This paper explores the development of interpretable data elements from raw data using Kolmogorov-Arnold Networks(KAN).With the exponential growth of data in contemporary society,there is an urgent need for effective data processing methods to unlock the full potential of this resource.The study focuses on the application of KAN in the transportation sector to transform raw traffic data into meaningful data elements.The core of the research is the KANT-GCN model,which synergizes Kolmogorov-Arnold Networks with Temporal Graph Convolutional Networks(T-GCN).This innovative model demonstrates superior performance in predicting traffic speeds,outperforming existing methods in terms of accuracy,reliability,and interpretability.The model was evaluated using real-world datasets from Shenzhen,Los Angeles,and the San Francisco Bay Area,showing significant improvements in different metrics.The paper highlights the potential of KAN-T-GCN to revolutionize data-driven decision-making in traffic management and other sectors,underscoring its ability to handle dynamic updates and maintain data integrity. 展开更多

With increasing demand for data circulation,ensuring data security and privacy is paramount,specifically protecting privacy while maximizing utility.Blockchain,while decentralized and transparent,faces challenges in privacy protection and data verification,especially for sensitive data.Existing schemes often suffer from inefficiency and high overhead.We propose a privacy protection scheme using BGV homomorphic encryption and Pedersen Secret Sharing.This scheme enables secure computation on encrypted data,with Pedersen sharding and verifying the private key,ensuring data consistency and immutability.The blockchain framework manages key shards,verifies secrets,and aids security auditing.This approach allows for trusted computation without revealing the underlying data.Preliminary results demonstrate the scheme's feasibility in ensuring data privacy and security,making data available but not visible.This study provides an effective solution for data sharing and privacy protection in blockchain applications. 展开更多

The increasing dependence on data highlights the need for a detailed understanding of its behavior,encompassing the challenges involved in processing and evaluating it.However,current research lacks a comprehensive structure for measuring the worth of data elements,hindering effective navigation of the changing digital environment.This paper aims to fill this research gap by introducing the innovative concept of“data components.”It proposes a graphtheoretic representation model that presents a clear mathematical definition and demonstrates the superiority of data components over traditional processing methods.Additionally,the paper introduces an information measurement model that provides a way to calculate the information entropy of data components and establish their increased informational value.The paper also assesses the value of information,suggesting a pricing mechanism based on its significance.In conclusion,this paper establishes a robust framework for understanding and quantifying the value of implicit information in data,laying the groundwork for future research and practical applications. 展开更多

Finite Element Simulation of Flexible Roll Forming with Supplemented Material Data and the Experimental Verification 被引量:9

Flexible roll forming is a promising manufacturing method for the production of variable cross section products. Considering the large plastic strain in this forming process which is much larger than that of uniform deformation phase of uniaxial tensile test, the widely adopted method of simulating the forming processes with non-supplemented material data from uniaxial tensile test will certainly lead to large error. To reduce this error, the material data is supplemented based on three constitutive models. Then a finite element model of a six passes flexible roll forming process is established based on the supplemented material data and the original material data from the uniaxial tensile test. The flexible roll forming experiment of a B pillar reinforcing plate is carried out to verify the proposed method. Final cross section shapes of the experimental and the simulated results are compared. It is shown that the simulation calculated with supplemented material data based on Swift model agrees well with the experimental results, while the simulation based on original material data could not predict the actual deformation accurately. The results indicate that this material supplement method is reliable and indispensible, and the simulation model can well reflect the real metal forming process. Detailed analysis of the distribution and history of plastic strain at different positions are performed. A new material data supplement method is proposed to tackle the problem which is ignored in other roll forming simulations, and thus the forming process simulation accuracy can be greatly improved. 展开更多

As the era of large-scale highway maintenance arrives,the maintenance strategies have transitioned to a holistic approach that prioritizes safety,economic feasibility,and environmental sustainability.This research introduces a multi-objective optimization model for highway maintenance that incorporates the interplay of decision-maker preferences across three key objectives:Highway safety performance,maintenance engineering cost,and carbon emissions.This study employs a large-sample data analysis on a subset of the Lianhuo Highway network,which includes 2,842 pavement sections.This approach mitigates the impact of outliers,ensuring a substantial data buffer that fortifies the model’s capacity for generalization and bolsters its robustness.The findings reveal a Pareto-optimal relationship among the three scrutinized variables.A particularly noteworthy observation is the M-shaped trajectory of carbon emissions,which initially rise,then decline,and ultimately rebound,contingent upon the selected maintenance strategy.Furthermore,an examination of the relationship between maintenance costs and safety performance discloses a trend of diminishing marginal returns,illustrating that the incremental gains in safety performance attenuate as maintenance investment escalates. 展开更多

