The Effect of Resources Capabilities on Cross Functional Coordination in the Footwear Micro Industry in West Jawa

This study is aimed at analyzing resources capabilities and cross functional coordination, and recognizes the effect of resources capabilities on cross functional coordination in the footwear micro industry in West Jawa. The author conducted descriptive survey and quatitative study to determine the level of relationship of different variables on population and to measure the contribution of free variables to restricted variables. The result shows that the resources capabilities, including leather raw materials, synthetic raw materials, funding, human resources, science management, and information and technology influence cross functional coordination in footwear micro industry in West Jawa. This study also reveals that significant resources capabilities elements include leather raw materials, funding, and human resources supplies, while other elements provided insignificant impact. 展开更多

The low-pass anti-aliasing filter in zoom FFT is realized by using the multistage filtering technique and the weighting processing is employed in the first stage filter to get rid of the redundancy of the computation. In practical systems, the input data is divided into overlapped data frames to avoid loss of detection ability which results in the rapid increase of computational complexity. A segment technique is also proposed in which CAF calculation of overlapped data frames is viewed as slide window FFT to decrease the computational complexity. The experimental results show that compared to the conventional methods, the proposed method can lower computational complexity and is consistent with the real time implementation in existing high-speed digital processors. 展开更多

In this study, we investigate the cross-frequency coupling and functional brain networks in the subjects with temporal lobe epilepsy(TLE) using interictal EEG signals. The phase to phase synchronization within and across frequency bands is calculated and a significant difference between the epilepsy and control groups is observed. Compared with the controls,the epilepsy patients exhibit a stronger within-frequency coupling(WFC) within theta and beta bands, and shows a stronger cross-frequency coupling(CFC) in the delta–alpha and theta–alpha band pairs, but a weakened CFC in alpha–beta band pairs. The weakened coupling between alpha and high frequency band reflects a suppression of phase modulation between the brain regions related to epilepsy. Moreover, WFC and CFC are positively correlated, which is higher in the patients relative to controls. We further reconstruct functional brain connectivity and find that both WFC and CFC networks show small-world properties. For the epilepsy, the small-world efficiency is enhanced in the CFC networks in delta–alpha and theta–alpha band pairs, whereas weakened between alpha and beta bands, which suggests a shift away from the optimal operating point in the epileptic brain with a new balance between WFC and CFC. Our results may help us to understand the important role of information communication across different frequency bands and shed new light on the study of pathology of epilepsy. 展开更多

The deep learning model is overfitted and the accuracy of the test set is reduced when the deep learning model is trained in the network intrusion detection parameters, due to the traditional loss function convergence problem. Firstly, we utilize a network model architecture combining Gelu activation function and deep neural network;Secondly, the cross-entropy loss function is improved to a weighted cross entropy loss function, and at last it is applied to intrusion detection to improve the accuracy of intrusion detection. In order to compare the effect of the experiment, the KDDcup99 data set, which is commonly used in intrusion detection, is selected as the experimental data and use accuracy, precision, recall and F1-score as evaluation parameters. The experimental results show that the model using the weighted cross-entropy loss function combined with the Gelu activation function under the deep neural network architecture improves the evaluation parameters by about 2% compared with the ordinary cross-entropy loss function model. Experiments prove that the weighted cross-entropy loss function can enhance the model’s ability to discriminate samples. 展开更多

Exploration of functional health, mental well-being and cross-sex hormone use in a sample of Thai male-to-female transgendered persons (kathoeys)

Transgender people sometimes use cross-sex hormones without medical supervision. The use of cross-sex hormones, as well as the functional health and mental well-being, among male-to-female transgendered people ('kathoeys') in Chiang Mai, Thailand, was studied. Sixty kathoeys were interviewed regarding their use of cross-sex hormones and their familyrelationships. Individuals also completed the Life Orientation Test Revised (LOT-R) to assess dispositional optimism, the Social Functioning Questionnaire (SFQ) and the Short Form Health Survey 36 (SF-36). Three categories were established as follows: those who never cross-dress, those who sometimes cross-dress and those who always cross-dress in public. Of the 60 subjects, 44 had used hormones for prolonged periods (9.7+6.1 years). Their use was related to the permanence of cross-dressing but unrelated to functional health and mental well-being. Fifty percent of subjects had overdosed on commonly used oral contraceptives. Three people used injectable oestrogen in a higher-than-recommended dose. Self-acceptance was high or reasonably good (83%) compared to no acceptance (17%), and neither was related to the permanence of cross-dressing. Their acceptance by parents and siblings was also relatively high (85% and 89%, respectively). The permanence of cross-dressing had no effect on the scores of optimism, SF-36 scores and social functioning. Acceptance by oneself or one's parents did not seem to affect most aspects of functional health and mental well-being, but non-acceptance by siblings generated lower scores on the social functioning and general mental health subscales. Stressors tended to include physical rather than social factors. In conclusion, the unsupervised use of cross-sex hormones was common among kathoeys, and 50% of the sample had overdosed on them. Acceptance was relatively good, except by siblings. New strategies are needed for a more responsible use of cross-sex hormones. 展开更多

