Therefore, high precision exploration methods are needed. High density spatial sampling is a new technology to increase the accuracy of seismic exploration. We briefly discuss point source and receiver technology, analyze the high density spatial sampling in situ method, introduce the symmetric sampling principles presented by Gijs J. O. Vermeer, and discuss high density spatial sampling technology from the point of view of wave field continuity. We emphasize the analysis of the high density spatial sampling characteristics, including the high density first break advantages for investigation of near surface structure, improving static correction precision, the use of dense receiver spacing at short offsets to increase the effective coverage at shallow depth, and the accuracy of reflection imaging. Coherent noise is not aliased and the noise analysis precision and suppression increases as a result. High density spatial sampling enhances wave field continuity and the accuracy of various mathematical transforms, which benefits wave field separation. Finally, we point out that the difficult part of high density spatial sampling technology is the data processing. More research needs to be done on the methods of analyzing and processing huge amounts of seismic data.展开更多

Because it is difficult and complex to determine the probability distribution of small samples, it is difficult to use the traditional probability theory to process the samples and assess the degree of uncertainty. Using the grey relational theory and the norm theory, the grey distance information approach, which is based on the grey distance information quantity of a sample and the average grey distance information quantity of the samples, is proposed in this article. The definitions of the grey distance information quantity of a sample and the average grey distance information quantity of the samples, with their characteristics and algorithms, are introduced. The correlative problems, including the algorithm of estimated value, the standard deviation, and the acceptance and rejection criteria of the samples and estimated results, are also proposed. Moreover, the information whitening ratio is introduced to select the weight algorithm and to compare the different samples. Several examples are given to demonstrate the application of the proposed approach. The examples show that the proposed approach, which has no demand for the probability distribution of small samples, is feasible and effective.展开更多

文摘Three-dimensional(3D)single molecule localization microscopy(SMLM)plays an important role in biomedical applications, but its data processing is very complicated.Deep learning is a potential tool to solve this problem. As the state of art 3D super-resolution localization algorithm based on deep learning,FD-DeepLoc algorithm reported recently still has a gap with the expected goal of online image processing, even though it has greatly improved the data processing throughput. In this paper,a new algorithm Lite-FD-DeepLoc is developed on the basis of FD-DeepLoc algorithm to meet the online image processing requirements of 3D SMLM.This new algorithm uses the feature compression method to reduce the parameters of the model, and combines it with pipeline programming to accelerate the inference process of the deep learning model. The simulated data processing results show that the image processing speed of Lite-FD-DeepLoc is about twice as fast as that of FD-DeepLoc with a slight decrease in localization accuracy, which can realize real-time processing of 256×256 pixels size images. The results of biological experimental data processing imply that Lite-FD-DeepLoc can successfully analyze the data based on astigmatism and saddle point engineering, and the global resolution of the reconstructed image is equivalent to or even better than FD-DeepLoc algorithm.

文摘The analysis of ancient genomics provides opportunities to explore human population history across both temporal and geographic dimensions(Haak et al.,2015;Wang et al.,2021,2024)to enhance the accessibility and utility of these ancient genomic datasets,a range of databases and advanced statistical models have been developed, including the Allen Ancient DNA Resource(AADR)(Mallick et al.,2024)and AdmixTools(Patterson et al.,2012).While upstream processes such as sequencing and raw data processing have been streamlined by resources like the AADR,the downstream analysis of these datasets-encompassing population genetics inference and spatiotemporal interpretation-remains a significant challenge. The AADR provides a unified collection of published ancient DNA(aDNA)data, yet its file-based format and reliance on command-line tools, such as those in Admix-Tools(Patterson et al.,2012),require advanced computational expertise for effective exploration and analysis. These requirements can present significant challenges forresearchers lackingadvanced computational expertise, limiting the accessibility and broader application of these valuable genomic resources.
文摘The processing of measuri ng data plays an important role in reverse engineering. Based on grey system the ory, we first propose some methods to the processing of measuring data in revers e engineering. The measured data usually have some abnormalities. When the abnor mal data are eliminated by filtering, blanks are created. The grey generation an d GM(1,1) are used to create new data for these blanks. For the uneven data sequ en ce created by measuring error, the mean generation is used to smooth it and then the stepwise and smooth generations are used to improve the data sequence.
文摘This paper describes the RTSS simulation-based performance evaluation method during the upgrade of the HT-7 data processing system to a distributed environment. We present the main concepts and steps of the method. Queueing modeling and steady-state operational analysis techniques are also used for analytic modeling. Both simulation and analysis studies on the HT-7 data processing system indicate that in comparison with conventional time-shared systems,a client/server system can significantly reduce the completion time of raw data display,real-time data processing and data transfer in the online system, raise the workload capacity and reduce the average waiting time of the off-line system.
文摘China's continental deposition basins are characterized by complex geological structures and various reservoir lithologies. More research needs to be done on the methods of analyzing and processing huge amounts of seismic data.

