Shenzhen,a major city in southern China,has experienced rapid advancements in Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)technology,resulting in extensive logistics networks with thousands of daily flights.However,frequent disruptions due to its subtropical monsoon climate,including typhoons and gusty winds,present ongoing challenges.Despite the growing focus on operational costs and third-party risks,research on low-altitude urban wind fields remains scarce.This study addresses this gap by integrating wind field analysis into UAV path planning,introducing key innovations to the classical model.First,UAV wind resistance and turbulence constraints are analyzed,mapping high-wind-speed and turbulence-prone zones in the airspace.Second,wind dynamics are incorporated into path planning by considering airspeed and groundspeed variation,optimizing waypoint selection and flight speed adjustments to improve overall energy efficiency.Additionally,a wind-aware Theta*algorithm is proposed,leveraging wind vectors to expedite search process,while Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)techniques are employed to calculate wind fields.A case study of Shenzhen,examining wind patterns over the past decade,demonstrates a 6.23%improvement in groundspeed and a 7.69%reduction in energy consumption compared to wind-agnostic models.This framework advances UAV logistics by enhancing route safety and energy efficiency,contributing to more cost-effective operations. 展开更多

Cross-border e-commerce pilot zones and corporate carbon emissions reduction:A quasi-natural experiment from China

Against the backdrop of accelerated development of new forms of trade,the question of whether rapid expansion of cross-border e-commerce(CBEC)can help to reduce carbon emissions among Chinese enterprises is of great significance for seizing new opportunities in foreign trade,and advancing firms’green and low-carbon transformation.This study treats the creation of CBEC pilot zones as a quasi-natural experiment,employing panel data from Chinese A-share listed companies matched with city-level information from 2006 to 2021.We construct a multi-period difference-in-differences model to identify the impact of CBEC pilot zone policy on corporate carbon emissions.Our findings indicate the construction of these pilot zones significantly reduces firms’carbon emissions intensity,and the results are robust across multiple tests.We show the pilot zone initiative contributes to emission reductions by enhancing the adoption of digital infrastructure,promoting green technological innovation,and increasing environmental awareness among enterprises.Quantile regressions reveal pilot zones exert a more pronounced carbon-reduction effect on firms characterized by high carbon emissions intensity and advanced levels of digital transformation.Moreover,the policy effect is especially significant in heavily polluting industries,and regions with weaker governmental environmental regulations or lower public environmental concerns.This study makes an innovative contribution to the literature by empirically verifying the environmental governance effect of establishing CBEC pilot zones,and offers practical guidance for governments in formulating cross-border e-commerce policies and for enterprises pursuing low carbon development. 展开更多

影响HR-HPV感染患者转阴的 logistics回归分析

目的:分析影响高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染患者转阴的独立影响因素。方法:选取2023年7月1日-2024年1月20日期间250例HR-HPV感染患者为研究对象,根据随访1年期间患者的转归情况分为转阴组、未转阴组。比较两组临床资料,采用Logistic... 目的:分析影响高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染患者转阴的独立影响因素。方法:选取2023年7月1日-2024年1月20日期间250例HR-HPV感染患者为研究对象,根据随访1年期间患者的转归情况分为转阴组、未转阴组。比较两组临床资料,采用Logistics回归分析HR-HPV转阴的独立影响因素。结果:250例HR-HPV感染患者中,228例完成随访,失访22例,失访率为8.80%。228例患者中,单一感染156例,多重感染72例。随访期间,150例患者由阳性转阴,自然清除率为65.79%,78例持续感染,持续感染率为34.21%;转阴组与未转阴组年龄、受教育水平、首次性行为年龄、性伴侣数量、多重感染情况及洗阴频率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistics多因素回归分析显示,年龄、首次性行为年龄<20岁、性伴侣数量≥2、多重感染及洗阴频率<3次/周均为HR-HPV转阴的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:年龄、首次性行为年龄低于20岁、性伴侣数量≥2、多重感染及洗阴频率低于3次/周是HR-HPV感染转阴的独立危险因素,应针对这些高风险因素采取相应的管理和干预措施。 展开更多