This paper is an effort to extract the structure function, the EMC ratio, and the lepton scattering cross section in the convolution nuclear theory framework for 4He and 12C nuclei. We suppose that, in conventional approach, based on harmonic oscillator model, one could consider for a nucleus shell different hw?parameters which are associated with the square root of the mean radius of the nucleus shells. We use GRV free nucleon structure function, which has good agreement with the proton and neutron structure function, extracted from experimental results. In addition, the lepton scattering cross sections of 4He and 12C nuclei are calculated in energy higher than 1 GeV. The extracted results show good agreement with experimental data. 展开更多

This paper presents a self-contained description on the configuration of propagator method(PM)to calculate the electron velocity distribution function(EVDF) of electron swarms in gases under DC electric and magnetic fields crossed at a right angle. Velocity space is divided into cells with respect to three polar coordinates v,θ and f. The number of electrons in each cell is stored in three-dimensional arrays. The changes of electron velocity due to acceleration by the electric and magnetic fields and scattering by gas molecules are treated as intercellular electron transfers on the basis of the Boltzmann equation and are represented using operators called the propagators or Green’s functions. The collision propagator, assuming isotropic scattering, is basically unchanged from conventional PMs performed under electric fields without magnetic fields. On the other hand, the acceleration propagator is customized for rotational acceleration under the action of the Lorentz force. The acceleration propagator specific to the present cell configuration is analytically derived. The mean electron energy and average electron velocity vector in a model gas and SF6 were derived from the EVDF as a demonstration of the PM under the Hall deflection and they were in a fine agreement with those obtained by Monte Carlo simulations. A strategy for fast relaxation is discussed, and extension of the PM for the EVDF under AC electric and DC/AC magnetic fields is outlined as well. 展开更多

基于图卷积神经网络(GCNN)的指静脉识别方法不仅可以解决传统指静脉识别方法识别率较低的问题,还可以解决其计算量大的问题。针对目前指静脉图模型结构不稳定和匹配效率因模型增大而下降的问题,采用SLIC(Simple Linear Iterative Cluste... 基于图卷积神经网络(GCNN)的指静脉识别方法不仅可以解决传统指静脉识别方法识别率较低的问题,还可以解决其计算量大的问题。针对目前指静脉图模型结构不稳定和匹配效率因模型增大而下降的问题,采用SLIC(Simple Linear Iterative Clustering)超像素分割算法来构建加权图并改变GCNN提取加权图的图级特征。为了有效抓取图数据中的高阶特征并避免过平滑,建立一种双分支多交互的深度图卷积网络(GCN),旨在提升节点对高阶特征的掌握能力。首先根据节点特征对图结构进行调整;然后结合原始和重构后的图结构,构建了双分支网络架构以充分挖掘高阶特征;最后设计一种通道信息互动机制,以促进不同分支间的信息交流,从而提高特征的多样性。实验结果显示,在多个标准数据集上进行指静脉识别任务时,该网络能减少单张图片识别时间,提高识别效率,并有效减轻过平滑现象,相较于单分支的GCN,在识别精度上平均取得了超过1.5百分点的性能提升。 展开更多

