The microstructural evolution of AZ91D magnesium alloy prepared by means of the cyclic upsetting-extrusion and partial remelting was investigated. The effects of remelting temperature and holding time on microstructure of semi-solid AZ91D magnesium alloy were studied. Furthermore, tensile properties of thixoextruded AZ91D magnesium alloy components were determined. The results show that the cyclic upsetting-extrusion followed by partial remelting is effective in producing semi-solid AZ91D magnesium alloy for thixofonning. During the partial remelting, with the increase of remelting temperature and holding time, the solid grain size increases and the degree of spheroidization tends to be improved. The tensile mechanical properties of thixoextruded AZ91D magnesium alloy components produced by cyclic upsetting-extrusion and partial remelting are better than those of the same alloy produced by casting. 展开更多

Cyclic metallurgical process for separation and recovery of Cr from vanadium precipitated solution by precipitation with PbCO_(3)and leaching with Na_(2)CO_(3)was investigated.The concentration of Cr residue in the solution decreases from 2.360 to 0.001 g/L by adding PbCO_(3)into vanadium precipitated solution according to Pb/Cr molar ratio of 2.5,adjusting the pH to 3.0 and stirring for 180 min at 30℃.Then,the precipitates were leached with hot Na_(2)CO_(3)solution to obtain leaching solution containing Na_(2)CrO_(4)and leaching residue containing PbCO_(3).The leaching efficiency of Cr reaches 96.43%by adding the precipitates into 0.5 mol/L Na_(2)CO_(3)solution with the mass ratio of liquid to solid(L/S)of 10:1 mL/g and stirring for 60 min under pH 9.5 at 70℃.After filtration,leaching residue is reused in Cr precipitation and leaching solution is used to circularly leach the Cr precipitates until Na_(2)CrO_(4)approaches the saturation.Finally,the product of Na_(2)CrO_(4)·4H_(2)O is obtained by evaporation and crystallization of leaching solution. 展开更多

The separation and recovery of V from chromium-containing vanadate solution were investigated by a cyclic metallurgical process including selective precipitation of vanadium,vanadium leaching and preparation of vanadium pentoxide.By adding Ca(OH)_(2) and ball milling,not only the V in the solution can be selectively precipitated,but also the leaching kinetics of the precipitate is significantly improved.The precipitation efficiency of V is 99.59%by adding Ca(OH)_(2) according to Ca/V molar ratio of 1.75:1 into chromium-containing vanadate solution and ball milling for 60 min at room temperature,while the content of Cr in the precipitate is 0.04%.The leaching rate of V reaches 99.35%by adding NaHCO_(3) into water according to NaHCO_(3)/V molar ratio of 2.74:1 to leach V from the precipitate with L/S ratio of 4:1 mL/g and stirring for 60 min at room temperature.The crystals of NH_(4)VO_(3) are obtained by adjusting the leaching solution pH to be 8.0 with CO2 and then adding NH_(4)HCO_(3) according to NH_(4)HCO_(3)/NaVO_(3) molar ratio of 1:1 and stirring for 8 h at room temperature.After filtration,the crystallized solution containing ammonia is reused to leach the precipitate of calcium vanadates,and the leaching efficiency of V is>99%after stirring for 1 h at room temperature.Finally,the product of V_(2)O_(5) with purity of 99.6%is obtained by calcining the crystals at 560℃ for 2 h. 展开更多

The cyclic rotating−bending(CRB)processes under different deformation conditions were carried out to refine the microstructure and improve the mechanical properties of the 65Cu−35Zn brass tubes.The microstructure and the mechanical properties in the axial direction of the tubes after the CRB process were studied with the OM,EBSD and conventional tensile test.To obtain the accumulated effective plastic strain of the tube during the CRB process,the FEM simulation was also executed.The results show that the average grain size decreases with the increase of rotation time at RT,and with the decrease of bending angle at 200℃.With the increase of accumulated effective plastic strain during the CRB process,the reduction rate of average grain size of the brass tube increases,the tensile strength of the brass tube increases in wave shape and the elongation increases first and then sharply decreases. 展开更多