The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,especially since Chengdu was listed as an Integrated Pilot Zone for Cross-Border E-Commerce in 2016,has led to a rising trade value of agricultural products in the metropolis.This upward trend is also attributed to the China-Europe Railway Express and the Chengdu International Aviation Hub Integrated Functional Area,two infrastructure systems that have opened more international logistics channels for agricultural products in Sichuan province.However,the development of cross-border logistics has failed to respond to the rapid growth of cross-border e-commerce for agricultural products.This problem has given rise to longer delivery cycles,higher costs,and reduced product quality,hindering the development of cross-border e-commerce for agricultural products.Currently,most research efforts are focused on selecting a logistics mode which has created an urgency is to establish a logistics system.To that end,we must utilize the opportunities and preferential policies brought about by the Belt and Road Initiative to advance the establishment of a cross-border logistics system for agricultural products,which will create more channels for selling Sichuan’s agricultural products overseas.This article analyzes the current situation of the cross-border logistics system for agricultural products produced by the province and studies the potential relationships between a logistics system and cross-border trade of agricultural products.It seeks to build a logistics system that meets the demands of cross-border transactions using economic theories focused on cross-border e-commerce and logistics.Such a logistic system will help shorten long delivery cycles,cut delivery costs,and guarantee the quality of agricultural products.Also,it can contribute to the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products and solve problems in developing the agricultural products logistics system of Sichuan province. 展开更多

探讨核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体3(NLRP3)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)初步建立的Logistic回归模型对儿童重症肺炎支原体肺炎(SMPP)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2022年1月~2024年12月期间漯河市立医院和漯河市妇幼... 探讨核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体3(NLRP3)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)初步建立的Logistic回归模型对儿童重症肺炎支原体肺炎(SMPP)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2022年1月~2024年12月期间漯河市立医院和漯河市妇幼保健院儿科收治的329例MPP患儿,根据疾病严重程度分为重症组(n=105)和非重症组(n=224),收集2组患者一般资料、疾病相关特征,通过Logistic回归分析有差异项目,并绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析NLRP3、IL-1β、IL-18对SMPP患儿的诊断价值。结果重症组NLRP3、IL-1β、IL-18、LDH、ALT、D-D显著高于非重症组(P<0.001),且以上指标均是SMPP的影响因素(P<0.001);IL-1β、IL-18、NLRP3在SMPP诊断中的曲线下面积(AUC)值分别为0.682、0.674、0.696,其灵敏度、特异度较高,对SMPP有较高诊断价值。结论基于NLRP3、IL-1β、IL-18初步建立的Logistic回归模型对SMPP患儿具有重要意义,其早期预测可有效防止病情进一步加重。 展开更多

基于logistic回归和随机森林构建留守与非留守中学生自伤风险预测模型

目的构建留守与非留守中学生自伤的风险预测模型,为制定针对性的干预措施提供科学依据。方法2021年9月―2023年6月采用多阶段抽样方法,在留守儿童分布相对集中的6个省份中抽取14623名<18岁的中学生(留守8471名,非留守6152名)作为研... 目的构建留守与非留守中学生自伤的风险预测模型,为制定针对性的干预措施提供科学依据。方法2021年9月―2023年6月采用多阶段抽样方法,在留守儿童分布相对集中的6个省份中抽取14623名<18岁的中学生(留守8471名,非留守6152名)作为研究对象。通过问卷调查收集研究对象的一般情况、创伤性事件和自伤发生情况。分析不同特征留守与非留守中学生自伤的发生情况。采用R 4.3.0软件按照7∶3的比例分别将留守与非留守中学生随机划分为训练集与测试集,构建logistic回归分析模型和随机森林模型,通过受试者工作特征曲线、灵敏度、特异度等指标评估模型性能。结果中学生自伤总体发生率为25.7%,留守中学生自伤发生率高于非留守中学生(χ^(2)=59.266,P<0.001)。Logistic回归分析模型分析结果显示,留守与非留守中学生预测模型训练集的曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)分别为0.745和0.756,测试集的AUC分别为0.721和0.726,Hosmer-Lemshow拟合优度检验P>0.05。随机森林模型中,留守中学生自伤的主要预测因素为经历创伤性事件、家庭氛围、和父亲/母亲关系等,模型的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值和F1指数分别为0.740、0.591、0.822、0.470和0.779,Brier分数为0.212,训练集和测试集的AUC分别为0.800和0.729。非留守中学生则以经历创伤性事件、家庭氛围、父母感情状况等为主,模型的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值和F1指数分别为0.785、0.519、0.850、0.411和0.816,Brier分数为0.188,训练集和测试集的AUC分别为0.845和0.724。结论留守中学生自伤风险高于非留守中学生,二者的预测因素虽有不同,但存在高度重叠,其中创伤经历和家庭因素是关键预测变量。两种模型对自伤的识别能力良好,但随机森林模型综合性能更优,本研究构建的预测模型可为早期识别高危人群提供科学依据。 展开更多

