To understand the current situation of institutional registration in Shaanxi Province after the implementation ofregistration system management in drug clinical trial institutions.Relevant information was collected on...To understand the current situation of institutional registration in Shaanxi Province after the implementation ofregistration system management in drug clinical trial institutions.Relevant information was collected on the“Announcement on the Accreditation of Drug Clinical Trial Institutions”issued by the National Medical Products Administration from 2005 to August 2022,the record management information system of drug and medical device clinical trial institutions,and the drug clinical trial registration and information publicity platform.A retrospective analysis was carried out in terms of institutional development,regional distribution,registered majors,principal investigators,and the number of drug clinical trials.After the implementation of institution registration,the number of drug clinical trial institutions in Shaanxi Province increased by 47.4%,884 principal investigators were registered,the number of registered majors expanded from 58 qualified to 117,and the professional scope increased by 50.4%.The policy of institution registration is conducive to promoting the rational use of medical resources and the development of drug clinical trial institutions and improving the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry in Shaanxi Province.展开更多

Objective: To investigate and analyze the current status of continuing nursing education (CNE) of in-service nurses in Tibet and their demand for continuing education. Methods: 663 active nurses in Tibet were taken as...Objective: To investigate and analyze the current status of continuing nursing education (CNE) of in-service nurses in Tibet and their demand for continuing education. Methods: 663 active nurses in Tibet were taken as the research objects, and the self-developed questionnaire was used to investigate the current status and needs of CNE, and the correlation between the CNE needs of active nurses and their personal conditions was analyzed. Results: This study shows that 65.61% (435/663) of active nurses have not participated in any CNE, and 91.86% (609/663) of active nurses believe that they need to participate in CNE. The problems faced by active nurses in participating in CNE include funding restrictions, time limitation and ability limitation. Logistic stepwise regression analysis reveals that the age of active nurses and working years of nurses are negatively correlated with the funding restrictions for participating in CNE (P < 0.05). It is relatively more difficult for young nurses with less working experience to obtain funding for participating in CNE. Moreover, there is a negative correlation between age, educational level and the ability of nurses to participate in CNE (P < 0.05). Younger nurses with lower educational level are more difficult to participate in CNE due to personal ability. There is a positive correlation between the length of working experience and the time limitation faced to participate in CNE (P < 0.05). Senior nurses are too busy with their work to participate in CNE due to limited time. Conclusion: The problems faced by active nurses in Tibet in participating in CNE come from funding, time and ability. Young nurses with limited working experience cannot participate in CNE resulting from limited ability and funds;while senior nurses are mainly restricted by time. It is recommended that hospitals and nursing management in Tibet should solve these problems faced by nurses in participating in CNE by implementing a flexible scheduling system, and providing funding or implementing an incentive system, to enhance the confidence of active nurses in participating in CNE.展开更多

<strong>Objective: </strong>With the development of society, people’s requirements and standards for nursing work continue to improve, under the premise of nursing human resources are relatively insuffici...<strong>Objective: </strong>With the development of society, people’s requirements and standards for nursing work continue to improve, under the premise of nursing human resources are relatively insufficient, nursing work from nursing skills to service attitude to ensure quality, this standard brings great work pressure to nursing staff, in addition, the increasing medical disputes, It increases the risk factor of personal safety attack in the workplace of nurses, and further increases the psychological pressure of nurses, thus increasing the incidence of job burnout of nurses. <strong>Methods: </strong>A multi-stage random sampling was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey among 1049 nursing staff on December 1, solstice and December 30, 2015. The current situation of nurses’ job satisfaction, stressors and job burnout and its influencing factors were analyzed. <strong>Results: </strong>1) The total score of nurses’ job satisfaction was 91.52 ± 17.99 points;2) The total score of nurses’ work stressors was 86.52 ± 21.95 points;3) The total score of nurses’ job burnout was 38.44 ± 7.55 points;4) The aspects of patient care, management and interpersonal relationship were significantly correlated with nurses’ burnout (P < 0.001), and the total score of job satisfaction was positively correlated with nurses’ burnout, while the total score of job satisfaction was negatively correlated with nurses’ burnout. There was a significant correlation between job title and nurse burnout (P < 0.001). <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The job burnout of nurses is related to nurse satisfaction and work pressure. The problems of management and interpersonal relationship, title, total score of job satisfaction and patient care are the main problems of nurses’ job burnout.展开更多
