In recent years,the attention to the investment in agricultu...Investment in agricultural capital construction is an important factor in improving China's agricultural productivity and international competitiveness. In recent years,the attention to the investment in agricultural capital construction has been lifted to a strategic height. However,there is still little research on the investment in agricultural capital construction. From the perspective of investment of different ministries and commissions,this paper systematically analyzed current situations,problems,and came up with recommendations for the investment in the agricultural capital construction. According to the results,( i) from 1983 to the present,China's investment in agricultural capital construction experienced three stages. Especially after 2010,the scale of investment in agricultural capital construction was huge,and it showed a rapid increasing trend;( ii) the investment in agricultural capital construction is characterized by " multi-sector investment,different departments having different investment priorities and investment scale in different periods";( iii) some investment projects are overlapping between departments,local areas are weak in providing support funds,project construction standard is single,and there are problems of attaching importance to the application,belittling the management,stressing the construction,belittling the maintenance,and serious brain drain;( iv) different departments have accumulated certain experience in long-term exploration. For example,they pay more attention to the refinement and differentiation of projects,focus on the development of targeted poverty alleviation,pay more attention to the " quality" of investment,and pay more attention to the transformation of agricultural production methods. Based on current situations and problems,it came up with recommendations including promoting the integration of funds for investment and project integration,strengthening the personnel cultivation,ensuring simultaneous construction and management of projects,stressing the maintenance after project construction,exploring new modes for project design,management,investment,and financing,and enhancing the support for special investment projects.展开更多

This paper reviewed the construction background,functional characteristics and development history of agricultural science and technology parks. It analyzed the current development situations of the provincial agricultural science and technology parks in Jiangyang District,Luzhou City of Sichuan Province. Then,it summarized its experience in park construction and compared with surrounding national and provincial agricultural science and technology parks. To provide reference for the prevention and control of diseases,pests,and weeds on Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.and the research and development of new pesticide registrations,this paper analyzes the quantity,variety s...To provide reference for the prevention and control of diseases,pests,and weeds on Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.and the research and development of new pesticide registrations,this paper analyzes the quantity,variety structure,dosage forms,and toxicity of pesticides registered on Z.bungeanum in China.The analysis reveals a relatively low quantity of pesticide registrations on Z.bungeanum,with no herbicide registrations;suspension concentrates dominate the dosage forms,and pesticide toxicity is classified as low-toxicity or micro-toxicity;registered pesticides target only rust,anthracnose,scale insects,aphids,and spider mites,while plant growth regulators solely involve growth regulation and shoot control.Given the current status of limited and incomplete pesticide registrations targeting major diseases,pests,and weeds on Z.bungeanum,severe product homogenization,and unknown maximum residue limits,it is recommended to intensify efforts in pesticide registration on Z.bungeanum,actively research and apply green control technologies,strengthen technical training guidance and pesticide supervision enforcement,to promote the healthy development of the industry.展开更多

Most gold deposits are small or occur as ore spots; very large deposits are rare with relatively ...In China, there are 12 types of gold deposits in 57 class-Ill metallogenic zones, formed in 7 main metaUogenic periods. Most gold deposits are small or occur as ore spots; very large deposits are rare with relatively poor quality, mainly medium to low grade. Only 35% of the total gold reserves is identified, while a large amount of reserves is yet to be identified. In recent years, China Geological Survey has organized or conducted mineral resources survey and evaluation project, replacement resources prospecting for deposits in crisis, old mines prospecting and commercial prospecting funded or encouraged by the Central Government. These efforts have been fruitful. According to the temporal and spatial allocation of gold resources, and experiences from recent prospecting efforts, western China and the deep layers and peripheries of the-sits in eastern China have relatively high prospecting potential. The government should give even more support to the gold industry and strengthen technological innovation to help address difficulties in gold exploitation and processing. The government should also formulate consistent plans, consolidate mining rights, and promote integrated exploration, so as to achieve new major breakthroughs in gold prospecting. Gold is both a form of material wealth and a way of storing wealth. It is a rare resource with dual functions of commodity and currency. As an important global strategic asset and a cornerstone of financial reserves, gold plays an irreplaceable role in securing national economic development, maintaining financial security, strengthening national comprehensive power and promoting RMB internationalization. Based on latest research and prospecting results, the thesis proposes preliminary conclusions on types, temporal and spatial allocation, and exploration and development of gold deposits in China; predicts China＇s gold resource potential; reviews recent gold prospecting and exploration efforts; and, in the hope of offering some reference for the new round of gold prospecting, exploration and planning, offers some suggestions.展开更多

