Aim at improving the stability of the Short-circuiting Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW-S) process for the enhanced speed usage, effects of current waveform parameters during short-term on the welding stability have been investigated by experimental method. The welding power source used for the research is an inverter with a special current waveform control. It is shown that the spatter decreases at first then increases with each increase of the low current period, current increase rate and the maximum current limit. The test results are provided for welding of 1 mm and 3 mm mild steel at speed of 1.2 m/min. The stable GMA W-S process under high speed welding condition has been achieved by optimizing the parameters. 展开更多

It considers both the momentum and heat content of backward flowing molten jet inside weld pool. Three-dimensional geometry of weld pool, the spacing between two adjacent humps and hump height along humping weld bead are calculated under different levels of welding current and welding speed. It shows that wire feeding rate, power intensity and the moment of backward flowing molten jet are the major factors on humping bead formation. 展开更多

Thus, preparative separation of these al... Coptis chinensis Franch, a widely used Traditional Chinese Medicine, shows various kinds of bioactivity. The major active components of the herb are considered to be alkaloids. Thus, preparative separation of these alkaloids is critical important for further pharmacology and mechanism studies. In the paper, five alkaloids from C. chinensis were purified by HSCCC using the solvent system composed of chloro-form-metha- nol-water (2:1:1, v/v/v) single prepared. The content of each solvent in solvent system were determined by gas chromatography (GC), then according the ratios of solvents in each phase to prepare the mobile and stationary phase respectively. And a comparative study was carried out between together preparation and single preparation of the solvent system. The purities and recoveries of all the products were over 98.5% and 92%. However, 134 mL chloroform, 336 mL methanol and 452 mL water were saved when the two phase were singled by GC. Our research showed an economical method for separating alkaloids from C. chinensis by HSCCC using the solvent system single prepared by GC. 展开更多

[Methods]The crude extract of Cynanchum bengei Decne root bark was separated by silica gel column chromatography,and parts A and B containing acetophenones were obtained. Then,parts A and B were separated by HSCCC with a two-phase solvent system composed of petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-methanol-water( 4∶ 6∶ 4. 5∶ 5. 5 and4∶ 6 ∶ 3 ∶ 7, V/V), respectively. [Results] From 260 mg of part A, four compounds with p-dihydroxybenzene 3. 9 mg(Ⅰ),4-hydroxyacetophenone 17. 1 mg( Ⅱ),2,5-di-hydroxyacetophenone 13. 3 mg(Ⅲ) and 2,4-dihydroxyaceto-phenone 21. 0 mg(Ⅳ) were obtained. And from 300 mg of part B,136 mg of Radix Cynanchi Bungei benzophenone(Ⅴ) was obtained. The purity of compounds determined by HPLC was 97. 0%,96. 6%,99. 2%,99. 7%,99. 5%,respectively. [Conclusions] The established method is simple and efficient. It can be used for separation of acetophenones from Cynanchum bengei Decne root bark and has better practical value,which could provide a reference basis for development and utilization of Cynanchum bengei Decne root bark. 展开更多

This paper proposes the current search (CS) metaheuristics conceptualized from the electric current flowing through electric networks for optimization problems with continuous design variables. The CS algorithm possesses two powerful strategies, exploration and exploitation, for searching the global optimum. Based on the stochastic process, the derivatives of the objective function is unnecessary for the proposed CS. To evaluate its performance, the CS is tested against several unconstrained optimization problems. The results obtained are compared to those obtained by the popular search techniques, i.e., the genetic algorithm (GA), the particle swarm optimization (PSO), and the adaptive tabu search (ATS). As results, the CS outperforms other algorithms and provides superior results. The CS is also applied to a constrained design of the optimum PID controller for the dc motor speed control system. From experimental results, the CS has been successfully applied to the speed control of the dc motor. 展开更多

为了抑制抖振和增强永磁同步电机(PMSM)转速控制性能,提出一种基于障碍函数的永磁同步电机阻尼可变性能增强新型转速滑模控制方法。首先,设计一种非级联转速-电流一体化单环控制架构,该架构直接利用可测量转速和电流直接设计控制器,而... 为了抑制抖振和增强永磁同步电机(PMSM)转速控制性能,提出一种基于障碍函数的永磁同步电机阻尼可变性能增强新型转速滑模控制方法。首先,设计一种非级联转速-电流一体化单环控制架构,该架构直接利用可测量转速和电流直接设计控制器,而无需设计观测器估计角加速度。其次,引入障碍函数使sign切换函数的增益自适应调整,这不但极大削弱抖振,同时还解决电流无法自动受限的问题。此外,在滑模面设计中创新性地设计积分阻尼可变函数,有效地提升转速暂态控制性能。同时积分项使系统动态仅为滑动阶段,大大简化控制器和自适应律的设计复杂度。为了进一步增强鲁棒性,设计一种滤波扰动估计器对PMSM中的匹配和非匹配扰动同时进行估计并补偿。最后,通过实际实验对所提方法进行验证,实验结果表明该控制方法能够有效降低抖振和增强PMSM的转速控制性能。 展开更多

