Current Situation and Optimization of Greenways in Hefei under the Background of Park City

With the accelerating urbanization process,issues related to the urban ecological environment have become increasingly prominent.Among these,greenway optimization is regarded as one of the key approaches to improving urban ecological quality.As the capital of Anhui Province,Hefei is striving to build a comprehensive greenway network in line with its“Park City”strategy.However,the current development of Hefei’s greenways faces challenges such as delayed planning,limited functions,inadequate facilities,and weak operation and maintenance management.In this study,comparative analysis and literature review were combined to comprehensively summarize the current characteristics of greenway development in Hefei,and improvement suggestions were proposed in areas such as ecological restoration,functional expansion,facility establishment,and long-term management.It is suggested that Hefei should enhance the systematic and synergistic nature of its greenway system,create a city green space network with regional characteristics,and optimize the city’s environmental carrying capacity,so as to meet the diverse needs of the public and thereby provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of Hefei’s greenway system. 展开更多

大规模交直流混联电网中FACTS装置多目标鲁棒优化配置

为解决大规模交直流混联电网中输电断面的输电能力瓶颈问题,消纳送端更多的新能源出力,可通过在系统中合理配置可控串补(thyristor controlled series compensation,TCSC)和静止同步补偿器(static synchronous compensator,STATCOM)。... 为解决大规模交直流混联电网中输电断面的输电能力瓶颈问题,消纳送端更多的新能源出力,可通过在系统中合理配置可控串补(thyristor controlled series compensation,TCSC)和静止同步补偿器(static synchronous compensator,STATCOM)。基于此,考虑新能源出力的不确定性,以最小化年等值投资成本、最大化断面输电能力和新能源消纳容量作为优化目标,建立了大规模交直流混联电网中TCSC和STATCOM的多目标鲁棒优化配置模型。首先,采用凸松弛技术将原混合整数非线性规划模型转化为混合整数二阶锥约束规划模型,以提高模型求解的计算效率和所获得优化解的质量。然后,采用规格化法平面约束法将多目标鲁棒优化模型转化为一系列单目标鲁棒优化模型,再采用列与约束生成算法将单目标模型分解为主问题和子问题交替迭代求解,以得到在新能源场站最大可获得出力不确定波动的最恶劣情况下多目标优化模型的一系列Pareto最优解集,并采用熵权法确定出多目标折中最优解。最后,以修改的IEEE39节点系统和某实际大规模交直流电网为例进行计算,结果验证了所提模型和算法的有效性。 展开更多

This study examines various issues arising in three-phase unbalanced power distribution networks(PDNs)using a comprehensive optimization approach.With the integration of renewable energy sources,increasing energy demands,and the adoption of smart grid technologies,power systems are undergoing a rapid transformation,making the need for efficient,reliable,and sustainable distribution networks increasingly critical.In this paper,the reconfiguration problem in a 37-bus unbalanced PDN test system is solved using five different popular metaheuristic algorithms.Among these advanced search algorithms,the Bonobo Optimizer(BO)has demonstrated superior performance in handling the complexities of unbalanced power distribution network optimization.The study is structured around four distinct scenarios:(Ⅰ)improving mean voltage profile and minimizing active power loss,(Ⅱ)minimizing Voltage Unbalance Index(VUI)and Current Unbalance Index(CUI),(Ⅲ)optimizing key reliability indices using both Line Oriented Reliability Index(LORI)and Customer Oriented Reliability Index(CORI)approaches,and(Ⅳ)employing multi-objective optimization using the Pareto front technique to simultaneously minimize active power loss,average CUI,and System Average Interruption Duration Index(SAIDI).The study aims to contribute to the development of more efficient,reliable,and sustainable energy systems by addressing voltage profiles,power losses,reduction of imbalance,and the enhancement of reliability together. 展开更多

The behavior of the new model is investigated anaiytically and numerically. The stability, neutrai stability, and instability conditions of the uniform flow are obtained by the use of linear stability theory. The stability of the uniform flow is strengthened effectively by the introduction of the backward-looking effect. The numerical simulations are carried out to verify the validity of the new model. The outcomes of the simulation are corresponding to the linearly analyticai results. This paper presents a contribution related to the control of nonlinear variable-speed marine current turbine(MCT)without pitch operating below the rated marine current speed.Given that the operation of the MCT can be divided into several operating zones on the basis of the marine current speed,the system control objectives are different for each zone.To deal with this issue,we develop a new control approach based on a linear quadratic regulator with variable generator torque.Our proposed approach enables the optimization of the rotational speed of the turbine,which maximizes the power extracted by the MCT and minimizes the transient loads on the drivetrain.The novelty of our study is the use of a real profile of marine current speed from the northern coasts of Morocco.The simulation results obtained using MATLAB Simulink indicate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed control approach on the electrical and mechanical parameters with the variations of marine current speed. 展开更多

