The control system should meet the demands of quick response to the test requirements of the product part. A new kind of real time data driving multi-axis linkage and synergic movement control strategy of 3D roll forming is put forward in the paper. In the new control strategy, the forming data are automatically generated according to the shape of the parts, and the multi-axis linkage movement together with cooperative motion among the six stands of the 3D roll forming machine is driven by the real-time information, and the control nodes are also driven by the forming data. The new control strategy is applied to a 48 axis 3D roll forming machine developed by our research center, and the control servo period is less than 10ms. A forming experiment of variable cross section part is carried out, and the forming preci- sion is better than + 0.5mm by the control strategy. The result of the experiment proves that the control strategy has significant potentiality for the development of 3D roll forming production line with large scale, multi-axis ganged and svner^ic movement展开更多

The aim of this study was to evaluate gender-specific relationships between CHD and other comorbidities. Methods We analyzed data from the German Health Interview and Examination Survey(DEGS1), a national survey of 8152 adults aged 18-79 years. Female and male participants with self-reported CHD were compared for 23 chronic medical conditions. Regression models were applied to determine potential associations between CHD and these 23 conditions. Results The prevalence of CHD was 9%(547 participants): 34%(185) were female CHD participants and 66%(362) male. In women, CHD was associated with hypertension(OR = 3.28(1.81-5.9)), lipid disorders(OR = 2.40(1.50-3.83)), diabetes mellitus(OR = 2.08(1.24-3.50)), kidney disease(OR = 2.66(1.101-6.99)), thyroid disease(OR = 1.81(1.18-2.79)), gout/high uric acid levels(OR = 2.08(1.22-3.56)) and osteoporosis(OR = 1.69(1.01-2.84)). In men, CHD patients were more likely to have hypertension(OR = 2.80(1.94-4.04)), diabetes mellitus(OR = 1.87(1.29-2.71)), lipid disorder(OR = 1.82(1.34-2.47)), and chronic kidney disease(OR = 3.28(1.81-5.9)). Conclusion Our analysis revealed two sets of chronic conditions associated with CHD. The first set occurred in both women and men, and comprised known risk factors: hypertension, lipid disorders, kidney disease, and diabetes mellitus. The second set appeared unique to women: thyroid disease, osteoporosis, and gout/high uric acid. Identification of shared and unique gender-related associations between CHD and other conditions provides potential to tailor screening, preventive, and therapeutic options.展开更多

文摘Ultra-high-strength aluminumalloy profile is an ideal choice for aerospace structuralmaterials due to its excellent specific strength and corrosion resistance. However, issues such as uneven metal flow, stress concentration, and forming defects are prone to occur during their extrusion. This study focuses on an Al-Zn-Mg-Cu ultra-high-strength aluminum alloy profile with a double-U,multi-cavity thin-walled structure.Firstly, hot compression experiments were conducted at temperatures of 350○C,400○C,and 450○C,with strain rates of 0.01 and 1.0 s^(−1),to investigate the plastic deformation behavior of the material.Subsequently,a 3D coupled thermo-mechanical extrusion simulation model was established using Deform-3D to systematically analyze the influence of die structure and process parameters on metal flow velocity, effective stress/strain,and temperature distribution. The simulation revealed significant velocity differences, stress concentration, and uneven temperature distribution.Key parameters, including mesh density, extrusion ratio, die fillet, and bearing length, were optimized through full-factorial experiments. This optimization, combined with a stepped flow-guiding die design, effectively improved the metal flow pattern during extrusion.Trial production based on both the initial and optimized parameters were carried out.A comparative analysis demonstrates that the optimized scheme results in a final profile whose cross-section matches the target design closely, with complete filling of complex features and no obvious forming defects. This research provides a valuable reference for the extrusion process optimization and die design of complex-section profiles made from ultra-high-strength aluminum alloys.

