An experimental Paschen test setup has been established to analyze the quality of ITER current lead (CL) insulation and extend the research on Paschen's law under various conditions. Insulation problems can destroy a machine if a Paschen discharge is triggered by an insulation defect that is caused by faulty manufacturing, electromagnetic force, and thermal stress load with a certain degree of vacuum helium or pipe leakage. The results show that the CL insulation mock-up worked well under normal temperature and pressure. Besides, the mock-up also worked well in helium conditions and at 80 K temperature at different pressures. One area of CL insulation was severely destroyed when the 80 K test was conducted after 5 thermal cycles, resulting in Paschen discharge phenomenon. The breakdown voltage is maintained at a relatively low level under different pressure conditions; the change of breakdown voltage was mainly due to the change of pressure, and such change was in line with the Paschen law. 展开更多

The resistive sections of high-rated current leads are usually made of a heat exchanger cooled by gas flow. The supply of the cooling mass flow incurs more than 90% of the cooling cost for the HTS leads. The mass flow rate requirement depends not only on the length and material of the resistive heat exchanger, but also on the heat transfer coefficient and HEX surface, the joint resistance at the cold end of a sheet-stack HEX with a larger specific presented in the paper. The test results of efficiency can be achieved. and its cooling approach. It′s important that HTS tapes have lower thermal conductivity and higher transversal resistivity in order to reduce the heat leaks conducted along the tapes and AC losses in the high temperature superconducting system conduction cooled by GM coolers. This paper presents an experimental investigation into the effects of pure Ag and AgAu alloys sheath materials on the properties of Bi(2223) multifilamentary tapes and the optimisation of conduction cooled hybrid current leads made from copper and Bi(2223)/Ag or Bi(2223)/AgAu tapes. The thermal conductivity of the tapes were measured by cryogenic steady heat flux method and the resistance was measured by using standard DC four probe method at low temperature. The results showed that the reduction of thermal conductivity by the addition of Au into the sheath material of Bi(2223) tapes was 65 0 0, 75 0 0 and 85 0 0 lower than that of pure Ag sheathed Bi(2223) tapes and the increase of resistivity was 4.9 , 10 and 19.4 times higher than that of pure Ag for the addition of 2.2 0 0, 5.7 0 0 and 10.7 0 0Au(atom ratio) respectively. And the study also attempts to optimise thermodynamically the conduction cooled hybrid current lead by using a developed model, which took the irreversibility of commercial GM coolers, the contact resistance and thermal conductance into account. Predictions from the model showed that AgAu alloys were suitable candidate materials to replace Ag as sheath material of Bi(2223) tapes applied in HTS current leads. In addition, Bi(2223)/AgAu was a suitable material to be applied as the HTS section of hybrid current leads in conduction cooled superconducting electric systems. 展开更多

This paper presents the optimized methods of the leads for BEPC Ⅱ , and the effects of different cross section ar- ea on the heat leak, temperature profile as well as the voltage drop of the leads. The multi-tube structure is adopted and improved for the leads. The α-PbO2 electrodes are prepared by anodic electrodeposition on Al/conductive coating electrode from alkaline plumbite solutions in order to investigate the effect of the different current densities on the properties of α-PbO2 electrodes. The physic- ochemical properties of the α-PbO2 electrodes are analyzed by using SEM, EDS, XRD, Tafel plot, linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) and A.C. impedance. A compact and uniform layer of lead dioxide :)vas obtained at the current density of 3 mA.cm-2. A further increase in current density results in smaller particles with high porosity. EDS and XRD analyses have shown that the PbO2 deposited in alkaline conditions is highly non stoichiometric, and the PbO impurities are formed on the surface layer besides the α-PbO2. The corrosion resistance of α-PbO2 at the low current density is superior to that of the high current density. It can be attributed to a porous layer of deposited films at high current densities in aqueous Zn2+ 50 g·L^-1, H2SO4 150 When used as anodes for oxygen evolution g·L^-1, the Al/conductive coating/α-PbO2 exhibits lower potential compared to Pb electrode. Al/conductive coating/α-PbO2 electrode with the best electrocatalytic activity was obtained at current density of 1 mA·cm^-2. The lowest roughnest factor was obtained at 1 mA·cm^-2. 展开更多

Photon-Assisted Heat Generation by Electric Current in a Quantum Dot Attached to Ferromagnetic Leads