A grating eddy current displacement sensor(GECDS) can be used in a watertight electronic transducer to realize long range displacement or position measurement with high accuracy in difficult industry conditions.The parameters optimization of the sensor is essential for economic and efficient production.This paper proposes a method to combine an artificial neural network(ANN) and a genetic algorithm(GA) for the sensor parameters optimization.A neural network model is developed to map the complex relationship between design parameters and the nonlinearity error of the GECDS,and then a GA is used in the optimization process to determine the design parameter values,resulting in a desired minimal nonlinearity error of about 0.11%.The calculated nonlinearity error is 0.25%.These results show that the proposed method performs well for the parameters optimization of the GECDS. 展开更多

The grating eddy current displacement sensor (GECDS) for distance or position measurement used in watertight electronic calipers was described. The sensor relies on repetitive variation of inductance against displacement caused by the change of coupling areas between moving coils and static reflectors. The investigations focused on setting up and utilizing a computer model of the 3D eddy current fields and geometry to analyze causes of the production of measurement blind areas, and to investigate effects of the sensor parameters, such as axial gap between coils and reflectors, reflector length and reflector width on characteristics of the sensor. Simulation results indicated that the sensor has the smallest nonlinearity error of 0.15%, which agrees well with the experimental results. 展开更多

为提高羊乳酪蛋白酶解产物的血管紧张素转换酶(Angiotensin converting enzyme,ACE)抑制活性,有效降低血压,采用超声波技术处理羊乳酪蛋白,通过单因素试验考察超声功率、超声温度、处理时间、溶液pH值对蛋白酶解液ACE抑制率的影响,并利... 为提高羊乳酪蛋白酶解产物的血管紧张素转换酶(Angiotensin converting enzyme,ACE)抑制活性,有效降低血压,采用超声波技术处理羊乳酪蛋白,通过单因素试验考察超声功率、超声温度、处理时间、溶液pH值对蛋白酶解液ACE抑制率的影响,并利用响应面优化预处理工艺,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)表征超声预处理对羊乳酪蛋白二级结构含量的影响。结果表明,羊乳酪蛋白最佳超声改性工艺为:超声功率330 W、超声温度50℃、溶液pH值为8.0,此条件下酶解物ACE抑制率为(75.64±3.54)%,较改性前提高了21.51%;FT-IR表明,超声预处理会降低羊乳酪蛋白β-折叠含量及增加β-转角含量,有利于ACE抑制肽释放。研究可为超声预处理改善蛋白结构制备活性肽提供理论依据。 展开更多

The tensile strength of CVD SiC fiber was remarkably improved by electrochemical surface treatment. SEM analyses reveal that AC current treatment could form a more compact and complete SiO2 layer than DC current on the surface of the SiC fiber, which was beneficial to the improvement of tensile strength. It was also verified that AC current was more effective for producing high performance SiC fiber with SiO2 surface layer than DC current. The frequency is a sensitive parameter for the process; but the signals of input current had relatively small effect on the tensile strength of SiC fiber. A further discussion for this phenomenon was completed. The proposed operational parameters are 0.3 A, 5 kHz of sine wave and 91 m/h of the receiving rate respectively. 展开更多

A plasma electric conductivity profile in a form of (1 - r^2/a^2)^α with a parameter α which is fitted with the experimental data, can be determined. The effects of magnetic shear in a tokamak field configuration on the current penetration are taken into account in the numerical simulation. 为了使鱿鱼加工副产物鱿鱼皮获得高值化利用,本文通过酶解秘鲁鱿鱼皮(Dosidicus gigas skin)制备血管紧张素转换酶(Angiotensin-converting Enzyme,ACE)抑制肽,以ACE抑制率和水解度作为考察指标,通过单因素实验和响应面优化法优化酶解... 为了使鱿鱼加工副产物鱿鱼皮获得高值化利用,本文通过酶解秘鲁鱿鱼皮(Dosidicus gigas skin)制备血管紧张素转换酶(Angiotensin-converting Enzyme,ACE)抑制肽,以ACE抑制率和水解度作为考察指标,通过单因素实验和响应面优化法优化酶解工艺条件,测定了酶解多肽的ACE半抑制浓度、分子量分布和DPPH自由基清除率。结果显示,中性蛋白酶为酶解最适蛋白酶,最佳酶解条件为:酶解温度45℃,酶解时间2.6 h,底物添加量2.0%,蛋白酶添加量7200 U/g,酶解pH8.0。在此条件下,鱿鱼皮酶解产物的ACE抑制率为88.22%±1.28%,与预测值接近。鱿鱼皮多肽ACE抑制率IC_(50)为2.839 mg/mL;分子量分布主要在3 kDa以下,占比93.68%,测定DPPH自由基清除率IC_(50)为6.183 mg/mL。本研究结果为鱿鱼皮制备生物活性肽实现鱿鱼加工副产物高值化利用提供了理论依据。 展开更多