仲景法和药典方法制附子的温阳散寒药效比较及作用机制分析

目的:探究仲景法炮附子与药典方法生附片、黑顺片及水煎液的温阳散寒药效及机制。方法:将36只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、生附片组、炮附子组、黑顺片组及炮附片组,每组6只。除空白组外,其余各组大鼠均肌肉注射氢化可的松琥珀酸钠... 目的:探究仲景法炮附子与药典方法生附片、黑顺片及水煎液的温阳散寒药效及机制。方法:将36只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、生附片组、炮附子组、黑顺片组及炮附片组,每组6只。除空白组外,其余各组大鼠均肌肉注射氢化可的松琥珀酸钠诱导虚寒证模型,连续14 d后,各附子饮片以12 g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)剂量持续灌胃7 d,空白组和模型组给予等量的生理盐水。给药结束后,测体质量、脾脏及胸腺质量,计算脾脏指数和胸腺指数;采用苏木素-伊红(HE)染色观察肾上腺组织病理形态;采用全自动生化仪检测血清中的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及乳酸(LAC)的水平;采用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测17-羟皮质类固醇(17-OHCS)、皮质醇(CORT)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、免疫球蛋白(Ig)M、IgG、环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)及环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)水平;采用蛋白免疫印迹法(Western blot)检测肝脏组织中蛋白激酶A(PKA),cAMP反应元件结合蛋白(CREB),沉默信息调节因子1(Sirt1)及过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ共激活因子^(-1)α(PGC^(-1)α)的表达水平;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测主要的生物碱成分含量,并和药效指标进行Pearson相关性分析。结果:造模14 d后,与空白组比较,模型大鼠出现精神萎靡、大便糖稀等症状,肾上腺组织结构轻度异常,脾脏和胸腺指数均显著降低(P<0.01),甲状腺、肾上腺及免疫系统功能受到抑制,且血清中cAMP水平降低,cGMP的水平显著升高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,4种附子饮片均可改善氢化可的松造成的肾上腺损伤,并明显升高脾脏指数(P<0.05,P<0.01),生附片和炮附子可明显提高胸腺指数(P<0.05);生附片和炮附子可明显升高T3、TSH、17-OHCS及CORT的水平(P<0.05)。此外,生附片、炮附子及炮附片可显著升高IgG的水平(P<0.01),炮附子和黑顺片可明显升高IgM的水平(P<0.05);对于环核苷酸系统,炮附子可明显升高cAMP,同时降低cGMP的水平(P<0.05),在4种饮片中作用最明显;对于能量代谢指标,炮附子可明显改善TC、TG、LDH及LAC等异常指标(P<0.05);黑顺片对于TG、LDH及LAC具有明显的改善作用(P<0.05);炮附子和生附片均可显著升高PKA、CREB、Sirt1和PGC^(-1)α蛋白的表达水平(P<0.01)。此外,附子中的双酯型生物碱与TG、IgG、CORT呈强正相关,与LAC呈强负相关,与T4呈中等正相关,与cAMP和脾脏指数呈中等负相关;单酯型生物碱与TG和IgG呈强正相关,与LAC呈强负相关,与CORT和T4呈中等正相关,与cAMP和脾脏指数呈中等负相关;而水溶性生物碱的含量与TC、LDH、17-OHCS、T3、TSH及胸腺指数呈强正相关,与cAMP、CORT、T4及脾脏指数呈中等正相关,与cGMP呈中等负相关。结论:在不同制附子饮片中以仲景法炮附子温阳散寒的效果最好,其可通过调节甲状腺、肾上腺、免疫、环核苷酸系统及物质能量代谢等途径发挥药效。其中,水溶性生物碱与更多的虚寒证指标呈现强或中等的相关性,且在炮附子中的含量最高,因此仲景法炮附子可能通过水溶性生物碱发挥温阳散寒药效。 展开更多

The comprehensive improvement strategy of intra-county environment pollution in the city and countryside was searched.By the research method which combined the microscopic view,the macroscopic view with the dynamic perspective,the seriousness of rural water quality,soil and atmospheric pollution in Xiangxiang,Xiangtan and the surrounding areas in Shaoshan irrigated area was revealed.The control measure which was 'four-dimensional pollution in the city and countryside'—— low-carbon-high-value agriculture and the technology innovation was proposed.The low-carbon-high-value technology innovation industrialization demonstration in three parts which included the pre-production,mid-production and post-production deep-processing of cultivation and breeding industry in the ecological cyclic agricultural garden in Shaoshan irrigated area was the driving force.We tried to propel the low-carbon ecological cultivation and breeding industry which included the paddy rice,grass,tree,medicinal herbs and pig,cow,chick,duck,fish.We wanted to relieve the structural unbalance of previous cultivation and breeding industry,'cheap grain hurting the farmers' and the short-leg problem of social-economic-ecological benefit.The results showed that the low-carbon-high-value agricultural system was a poly-generation technology system which promoted the multi-level and grading utilization,saved the energy,reduced the consumption and cleaned the production based on the ecology. 展开更多