厂矿企业劳动者职业健康素养与职业紧张的关联:基于LASSO-多水平logistic回归

[背景]健康素养与心理健康密切相关,提升健康素养有助于促进其心理健康。然而,厂矿企业劳动者职业紧张与其职业健康素养是否有关联,尚无定论。[目的]了解甘肃省金属采矿业、冶金业和非金属矿物制品业3个行业劳动者的职业健康素养水平和职业紧张状况,分析职业健康素养与职业紧张的相关性。[方法]2024年5—12月,采用分层整群随机抽样法,对甘肃省金属采矿业、冶金业和非金属矿物制品业73家大、中、小微型厂矿企业劳动者的职业健康素养水平和职业紧张进行测评。采用LASSO回归筛选影响职业紧张的相关因素,并采用多水平随机截距混合效应logistic模型研究职业紧张的影响因素,并探讨职业健康素养与职业紧张的关系。[结果]本研究调查金属采矿业、冶金业和非金属矿物制品业3个行业厂矿企业劳动者3611名,存在职业紧张者1031名(28.55%)。无论是总体职业健康素养还是各维度职业健康素养,具备职业健康素养的劳动者其职业紧张检出率均低于不具备者(P<0.05)。通过LASSO回归分析得出,与职业紧张密切相关的因素为职业健康素养维度一(职业健康法律知识)、维度二(职业健康保护基本知识)、维度四(健康工作方式和行为)、性别、平均月收入和夜班。三水平随机截距混合效应logistic回归分析结果显示,职业健康素养维度一(OR=0.69,95%CI:0.58~0.82)、维度二(OR=0.71,95%CI:0.58~0.87)和维度四(OR=0.81,95%CI:0.67~0.98)与职业紧张风险呈现负相关。平均月收入3001~≤5000、5001~≤7000、≥7001元的劳动者职业紧张的风险分别是平均月收入≤3000元者的61%(OR=0.61,95%CI:0.45~0.81)、56%(OR=0.56,95%CI:0.41~0.78)、36%(OR=0.36,95%CI:0.24~0.53)。男性(OR=1.66,95%CI:1.32~2.10)和夜班劳动者(OR=2.29,95%CI:1.90~2.76)发生职业紧张的风险较高。随机效应方差显示,组内相关系数为0.12。[结论]厂矿企业劳动者职业紧张与职业健康素养存在负相关,男性、低收入和夜班是影响劳动者职业紧张的危险因素。建议重点关注以上劳动群体,将职业健康素养纳入工作场所心理健康促进,从而改善劳动者心理健康状况。 展开更多

