On the basis of quantization of charge, the loop equations of quantum circuits are investigated by using the Helsenberg motion equation for a mesoscopic dissipation transmission line. On the supposition that the system has a symmetry under translation in charge space, the quantum current and the quantum energy spectrum in the mesoscopic transmission llne are given by solving their eigenvalue equations. Results show that the quantum current and the quantum energy spectrum are not only related to the parameters of the transmission llne, but also dependent on the quantized character of the charge obviously. 展开更多

Motor current signature analysis (MCSA) is common practice in industry to find motor faults. This paper presents a new approach to detection and diagnosis of motor bearing faults based on induction motor stator current analysis. Tests were performed with three bearing conditions: baseline, outer race fault and inner race fault. Because the signals associated with faults produce small modulations to supply component and high nose levels, a modulation signal bispectrum (MSB) is used in this paper to detect and diagnose different motor bearing defects. The results show that bearing faults can induced a detestable amplitude increases at its characteristic frequencies. MSB peaks show a clear difference at these frequencies whereas conventional power spectrum provides change evidences only at some of the frequencies. This shows that MSB has a better and reliable performance in extract small changes from the faulty bearing for fault detection and diagnosis. In addition, the study also show that current signals from motors with variable frequency drive controller have too much noise and it is unlikely to discriminate the small bearing fault component. 展开更多

Microwave remote sensing is one of the most useful methods for observing the ocean parameters. The Doppler frequency or interferometric phase of the radar echoes can be used for an ocean surface current speed retrieval,which is widely used in spaceborne and airborne radars. While the effect of the ocean currents and waves is interactional. It is impossible to retrieve the ocean surface current speed from Doppler frequency shift directly. In order to study the relationship between the ocean surface current speed and the Doppler frequency shift, a numerical ocean surface Doppler spectrum model is established and validated with a reference. The input parameters of ocean Doppler spectrum include an ocean wave elevation model, a directional distribution function, and wind speed and direction. The suitable ocean wave elevation spectrum and the directional distribution function are selected by comparing the ocean Doppler spectrum in C band with an empirical geophysical model function(CDOP). What is more, the error sensitivities of ocean surface current speed to the wind speed and direction are analyzed. All these simulations are in Ku band. The simulation results show that the ocean surface current speed error is sensitive to the wind speed and direction errors. With VV polarization, the ocean surface current speed error is about 0.15 m/s when the wind speed error is 2 m/s, and the ocean surface current speed error is smaller than 0.3 m/s when the wind direction error is within 20° in the cross wind direction. 展开更多

The measured results were compared with calculated data by Monte-carlo method for ohmic heating. In lower hybrid current drive (LHCD) experiments, the ion heating of LHCD was identified. The chargeexchange neutral particle flux enhanced was observed. The energy spectrum clearly showed a high-energy ions tail. The bulk ion temperature increased by 0.4-0.5 keV after the onset of LHCD. The performance of the proposed method deals with the emerging technique called as Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) and the Zero-Sequence Voltage Component (ZSVC) to diagnose the stator faults of Induction Motors. The unalleviated study of the robustness of the industrial appliances is obligatory to verdict the fault of the machines at precipitate stages and thwart the machine from brutal damage. For all kinds of industry, a machine failure escorts to a diminution in production and cost increases. The Motor Current Signature Analysis (MCSA) is referred as the most predominant way to diagnose the faults of electrical machines. Since the detailed analysis of the current spectrum, the method will portray the typical fault state. This paper aims to present dissimilar stator faults which are classified under electrical faults using MCSA and the comparison of simulation and hardware results. The magnitude of these fault harmonics analyzes in detail by means of Finite-Element Method (FEM). The anticipated method can effectively perceive the trivial changes too during the operation of the motor and it shows in the results. 展开更多

Faults and failures of induction machines can indeed lead to excessive costs, hence, there is a strong demand in the industry for adopting diagnosis techniques to assess and evaluate current condition of electrical machines. Eccentricity related faults as well as clutch wobbling constitute major portions of the faults related to induction motors. This paper presents the effect of clutch wobbling and mixed eccentricity on induction machine stator currents and the possibility of distinguishing between each ailment via comparing the abnormal harmonics contained in stator current spectrums in each case. In this paper, the current spectrum of a four pole-pairs, 550 kW, induction machine were calculated for the cases of full symmetry, clutch wobbling, and mixed eccentricity. The calculations involve integration of 93 electrical plus four mechanical ordinary differential equations. Electrical equations account for variable inductances affected by slotting and eccentricities. The calculations were followed by Fourier analysis of the stator currents. Zooms of the current spectrums, around the 50 Hz fundamental harmonic as well as of the main slot harmonic zone, of both calculated and measured currents are included. The spectrums presented in this paper rely on calculations that are performed with dedicated software which is owned by AGH University of Science and Technology. 展开更多