AC currents are automatically calibrated by two different thermal current converter(TCC)designs.The two designs are different in the used number of the thermal-elements(TEs).Consequently they differ in their output electro motive force(EMF).Studying the effect of changing the output EMF is done in this paper through calibrating AC currents.5 mA and 5 A are accurately calibrated at different frequencies 55 Hz,1 kHz and10 kHz by the two TCCs.A comparison is made between the results to evaluate the effect of the output EMF value on the accuracy and the uncertainty of the low and higher AC current calibration.A LabVIEW program is designed for this accurate automatic calibration to overcome the problems of the manual calibration on the thermal converters. 展开更多

The induced electricity of 110 kV transmission lines which cross the UHV AC transmission lines may threaten personal safety of the maintenance staff. In this paper, field measurement of the induced voltage and induced current on a 110 kV crossing line inside Jinhua in Zhejiang province is performed. The electrostatic induced voltage on the measured line is 12.24 kV. The power frequency electromagnetic field simulation model is established, and the calculation results are consistent with the measured. Influence factors analysis shows that the electrostatic induced voltage on the 110 kV line is 12.78 kV, the electromagnetic induced voltage is 12.3 V, the induced current through ground wire is less than 1A when the UHV lines operate at full load. The induced voltage and current decrease while the crossing distance increases. Parallel lines induction is much higher than crossing lines. The electromagnetic induced voltage after ground knife-switch shut down would exceed the human safety voltage 36 V while the crossing angle is less than 30?, so the temporary ground wire must be hanged to ensure safety of the maintenance staff. 展开更多

The q-profile control problem in the ramp-up phase of plasma discharges is consid- ered in this work. The magnetic diffusion partial differential equation (PDE) models the dynamics of the poloidal magnetic flux profile, which is used in this work to formulate a PDE-constrained op-timization problem under a quasi-static assumption. The minimum surface theory and constrained numeric optimization are then applied to achieve suboptimal solutions. Since the transient dy- namics is pre-given by the minimum surface theory, then this method can dramatically accelerate the solution process. In order to be robust under external uncertainties in real implementations, PID (proportional-integral-derivative) controllers are used to force the actuators to follow the computational input trajectories. It has the potential to implement in real-time for long time discharges by combining this method with the magnetic equilibrium update. 展开更多

This paper presents a systematic approach of optimal design and control of a surface-mount, permanent-magnet synchronous torque motor for the next-generation machine tools. A step-by-step procedure of optimization integrates multiple performance objectives and constraints to help the designer make the best decision on the final motor geometry from both design and control perspectives. In the perspective of design, a torque motor with concentrated windings and similar numbers of slots and poles may achieve the desired performance after optimization for multiple objectives, leading to a sinusoidal flux density for a nearly ripple-free torque distribution. From the control perspective, an optimal current waveform with an ideal shift angle is determined for each phase by aligning the current excitation with the back electromotive force. Both design and control of the surface-mount, permanent magnet machine are verified by the finite element method, and a prototype is fabricated for performance validation. 展开更多

In recent decades, tokamak discharges with zero total toroidal current have been reported in tokamak experiments, and this is one of the key problems in alternating current(AC) operations.An efficient free-boundary equilibrium code is developed to investigate such advanced tokamak discharges with current reversal equilibrium configuration. The calculation results show that the reversal current equilibrium can maintain finite pressure and also has considerable effects on the position of the X-point and the magnetic separatrix shape, and hence also on the position of the strike point on the divertor plates, which is extremely useful for magnetic design, MHD stability analysis, and experimental data analysis etc. for the AC plasma current operation on tokamaks. 展开更多

An improved small-signal equivalent circuit of HBT concerning the AC current crowding effect is proposed in this paper. AC current crowding effect is modeled as a parallel RC circuit composed of Cbi and Rbi, with distributed base-collector junction capacitance also taken into account. The intrinsic portion is taken as a whole and extracted directly from the measured Sparameters in the whole frequency range of operation without any special test structures. An HBT device with a 2 × 20 μm^(2) emitter-area under three different biases were used to demonstrate the extraction and verify the accuracy of the equivalent circuit. 展开更多