目的整合CT定量、定性指标及临床特征,构建并比较Logistic回归与决策树模型,以预测肺纤维化合并肺癌(PF-LC)患者免疫治疗联合化疗的疗效,为个体化治疗决策提供影像学依据。方法回顾性纳入120例PF-LC患者,根据RECIST1.1疗效标准将患者分... 目的整合CT定量、定性指标及临床特征,构建并比较Logistic回归与决策树模型,以预测肺纤维化合并肺癌(PF-LC)患者免疫治疗联合化疗的疗效,为个体化治疗决策提供影像学依据。方法回顾性纳入120例PF-LC患者,根据RECIST1.1疗效标准将患者分为有效组(CR+PR,59例)和无效组(PD+SD,61例)。搜集患者的临床特征及影像学指标,采用单因素分析筛选出有统计学意义的变量,分别构建Logistic回归与决策树模型,通过受试者工作特征曲线、曲线下面积及多项性能指标综合评价模型的预测效能。结果单因素分析显示,咳嗽咳痰、Velcro啰音、肿瘤体积、纤维化占比及合并肺气肿在两组间差异具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。Logistic回归提示肺气肿与纤维化占比为疗效不佳的独立危险因素。决策树模型以纤维化占比为首层分裂节点,共形成4个终端节点,预测正确率为79.2%。模型比较显示,决策树模型的曲线下面积为0.877,显著高于Logistic回归模型的0.745(P=0.006),且在准确度(79.17%)、特异度(93.44%)、阳性预测值(90.48%)及F1分数(75.25%)等方面均更优。结论决策树模型在预测PF-LC患者免疫治疗联合化疗疗效方面优于传统Logistic回归模型,具有更高的判别效能和临床实用性,为识别潜在获益患者提供了可解释的量化工具,但需通过多中心、前瞻性研究进一步验证与优化。 展开更多

Cross-border e-commerce,as a new form of international trade,has shown great development potential in the context of the“Belt and Road”initiative.Based on the cross-border e-commerce export data from 2015 to 2024,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of China's cross-border e-commerce exports to countries along the“Belt and Road”by constructing an econometric model.The study found that factors such as the perfection of digital infrastructure,the efficiency of logistics and transportation,the convenience of payment and settlement,and the penetration rate of consumers online shopping significantly affect the export scale of cross-border e-commerce.Institutional factors such as the development level of e-commerce platforms in countries along the route,market access thresholds,and tariff policies also play an important role.Based on the research results,suggestions are put forward to strengthen the construction of cross-border payment system,optimize the logistics distribution network,promote customs clearance facilitation,and deepen cooperation in the field of e-commerce,to provide references for promoting the development of China's crossborder e-commerce exports to countries along the“Belt and Road.” 展开更多

目的鉴于脓毒症相关肝损伤(SALI)危害严重,本研究旨在运用Lasso-logistic回归构建SALI预测模型,并制定针对性的防控策略。方法选取2024年4月1日—2025年4月1日安徽医科大学第一附属医院收治的192例脓毒症患者为研究对象,根据是否发生肝... 目的鉴于脓毒症相关肝损伤(SALI)危害严重,本研究旨在运用Lasso-logistic回归构建SALI预测模型,并制定针对性的防控策略。方法选取2024年4月1日—2025年4月1日安徽医科大学第一附属医院收治的192例脓毒症患者为研究对象,根据是否发生肝损伤分为SALI组(40例)和NSALI组(152例)。收集2组患者临床相关资料,采取单因素分析研究不同因素对脓毒症患者SALI发生的影响。采用Lasso-logistic回归分析研究SALI发生的危险因素,建立SALI风险预测模型并使用ROC曲线进行验证分析。结果2组合并糖尿病、机械通气、合并休克、低氧血症、尿素、血小板计数、血乳酸(LAC)、序贯器官衰竭评分(SOFA评分)比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Lasso-logistic回归分析显示,合并糖尿病、合并休克、LAC、SOFA评分是发生SALI的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,合并糖尿病、合并休克、LAC、SOFA评分及列线图模型均可预测SALI,曲线下面积分别为0.615、0.620、0.843、0.837、0.948,其中列线图风险预测模型的AUC最高。结论合并糖尿病、合并休克、LAC、SOFA评分是SALI发生独立危险因素,基于此构建的列线图模型预测与实用价值高,利于为SALI患者制定精准防控策略。 展开更多