文摘Background:The phenomenon of multimorbidity in chronic diseases among the elderly is prevalent, and its significant association with depression poses a serious threat to the physical and mental health of older adults.Current research on the associations between 24-hour movement behaviors(including physical activity, sedentary behavior, and sleep)and depression has largely been confined to examining the effects of single behaviors, overlooking the intrinsic compositional nature and interrelationships among these behaviors. Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the integrated effects of 24-hour movement behaviors on depression in older adults with multimorbidity from a holistic, compositional perspective. Methods:From November 2024 to April 2025,a total of 226 older adult patients with multimorbidity were recruited from a tertiary hospital in Changzhou City.Data were collected using a general information questionnaire, the International Physical Activity Questionnaire–Short Form(IPAQ-SF),the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and the Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9).Compositional data analysis and isotemporal substitution models were employed for statistical analysis. Results:The mean daily durations of Light-Intensity Physical Activity(LPA),Moderate-to-Vigorous Physical Activity(MVPA),Sedentary Behavior(SB),and Sleep(SLP)in older adults with multimorbidity were 402.48 min,12.04 min,511.52 min,and 458.68 min, respectively. The prevalence of depressive symptoms was 37.6%.Compositional data analysis revealed that SB was positively associated with depression(βSB=1.005,P=0.006),while SLP was negatively associated with depression(βSLP=−1.736,P<0.001).No statistically significant associations were found between MVPA or LPA and depression(P>0.05).In the 10-minute isotemporal substitution model, replacing SB with any other behavioral component was associated with a decrease in depression scores.Conversely, substituting SLP with either LPA or SB resulted in an increase in depression scores, while substituting SLP with MVPA led to a decrease in depression scores. The dose-response analysis revealed that, among the isotemporal substitution effects, replacing SB with SLP and replacing SLP with MVPA were the substitution pathways associated with the most rapid decline in depression scores, representing the greatest beneficial health effects. Conclusion:The prevalence of depression is notably high among older adults with multimorbidity.Reducing daily sedentary behavior(SB),maintaining adequate sleep(SLP),and increasing moderate-to-vigorous physical activity(MVPA)can improve depressive symptoms and enhance overall health in this population.

文摘In this review, we highlight some recent methodological and theoretical develop- ments in estimation and testing of large panel data models with cross-sectional dependence. The paper begins with a discussion of issues of cross-sectional dependence, and introduces the concepts of weak and strong cross-sectional dependence. Then, the main attention is primarily paid to spatial and factor approaches for modeling cross-sectional dependence for both linear and nonlinear (nonparametric and semiparametric) panel data models. Finally, we conclude with some speculations on future research directions.
文摘Objective The relationship between non-high-density lipoprotein(NHDL)cholesterol to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)ratio(NHHR)and stoke remains unknown. This study aimed to evaluate the association between the adult NHHR and stroke occurrence in the United States of America(USA).Methods To clarify the relationship between the NHHR and stroke risk, this study used a multivariable logistic regression model and a restricted cubic spline(RCS)model to investigate the association between the NHHR and stroke, and data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(NHANES)from 2005 to 2018.Subgroup and sensitivity analyses were conducted to test the robustness of the results. Results This study included 29,928 adult participants,of which 1,165 participants had a history of stroke.Logistic regression analysis of variables demonstrated a positive association between NHHR and stroke(OR 1.24,95%CI:1.03-1.50,P=0.026).Compared with the lowest reference group of NHHR,participants in the second, third, and fourth quartile had a significantly increased risk of stroke after full adjustments(OR:1.35,95%CI:1.08-1.69)(OR:1.83,95%CI:1.42-2.36)(OR:2.04,95%CI:1.50-2.79).In the total population,a nonlinear dose-response relationship was observed between the NHHR and stroke risk(P non-linearity=0.002).This association remained significant in several subgroup analyses.Further investigation of the NHHR may enhance our understanding of stroke prevention and treatment. Conclusion Our findings suggest a positive correlation between the NHHR and an increased prevalence of stroke, potentially serving as a novel predictive factor for stroke.Timely intervention and management of the NHHR may effectively mitigate stroke occurrence.Prospective studies are required to validate this association and further explore the underlying biological mechanisms.

文摘The three dimensional variable cross-section roll forming is a kind of new metal forming technol- ogy which combines large forming force, multi-axis linkage movement and space synergic movement, and the sequential synergic movement of the ganged roller group is used to complete the metal sheet forming according to the shape of the complicated and variable forming part data. The result of the experiment proves that the control strategy has significant potentiality for the development of 3D roll forming production line with large scale, multi-axis ganged and svner^ic movement
文摘Background Combinations of coronary heart disease(CHD) and other chronic conditions complicate clinical management and increase healthcare costs. Identification of shared and unique gender-related associations between CHD and other conditions provides potential to tailor screening, preventive, and therapeutic options.

