This research is focused on the calculation of a reasonable detonator delay time for realizing cut blast vibration control.First,the viscoelastic rock mass parameters corresponding to the engineering rock mass quality classification were determined based on wave theory of Kelvin medium.Then,a calculation model was obtained for the millisecond-delay cut blast vibration in Kelvin media using the Starfield charge superposition principle.Further,the influence of the delay time on the cut blast vibration was quantitatively analyzed and a method for calculating the reasonable cut blasting millisecond delay time is proposed according to the principle of dimensional analysis.Finally,field tests were used to verify the applicability of the method.The results show that 5 ms to 20 ms is a better detonator delay time range and cut blasting vibration can be effectively controlled using the delay time calculated by the calculation model described in this paper. 展开更多

To study the relationships between rock mass crack propagation and damage and confining pressure under blast impact loading during straight-hole cut blasting,tests were performed under different confining pressures.Then,the characteristics of rock mass crack development were analyzed,and the pressure resistance values of core samples before and after blasting were compared to study the trends of rock mass damage.Moreover,a three-dimensional numerical simulation model was established by LS-DYNA to analyze the stress wave propagation,cavity shape and crack propagation characteristics under different confining pressures.The propagation of rock blasting cracks is negatively correlated with the confining pressure.The greater the confining pressure,the shorter the crack development time.Additionally,the crack width is reduced from 0.4-1.7 to 0.04-1.4 mm,and the length is shortened from 280 to 120 mm.A comparison of the compressive strength revealed that blasting reduces the compressive strength of the rock mass.The greater the distance from the explosion source,the lower the degree of strength attenuation.An increase in the confining pressure can inhibit strength attenuation.Numerical simulations revealed that under the same confining pressure,the stress first peaks at the bottom of the blast hole.The greater the confining pressure,the longer the stress peak duration,the smaller the cavity volume,and the shorter the crack propagation length and depth.Under a confining pressure of 4 MPa,the longest crack was only 154.5 mm in length and 102 mm in depth.The research results provide a scientific basis for controlling rock damage and optimizing design in the excavation of deep rock roadways by blasting. 展开更多

Drilling and blasting methods have been used as a common driving technique for shallow-hole driving and blasting in rock roadways.With the advent of digital electronic detonators and the need for increased production efciency,the traditional blasting design is no longer suitable for deep hole blasting.In this paper,a disperse charge cut blasting method was proposed to address the issues of low excavation depth and high block rate in deep hole undercut blasting.First,a blasting model was used to illustrate the mechanism of the deep hole dispersive charge cut blasting process.Then,continuous charge and dispersed charge blasting models were developed using the smooth particle hydrodynamics-fnite element method(SPHFEM).The cutting parameters were determined theoretically,and the cutting efciency was introduced to evaluate the cutting efect.The blasting efects of the two charging models were analyzed utilizing the evolution law of rock damage,the number of rock particles thrown,and the cutting efciency.The results show that using a dispersed charge improves the cutting efciency by about 20%and the rock breakage for the deep hole cut blasting compared to the traditional continuous charge.In addition,important parameters such as cutting hole spacing,cutting hole depth and upper charge proportion also have a signifcant impact on the cutting efect.Finally,the deep hole dispersed charge cut blasting technology is combined with the digital electronic detonator through the feld engineering practice.It provides a reference for the subsequent deep hole cutting blasting and the use of electronic detonators in rock roadways. 展开更多

