This study investigated the application and the application value of intelligent emergency in emergency management in the big data environment.It addresses the neglect of the application value(performance)measurement ...This study investigated the application and the application value of intelligent emergency in emergency management in the big data environment.It addresses the neglect of the application value(performance)measurement of intelligent emergency,further improving the effectiveness of intelligent emergency management.First,approximately 3,900 documents from the intelligent emergency field are analyzed to determine the future research trend in intelligent emergency management.The socio-technical theory concerning technical and social systems is introduced.The emergency management system concepts of“technology enabling”and“enabling value creation”are defined according to bibliometric analysis and socio-technical theory.Second,a research framework that includes technology enabling and enabling value creation for the decision-making paradigm in emergency management according to the big data environment is constructed.A detailed analysis approach from intelligent emergency technology enabling to enabling value creation in emergency management is proposed.Finally,earthquake disasters are taken as examples,and specific analyses of the intelligent emergency enabling and enabling value creation are explored;enabling value creation is discussed based on measurable indicators.The clear concept of emergency management system technology enabling and enabling value creation,as well as the detailed analysis approach from intelligent emergency technology enabling to enabling value creation,provide a theoretical bases for scholars and practitioners to evaluate the value(performance)of intelligent emergency for the first time.展开更多

In the quest for high-efficiency and cost-effective catalysts for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER),a novel biomass-driven strategy is developed to fabricate a unique one-dimensional rod-arrays@two-dimensional interl...In the quest for high-efficiency and cost-effective catalysts for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER),a novel biomass-driven strategy is developed to fabricate a unique one-dimensional rod-arrays@two-dimensional interlaced-sheets(C_(1D@2D))network.A groundbreaking chemical fermentation(CF)pore-generation mechanism,proposed for the first time for creating nanopores within carbon structures,is based on the optimal balance between gasification and solidification.This mechanism not only results in a distinctive C_(1D@2D) multilevel network with nanoscale,intersecting and freely flowing channels but also introduces a novel concept for in situ,extensive and hierarchical pore formation.The unique architecture,combined with the homogeneous dispersion of Ni-Fe nanoparticles,facilitates easy electrolyte penetration and provides abundant active sites for the anchoring and dispersion of reactive molecules or ions.Consequently,the Ni-Fe@C_(1D@2D) porous network demonstrates an exceptional OER electrocatalytic performance,achieving a record-low overpotential of 165 mV at 10 mA cm^(−2)and maintaining long-term stability for over 90 h.Theoretical calculations reveal that the porous structure markedly strengthens the interaction between alloy nanoparticles and the carbon matrix,thereby significantly boosting their electrocatalytic activity and stability.These findings unequivocally validate the CF pore-generation mechanism as a powerful and innovative strategy for designing highly efficient functional nanostructures.展开更多

We explore the variable generalized Chaplygin gas(VGCG)model in the theory of matter creation cosmology within the framework of a spatially homogeneous and isotropic flat Friedmann—Lemai tre—Robertson—Walker space-...We explore the variable generalized Chaplygin gas(VGCG)model in the theory of matter creation cosmology within the framework of a spatially homogeneous and isotropic flat Friedmann—Lemai tre—Robertson—Walker space-time.Matter creation cosmology is based on reinterpretation of the energy–momentum tensor in Einstein's field equations.This creation corresponds to an irreversible energy flow from the gravitational field to the created matter constituents.The variable Chaplygin gas(VCG)is also studied as a particular solution.We use the Markov chain Monte Carlo method to constrain the free parameters of three models,namely,Lambda-Cold-Dark matter(ΛCDM),VGCG and VCG models with and without matter creation from the latest observational data from baryon acoustic oscillations,cosmic chronometer,type Ia supernovae(Pantheon)including gamma-ray bursts,quasars and the local measurement of H_(0) from R21 data.Two different combinations of dataset provide a fairly tight constraint on the parameters of theΛCDM,VGCG and VCG models.The present values of various cosmological parameters are obtained,which are very close to theΛCDM model.Furthermore,we perform stability analysis,Bayesian evidence analysis and information criteria analysis for these models through studying the sound speed,Bayes factor,and Akaike information criteria(AIC)and Bayesian information criteria(BIC)selection criteria.The values of sound speed for VGCG and VCG models shows that both the models are stable.According to AIC,it is observed that VGCG and VCG models with matter creation are supported considerably less by current observations,while BIC shows that these models are not favoured by observational data.展开更多
Firm entry plays an important role in the industrial transformation of mature resource-based cities.This study describes the industrial evolution of resource-based cities at the firm level and uses kernel density esti...Firm entry plays an important role in the industrial transformation of mature resource-based cities.This study describes the industrial evolution of resource-based cities at the firm level and uses kernel density estimation and econometric models to study the spatiotemporal characteristics and determinants of new firm entry from 2011 to 2019 in four mature resource-based cities.The results are summarized as follows:(1)New resource-based firm entry tends to be natural resource-oriented and path-dependent.The new non-resource-based firms show a high concentration in central urban areas,and the industry types are mainly wholesale and retail of resource products,cultural tourism,and equipment manufacturing.(2)Heterogeneous incumbent firms affect firm entry differently.Affected by competition and agglomeration effects,resource-based and non-resource-based incumbent firms have negative and positive impacts on new resource-based firm entry,respectively.Resourcebased incumbent firm agglomeration positively influences new non-resource-based firm entry.(3)Besides incumbent firms,firm entry can also be affected by multidimensional factors,such as factor costs,economic environment,and institutional environment.Research on new firm entry can better reveal the path dependence and path creation process of the industrial development of resource-based cities from a micro-perspective.展开更多

文摘This paper grasps the research theme of artificial intelligence(AI)and human intelligence(HI)synergy to create value,and analyzes the development status of AI and HI in the current context of digital intelligence,as well as the significance of their synergy to empower value creation.At the same time,the theory of resource arrangement is introduced,and the connotation and composition of the theory are summarized,as well as the development in the field of research and application.This paper focuses on revealing the intrinsic relationship between resource orchestration theory and AI and HI collaborative work,aiming to fully explore the potential of resource orchestration theory in the collaborative innovation of AI and HI,and put forward practical suggestions based on this.

