.

文摘We propose an integrated method of data-driven and mechanism models for well logging formation evaluation, explicitly focusing on predicting reservoir parameters, such as porosity and water saturation.Accurately interpreting these parameters is crucial for effectively exploring and developing oil and gas. However, with the increasing complexity of geological conditions in this industry, there is a growing demand for improved accuracy in reservoir parameter prediction, leading to higher costs associated with manual interpretation. The conventional logging interpretation methods rely on empirical relationships between logging data and reservoir parameters, which suffer from low interpretation efficiency, intense subjectivity, and suitability for ideal conditions. The application of artificial intelligence in the interpretation of logging data provides a new solution to the problems existing in traditional methods. It is expected to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the interpretation. If large and high-quality datasets exist,data-driven models can reveal relationships of arbitrary complexity.Nevertheless, constructing sufficiently large logging datasets with reliable labels remains challenging, making it difficult to apply data-driven models effectively in logging data interpretation.Furthermore,data-driven models often act as“black boxes”without explaining their predictions or ensuring compliance with primary physical constraints. This paper proposes a machine learning method with strong physical constraints by integrating mechanism and data-driven models.Prior knowledge of logging data interpretation is embedded into machine learning regarding network structure, loss function, and optimization algorithm. We employ the Physically Informed Auto-Encoder(PIAE)to predict porosity and water saturation, which can be trained without labeled reservoir parameters using self-supervised learning techniques. This approach effectively achieves automated interpretation and facilitates generalization across diverse datasets.

文摘This study investigates the coordination between regional economic growth and ecological sustainability within the context of high-quality town economy development. To address the challenges of balancing economic expansion with environmental protection,a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed, encompassing two key dimensions:regional economy and ecological environment.Using panel data from 2013 to 2022,the coupling coordination degree model is employed to quantify the interactions and synergy between these dimensions.Additionally, spatial econometric methods are applied to calculate both global and local Moran’s Index, revealing spatial clustering patterns, regional disparities, and heterogeneity. The relative development model further identifies critical factors influencing regional coordination, with a focus on the lagging development of basic infrastructure and public services. The findings demonstrate a positive temporal trend toward improved regional coordination and reduced development gaps, with a spatial pattern characterized by higher coupling degrees in eastern and central regions compared to western areas.Based on these results, this study proposes actionable strategies to enhance coordinated development, emphasizing ecological conservation, the establishment of green production and consumption systems, ecological restoration, and strengthened municipal collaboration. This revised abstract emphasizes the study’s purpose, methods, and key findings more clearly while maintaining a professional and concise tone. Finally, based on the above analysis results, the corresponding coordinated development suggestions of regional economy and ecological environment are given from the aspects of ecological environment protection measures, green production and consumption system construction, ecological environment restoration and municipal coordination.

文摘Cities are the key areas for human beings to achieve sustainable development goals in the future.Estuarine cities are a special type of coastal city in urgent need of a clear definition. This paper proposed that estuarine cities are cities developed on the coast where rivers and oceans meet and defined four connotations, including the intersection of rivers and marine water systems, the coordinated development of land and oceans, the location advantages of connecting rivers and seas, and the important fragility of the ecological environment. We used Hydro SHEDS,OSM,GPW,and urban socioeconomic statistics and selected 50 estuarine cities with large rivers as representatives to summarize the main geographical basis and socioeconomic characteristics.Cities are primarily found in low-altitude,flat regions with average annual temperatures that mainly vary from 10℃to 25℃,relatively abundant precipitation, and extensive biological resources. There are substantial variations in the socioeconomic features of estuarine cities. We proposed eight development patterns, including open and inclusive city spirit,high-quality livable cities,high-quality development driven by innovation, integration of internal and external communication with ports and cities, construction of an international financial center, ecological environment protection and restoration, active promotion of cultural tourism, and positive international exchanges.

文摘The constitutive models of shape memory alloys(SMAs)play an important role in facilitating the widespread application of such types of alloys in various engineering fields. However,to accurately describe the deformation behaviors of SMAs,the concepts in classical plasticity are employed in the existing constitutive models, and a series of complex mathematical equations are involved.Such complexity brings inconvenience for the construction, implementation, and application of the constitutive models. To overcome these shortcomings,a data-driven constitutive model of SMAs is developed in this work based on the artificial neural network(ANN).In the proposed model, the components of the strain tensor in principal space, ambient temperature, and the maximum equivalent strain in the deformation history from the initial state to the current loading state are chosen as the input features, and the components of the stress tensor in principal space are set as the output. The proposed ANN-based constitutive model is implemented into the finite element program ABAQUS by deriving its consistent tangent modulus and writing a user-defined material subroutine. The stress-strain responses of SMA material under various loading paths and at different ambient temperatures are used to train the ANN model, which is generated from the existing constitutive model(numerical experiments). To validate the capability of the proposed model, the predicted stress-strain responses of SMA material, and the global and local responses of two typical SMA structures are compared with the corresponding numerical experiments. This work demonstrates a good potential to obtain the constitutive model of SMAs by pure data and avoid the need for vast stores of knowledge for the construction of constitutive models.