文章基于2000—2020年三次全国人口普查数据,从镇街尺度系统分析珠海环澳门地区人口时空演化特征,构建“地缘-功能-制度”三维分析框架,基于跨境可达性与空间邻近性,将研究区域划分为直接连通区、邻近辐射区和外缘承接区,并采用地理探... 文章基于2000—2020年三次全国人口普查数据,从镇街尺度系统分析珠海环澳门地区人口时空演化特征,构建“地缘-功能-制度”三维分析框架,基于跨境可达性与空间邻近性,将研究区域划分为直接连通区、邻近辐射区和外缘承接区,并采用地理探测器方法识别不同时期人口集聚的主导因素,揭示其阶段性演化机制。研究表明:1)区域人口总量持续增长,空间格局由东部单核逐步演化为“核心稳固-中带增强-外围拓展”的多中心结构,横琴在政策驱动下快速崛起为新的增长极;2)不同区位类型呈现差异演化,直接连通区保持核心地位并趋于稳定,邻近辐射区在交通改善与功能完善下形成新的高密度片区,外缘承接区依托土地与产业基础逐步增强承载力;3)人口集聚机制呈现由地缘因素主导、功能要素强化到制度作用增强的递进特征:地缘条件奠定早期分布基础,功能要素推动中期空间调整,制度因素在后期对多类要素发挥协调引导作用,促进人口格局的多中心化与相对均衡发展。 展开更多

背景噪声成像利用台站对的噪声互相关函数重建地下介质的格林函数,进而反演地球内部结构.与传统地震学方法相比,该技术无需依赖天然地震或人工震源,具有成本低和可连续观测等优点,已广泛应用于地下速度结构、各向异性、介质衰减特性及... 背景噪声成像利用台站对的噪声互相关函数重建地下介质的格林函数,进而反演地球内部结构.与传统地震学方法相比,该技术无需依赖天然地震或人工震源,具有成本低和可连续观测等优点,已广泛应用于地下速度结构、各向异性、介质衰减特性及速度变化监测等研究中.然而,现有理论通常假设噪声源均匀分布,未能充分考虑实际环境中噪声源的空间不均匀性和时变性.这种理想化假设可能导致格林函数重建出现偏差,进而影响最终成像结果的准确性.本文通过二维地震波场模拟,系统分析了噪声源的不同分布模式对格林函数重建的影响.结果表明,噪声源分布的时空不均匀性会显著改变互相关函数的到时与波形特征,降低格林函数重建质量;由此产生的偏差将影响速度结构成像与速度变化监测结果.在此基础上,我们结合模型测试进一步探讨了相应的噪声源校正策略. 展开更多

Ⅱ型糖尿病可引发神经系统并发症并诱发轻度认知障碍。基于脑功能网络分析,比较Ⅱ型糖尿病患者中轻度认知障碍组(n=30)与认知正常组(n=25)在网络结构与功能连接方面的差异。采用金豺优化算法动态优化互样本熵(cross-sample entropy,CSE)阈值,构建优化互样本熵(optimized cross-sample entropy,OCSE)网络;并引入效率密度以表征拓扑变化。结果显示:OCSE相较CSE能保留更精细拓扑特征;效率密度与全局效率在Theta、Alpha和Gamma频段均存在显著组间差异(P<0.05),且效率密度的区分灵敏度更高。 展开更多

目的流行病学研究发现系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)与肺动脉高压(PAH)密切相关。本研究探讨SLE与PAH的遗传相关性、共享遗传结构和潜在机制。方法基于大规模全基因组关联分析的汇总数据,评估SLE与PAH之间的遗传相关性,并进行跨性状分析;基于汇... 目的流行病学研究发现系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)与肺动脉高压(PAH)密切相关。本研究探讨SLE与PAH的遗传相关性、共享遗传结构和潜在机制。方法基于大规模全基因组关联分析的汇总数据,评估SLE与PAH之间的遗传相关性,并进行跨性状分析;基于汇总数据的孟德尔随机化(SMR)分析用于分析潜在的药物靶点,功能注释和组织特异性分析作为补充探索二者之间的潜在关联。结果研究发现SLE与PAH具有30个基因座的显著的局部遗传相关性。共识别出了SLE与PAH相关的113个(P<5×10^(-8))可能的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)位点,基于功能映射和注释工具识别出了14个SNP。进一步的SMR分析发现二者之间存在27个重叠的潜在可药用基因。基于分层连锁不平衡分数回归方法及功能映射和注释工具的分析,表明SNP位点主要在皮肤、全血以及肝脏组织富集,而基因在全血、大脑组织、纤维细胞以及脾脏中表现出显著的富集。结论研究证明了SLE与PAH之间存在遗传关联和共享结构,并初步揭示了潜在的调控机制及治疗靶点。 展开更多