为满足电动汽车应用领域对驱动电动机大转矩、宽调速范围、高效率等的需求,结合漏磁可控型永磁(flux leakage controllable permanent magnet,FLCPM)电动机高速低磁通、重载高磁通的特性,提出一种基于交轴磁场调节的弱磁电流最小调速控... 为满足电动汽车应用领域对驱动电动机大转矩、宽调速范围、高效率等的需求,结合漏磁可控型永磁(flux leakage controllable permanent magnet,FLCPM)电动机高速低磁通、重载高磁通的特性,提出一种基于交轴磁场调节的弱磁电流最小调速控制策略.利用交轴磁场重构弱磁控制时i_(d)、i_(q)电流分配,有限调节永磁体漏磁磁通,间接实现气隙磁通控制.在此基础上,为减小漏磁通变化对电流分配计算及去磁电流计算的影响,引入最小i_(s)电流弱磁约束条件与在线调节判断,优选i_(d)、i_(q)分配量,提高弱磁运行效率.进行FLCPM电动机的i_(q)电流弱磁控制和最小弱磁电流控制试验,并分析了其电流大小、调速特性和弱磁效率特点.结果表明:在FLCPM电动机上的传统i_(d)电流弱磁存在过度弱磁,且最小弱磁电流控制拥有更小的is电流、更宽的调速范围和更高的弱磁效率,i_(s)电流最高减少了2.83%、弱磁效率最高可达91.0%. 展开更多

Microwave remote sensing is one of the most useful methods for observing the ocean parameters. The Doppler frequency or interferometric phase of the radar echoes can be used for an ocean surface current speed retrieval,which is widely used in spaceborne and airborne radars. While the effect of the ocean currents and waves is interactional. It is impossible to retrieve the ocean surface current speed from Doppler frequency shift directly. In order to study the relationship between the ocean surface current speed and the Doppler frequency shift, a numerical ocean surface Doppler spectrum model is established and validated with a reference. The input parameters of ocean Doppler spectrum include an ocean wave elevation model, a directional distribution function, and wind speed and direction. The suitable ocean wave elevation spectrum and the directional distribution function are selected by comparing the ocean Doppler spectrum in C band with an empirical geophysical model function(CDOP). What is more, the error sensitivities of ocean surface current speed to the wind speed and direction are analyzed. All these simulations are in Ku band. The simulation results show that the ocean surface current speed error is sensitive to the wind speed and direction errors. With VV polarization, the ocean surface current speed error is about 0.15 m/s when the wind speed error is 2 m/s, and the ocean surface current speed error is smaller than 0.3 m/s when the wind direction error is within 20° in the cross wind direction. 展开更多

低压直流伺服电机越来越广泛应用在自动化生产线、机器人技术、精密加工和医疗设备等领域,而现有低压直流伺服驱动系统具有成本高、操作复杂的特点。因此设计了一款低成本、操作简单的低压直流伺服驱动系统。该系统主要由上位机调试软... 低压直流伺服电机越来越广泛应用在自动化生产线、机器人技术、精密加工和医疗设备等领域,而现有低压直流伺服驱动系统具有成本高、操作复杂的特点。因此设计了一款低成本、操作简单的低压直流伺服驱动系统。该系统主要由上位机调试软件、伺服驱动板和低压直流伺服电机3部分组成。伺服驱动板硬件设计以STM32F405RGT6微处理器作为主控芯片,选用逆变器下桥臂串联3个采样电阻进行电流采样,配备RS232串口与上位机通信;伺服驱动板软件设计实现位置控制、速度控制和转矩控制,其中位置控制支持梯形速度曲线规划,具有过压、欠压、过流等保护功能。上位机调试软件使用QT编写,实现PID参数读写、目标指令给定、电机当前状态读取以及示波器功能。实验结果表明,该系统驱动低压直流伺服电机按照梯形速度曲线平滑运行,带负载速度波动保持在±0.5%以内,响应速度快,稳定性好,操作简单,为低压直流伺服驱动系统研发提供一个新的解决思路。 展开更多