Heat generated by electric current in a quantum dot device contacting a phonon bath is studied using the non- equilibrium Green function technique. Spin-polarized current is generated owing to the Zeeman splitting of the dot level. The current's strength and the spin polarization are further manipulated by changing the frequency of an applied photon field and the ferromagnetism on the leads. We find that the associated heat by this spin- polarized current emerges even if the bias voltage is smaller than the phonon energy quanta and obvious negative differential of the heat generation develops when the photon frequency exceeds that of the phonon. It is also found that both the strength and the resonant peaks' position of the heat generation can be tuned by changing the value and the arrangement configurations of the magnetic moments of the two leads, and then provides an effective method to generate large spin-polarized current with weak heat. Such a result may be useful in designing low energy consumption spintronic devices. 展开更多

The possibility of using Pb-electroplated reticulated SiC as the positive current collector for lead-acid batteries was investigated. Reticulated SiC with two aperture sizes (3 and 2mm) were tested as the substrate of positive electrode. It was found that the reticulated SiC has an excellent corrosion resistance in H2SO4 solution, and the Pb layer electroplated on reticulated SiC showed analogous electrochemical behavior to metal Pb. Preliminary test of the battery performance indicated that the utilization efficiency of the positive active mass of new designed batteries are improved compared with the conventional batteries. The improvement could be ascribed to the high specific surface area of the reticulated structured positive current collector, which was further supported by the even better performance of the battery made from a smaller aperture size (2mm) reticulated SiC as the substrate of the positive electrode. 展开更多

为优化高温超导电流引线结构以降低交流损耗,基于COMSOL建立24根超导带材组成的正四边形、正六边形、正八边形及正十二边形结构仿真模型。采用H方程法,计算额定工况下各结构的交流损耗与磁场分布,并分析交变电流、频率、相邻导体距离及... 为优化高温超导电流引线结构以降低交流损耗,基于COMSOL建立24根超导带材组成的正四边形、正六边形、正八边形及正十二边形结构仿真模型。采用H方程法,计算额定工况下各结构的交流损耗与磁场分布,并分析交变电流、频率、相邻导体距离及层间距的影响。结果显示:正十二边形为最优结构,额定工况下正十二边形交流损耗最低,峰值较正四边形低83.42%;电流增大使损耗显著升高,正十二边形在归一化电流0.1~0.9区间损耗增近800倍;频率升高时损耗近似线性增长;导体距离与层间距增大则损耗降低,且降幅渐缓。相关参数对损耗影响规律可为引线设计提供参考。 展开更多

多级串列式脉管制冷机调相与功回收研究

为了解决超导电流引线冷却面临冷却温度梯度大、冷量需求高等问题,同时进一步优化脉管制冷机效率,设计了新型的多级串列式脉管制冷机。该制冷机配备三级冷头可提供三级制冷温区,共同提供冷量,实现对电流引线从室温端至低温端的梯级冷却... 为了解决超导电流引线冷却面临冷却温度梯度大、冷量需求高等问题,同时进一步优化脉管制冷机效率,设计了新型的多级串列式脉管制冷机。该制冷机配备三级冷头可提供三级制冷温区,共同提供冷量,实现对电流引线从室温端至低温端的梯级冷却。同时前一级冷头的膨胀功可作为后一级冷头的输入功回收利用,进一步回收功。对此新型制冷机进行了整机设计与模拟,仿真分析了工作频率,惯性管尺寸,第一级冷头前空容积等参数对多级串列式脉管制冷机相位分布的影响并对其进行了优化。研究结果表明:多级串列式结构可回收膨胀功共1.1 kW,功回收占比为74.32%,减少了功的损失。 展开更多

针对四相交错降压变换器输出电压超调和纹波干扰的问题,提出一种新颖的比例-积分-超前-滤波与换相均流级联控制(PLFC)算法。利用超前补偿和滤波补偿原理设计电压环控制器,实现对输出电压的动态跟踪控制。在分析相位差对输出电压纹波影... 针对四相交错降压变换器输出电压超调和纹波干扰的问题,提出一种新颖的比例-积分-超前-滤波与换相均流级联控制(PLFC)算法。利用超前补偿和滤波补偿原理设计电压环控制器,实现对输出电压的动态跟踪控制。在分析相位差对输出电压纹波影响的基础上,设计换相均流控制器,实现相位差和运行相数的实时优化。基于TC275微控制器研发实验平台,验证PLFC算法的有效性,并将PLFC控制器与比例-积分(PI)等控制方法进行比较。结果表明:PLFC算法具有更优越的动态性能和鲁棒性。与PI控制相比,PLFC控制的超调量平均降低了14.2%,输出电压纹波占比降低至0.33%。该方法在提升四相交错降压变换器在动态负载条件下的优化控制性能方面,具有重要的工程应用价值。 展开更多