The distribution of element plastic strain, node velocity, node time-acceleration history and the blasting cartridge volume ratio during the process were analyzed. It was found that the detonation of charged holes would cause the interaction of stress wave with the wall of uncharged holes. Pyramid cut blasting is an essential form of inclined hole cut blasting,but the in-situ stress effect of pyramid cut blasting is rarely studied.Based on the research background of pyramid cut blasting in a deep rock mass,the size,volume,and fragment size distribution of the blasting cavity before and after uniaxial compression were analysed by a model test.Otherwise,the damage and effective stress of the pyramid cut blasting were analysed with LS-DYNA numerical simulation.The results show that the damage and fragmentation of pyramid cut blasting are not only affected by blasting stress wave and blasting gas,but also affected by uniaxial compression.Under the influence of uniaxial compression,the blasting stress wave and blasting gas are more likely to damage the rock mass parallel to the uniaxial compression direction near the connecting line of blasting hole,and make the volume of cavity larger and the fragment rate lower.Additionally,uniaxial compression has a prominent influence during the middle and late stages of blasting. 展开更多

厚煤硬顶综放末采覆岩深孔预裂爆破参数优化与效果分析研究

目的为保障厚煤硬顶综放工作面末采期间支架安全回撤,开展厚煤硬顶综放末采覆岩深孔预裂爆破参数优化与效果分析。方法以王家岭矿区12314工作面为背景,构建大空间采场末采阶段结构力学模型和数值模型,建立覆岩荷载与支架承载力的动态耦... 目的为保障厚煤硬顶综放工作面末采期间支架安全回撤,开展厚煤硬顶综放末采覆岩深孔预裂爆破参数优化与效果分析。方法以王家岭矿区12314工作面为背景,构建大空间采场末采阶段结构力学模型和数值模型,建立覆岩荷载与支架承载力的动态耦合解析方法,提出切顶卸压的应力阻断定位方法。结果末采阶段,支架受力强弱的主控因素为顶板结构的悬臂长度和高度;增加切顶高度和缩小切顶位置均能显著提升应力阻断效果;应力阻断效果随切顶高度增加逐渐趋于稳定,临界高度为35 m;应力阻断效果随切顶位置与停采线之间距离增加逐渐减弱,临界距离为60 m;基于切顶参数和卸压指标的非线性关系,通过曲面拟合建立切顶卸压效果预测模型,预测误差仅为3.32%;12314工作面最优切顶参数下(停采线前35 m切顶配合30 m切顶高度),超前支承峰值应力降低25.93%,顶板最大下沉量降低14.10%,左帮和右帮峰值应力分别降低9.83%,5.50%。结论设计末采切顶参数组合应力阻断效果良好,预测模型可实现各卸压指标的快速计算与可视化,完成深孔预裂爆破关键参数设计与优化;“理论解析-数值模拟-预测分析-现场验证”研究框架和切顶参数设计标准化流程可为类似工程问题提供借鉴作用。 展开更多

钻爆法在岩体开挖领域得到了广泛应用,定向断裂控制爆破是其中的重要应用方向之一.为此,针对岩石材料抗拉强度远低于其抗压强度的力学特性,提出一种爆破后仅在孔壁预设方向产生一个近似二维单裂面的控制爆破技术—定向拉张爆破(Directio... 钻爆法在岩体开挖领域得到了广泛应用,定向断裂控制爆破是其中的重要应用方向之一.为此,针对岩石材料抗拉强度远低于其抗压强度的力学特性,提出一种爆破后仅在孔壁预设方向产生一个近似二维单裂面的控制爆破技术—定向拉张爆破(Directional tensile blasting,DTB).分析了DTB技术定向致裂原理,采用自主研制的试验系统开展了DTB可视化试验,并在煤矿现场进行了DTB定向切顶试验.研究结果表明:(1)DTB技术通过非炸药含能材料(膨胀剂)瞬间反应在孔内产生高温高压气体对介质产生膨胀致裂效果,并通过拉张爆破装置控制裂缝起裂及扩展方向;(2)DTB技术通过拉张爆破装置的调控作用使得孔壁在预裂方向产生集中拉应力,从而通过拉张作用在试件预裂方向产生I型裂缝,形成定向、单一裂面;(3)在复合顶板巷道100 m试验段范围内,采用DTB技术切顶后孔内平均裂缝率达到92%,取得了理想的定向断裂效果,有效降低了巷道应力水平,缓解巷道变形情况.研究结果有助于揭示DTB技术定向拉张致裂机理,促进DTB技术在定向破岩领域的应用. 展开更多

