Methods: the project started in October 2020 and the project ended in January 2022. The data composition of the project were all confirmed patients in our hospital, with a total of 54 cases. The project was divided into the general group and the study group, with 27 cases in each group. The treatment parameters, changes in jaw height and width after surgery, treatment efficiency and surgical treatment indexes of the two groups were compared. Results: compared with other groups, the volume and area of cysts in the study group changed more significantly, and the bone mineral density of the patients increased more than that in the general group. Comparing the changes of jaw height and width, the parameters of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group. The number of patients in the study group who showed significant improvement in treatment was larger, and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the general group. Compared with the surgical treatment, although the treatment time and blood loss of the study group were more, the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate were lower than those of the general group (P≤0.05). Conclusion: for the patients with odontogenic jaw cyst, the application of combined therapy is of positive significance in improving the disease pathological changes of the patients, improving the overall recovery quality, and reducing the influence of disease complications and recurrence rate.展开更多

Methods: to analyze the therapeutic effect. Results: In terms of treatment, the recurrence rate was 5% (3/60) in the observation group and 11.7% (7/60) in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). At the same time, in terms of therapeutic effect, the total curative effect of the observation group was 90.0%, the control group was 80.0%, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Mongolian medicine triple therapy has a relatively ideal effect on the improvement of patients with ulcerative colitis and can reduce the recurrence rate. Therefore, it can be popularized and applied.展开更多

Methods: 100 patients who entered the study with their own will were confirmed as acute myocardial infarction in the recent 2 years in the emergency department. The early treatment of these research subjects is intravenous thrombolysis. Of the 100 study subjects, 50 patients did not undergo percutaneous coronary intervention (control group) when the treatment method during hospitalization became the basis for grouping, while the other 50 patients underwent delayed percutaneous coronary intervention (observation group) before discharge. Comparing the occurrence of various cardiovascular events during hospitalization between the two groups of patients, when there are many cases of these events, it shows that the treatment effect of the group with fewer events is better. Results: the therapeutic effects of 100 patients in different groups are different. The incidence rate of patients in the observation group during hospitalization was significantly lower than that in the control group. At the same time, when the corresponding event rate P value of the two groups was analyzed, it was found that the combination of cardiovascular events and heart failure was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: during hospitalization, patients with acute cardiovascular diseases can receive delayed percutaneous coronary intervention on the basis of intravenous thrombolysis, which can improve the therapeutic effect of patients and reduce the incidence of events.展开更多