基于动态检测的高速铁路牵引回流不平衡特征分析及识别

随着列车速度不断提高,不平衡牵引回流对信号系统的干扰影响随之增加。为了通过动态检测手段有效描述并识别牵引回流不平衡,对牵引回流动态检测数据展开深入分析,分析结果表明,(1)检测车单一采集端数据无法全面反映牵引回流均衡情况;(2... 随着列车速度不断提高,不平衡牵引回流对信号系统的干扰影响随之增加。为了通过动态检测手段有效描述并识别牵引回流不平衡,对牵引回流动态检测数据展开深入分析,分析结果表明,(1)检测车单一采集端数据无法全面反映牵引回流均衡情况;(2)单一牵引回流动态检测指标并不能有效反映牵引回流的均衡性。(3)牵引回流均衡性与列车运行速度有关,速度越大牵引回流均衡性越差。针对以上情况,提出“牵引回流不平衡度”指标表征及其识别方法。首先,对车头尾两端数据进行里程校准,然后按照回流点位置将数据划分为若干个回流单元;针对每一个回流单元,获取机车受流后分别流经两条钢轨的全部电流,并基于Sigmoid函数对牵引回流不平衡值及不平衡系数进行归一化映射,将值域映射至(0,1);最后,针对列车在每个回流单元内的运行速度计算牵引回流不平衡度指标,对牵引回流均衡性做出分类。为了验证所提指标对于牵引回流不平衡的识别效果,与采用现有检测指标的识别方法进行对比试验。基于实际检测数据的试验结果表明,所提出的指标对于牵引回流不平衡引起的轨道电路干扰识别正确率为99.97%,比应用现有牵引回流不平衡值、牵引回流不平衡系数指标的识别正确率分别提高0.04%、45.24%。 展开更多

针对传统多层电感均衡电路存在的均衡时间利用率低、均衡速度慢以及均衡电流不连续等问题,文中提出了改进型多层电感均衡电路。改进型电路通过在电路结构中增加均衡电感与耦合电容能够有效实现电池组内高电压电池的电荷向低电压电池转移... 针对传统多层电感均衡电路存在的均衡时间利用率低、均衡速度慢以及均衡电流不连续等问题,文中提出了改进型多层电感均衡电路。改进型电路通过在电路结构中增加均衡电感与耦合电容能够有效实现电池组内高电压电池的电荷向低电压电池转移,同时保证了均衡电流的连续性,提升了均衡时间的利用率和均衡速度。实验结果表明,在相同初始条件下,相较于传统设计,改进型电路均衡时间缩短了58.9%,均衡速度提高了160%,均衡效率提升了1.49%,且均衡结束时的最大电压差由10.4 mV减少到6.0 mV。实验结果证明了改进型电路在减少均衡时间、加快均衡速度、提高均衡效率以及优化均衡效果等方面的有效性。 展开更多

This paper presents a backstepping control method for speed sensorless permanent magnet synchronous motor based on slide model observer. First, a comprehensive dynamical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) in d-q frame and its space-state equation are established. The slide model control method is used to estimate the electromotive force of PMSM under static frame, while the position of rotor and its actual speed are estimated by using phase loop lock(PLL) method. Next,using Lyapunov stability theorem, the asymptotical stability condition of the slide model observer is presented. Furthermore, based on the backstepping control theory, the PMSM rotor speed and current tracking backstepping controllers are designed, because such controllers display excellent speed tracking and anti-disturbance performance. Finally, Matlab simulation results show that the slide model observer can not only estimate the rotor position and speed of the PMSM accurately, but also ensure the asymptotical stability of the system and effective adjustment of rotor speed and current. 展开更多

基于全尺寸高速弓网关系试验台的弓网系统受流和载流磨耗特性

为突破现有研究手段的局限,研制全尺寸高速弓网关系试验台,并依托其在高速弓网系统受流和载流磨耗试验方面的技术,在进行试验台准确性验证的基础上,研究弓网系统受流过程中离线放电特性和离线电弧电磁辐射特性、电弧对弓网摩擦副烧蚀特... 为突破现有研究手段的局限,研制全尺寸高速弓网关系试验台,并依托其在高速弓网系统受流和载流磨耗试验方面的技术,在进行试验台准确性验证的基础上,研究弓网系统受流过程中离线放电特性和离线电弧电磁辐射特性、电弧对弓网摩擦副烧蚀特性、载流磨耗特性、弓网摩擦副选型。结果表明:该试验台的最高试验速度为530 km·h^(-1)、最大电流为1000 A,具备主盘3个自由度的运动和受电弓激振功能,可真实模拟弓网动态刚柔接触过程;弓网系统受流过程中离线放电高频谐波集中于0~30 MHz,电磁辐射能量频率主要分布于0~100 MHz;升弓和降弓过程中受电弓滑板电弧烧蚀分别形成“深窄型”与“浅宽型”熔池,其中“深窄型”熔池会增加材料损失风险;250~350 km·h^(-1)速度下与纯碳滑板载流磨耗时,CTS150型接触线在300 km·h^(-1)速度时存在磨耗量谷值现象;400~500 km·h^(-1)速度下纯碳滑板载流磨耗后的接触线面积磨耗比和滑板重量磨耗比均低于浸金属碳滑板。研究成果为弓网系统的接触线和碳滑板材料选型、参数优化及电磁兼容性设计提供了关键数据和理论依据。基于该试验台,构建覆盖高速铁路和城轨交通的高速弓网载流磨耗试验方法,并纳入多项国际及中国行业标准。 展开更多