针对某破碎地下金属矿山进路式采矿中存在的断面成形质量差、超欠挖严重、炮孔利用率低及炸药单耗偏高等问题,在调研工程地质条件和既有爆破工艺的基础上,对掏槽方式、炮孔布置、炮孔深度、装药结构及起爆网络等关键爆破参数开展了现场... 针对某破碎地下金属矿山进路式采矿中存在的断面成形质量差、超欠挖严重、炮孔利用率低及炸药单耗偏高等问题,在调研工程地质条件和既有爆破工艺的基础上,对掏槽方式、炮孔布置、炮孔深度、装药结构及起爆网络等关键爆破参数开展了现场试验与对比分析,提出了双阶同深分次掏槽技术与导爆管雷管接力式簇联起爆网络相结合的优化方案。通过减小周边孔间距、采用不耦合装药与光面爆破技术,有效控制了围岩损伤和巷道超欠挖,并在保证安全条件下实现了单循环较大进尺。应用结果表明:爆破参数优化后,整体炸药单耗由2.93 kg/m^(3)降至1.876 kg/m^(3),下降35.9%;总装药量下降42.5%;炮孔利用率由82.1%提高到95.0%,整体提升15.7%;日循环进尺提高5.5%,半壁孔痕率稳定在76%以上,断面超欠挖量控制在10 cm以内。研究成果为类似地质条件下地下金属矿山进路式采矿的爆破参数设计与现场控制提供了可借鉴的工程实例和技术依据。 展开更多

The outcome of the cutting blasting in a one-step shaft excavation is heavily related to the cutting parameters used for parallel cutting method. In this study, the relationships between the cutting parameters(such as the hole spacing L and the empty hole diameter D) and damage zones were investigated by numerical simulation. A damage state index γ was introduced and used to characterize the crushing and crack damage zones through a user-defined subroutine. Two indices, i.e., η1 and η2 that can reflect the cutting performance, were also introduced. The simulation results indicate that an optimal value of L can be obtained so that the η1 and η2 can reach their optimal states for the best cutting performance. A larger D results in better cutting performance when the L value maintains its best. In addition, the influences of the loading rate and the in-situ stress on the cutting performance were investigated. It is found that an explosive with a high loading rate is suit for cutting blasting. The propagation direction and the length of the tensile cracks are affected by the direction and the magnitude of the maximum principal stress. 展开更多

煤矿巷道顶板深孔爆破是切顶沿空留巷、坚硬顶板预裂工程中的重要岩体致裂方法,既要达到爆破切顶效果,又要确保发生不冲孔且爆破后巷道围岩稳定,因此合理确定钻孔封孔长度至关重要。针对当前煤矿切顶爆破钻孔封孔长度缺乏理论依据的问题... 煤矿巷道顶板深孔爆破是切顶沿空留巷、坚硬顶板预裂工程中的重要岩体致裂方法,既要达到爆破切顶效果,又要确保发生不冲孔且爆破后巷道围岩稳定,因此合理确定钻孔封孔长度至关重要。针对当前煤矿切顶爆破钻孔封孔长度缺乏理论依据的问题,首先统计分析了国内部分矿井切顶爆破工程的封孔参数,以爆破钻孔封堵机理和堵塞体在爆破过程中受力特征为基础,建立了深孔爆破数学模型,提出了基于爆破“不冲孔”为约束条件的最短封孔长度计算方法;其次,基于利文斯顿爆破漏斗理论,并结合装药结构,建立了顶板深孔装药爆破漏斗模型,得到了基于“最大内部爆破作用”的深孔爆破最短封孔长度计算方法。采用LS–DYNA分析了爆破后钻孔周围岩石中有效应力分布和裂纹发育情况,确定了基于炸药“最大能量利用率”的末端炸药与堵塞体合理间隔。从防止冲孔、保证爆破效果及减小对巷道顶板破坏影响的角度,提出了基于爆破“不冲孔”“最大内部爆破作用”“最大能量利用率”的煤矿顶板爆破钻孔合理封孔长度确定三元准则。以朝川矿22010工作面回风巷爆破切顶为工程背景,依据封孔长度三元准则计算了合理的封孔长度,以巷道顶板表面岩石单元的有效应力为指标,分析了爆破后巷道顶板稳定程度及封孔长度的合理性,并开展现场试验。试验结果表明,基于三元准则所计算的封孔长度不仅避免了冲孔,同时从孔深7 m处向孔底生成了贯穿爆破孔的切缝面,切断了目标岩层。研究成果可为煤矿巷道切顶卸压爆破钻孔确定合理封孔长度提供理论依据。 展开更多