青砖茶循环淋洗降氟工艺优化试验研究

长期饮用高氟砖茶存在健康风险。开发安全、快速、低廉的降氟工艺,对饮茶型地氟病的防治巩固具有重要的现实意义。为优化青砖茶循环淋洗降氟工艺的流程和淋洗条件,对青砖茶原料毛茶进行了淋洗处理,并以淋洗时间、温度和料液比为参数,设... 长期饮用高氟砖茶存在健康风险。开发安全、快速、低廉的降氟工艺,对饮茶型地氟病的防治巩固具有重要的现实意义。为优化青砖茶循环淋洗降氟工艺的流程和淋洗条件,对青砖茶原料毛茶进行了淋洗处理,并以淋洗时间、温度和料液比为参数,设计了单因素条件试验,考察了淋洗条件对毛茶中的氟、咖啡碱、可溶性糖、水浸出物、氨基酸和茶多酚含量及味觉值的影响规律。结果表明:淋洗前需对毛茶进行预湿处理,且宜在发酵前的增湿环节实施;最优淋洗条件为料液比≤1∶25、室温水循环淋洗1 min,该条件下毛茶中氟含量显著下降160.11 mg/kg(氟去除率达38.46%),除水浸出物外,其他主要内含成分的损失率均控制在20%以内,茶汤的苦味、涩味、鲜味、苦的回味、涩的回味和丰富度6项味觉值均无显著变化。研究结果可为砖茶降氟工艺的应用提供参考。 展开更多

Al-Cu-Y alloys were prepared by molten salt electrolysis in fluoride-oxide system composed of electrolyte(Na3 AlF6-AlF3-LiF-MgF2) and oxide(Al2 O3-CuO-Y2 O3). Cathodic reduction process of Al2 O3,CuO and Y2 O3 were analyzed by cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. Components and phase composition of alloy samples prepared by potentiostatic electrolysis were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The results show that the Al-Cu-Y alloy can be prepared in the AIF3-NaF-5 wt%LiF-5 wt%MgF2(NaF/AlF3 = 2.2, molecular ratio) eutectic system with mixed oxide(Al2 O3-CuO-Y2 O3) through 2 h at the conditions of a temperature of 1208 K, cell voltage3.0 V, cathode current density 0.7 A/cm^2. Al(Ⅲ) and Cu(Ⅱ) ions can be reduced to zero valence Al(0) and Cu(0) directly on carbonaceous electrode surface by instantaneous nucleation, respectively, the reduction process is controlled by diffusion. The reduction potential of Y(Ⅲ) ions is close to the active ions of fluoride melts, but strengthened phase AI3 Y can be formed through electrochemical reduction and alloyed process with active Al(Ⅲ) and Cu(Ⅱ) ions, meanwhile, the Al2 Cu and Al3 Y phases are distributed at the grain boundary of Al matrix. 展开更多

An earthquake is usually followed by a considerable number of aftershocks that play a significant role in earthquake-induced landslides,During the aftershock,the cracking process in rocks becomes more complex because of the formation of faults.In order to investigate the effects of seismic loading on the cracking processes in a specimen containing a single flaw,a numerical approach based on the bonded-particle model(BPM)was adopted to study the seismic loading applied in two orthogonal directions.The results reveal that no transmission and reflection phenomena were observable in the small specimens(76 mm×152 mm)because they were considerably smaller than the wavelength of the P-wave.Furthermore,under seismic loading,the induced crack was solely tensile in nature.Repeated axial seismic loading did not induce crack propagation after the first axial seismic loading.Cracks began to propagate only when the seismic loading direction was changed from axial to lateral,and then back to axial,ultimately resulting in the failure of the specimen. 展开更多

Marine geological disasters occurred frequently in the deep-water slope area of the northern South China Sea,especially submarine landslides,which caused serious damage to marine facilities.The cyclic elastoplastic model that can describe the cyclic stress-strain response characteristic for soft clay,is embedded into the coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian(CEL)algorithm of ABAQUS by means of subroutine interface technology.On the basis of CEL technique and undrained cyclic elastoplastic model,a method for analyzing the dynamic instability process of marine slopes under the action of earthquake load is developed.The rationality for cyclic elastoplastic constitutive model is validated by comparing its calculated results with those of von Mises model built in Abaqus.The dynamic instability process of slopes under different conditions are analyzed.The results indicate that the deformation accumulation of soft clay have a significant effect on the dynamic instability process of submarine slopes under earthquake loading.The cumulative deformation is taken into our model and this makes the calculated final deformation of the slope under earthquake load larger than the results of conventional numerical method.When different contact conditions are used for analysis,the smaller the friction coefficient is,the larger the deformation of slopes will be.A numerical analysis method that can both reflect the dynamic properties of soft clay and display the dynamic instability process of submarine landslide is proposed,which could visually predict the topographies of the previous and post failure for submarine slope. 展开更多