文摘To provide reference for the prevention and control of diseases,pests,and weeds on Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.and the research and development of new pesticide registrations,this paper analyzes the quantity,variety structure,dosage forms,and toxicity of pesticides registered on Z.bungeanum in China.The analysis reveals a relatively low quantity of pesticide registrations on Z.bungeanum,with no herbicide registrations;suspension concentrates dominate the dosage forms,and pesticide toxicity is classified as low-toxicity or micro-toxicity;registered pesticides target only rust,anthracnose,scale insects,aphids,and spider mites,while plant growth regulators solely involve growth regulation and shoot control.Given the current status of limited and incomplete pesticide registrations targeting major diseases,pests,and weeds on Z.bungeanum,severe product homogenization,and unknown maximum residue limits,it is recommended to intensify efforts in pesticide registration on Z.bungeanum,actively research and apply green control technologies,strengthen technical training guidance and pesticide supervision enforcement,to promote the healthy development of the industry.
文摘With the increase of global climate change and extreme weather events,more and more attention has been paid to the protection of China's meteorological cultural heritage.Meteorological cultural heritage is an important part of China's cultural heritage,which is unique and non renewable.It is of great significance to the inheritance of China's excellent traditional culture and the construction of a meteorological power.Because it is more special than water conservancy cultural heritage in China's historical development,it is not only a national context,but also mixed with foreign activities.This paper focuses on the protection and research of China's meteorological cultural heritage.Based on the current situation of the protection and utilization of China's meteorological cultural heritage,it analyzes the problems and shortcomings in the current protection work.In response to these problems,some targeted protection measures are proposed,including strengthening the construction of laws and regulations,improving the level of protection technology,enhancing public participation,and promoting the protection and sustainable development of meteorological cultural heritage.The aim is to provide useful references for the protection of China's meteorological cultural heritage in the future.

文摘This article takes the joint training model as the research object and focuses on the joint postgraduate training in vocational universities.Based on a brief overview of the connotation and significance of joint postgraduate training in vocational universities,a systematic summary of the current situation of such training is conducted through practical research.While elaborating on the implementation and characteristics of joint postgraduate training in vocational universities,the article emphasizes a systematic collection and analysis of existing problems.Finally,guided by these problems and considering the characteristics and issues of joint postgraduate training in vocational universities,several improvement strategies are proposed.It is emphasized that vocational universities need to actively optimize their management models,establish restraint mechanisms,and implement dynamic adjustments to achieve scientific management of joint postgraduate training.This approach aims to promote academic innovation and improve training quality simultaneously.
文摘The digital economy has injected continuous momentum into the development of urban economy and plays a positive and important role in the transformation and upgrading of urban energy consumption.Specifically,the digital economy can significantly improve the efficiency of urban energy consumption by virtue of its distinctive characteristics of low pollution and high efficiency.Moreover,empowered by the digital economy,the pace of transformation and upgrading of high-pollution traditional industries has been accelerated.Particularly importantly,the urban energy consumption structure has been optimized and adjusted through the indirect role of intermediate factors.From this perspective,studying the current situation and countermeasures of urban energy consumption under the digital economy holds important practical significance both in theory and practice.This paper first briefly summarizes the relevant literature on the impact of the digital economy on the energy consumption structure;then,it focuses on detailed data to explore the current situation of urban energy consumption under the digital economy model;finally,based on the summary of the current situation,it puts forward practical and feasible suggestions,hoping to provide a decision-making basis for the implementation of policies in different types of cities and offer innovative ideas for promoting the high-quality development of urban energy systems.