Late Mesoproterozoic igneous rocks in the SW Yangtze Block are important for understanding the role of it in reconstruction of the Rodinia supercontinent.In the present study,we report new geochronological,geochemical,and Nd-Hf isotopic data for the Cuoke plagioclase amphibolites and granites in the SW Yangtze Block.Geochronological results show that the plagioclase amphibolites and granites have similar late Mesoproterozoic zircon U-Pb ages of 1168-1162 Ma,constituting a bimodal igneous assemblage.The plagioclase amphibolites have high and variable TiO2 contents(1.15-4.30 wt.%)and Mg#(34-66)values,similar to the tholeiitic series.They are characterized by enrichment in LREEs and LILEs,and have OIB-like affinities with positive Nb and Ta anomalies.The plagioclase amphibolites have positive whole-rockεNd(t)(+3.2 to+4.3)and zirconεHf(t)(+4.3 to+10.7)values,indicating that they were derived from an OIB-like asthenospheric mantle source.The granites belong to the reduced peralkaline A-type series and have negativeεNd(t)value of-6.0 andεHf(t)values of-5.8 to-13.8,indicating a derivation from the partial melting of ancient mafic lower crust.In combination with the~1.05-1.02 Ga bimodal igneous assemblage in the SW Yangtze Block,we propose that the Cuoke 1168-1162 Ma igneous rocks were likely formed in a continental rift basin and argue against the existance of Grenvillian Orogen in the SW Yangtze Block during the late Mesoproterozoic. 展开更多

This paper analyzes fender selection process in berth design and focuses on the case of a rigid berth with rubber cone fenders.Fender types and performance comparison methods are studied along with current numerical models.Berth design methods are analyzed with a focus on berthing energy calculation and fender selection.A new approach to determine the required fender capacity is suggested.A finite elements rubber cone model is tested and used in simulations of angular side berthing.Results show that the energy absorbed by the fender can be much higher than what can be calculated with the current berth design method.A new form for the expression of the energy that must be absorbed by the fender during angular berthing impact is suggested. 展开更多

In order to study the temperature distribution and the corresponding temperature effects on pre-stressed concrete(PC) curved box girder bridge in Shandong Province, this paper builds and adopts an automatic remote real-time temperature collection system to collect temperature data on site, and further uses the software ANSYS for analysis. Based on the comparisons between the measured data and the simulation results, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1 Our temperature monitoring system is reliable; 2 The corresponding measured data of the web plate and flange plate exposed to the sun, vary more severely than that at other positions, so these plates need higher standard design and construction requirements; 3 In the cold wave where still is sunshine, the box girder temperature effect behaves as sine-like curve. 展开更多

Green Finance and the Decarbonization of Digital Resources:A Comparative Analysis of Embedding Mechanisms and Functional Evolution

This paper aims to dissect the deep-seated mechanisms of green finance in the critical area of digital resource development.Facing the immense energy consumption brought by the high-speed de-velopment of the digital economy and the urgent constraints of“dual carbon”goals,green finance has surpassed its traditional role as a financing tool.By integrating institutional embeddedness and evolutionary economics theories,this paper constructs a multi-level embedded analysis framework of“macro-institution–meso-industry–micro-technology”and proposes a three-stage model for the functional evolution of green finance:“compliance-driven financing,”“strategic integration,”and“ecological co-evolution.”The study finds that green finance is deeply embedded in the entire lifecy-cle of digital resources(especially data centers)through mechanisms such as policy guidance,market standards,industrial chain penetration,and technological integration.Its function evolves from pas-sive financing to meet external compliance requirements to an endogenous strategy for enhancing core corporate competitiveness,and is ultimately expected to foster a data-driven green innovation ecosystem against the backdrop of the marketization of data elements.The research in this paper provides a new theoretical perspective for understanding the dynamic role of green finance in the digital age and offers beneficial insights for relevant policy-making and market practices. 展开更多

The bacterial family Mycobacteriaceae includes pathogenic and nonpathogenic bacteria,and systematic research on their genome and phenome can give comprehensive perspectives for exploring their disease mechanism.In this study,the pheno-types of Mycobacteriaceae were inferred from available phenomic data,and 82 microbial phenotypic traits were recruited as data elements of the microbial phenome.This Mycobacteriaceae phenome contains five categories and 20 subcategories of polyphasic phenotypes,and three categories and eight subcategories of functional phenotypes,all of which are complemen-tary to the existing data standards of microbial phenotypes.The phenomic data of Mycobacteriaceae strains were compiled by literature mining,third-party database integration,and bioinformatics annotation.The phenotypes were searchable and comparable from the website of the Mycobacteriaceae Phenome Atlas(MPA,https://www.biosi no.org/mpa/).A topological data analysis of MPA revealed the co-evolution between Mycobacterium tuberculosis and virulence factors,and uncovered potential pathogenicity-associated phenotypes.Two hundred and sixty potential pathogen-enriched pathways were found by Fisher's exact test.The application of MPA may provide novel insights into the pathogenicity mechanism and antimicrobial targets of Mycobacteriaceae. 展开更多
