Objective:To analyze the necessity and effectiveness of vestibular rehabilitation training instruction in the treatment of sudden deafness accompanied by vertigo.Methods:Sixty medical staff who learned the treatment m...Objective:To analyze the necessity and effectiveness of vestibular rehabilitation training instruction in the treatment of sudden deafness accompanied by vertigo.Methods:Sixty medical staff who learned the treatment methods for sudden deafness accompanied by vertigo(vestibular rehabilitation training)from January 2024 to February 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the time of study:the control group,who participated in the training teaching first,and the observation group,who participated later.Each group had 30 people.The control group received conventional training,while the observation group underwent continuous quality improvement.The effects and assessment results of different teaching methods were compared.Results:The theoretical and practical assessment scores of medical staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05);the satisfaction of medical staff in the observation group with the teaching mode was higher than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Vestibular rehabilitation training has significant effects on sudden deafness accompanied by vertigo.Training medical staff not only enhances their understanding of training methods but also enables them to provide specialized guidance to patients,improving their vertigo condition.展开更多

Modules enable students to engage with content at their own pace,fostering autonomy and deeper understanding.The modular approach ensures clarity in presenting objectives,instructions,and concepts,while having illustr...Modules enable students to engage with content at their own pace,fostering autonomy and deeper understanding.The modular approach ensures clarity in presenting objectives,instructions,and concepts,while having illustrations,activities,and assessments could enhance comprehension and retention.This paper was a developmental study on STS module for college students using the ADDIE Model(Analysis,Design,Development,Implementation,and Evaluation).Sampled 673 first-year students from Northwest Samar State University participated in the study,with 299 participating in a test try-out and 374 in the students’performance evaluation.Three expert evaluators with backgrounds in science,English,and psychology,each with over four years of experience,assessed the modules to ensure alignment with the study’s constructivist learning goals and instructional integrity.The findings revealed that both students and experts had rated the instructional module positively,indicating its effectiveness in facilitating learning and completing lessons.Key aspects such as the style of illustrations and written expressions,the usefulness of learning activities,and the guidance provided by illustrations and captions were especially well-received.The module was praised for its clear objectives,understandable instructions,and engaging tasks like trivia and puzzles.Expert evaluations highlighted relevance,simplicity,and balanced emphasis on topics in the module content.Furthermore,students in test group demonstrated significant improvement in performance,with post-test scores notably higher than pre-test scores,confirming the module’s effectiveness in enhancing learning outcomes.Consequently,this paper provides an opportunity to integrate science learning with initiatives aimed at promoting environmental preservation and driving social change.展开更多

The reconfigurable chip,which integrates the advantages of high performance,high flexibility,high parallelism,low power consumption,and low cost,has achieved rapid development and wide application.Generally,the contro...The reconfigurable chip,which integrates the advantages of high performance,high flexibility,high parallelism,low power consumption,and low cost,has achieved rapid development and wide application.Generally,the control part and the computing part of algorithm is accelerated based on different reconfigurable architectures,but it is difficult to obtain overall performance improvement.For improving efficiency of reconfigurable structure both for the control part and the computing part,a hybrid of instruction-driven and data-driven self-reconfigurable cell array is proposed.On instruction-driven mode,processing element(PE)works like a reduced instruction set computer(RSIC)machine,which is mainly for the control part of algorithm.On data-driven mode,data is calculated by flowing between the preconfigured PEs,which is mainly for the computing of algorithm.For verifying the efficiency of architecture,some high-efficiency video coding(HEVC)video compression algorithms are implemented on the proposed architecture.The proposed architecture has been implemented on Xilinx FPGA Virtex UltraScale VU440 develop board.The same circuitry is able to run at75 MHz.Compared with the architecture that only supports instruction-driven,the proposed architecture has better calculation efficiency.展开更多

文摘The reconfigurable chip,which integrates the advantages of high performance,high flexibility,high parallelism,low power consumption,and low cost,has achieved rapid development and wide application.Generally,the control part and the computing part of algorithm is accelerated based on different reconfigurable architectures,but it is difficult to obtain overall performance improvement.For improving efficiency of reconfigurable structure both for the control part and the computing part,a hybrid of instruction-driven and data-driven self-reconfigurable cell array is proposed.On instruction-driven mode,processing element(PE)works like a reduced instruction set computer(RSIC)machine,which is mainly for the control part of algorithm.On data-driven mode,data is calculated by flowing between the preconfigured PEs,which is mainly for the computing of algorithm.For verifying the efficiency of architecture,some high-efficiency video coding(HEVC)video compression algorithms are implemented on the proposed architecture.The proposed architecture has been implemented on Xilinx FPGA Virtex UltraScale VU440 develop board.The same circuitry is able to run at75 MHz.Compared with the architecture that only supports instruction-driven,the proposed architecture has better calculation efficiency.
文摘Based on the perspective of the schema theory and modern education technology,In this paper,the method of ran dom experimnet is used to measure how two types of schema instruction‘video clip’and‘multimedia courseware’influence Chinese college students’reading comprehension of English argumentation.The results illustrate the schema instruction can not only develop the students’sensibility of English argumentation structure,but also activate the schema in students’memory.Mul timedia courseware instruction is superior to video clip instruction.The paper proposes its viewpoints concerned.