文摘The umbilical,a key component in offshore energy extraction, plays a vital role in ensuring the stable operation of the entire production system. The extensive variety of cross-sectional components creates highly complex layout combinations.Furthermore, due to constraints in component quantity and geometry within the cross-sectional layout, filler bodies must be incorporated to maintain cross-section performance.Conventional design approaches based on manual experience suffer from inefficiency, high variability, and difficulties in quantification. This paper presents a multi-level automatic filling optimization design method for umbilical cross-sectional layouts to address these limitations.Initially, the research establishes a multi-objective optimization model that considers compactness, balance, and wear resistance of the cross-section,employing an enhanced genetic algorithm to achieve a near-optimal layout.Subsequently, the study implements an image processing-based vacancy detection technique to accurately identify cross-sectional gaps.To manage the variability and diversity of these vacant regions, the research introduces a multi-level filling method that strategically selects and places filler bodies of varying dimensions, overcoming the constraints of uniform-size fillers.Additionally, the method incorporates a hierarchical strategy that subdivides the complex cross-section into multiple layers, enabling layer-by-layer optimization and filling. This approach reduces manufac-turing equipment requirements while ensuring practical production process feasibility. The methodology is validated through a specific umbilical case study. The results demonstrate improvements in compactness, balance, and wear resistance compared with the initial cross-section,offering novel insights and valuable references for filler design in umbilical cross-sections.

文摘To investigate the effects of the maximum principal stress direction(θ)and cross-section shape on the failure characteristics of sandstone,true-triaxial compression experiments were conducted using cubic samples with rectangular, circular, and D-shaped holes.Asθincreases from 0°to 60°in the rectangular hole, the left failure location shifts from the left corner to the left sidewall, the left corner, and then the floor, while the right failure location shifts from the right corner to the right sidewall, right roof corner, and then the roof.Furthermore, the initial failure vertical stress first decreases and then increases. In comparison, the failure severity in the rectangular hole decreases for variousθvalues as 30°>45°>60°>0°.With increasingθ,the fractal dimension(D)of rock slices first increases and then decreases. For the rectangular and D-shaped holes,whenθ=0°,30°,and 90°,D for the rectangular hole is less than that of the D-shaped hole.Whenθ=45°and 60°,D for the rectangular hole is greater than that of the D-shaped hole.Theoretical analysis indicates that the stress concentration at the rectangular and D-shaped corners is greater than the other areas. The failure location rotates with the rotation ofθ,and the failure occurs on the side with a high concentration of compressive stress, while the side with the tensile and compressive stresses remains relatively stable. Therefore, the fundamental reason for the rotation of failure location is the rotation of stress concentration, and the external influencing factor is the rotation ofθ.

文摘Tunnel deformation monitoring is a crucial task to evaluate tunnel stability during the metro operation period.Terrestrial Laser Scanning(TLS)can collect high density and high accuracy point cloud data in a few minutes as an innovation technique, which provides promising applications in tunnel deformation monitoring. Here,an efficient method for extracting tunnel cross-sections and convergence analysis using dense TLS point cloud data is proposed.First, the tunnel orientation is determined using principal component analysis(PCA)in the Euclidean plane. Two control points are introduced to detect and remove the unsuitable points by using point cloud division and then the ground points are removed by defining an elevation value width of 0.5 m.Next,a z-score method is introduced to detect and remove the outlies.Because the tunnel cross-section’s standard shape is round, the circle fitting is implemented using the least-squares method.Afterward, the convergence analysis is made at the angles of 0°,30°and 150°.The proposed approach’s feasibility is tested on a TLS point cloud of a Nanjing subway tunnel acquired using a FARO X330 laser scanner. The results indicate that the proposed methodology achieves an overall accuracy of 1.34 mm,which is also in agreement with the measurements acquired by a total station instrument. The proposed methodology provides new insights and references for the applications of TLS in tunnel deformation monitoring, which can also be extended to other engineering applications.

文摘A train body's cross-sectional shape has a significant impact on aerodynamic drag and operational safety in high-speed trains(HSTs).This study extracts five design variables from a real-world HST body:height, width, side arc radius, arc radius at the connection between the side and the roof, and arc radius at the connection between the side and the train's bottom. The cross-validated Kriging surrogate model and the genetic algorithm are used to perform two types of aerodynamic optimization, with the cross-sectional area as a constraint.Cross-sectional shapes are optimized in both windless and windy conditions.Numerical results indicate that in a windless environment, the aerodynamic drag coefficient of the whole train is reduced by 2.4%;in a windy condition, the aerodynamic drag coefficient of the entire vehicle is reduced by 2.4%,and the aerodynamic lateral force of the leading car is reduced by 37.8%.These suggest that a flat and wide shape helps to reduce not only overall aerodynamic drag in a windless environment but also aerodynamic load in a windy environment, which can be accomplished by reducing the area of the side wall and top region, lowering the train body's height, increasing its width, and lowering the radius of the side and top arcs.