我国每年铅蓄电池的报废量约300万吨,废铅蓄电池中含有大量的铅,因此铅蓄电池具有很大的回收价值,同时铅具有较强毒性,处置不合理会产生较大的环境污染和危害人类健康。文章基于火法和湿法处理铅膏工艺基础上,提出了铅酸电池固相电解绿... 我国每年铅蓄电池的报废量约300万吨,废铅蓄电池中含有大量的铅,因此铅蓄电池具有很大的回收价值,同时铅具有较强毒性,处置不合理会产生较大的环境污染和危害人类健康。文章基于火法和湿法处理铅膏工艺基础上,提出了铅酸电池固相电解绿色回收铅及装备研发新技术,在NaOH的体系下考察了废铅膏加入量、NaOH浓度、极板间距和温度对废铅膏电解电流效率和铅回收率的影响。获得最优的电解参数为:铅膏加入量为200 g、NaOH浓度5%、极板距为8 mm、电解温度为60℃。在此参数条件下,电流效率达90%,铅回收率达94%,电铅纯度为99.99%。该工艺具有清洁生产、发展低碳经济、低成本回收等优点,可为废铅膏处理提供一种技术路线。 展开更多

为深度剖析高校党建带团建领域的研究现状,解析其研究热点及发展趋势,以中国知网(CNKI)平台2000年1月1日至2024年12月31日期间发表的文献为初始数据,经筛选后得到的288篇有效文献为研究对象,采用知识图谱软件CiteSpace对其研究状况进行... 为深度剖析高校党建带团建领域的研究现状,解析其研究热点及发展趋势,以中国知网(CNKI)平台2000年1月1日至2024年12月31日期间发表的文献为初始数据,经筛选后得到的288篇有效文献为研究对象,采用知识图谱软件CiteSpace对其研究状况进行可视化分析。研究发现,该领域的研究可划分为初期探索阶段(2000—2007年)、综合研究阶段(2008—2019年)和实践推广阶段(2020—2024年)三个阶段。从年度发文量来看,该领域整体呈波动上升趋势,但总体发文量偏少,且核心期刊发文数量较少,研究质量亟待提升;从合作情况看,研究较为分散,合作研究成果较少,尚未形成大规模的研究团队。新时代党建带团建领域的研究主要侧重在系统完备的研究体系构建、跨学科跨机构交叉研究以及协同育人创新方法和路径优化等方面。 展开更多

降低铅电解液中铅离子浓度新工艺研究

铅电解精炼作为粗铅提纯的关键工序,电解液中铅离子浓度越高,比电阻越大,直流电耗越高,生产成本增加。在不影响铅电解液化学成分的前提下,经过理论分析,本文采用不溶石墨阳极电积法替代传统硫酸沉淀法,降低电解液中铅离子浓度。研究表明... 铅电解精炼作为粗铅提纯的关键工序,电解液中铅离子浓度越高,比电阻越大,直流电耗越高,生产成本增加。在不影响铅电解液化学成分的前提下,经过理论分析,本文采用不溶石墨阳极电积法替代传统硫酸沉淀法,降低电解液中铅离子浓度。研究表明,在电流强度为11000 A,单槽电解液循环量为50 L/min,电积时间为120 h的条件下,电解液中铅离子浓度下降了14.9 g/L,且电积法析出铅的质量优于常规电解析出铅,其中的锑杂质元素含量下降明显。相比传统硫酸沉淀法,不溶石墨阳极电积法的脱铅成本降低了约451元/t。 展开更多

目的调查泰州市某铅蓄电池制造企业年产300万KVAh高容量免维护胶体铅蓄电池项目职业病危害状况,分析职业病危害预防控制效果,为铅蓄电池制造企业进一步做好职业卫生工作提供基础依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、检查表分析、职业病危... 目的调查泰州市某铅蓄电池制造企业年产300万KVAh高容量免维护胶体铅蓄电池项目职业病危害状况,分析职业病危害预防控制效果,为铅蓄电池制造企业进一步做好职业卫生工作提供基础依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、检查表分析、职业病危害因素检测等方法,对生产阶段职业病危害现状进行综合分析。结果该企业铅尘检测值最高T波交替(T-wave alternans,TWA)为0.017 mg/m^(3),铅烟检测值最高TWA为0.024 mg/m^(3),硫酸、噪声、高温检测结果符合国家标准接触限值的要求;重点防护因子为铅烟、铅尘、硫酸、噪声,关键控制点为制粉、和膏、涂片、铸板、打磨、包片、装配、铸焊、穿壁焊、装壳、端子焊接、配酸制水、化成岗位。结论该铅蓄电池制造项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,职业病危害控制措施效果整体良好,但仍需持续关注产生铅烟铅尘、硫酸、噪声岗位,以提升企业职业危害防控水平。 展开更多