文摘Low-field(nuclear magnetic resonance)NMR has been widely used in petroleum industry, such as well logging and laboratory rock core analysis. However, the signal-to-noise ratio is low due to the low magnetic field strength of NMR tools and the complex petrophysical properties of detected samples.Suppressing the noise and highlighting the available NMR signals is very important for subsequent data processing. Most denoising methods are normally based on fixed mathematical transformation or handdesign feature selectors to suppress noise characteristics, which may not perform well because of their non-adaptive performance to different noisy signals. In this paper,we proposed a“data processing framework”to improve the quality of low field NMR echo data based on dictionary learning.Dictionary learning is a machine learning method based on redundancy and sparse representation theory.Available information in noisy NMR echo data can be adaptively extracted and reconstructed by dictionary learning. The advantages and application effectiveness of the proposed method were verified with a number of numerical simulations,NMR core data analyses, and NMR logging data processing. The results show that dictionary learning can significantly improve the quality of NMR echo data with high noise level and effectively improve the accuracy and reliability of inversion results.

文摘Blast furnace data processing is prone to problems such as outliers. To overcome these problems and identify an improved method for processing blast furnace data,we conducted an in-depth study of blast furnace data.Based on data samples from selected iron and steel companies, data types were classified according to different characteristics;then, appropriate methods were selected to process them in order to solve the deficiencies and outliers of the original blast furnace data.Linear interpolation was used to fill in the divided continuation data, the Knearest neighbor(KNN)algorithm was used to fill in correlation data with the internal law,and periodic statistical data were filled by the average. The error rate in the filling was low,and the fitting degree was over 85%.For the screening of outliers, corresponding indicator parameters were added according to the continuity, relevance, and periodicity of different data. Also,a variety of algorithms were used for processing.Through the analysis of screening results,a large amount of efficient information in the data was retained, and ineffective outliers were eliminated.Standardized processing of blast furnace big data as the basis of applied research on blast furnace big data can serve as an important means to improve data quality and retain data value.
文摘Data processing of small samples is an important and valuable research problem in the electronic equipment test. The examples show that the proposed approach, which has no demand for the probability distribution of small samples, is feasible and effective.

文摘Time-domain airborne electromagnetic(AEM)data are frequently subject to interference from various types of noise, which can reduce the data quality and affect data inversion and interpretation.Traditional denoising methods primarily deal with data directly, without analyzing the data in detail;thus, the results are not always satisfactory. In this paper,we propose a method based on dictionary learning for EM data denoising. This method uses dictionary learning to perform feature analysis and to extract and reconstruct the true signal. In the process of dictionary learning, the random noise is fi ltered out as residuals. To verify the eff ectiveness of this dictionary learning approach for denoising,we use a fi xed overcomplete discrete cosine transform(ODCT)dictionary algorithm, the method-of-optimal-directions(MOD)dictionary learning algorithm, and the K-singular value decomposition(K-SVD)dictionary learning algorithm to denoise decay curves at single points and to denoise profi le data for diff erent time channels in time-domain AEM.The results show obvious diff erences among the three dictionaries for denoising AEM data, with the K-SVD dictionary achieving the best performance.