目的探讨临床-超声多因素Logistic回归模型在鉴别非弥漫型原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤(PTL)与甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)中的临床价值。方法回顾性选取2022年6月至2024年11月在北京市房山区良乡医院经病理证实的35例非弥漫型PTL和80例PTC的临床及超声... 目的探讨临床-超声多因素Logistic回归模型在鉴别非弥漫型原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤(PTL)与甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)中的临床价值。方法回顾性选取2022年6月至2024年11月在北京市房山区良乡医院经病理证实的35例非弥漫型PTL和80例PTC的临床及超声影像学资料。分析非弥漫型PTL与PTC患者的临床资料(年龄、病灶长径、性别、甲状腺不对称增大及合并桥本甲状腺炎的情况)和超声特征(病灶回声类型、线状高回声、回声均匀性、边缘、囊性变、钙化、垂直位生长、后方回声增强、血流分级及包膜侵犯)。建立多因素Logistic回归模型,绘制受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线分析临床-超声因素鉴别诊断非弥漫型PTL与PTC的临床价值。结果单因素分析显示,非弥漫型PTL患者年龄、病灶长径、甲状腺不对称增大发生率和桥本甲状腺炎发生率均高于PTC患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);二者性别构成比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。非弥漫型PTL在极低回声、线状高回声、后方回声增强、血流丰富方面占比均高于PTC,而在边缘不规则、钙化和包膜侵犯方面占比均低于PTC,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而二者回声均匀性、囊性变和垂直位占比比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、病灶后方回声增强、线状高回声及钙化是鉴别二者的独立因素(P<0.05)。建立的回归方程为Logistic(Y)=3.451-0.081X1+3.204X2+3.237X3-2.935X4(X1:年龄;X2:后方回声增强;X3:线状高回声;X4:钙化),RE_1 ROC曲线下面积为0.932,鉴别二者的敏感度、特异度和准确性分别是91.4%、81.2%和88.6%。结论年龄、病灶后方回声增强、线状高回声和钙化可作为鉴别诊断非弥漫型PTL与PTC的可靠指标。临床-超声多因素Logistic回归模型在鉴别非弥漫型PTL和PTC中有较好的诊断效能。 展开更多

目的分析肺癌患者希望水平的影响因素,以便尽早预测和识别较低希望水平的肺癌患者,并为提高肺癌患者希望水平干预措施的制订提供参考依据。方法抽取2024年7月至2024年12月在北京协和医院就诊的266例肺癌患者作为研究对象,使用Herth希望... 目的分析肺癌患者希望水平的影响因素,以便尽早预测和识别较低希望水平的肺癌患者,并为提高肺癌患者希望水平干预措施的制订提供参考依据。方法抽取2024年7月至2024年12月在北京协和医院就诊的266例肺癌患者作为研究对象,使用Herth希望指数(HHI)对纳入患者展开希望水平的调查。比较不同特征肺癌患者希望水平情况,采用决策树(DT)模型与Logistic回归模型分析影响肺癌患者希望水平的影响因素。结果剔除9例作答了无效问卷的患者后,本研究共纳入患者共257例。Logistic回归模型结果显示,确诊天数(B=-0.001)、肺癌分型[腺癌(B=0.177)、鳞癌(B=1.949)、其他(B=1.458)]、文化程度[高中、中专或技校(B=-1.182)、大专(B=0.392)、本科及以上(B=1.040)]、免疫治疗(B=-0.682)、体力状态(PS)评分[1级(B=1.657)、2级(B=2.102)、3级(B=0.171)]、心理弹性总分(CD-RISC)(B=-0.060)这6项是肺癌患者中等希望水平发生的独立影响因素;决策树分析结果显示,心理弹性总分是影响肺癌患者希望水平的主要因素,其次是文化程度和确诊天数。两个模型的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.853(0.806,0.900)、0.850(0.801,0.898),其差异无统计学意义(Z=0.144,P=0.885)。结论Logistic回归模型和决策树模型在预测肺癌患者的希望水平时均有一定的应用价值,建议在临床中将二者结合使用,以便更好提高肺癌患者的希望水平。 展开更多