The mechanism of cathode process of B(Ⅲ) at molybdenum and platinum electrodes in LiF-NaF-KBF4melt was studied and the transferred electron number of the reaction was calculated by means of cyclic voltammetry.The effect of adsorption of electroactive component on the electrochemical response (e. g., the voltammetric i─Ecurves) was analyzed and discussed. The 'electrochemical spectra' for linear sweep voltammetry was used to elucidate the electrode reaction accompanied by a following transform process. The results show that the reduction ofB(Ⅲ) to B(0) proceeds in reversible one step three-electron reaction and the cathode process of B(Ⅲ) is affected byproduct adsorbed strongly at the electrode surface. It is assumed that the reduction and deposition of B(Ⅲ) at molybdenum and platinum electrodes proceed in two kinds of mechanism: (1) B(Ⅲ)+ 3e = Bads→ B (surface diffusiondeposition mechanism) and (2) B(Ⅲ) + 3e = B (direct deposition mechanism). 展开更多

Compared to their linear counterparts,cyclic peptides show better biological activities,such as antibacterial,immunosuppressive,and anti-tumor activities,and pharmaceutical properties due to their conformational rigidity.However,cyclic peptides could form numerous putative metabolites from potential hydrolytic cleavages and their fragments are very difficult to interpret.These characteristics pose a great challenge when analyzing metabolites of cyclic peptides by mass spectrometry.This study was to assess and apply a software-aided analytical workflow for the detection and structural characterization of cyclic peptide metabolites.Insulin and atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP)as model cyclic peptides were incubated with trypsin/chymotrypsin and/or rat liver S9,followed by data acquisition using TripleTOF?5600.Resultant full-scan MS and MS/MS datasets were automatically processed through a combination of targeted and untargeted peak finding strategies.MS/MS spectra of predicted metabolites were interrogated against putative metabolite sequences,in light of a,b,y and internal fragment series.The resulting fragment assignments led to the confirmation and ranking of the metabolite sequences and identification of metabolic modification.As a result,29 metabolites with linear or cyclic structures were detected in the insulin incubation with the hydrolytic enzymes.Sequences of twenty insulin metabolites were further determined,which were consistent with the hydrolytic sites of these enzymes.In the same manner,multiple metabolites of insulin and ANP formed in rat liver S9 incubation were detected and structurally characterized,some of which have not been previously reported.The results demonstrated the utility of software-aided data processing tool in detection and identification of cyclic peptide metabolites. 展开更多

Interspinous Process Implants Causes Wear of the Spinous Processes in Patients Treated for Spinal Stenosis—An Experimental Biomechanical Study with Comparison to Clinical Cases

There are few biomechanical studies on Interspinous Process Implants (IPD);however none investigate the amount of wear on spinous processes. Therefore the objective of the present study was to investigate the effect of repetitive loading of the IPD Aperius on the spinous processes in a biomechanical porcine model. For comparison, three patients treated surgically with the same device have been followed for one to two years clinically and with image analyses (X-rays, MRI, CT-scans). Four lumbar spines from 6 months old porcine were divided into seven segments, which received IPD. The segments were exposed to 20,000 cyclical loads. Afterwards the deformation (wear) of the segments was registered. The wear of the spinous processes was measured in mm on a following CT-scan. Additionally, the wear of the ex-vivo was compared to that of the spinous processes investigated by CT-scans or X-ray in three patients treated surgically with the same interspinous implant. The mean maximal deformation of porcine specimens was 1.79 mm (SD 0.25) with the largest deformation occurring in the first quarter of the loading (<5000 cycles). The mean wear of the spinous processes after loading was 6.57 mm. A similar level of wear (mean 12.7 mm) of the spinous processes was detected in the patients. The Aperius IPD creates significant wear on the spinous processes in an experimental biomechanical study. Similar wear of the spinous processes is also present in patients treated with the same device post-operatively. How these findings influence the short and long term result of this implant device remains to be investigated in further biomechanical as well as clinical studies. For future development of this type of devices a proper selection of materials and design is essential to minimize wear effects on the spinous processes and thereby increases the possibilities for the devices to function as suggested. 展开更多