文摘With the development of the international education environment and the continuous reform of higher education in China,the working pace in universities is accelerating,with higher requirements for university work and increasingly apparent pressure on teachers.Young teachers in Chinese universities are prone to occupational stress.In addition to undertaking teaching,research,and other tasks,they feel anxious and at a loss when facing personal issues such as job promotion and taking care of their families.This article selects young teachers from some universities in China as research subjects and uses a questionnaire survey method to understand the current situation and sources of pressure on young teachers in universities,so as to focus on and alleviate their stress in a targeted manner.

文摘With the rapid development of technology,people's living standards have been greatly improved,and more and more people have started to care more about the theory and health preservation function of TCM.Gastrodia elata,as a precious Chinese herbal medicine,is harmless to human health.Due to the high economic benefits and real benefits for farmers,the G.elata industry has developed rapidly.Zhaotong is the hometown of G.elata f.glauca in China,but the current situation of the G.elata industry lags behind other producing areas.Through field survey and literature review,this paper comprehensively analyzed the development status of the G.elata industry in Zhaotong City.Combined with the natural conditions,policy conditions,and socio-economic conditions of the G.elata industry in Zhaotong City to find countermeasures and recommendations to promote the further development of the G.elata industry in Zhaotong and provide recommendations for the sustainable development of G.elata industry.

文摘Marine data buoy can provide a long-term, continuous, real-time, reliable data of ocean observation in a variety of complex marine environment. It is one of the most reliable, most effective and important means of ocean monitoring technology. In this paper, the classification, main theory and technology system of marine data buoy are summarized. The typical technological breakthrough of the development of marine data buoy in recent years is summarized. The composition and application of marine monitoring network in China was introduced, and the gap between the technology of China＇s marine data buoy and the international advanced countries is compared.Combined on the situation and demand of China＇s current situation and needs, the development trend of marine data buoy and buoy monitoring network are expected.
文摘In China, there are 12 types of gold deposits in 57 class-Ill metallogenic zones, formed in 7 main metaUogenic periods. Most gold deposits are small or occur as ore spots; very large deposits are rare with relatively poor quality, mainly medium to low grade. Only 35% of the total gold reserves is identified, while a large amount of reserves is yet to be identified. In recent years, China Geological Survey has organized or conducted mineral resources survey and evaluation project, replacement resources prospecting for deposits in crisis, old mines prospecting and commercial prospecting funded or encouraged by the Central Government. These efforts have been fruitful. According to the temporal and spatial allocation of gold resources, and experiences from recent prospecting efforts, western China and the deep layers and peripheries of the-sits in eastern China have relatively high prospecting potential. The government should give even more support to the gold industry and strengthen technological innovation to help address difficulties in gold exploitation and processing. The government should also formulate consistent plans, consolidate mining rights, and promote integrated exploration, so as to achieve new major breakthroughs in gold prospecting. Gold is both a form of material wealth and a way of storing wealth. It is a rare resource with dual functions of commodity and currency. As an important global strategic asset and a cornerstone of financial reserves, gold plays an irreplaceable role in securing national economic development, maintaining financial security, strengthening national comprehensive power and promoting RMB internationalization. Based on latest research and prospecting results, the thesis proposes preliminary conclusions on types, temporal and spatial allocation, and exploration and development of gold deposits in China; predicts China＇s gold resource potential; reviews recent gold prospecting and exploration efforts; and, in the hope of offering some reference for the new round of gold prospecting, exploration and planning, offers some suggestions.