构造异常区能量单元切割理论及冲孔-爆破协同增透技术

煤矿构造异常区通常具有应力集中、高瓦斯赋存、低渗透性、构造煤发育及致灾能量分布不均匀的特点,是煤与瓦斯突出重点防控区域。水力/气动冲孔技术是构造煤卸荷瓦斯抽采的主要手段之一,相较于常规抽采钻孔,可明显提高卸压半径,但煤层... 煤矿构造异常区通常具有应力集中、高瓦斯赋存、低渗透性、构造煤发育及致灾能量分布不均匀的特点,是煤与瓦斯突出重点防控区域。水力/气动冲孔技术是构造煤卸荷瓦斯抽采的主要手段之一,相较于常规抽采钻孔,可明显提高卸压半径,但煤层相邻冲孔钻孔之间易形成新的应力集中带,限制和影响瓦斯抽采。采用理论分析,数值模拟和现场实验相结合的方法,研究了冲孔与爆破联合卸压增透降能消突原理。主要研究结论为:①提出了突出能量单元切割理论及冲爆协同增透技术,结合突出潜能分布和突出启动能量判据,将煤层划分若干个能量单元,进行边界处切割、内部分区治理。针对构造异常区煤体采用先冲孔后可控定向聚能爆破的方式对煤体定向致裂、释放应力,冲孔孔洞为爆破影响范围内煤体移动提供了自由空间,在爆破点处形成了煤体自由面并改变了煤层的连续性,爆生气体与定向应力波可促进应力再平衡。②FALC3D模拟显示,冲孔可以降低孔周煤体应力,随着冲孔半径的增大,卸压半径亦随之增大。且冲孔后会在孔周卸压区外形成一定范围的应力集中带,限制瓦斯流动。③阐明了可控定向聚能爆破技术的介质-能量切割原理,爆破改变了被切割单元煤体自由面附近的突出潜能赋存梯度,实现介质切割控制能量切割。单元切割有效增加了采掘工作面前方阻能区长度,降低了低能–高能过渡带内作业风险。④利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,模拟了煤层可控定向聚能爆破与冲孔孔洞协同作用,结果表明可控定向聚能爆破实现了对煤体的定向致裂,在聚能方向上侵彻煤体形成较大裂隙。随着时间推移,以冲孔孔洞作为控制孔的孔周产生环向裂隙网,并随着裂隙扩展逐渐与非聚能方向的裂隙贯通,实现对煤体的有效增透。⑤冲爆协同增透技术现场试验表明,爆破孔周围10 m范围内冲孔区域煤体应力和排渣量显著降低,单、双根聚能管爆破后的瓦斯抽采纯量分别提高1.76~4.35倍和1.35~8.60倍。水力冲孔瓦斯有效抽采半径仅为5 m,冲孔与爆破协同卸压增透影响半径大于10 m,卸压效果提高一倍以上,煤巷月掘进速度提高了20 m。 展开更多