This paper analyzed the distribution of thermohaline and circulation characteristics of Zhejiang and Fujian waters,based on the cross-sectional thermohaline data and on current data (up to 30 d duration) at fixed-point moorings,collected in the summer of 2006.We also performed low-pass filtering and spectrum analysis on the mooring submersible buoy data.Based on that analysis,we discussed the characteristics of low frequency currents and time-variations in these waters.The main conclusions are as follows.(1) There is a low salinity pinnate area near the Hangzhou Bay in summer,and outside the low salinity area,an obvious salinity front is present from surface to bottom near 123 E.There is also a temperature front below the surface at a corresponding position.(2) Bottom water of the Taiwan Warm Current comes from the subsurface of Kuroshio.(3) The direction of low frequency current at fixed anchor stations is N-NE or S,which mainly depends on the interaction of control currents in this waters.(4) Significant spectral peaks at all mooring stations are typically semidiurnal and diurnal tides.Semidiurnal tidal waves are the main ones in these waters,and have more energy closer to the shore.(5) Significant energy spectral peaks of middle period (3 to 8 d) of currents are responses to weather frequency.(6) Significant energy spectral peaks of long periods at the surface or bottom are probably responses to seasonal wind or bottom friction,while,the long period peaks of other depths can reflect cyclical changes of interactions between currents.We conclude that the pulsation period of the Taiwan Warm Current in these waters is 10-17 d. 展开更多

A dynamic response analysis in the frequency domain is presented for risers subjected to combined wave and current loading. Considering the effects of current, a modified wave spectrum is adopted to compute the linearized drag force. An additional drag force convolution term is added to the linearized drag force spectrum, therefore the error is reduced which arises from the truncation of higher order terms in the drag force auto-correlation function. An expression of linearized drag force spectrum is given taking the relative velocity into account. It is found that the additional term is a fold convolution integral. In this paper dynamic responses of risers are investigated, while the influence of floater motion on risers is considered. The results demonstrate that the accuracy of the present method reaches the degree required in time domain analysis. 展开更多

The power law in the inertial sub-range has been proposed in such a way that the power of the one-dimensional turbulent energy spectrum varies from 0 to -2 approximately, but it is accompanying the small oscillation with increasing the wave number. The well-known Kolmogorov -5/3 power law is merely one facet, to appear within the present proposed novel power law. The turbulent energy spectra (Su, Sv, Sw) in x-, y-and z-directions, respectively oscillate with the wave number. It is found that the turbulent in the tidal currents is three dimensional, and the intermittence of momentum transport is a predominant and characteristic feature in tidal current. 展开更多

Dark Current Compensation and Sensitivity Adjustment on Gallium Arsenide Linear Array Detector for X-Ray Imaging

For the last several years, the linear array x-ray detector for x-ray imaging with gallium arsenide direct conversion sensitive elements has been developed and tested at the In-stitute for High Energy Physics. The array consists of 16 sensitive modules. Each module has 128 gallium arsenide (GaAs) sensitive elements with 200 μm pitch. Current article describes two key program procedures of initial dark current compensation of each sensitive element in the linear array, and sensitivity adjustment for alignment of strip pattern in the raw image data. As a part of evaluation process a modular transfer function (MTF) was measured with the slanted sharp-edge object under RQA5 technique as it described in the International Electrotechnical Commission 62220-1 standard (high voltage 70 kVp, additional aluminium filter 21 mm) for images with compensated dark currents and adjusted sensitivity of detector elements. The 10% level of the calculated MTF function has spatial resolution within 2 - 3 pair of lines per mm for both vertical and horizontal orientation. 展开更多

一种降低开关电源EMI的混合扩频电路

针对传统周期扩频调制易产生人耳可闻噪声以及随机扩频调制频率阶跃变化大的问题,设计了一种用于开关电源的混合扩频电路。该电路产生的调制信号,结合周期三角波调制和随机调制的频率特性,减小了开关频率的阶跃变化并增强了随机性。在... 针对传统周期扩频调制易产生人耳可闻噪声以及随机扩频调制频率阶跃变化大的问题,设计了一种用于开关电源的混合扩频电路。该电路产生的调制信号,结合周期三角波调制和随机调制的频率特性,减小了开关频率的阶跃变化并增强了随机性。在提升电磁干扰(EMI)抑制效果的同时,可避免人耳可闻噪声。混合扩频电路主要由周期电流部分和随机电流部分组成,通过两种电流叠加对电容进行充放电来实现调制信号频率的混合变化。理论分析和Simulink仿真证实,该混合调制信号能有效抑制EMI。最后基于TSMC0.18μm工艺搭建了采用混合扩频电路的Buck变换器进行测试验证。结果表明,Buck电感电流纹波减小且EMI能量尖峰得以分散到其他频率范围,在500mA负载电流稳定工作时,EMI幅值最高降低约13.03dB,可为低EMI电源芯片设计提供参考。 展开更多

[目的]为解决水下航行器低速发射武器时由于速度过低,可能导致武器出管后与行进的航行器碰撞的问题,构建一种考虑航行器姿态、航速及侧向洋流环境等相关参数影响下的武器安全发射速度优化模型,根据当前航行器及环境参数即时决策安全发射速度,实现武器低噪声发射优化控制。[方法]基于危险点位移包络线的武器发射安全性评估分析方法,并基于175组工况样本,采用3种数据拟合方法构建武器安全发射速度优化模型。获得多影响因素、多约束判据条件下的武器安全发射速度边界谱及武器安全发射速度优化模型,覆盖航行器俯仰角−5°~5°,航速0~4 m/s及侧向洋流速度0~2 m/s工况。[结果]多元多项式拟合、多项式响应面拟合及Kriging插值拟合这3种算法中,Kriging插值拟合最适合构建武器安全发射速度优化模型,拟合残差为0。[结论]航速只有在航行器存在一定俯仰角的条件下对武器安全发射速度具备显著影响。随着侧向洋流速度增大,安全速度边界谱的下限值逐渐受到影响;随着航行器俯仰角增大,安全速度边界谱的上限值逐渐受影响。 展开更多