目的 基于Logistic回归与决策树模型探究西部大学生HIV检测意愿的影响因素,为今后探索适合高校大学生的HIV/AIDS健康教育和预防干预措施提供科学依据。方法 通过匿名线上问卷调查的方式,收集西部高校大学生人口学特征、艾滋病知识知晓... 目的 基于Logistic回归与决策树模型探究西部大学生HIV检测意愿的影响因素,为今后探索适合高校大学生的HIV/AIDS健康教育和预防干预措施提供科学依据。方法 通过匿名线上问卷调查的方式,收集西部高校大学生人口学特征、艾滋病知识知晓情况、HIV检测意愿、社会资本等情况,基于社会生态系统理论,采用Logistic回归与决策树模型分析影响HIV检测意愿的主要因素,并通过绘制ROC曲线,根据曲线下面积比较并判断两种模型的分析效果。结果 共收集有效问卷1 903份,曾经接受过HIV检测146人(7.67%),愿意主动进行HIV检测1 501人(78.88%)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,不同系统层面中多个因素与大学生高危行为后主动进行HIV检测的意愿显著相关,微观系统中,女生(aOR=1.744,95%CI:1.353~2.249)、高艾滋病知识知晓(aOR=2.901,95%CI:2.271~3.705)的学生检测意愿更高;中观系统中,家人曾进行生殖健康教育为一部分(aOR=1.773,95%CI:1.364~2.306)及很清楚(aOR=1.524,95%CI:1.042~2.230)的学生检测意愿更高;宏观系统中,高社会资本(aOR:1.540,95%CI:1.213~1.956)的学生检测意愿更高。决策树模型结果发现艾滋病知识知晓情况影响最大,其次为家庭教育、性别、民族、家庭居住地和社会资本。ROC曲线分析结果显示,决策树模型的特异度(61.9%vs 54.2%)优于Logistic回归,Logistic回归灵敏度(78.3%vs 66.0%)更优,且整体预测效果略优于决策树模型(AUC:0.713 vs 0.685,Z=3.110,P<0.01)。结论 中国西部大学生高危性行为后HIV检测意愿处于中等水平,其中艾滋病知识知晓程度对检测意愿影响最为显著。两种模型各具优势,两者辅助分析可为提升高危性行为后大学生HIV检测意愿干预提供参考。 展开更多

【目的】拟预测江西省吉安市森林火灾发生概率,为吉安市森林火灾精准防控提供科学依据。【方法】基于2001—2020年MODIS火点数据,结合气象、地形、植被及人类活动等多维因子,分析江西省吉安市森林火灾的时空分布特征及其驱动机制。采用... 【目的】拟预测江西省吉安市森林火灾发生概率,为吉安市森林火灾精准防控提供科学依据。【方法】基于2001—2020年MODIS火点数据,结合气象、地形、植被及人类活动等多维因子,分析江西省吉安市森林火灾的时空分布特征及其驱动机制。采用多重共线性诊断和相关性分析筛选关键影响因子,构建了Logistic回归(binary logistic regression)模型,预测森林火灾发生概率,并利用混淆矩阵和曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)评估模型性能。【结果】(1)吉安市森林火灾年际变化呈5年周期性波动,主要发生在9月至次年4月,空间分布呈现北多南少、西多东少的特征;(2)人口密度、上月植被指数、海拔、本月降雨量、上月温度和灯光指数是火灾发生的主要驱动因子,其中本月降雨量和灯光指数与火灾风险呈正相关,其余因子呈负相关;(3)火灾发生概率在0.2~0.7,永丰县、安福县、永新县、吉安县和遂川县为高风险区;(4)模型AUC值为0.748,具有较好的预测能力。【结论】研究可为吉安市森林火灾风险管理提供科学依据,建议在高风险区域加强监测预警,并针对不同驱动因子采取差异化防控措施。 展开更多