The traditional ammonia synthesis via the Haber–Bosch process requires large consumption of highpurity H_(2) and causes significant carbon emissions owing to the energy-intensive and complex hydrogen production steps conducted under harsh reaction conditions.Herein,we report a cyclic catalytic process for the production of NH_(3) by directly utilizing earth-abundant CH_(4) as a hydrogen source for N_(2) hydrogenation while simultaneously co-producing H_(2) over an alumina-supported iron catalyst(Fe/Al_(2)O_(3)).It achieves exceptional productivities of 2300μmol g^(-1)h^(-1)for NH_(3) and 400 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1)for H_(2) at700℃.By eliminating the coke that results from CH_(4) pyrolysis through a reaction with the greenhouse gas CO_(2) to produce valuable CO,we establish an atom-economic cyclic catalytic process while producing a CO stream intrinsically separated in the regeneration step.Mechanistic investigations indicate that the iron species in Fe/Al_(2) O_(3) serve as tri-functional active sites for CH_(4) pyrolysis,N_(2) hydrogenation,and coke elimination to produce CO,thus enabling an efficient and environmentally friendly cyclic catalytic process. 展开更多

【目的】近年来锂离子电池发展遇到能量密度提升缓慢、成本居高不下与温度适应范围窄等瓶颈,而具有低成本和高能量密度的钾离子电池成为下一代大规模电化学储能体系的理想选择。氟代磷酸盐(KVPO_(4)F)因具有坚固三维框架结构和高工作电... 【目的】近年来锂离子电池发展遇到能量密度提升缓慢、成本居高不下与温度适应范围窄等瓶颈,而具有低成本和高能量密度的钾离子电池成为下一代大规模电化学储能体系的理想选择。氟代磷酸盐(KVPO_(4)F)因具有坚固三维框架结构和高工作电压等优势,成为钾离子电池的首选正极材料。然而,较大尺寸的钾离子在充放电过程中反复嵌入/脱出会造成KVPO_(4)F发生结构粉化,导致容量快速衰减且循环稳定性较差,由配位多面体共价键合成的结构限制了电子转移模式,极大地阻碍了KVPO_(4)F正极材料的动力学性能,导致其倍率行为较差且实际容量较低。为了提高KVPO_(4)F正极材料的容量、倍率与循环稳定性,通常采用元素掺杂、碳包覆、形貌工程等策略对其进行改性研究,以改善其储钾性能,但由于晶格间距、晶面暴露与V^(3+)含量之间的不平衡性,KVPO_(4)F正极材料的容量、倍率和循环稳定性很难同步提升。KVPO_(4)F正极材料的合成通常包括两个连续的热处理步骤,包括VPO_(4)前驱体的制备以及将VPO_(4)与KF混合后进行二次煅烧生成KVPO_(4)F。因此,VPO_(4)的晶体结构势必会影响KVPO_(4)F的颗粒尺寸、晶面取向,从而影响KVPO_(4)F的储钾稳定性。【方法】采用溶胶凝胶—高温退火法制备了系列VPO_(4)材料,研究了不同VPO_(4)材料对终产物KVPO_(4)F晶格与电化学性能的影响。【结果】不同温度下制备的VPO_(4)会显著影响KVPO_(4)F的晶格暴露强度、晶格间距和V^(3+)含量,且随着温度从700℃升高到800℃,KVPO_(4)F的晶格暴露强度、晶格间距和V^(3+)含量均先增后减。当采用经750℃退火处理的VPO_(4)作为前驱体时,制备的KVPO_(4)F具有最强晶面暴露程度、最大晶格间距与最高V^(3+)含量,确保其在充放电过程中具有优异的结构稳定性、离子迁移能力与离子存储数量。电化学性能测试结果表明,在0.2 C(1 C=131 mA/g)下经过30次循环后,KVPO_(4)F的比容量为57.3 mAh/g,远高于相同条件下的对照样品。此外,在0.2、0.5、1和2 C下KVPO_(4)F的可逆比容量分别为62.1、53.8、44.6和30.6 mAh/g。【结论】基于VPO_(4)调控确定了前驱体VPO_(4)对终产物KVPO_(4)F微观结构的影响规律,揭示了电化学性能改善的内在机制,为获得高容量KVPO_(4)F正极材料奠下良好基础。 展开更多
