The three dimensional variable cross-section roll forming is a kind of new metal forming technol- ogy which combines large forming force, multi-axis linkage movement and space synergic movement, and the sequential synergic movement of the ganged roller group is used to complete the metal sheet forming according to the shape of the complicated and variable forming part data. The control system should meet the demands of quick response to the test requirements of the product part. A new kind of real time data driving multi-axis linkage and synergic movement control strategy of 3D roll forming is put forward in the paper. In the new control strategy, the forming data are automatically generated according to the shape of the parts, and the multi-axis linkage movement together with cooperative motion among the six stands of the 3D roll forming machine is driven by the real-time information, and the control nodes are also driven by the forming data. The new control strategy is applied to a 48 axis 3D roll forming machine developed by our research center, and the control servo period is less than 10ms. A forming experiment of variable cross section part is carried out, and the forming preci- sion is better than + 0.5mm by the control strategy. The result of the experiment proves that the control strategy has significant potentiality for the development of 3D roll forming production line with large scale, multi-axis ganged and svner^ic movement 展开更多

The paper begins with a discussion of issues of cross-sectional dependence, and introduces the concepts of weak and strong cross-sectional dependence. Then, the main attention is primarily paid to spatial and factor approaches for modeling cross-sectional dependence for both linear and nonlinear (nonparametric and semiparametric) panel data models. Tunnel deformation monitoring is a crucial task to evaluate tunnel stability during the metro operation period.Terrestrial Laser Scanning(TLS)can collect high density and high accuracy point cloud data in a few minutes as an innovation technique,which provides promising applications in tunnel deformation monitoring.Here,an efficient method for extracting tunnel cross-sections and convergence analysis using dense TLS point cloud data is proposed.First,the tunnel orientation is determined using principal component analysis(PCA)in the Euclidean plane.Two control points are introduced to detect and remove the unsuitable points by using point cloud division and then the ground points are removed by defining an elevation value width of 0.5 m.Next,a z-score method is introduced to detect and remove the outlies.Because the tunnel cross-section’s standard shape is round,the circle fitting is implemented using the least-squares method.Afterward,the convergence analysis is made at the angles of 0°,30°and 150°.The proposed approach’s feasibility is tested on a TLS point cloud of a Nanjing subway tunnel acquired using a FARO X330 laser scanner.The results indicate that the proposed methodology achieves an overall accuracy of 1.34 mm,which is also in agreement with the measurements acquired by a total station instrument.The proposed methodology provides new insights and references for the applications of TLS in tunnel deformation monitoring,which can also be extended to other engineering applications. 展开更多

We present new data on the^(63)Cu(γ,n)cross-section studied using a quasi-monochromatic and energy-tunableγbeam produced at the Shanghai Laser Electron Gamma Source to resolve the long-standing discrepancy between existing measurements and evaluations of this cross-section.Using an unfolding iteration method,^(63)Cu(γ,n)data were obtained with an uncertainty of less than 4%,and the inconsistencies between the available experimental data were discussed.Theγ-ray strength function of^(63)Cu(γ,n)was successfully extracted as an experimental constraint.We further calculated the cross-section of the radiative neutron capture reaction^(62)Cu(n,γ)using the TALYS code.Our calculation method enables the extraction of(n,γ)cross-sections for unstable nuclides. 展开更多

This paper discusses the necessity, possibility and solution technique of sharing a symbol library in different GIS platforms. The route map is designed as follows: first, to set up a general data model for the symbol library, then to design a standard exchange format, and finally to call on the GIS manufacturer to provide the interchange tools for their symbol library for the standard exchange format. This paper analyzes the general characteristics of GIS symbolic library, gives a symbol library model and a draft of XML schema of the symbol library exchange format. 展开更多

Accurate and reliable nuclear data libraries are essential for calculation and design of advanced nuclea systems. A 1200 fine group nuclear data library Hybrid Evaluated Nuclear Data Library/Fine Group(HENDL/FG with neutrons of up to 150 Me V has been developed to improve the accuracy of neutronics calculations and anal ysis. Corrections of Doppler, resonance self-shielding, and thermal upscatter effects were done for HENDL/FG Shielding and critical safety benchmarks were performed to test the accuracy and reliability of the library. The dis crepancy between calculated and measured nuclea parameters fell into a reasonable range. 展开更多

With the development of mining industry,people have obtained profits from it,but they are facing environmental damages.In order to monitor these environmental changes,a spectral library is set up for the spectrum data organization and management of mine typical objects.Most of the spectrum data come from the long-term field measuring in mining area and other spectral libraries.For the data quality control and error detection in the measuring data,an inner precision calculation method is presented and a series of interactive graphical controls are developed for the spectrum visualization and analysis.Through extracting and saving spectrum characters for the mine typical objects,realizs spectrum matching and classification for new measured spectrum samples are realized by using Euclidean distance,Aitchison distance,Pearson correlation coefficient and vector angular cosine methods.Based on the matching result,this work is able to gather dynamically physicochemical environment parameters from the library and gives an early warning for the mine environmental changes. 展开更多

Microelectronic technology and communication technology are developed in deep manner;the computing mode has been transferred from traditional computer-centered to human centered pervasive.So,the concept of Internet of things(IoT)is gradually put forward,which allows people to access information about their surroundings on demand through different terminals.The library is the major public space for human to read and learn.How to provide a more comfortable library environment to better meet people’s learning requirements is a place where the Internet of things plays its role.The purpose of this paper is to solve the difference between the data fusion of library environment and the data fusion of other environments by the method of data fusion oriented to library.This paper presents a general technical framework of situational awareness for smart library system which includes a data fusion middleware.It can process data and inform the upper module of the changed library environment after deploying the smart library system in a library,including data collection and processing,how to judge whether events are triggered,how the system reacts,and the acquisition and update of user preferences.This paper presents a situational awareness recommendation method based on an effective data fusion model and algorithm for library after conducting experimental in service of library,which give more accurate of book recommendation than traditional method and good learning service environment of library for readers. 展开更多

为解决web绘图每次更改图形绘制均需修改代码,且反复修改易造成代码编写错误的弊端,提出一种针对本地TXT文件,利用ECharts Library和File API简化数据处理程序的绘图技术。该绘图技术可以直接对TXT文件进行修改,简单方便,易于操作。