文摘Economic growth and fair distribution are two major goals pursued in economic development.Through a comparative analysis of economies such as those in Europe and the United States,it is found that:Economic growth does not have to be conditional on the expansion of income gap;growth will not automatically lead to fair distribution;efficiency and fairness can occur simultaneously;the transformation of the economic development mode can be achieved through income distribution.A shared development model that takes into account both growth and fairness is the choice to achieve sustained and stable economic growth. It is necessary to deepen the reform of the income distribution system, improve social security and other measures to promote the development achievements to benefit the majority of workers more, and achieve both efficiency and fairness at the same time.

文摘With the rapid advancement of machine learning technology and its growing adoption in research and engineering applications,an increasing number of studies have embraced data-driven approaches for modeling wind turbine wakes. These models leverage the ability to capture complex,high-dimensional characteristics of wind turbine wakes while offering significantly greater efficiency in the prediction process than physics-driven models. As a result,data-driven wind turbine wake models are regarded as powerful and effective tools for predicting wake behavior and turbine power output. This paper aims to provide a concise yet comprehensive review of existing studies on wind turbine wake modeling that employ data-driven approaches. It begins by defining and classifying machine learning methods to facilitate a clearer understanding of the reviewed literature.Subsequently, the related studies are categorized into four key areas:wind turbine power prediction,data-driven analytic wake models, wake field reconstruction, and the incorporation of explicit physical constraints. The accuracy of data-driven models is influenced by two primary factors:the quality of the training data and the performance of the model itself.Accordingly, both data accuracy and model structure are discussed in detail within the review.

文摘China has achieved the poverty reduction goal of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development 10 years ahead of schedule, contributing significantly to global poverty reduction.Despite extended efforts in poverty elimination, there is a lack of quantitative studies categorizing and comparing poverty-elimination counties(PECs)based on their processes. This study proposes an innovative framework for analyzing PECs’development paths from the perspective of population-land-industry(PLI).We quantify the PLI matching degree of PECs in China during the critical phase of the battle against poverty through a multivariate matching model, classify PECs via K-means clustering according to the consistency in PLI matching degree evolution, and summarize the typical development patterns of PECs.Results indicate that the PLI matching degree of PECs in China increased substantially from 2015 to 2020,particularly in eastern areas, while the western region, including the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau and southwestern Xinjiang, shows untapped potential for improvement.Five types of PECs are identified, with the majority(30.1%)showing sustained moderate PLI matching and a minority(9.6%)experiencing long-term PLI mismatch.Industry is the shortfall of various PECs,and effective strategies to facilitate all types of PECs include the development of emerging businesses and the expansion of secondary and tertiary industries.Additionally, enriching rural labor force and increasing farmland use efficiency are essential for optimal PLI matching and positive interaction, ultimately ensuring poverty elimination and sustainable development.

文摘Dongyuemiao Member shale in the Sichuan Basin,China,is characterized by organic-rich shale intervals with different types of interbeds and accumulation modes. The aim of this study is to elucidate the impact of paleoenvironmental indicators on interbed development. With this aim in mind,we established an interbed classification scheme and quantified the development of different types of interbeds and their frequencies. We categorized the shale interbeds into three types based on interbed type:silt interbeds(SIs),shell fragment interbeds(SFIs),and shell skeleton interbeds(SSIs).The SIs,SFIs,and SSIs are respectively the products of extrabasinal low-density turbidity currents, intrabasinal debris flow, and intrabasinal low-density turbidity currents. We propose that variations in paleoenvironmental conditions primarily influenced the types of interbeds that developed but had minimal impact on the frequency of their development.Models depicting the interbed development within the 1st Submember of Dongyuemiao Member indicate that during the early Dongyuemiao depositional period, under conditions of relatively aridity, weak weathering, high terrigenous input, and strong hydrodynamic activity,SSIs were well developed. In the middle depositional period,as the climate gradually transitioned to more humid conditions, and the weathering intensity and amount of terrestrial input increased, the development of SIs and SFIs significantly increased.During the late depositional period, with a continuous decrease in terrestrial inputs and sedimentation rates, the development of SIs decreased while that of SSIs increased.

文摘The distillation process is an important chemical process, and the application of data-driven modelling approach has the potential to reduce model complexity compared to mechanistic modelling, thus improving the efficiency of process optimization or monitoring studies. However, the distillation process is highly nonlinear and has multiple uncertainty perturbation intervals, which brings challenges to accurate data-driven modelling of distillation processes. This paper proposes a systematic data-driven modelling framework to solve these problems.Firstly, data segment variance was introduced into the K-means algorithm to form K-means data interval(KMDI)clustering in order to cluster the data into perturbed and steady state intervals for steady-state data extraction.Secondly, maximal information coefficient(MIC)was employed to calculate the nonlinear correlation between variables for removing redundant features. Finally, extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost)was integrated as the basic learner into adaptive boosting(AdaBoost)with the error threshold(ET)set to improve weights update strategy to construct the new integrated learning algorithm,XGBoost-AdaBoost-ET.The superiority of the proposed framework is verified by applying this data-driven modelling framework to a real industrial process of propylene distillation.
