文摘The distinctive landscape of Zhujiayu Ancient Village in Zhangqiu District,Ji’nan, together with its long-established cultural traditions, has shaped a unique vernacular settlement character, within which traditional dwellings serve as a primary medium of regional culture. This study examines the residence of Zhu Fengyin,a jinshi degree holder, and adopts field investigation and measured drawing-based analysis.Discussion is organized around three dimensions:an overview of the dwelling, architectural form, and cultural expression.Particular attention is given to the multi-stage,multi-bay compound configuration developed in a mountainous setting,terrain-adaptive courtyard forms, and construction techniques. The analysis further interprets the concepts of ritual order and auspicious symbolism embedded in architectural decoration.By using this representative case, the study aims to deepen understanding of the architectural culture of gentry dwellings in the Ji’nan region and to provide an academic basis for the conservation and inheritance of traditional dwellings in the Ji’nan area.
文摘Agricultural Intangible Cultural Heritage(AICH)embodies collective, intergenerational knowledge sys⁃tems that are increasingly exposed to risks of misappropriation and inequitable commercialization under contemporary intellectual property(IP)regimes. This study investigates the"cost of inaction"in protecting AICH and geographical origins through a qualitative comparative case study approach, drawing on selected cases from Africa,Asia, and Latin America, alongside Chinese practices.By combining narrative analysis and thematic synthesis, the study identi⁃fies two dominant patterns:external misappropriation driven by institutional gaps-manifested in biopiracy, trademark squatting, and exploitation of information asymmetry-and internal inequities arising from commercialization processes that marginalize indigenous communities in benefit-sharing.The findings reveal that existing international IP frame⁃works, including TRIPs and the CBD,provide fragmented and insufficient protection for collective knowledge sys⁃tems.Comparative analysis of national responses highlights three distinct governance models:defensive protection(In⁃dia),rights-based sui generis legislation(Peru),and market-oriented geographical indication systems(European Union),each with inherent limitations. In contrast,Chinese practices demonstrate strong capacity in market integra⁃tion and industrial upgrading but remain constrained by weak recognition of community rights and limited institutional⁃ization of benefit-sharing mechanisms. This study contributes to the literature by proposing a composite institutional framework that integrates existing IP regimes with a sui generis system centered on collective rights recognition, prior informed consent, and mandatory benefit-sharing.The framework also emphasizes the need for embedded integration with patent, trademark, and geographical indication systems,as well as institutional adaptation in the context of the digital economy. The findings offer theoretical insights and policy implications for developing countries seeking to bal⁃ance cultural preservation, economic development, and equitable governance of traditional knowledge.

文摘Objective:This research examines the socio-educational and acculturation experiences of Filipino nurse-migrants within the context of international healthcare systems. It seeks to understand the multifaceted emotional and professional system-related difficulties they face and how these impact their adaptation strategies and integration processes elsewhere. Methods:A qualitative phenomenological strategy,as described by Colaizzi's 7-step analysis method, was employed.A purposeful sample of 10 Filipino nurses deployed to Saudi Arabia,Oman, the United States,Finland,Australia,Ireland,Norway, and Germany was chosen.Par ticipants took part in video conferencing structured interviews, which were conducted remotely.Manually and using NVivo(Version 15,Lumivero,2024),thematic analysis was conducted to identify impor tant themes from the par ticipants'stories. Results:Seven major themes emerged:(1)emotional and cultural dimensions of guilt, isolation, and professional identity negotiation;(2)language and communication barriers, which comprise code-switching and cultural deference challenges;(3)systematic barriers such as credential recognition, licensing examinations, and bureaucratic obstacles;(4)gaps in clinical practice standards, patient care ethics, and discrepancy;(5)family and finances as motivation and resilience;(6)bridging programs and adaptation to student-centered learning as educational transitions;and(7)cultural adaptation depicts discrimination, the workplace hierarchical order, discerning and pragmatically fluent challenges.Despite systemic inequities, participants demonstrated remarkable adaptability, which was visibly rooted in Filipino cultural values such as pakikisama, utang na loob, and bayanihan. Conclusions:The migration experience of Filipino nurses is associated with profound and emotional changes on professional and cultural levels. While these individuals adapt remarkably well due to their multifaceted resilience, they face unforgiving barriers, including credentialing, cultural, and systemic issues.Policies that foster intercultural understanding alongside psychosocial suppor t and fair recognition of foreign credentials would enhance the positive impact of migrant nurses on international healthcare. These considerations will enhance the integration experience for migrant nurses and have a positive impact on patient care worldwide.