文摘We explore the variable generalized Chaplygin gas(VGCG)model in the theory of matter creation cosmology within the framework of a spatially homogeneous and isotropic flat Friedmann—Lemai tre—Robertson—Walker space-time.Matter creation cosmology is based on reinterpretation of the energy–momentum tensor in Einstein's field equations.This creation corresponds to an irreversible energy flow from the gravitational field to the created matter constituents.The variable Chaplygin gas(VCG)is also studied as a particular solution.We use the Markov chain Monte Carlo method to constrain the free parameters of three models,namely,Lambda-Cold-Dark matter(ΛCDM),VGCG and VCG models with and without matter creation from the latest observational data from baryon acoustic oscillations,cosmic chronometer,type Ia supernovae(Pantheon)including gamma-ray bursts,quasars and the local measurement of H_(0) from R21 data.Two different combinations of dataset provide a fairly tight constraint on the parameters of theΛCDM,VGCG and VCG models.The present values of various cosmological parameters are obtained,which are very close to theΛCDM model.Furthermore,we perform stability analysis,Bayesian evidence analysis and information criteria analysis for these models through studying the sound speed,Bayes factor,and Akaike information criteria(AIC)and Bayesian information criteria(BIC)selection criteria.The values of sound speed for VGCG and VCG models shows that both the models are stable.According to AIC,it is observed that VGCG and VCG models with matter creation are supported considerably less by current observations,while BIC shows that these models are not favoured by observational data.

文摘Firm entry plays an important role in the industrial transformation of mature resource-based cities.This study describes the industrial evolution of resource-based cities at the firm level and uses kernel density estimation and econometric models to study the spatiotemporal characteristics and determinants of new firm entry from 2011 to 2019 in four mature resource-based cities.The results are summarized as follows:(1)New resource-based firm entry tends to be natural resource-oriented and path-dependent.The new non-resource-based firms show a high concentration in central urban areas,and the industry types are mainly wholesale and retail of resource products,cultural tourism,and equipment manufacturing.(2)Heterogeneous incumbent firms affect firm entry differently.Affected by competition and agglomeration effects,resource-based and non-resource-based incumbent firms have negative and positive impacts on new resource-based firm entry,respectively.Resourcebased incumbent firm agglomeration positively influences new non-resource-based firm entry.(3)Besides incumbent firms,firm entry can also be affected by multidimensional factors,such as factor costs,economic environment,and institutional environment.Research on new firm entry can better reveal the path dependence and path creation process of the industrial development of resource-based cities from a micro-perspective.

文摘In an era of scene-based consumption,the essence of operating a bookstore lies in accepting and enabling the bookstore to play its role as a cultural medium for browsing and appreciating books,which in turn fosters the development of a distinctive bookstore culture.This new type of consumption context has led to an evolution in the book-reading culture in physical bookstores that is characterized by a shift from a paradigm of passive reading to one where the emphasis is on interactive viewing.This transition has laid the foundation for the creation of cultural atmospheres in bookstores,and it highlights the visual interactions that now exist between readers and books as well as with other related cultural industries.The dominant and fundamental logic behind this process is symbiosis,experience,aesthetics,immersion,and creativity.However,when a form of culture that focuses on consumption-oriented browsing begins to overshadow knowledge acquisition during the process of book reading,the cultural essence of bookstores is likely to be diminished.Therefore,the cultural essence within the scene-based consumption context should be enhanced by creating innovative viewing activities that showcase the cultural and emotional implications inherent in the scene itself,and thus help to align the identity of the bookstore with its in-situ cultural space.
文摘The history of watercolor painting spans over three centuries,and the study of watercolor creations focusing on female themes have been a hot topic in the subfield of art studies.Watercolor originated in the Age of Exploration,initially serving as a practical tool for natural history,and later evolving into an art form for the aristocracy.In the 20th century,creations featuring female themes flourished and reached their peak.Compared to early works portraying female theses in mythology and religion,these paintings exhibit significant differences in expression,color,and texture,reflecting the gradual rise of women’s status and the artists’reflections on modern society.This article delves into the development,emotional expression,creation,and inspiration of watercolor paintings with female themes.By analyzing representative works,we explore the artists’portrayal of women and the reflection of women’s living conditions,social status,and ideological consciousness in contemporary society.This article also examines the profound influence and artistic value of these works on contemporary female-themed paintings from the perspective of art studies.
文摘In this paper, we analyze the enthalpy, enthalpy energy density, thermodynamic volume, and the equation of state of a modified white hole. We obtain new possible mathematical connections with some sectors of Number Theory, Ramanujan Recurring Numbers, DN Constant and String Theory, that enable us to extract the quantum geometrical properties of these thermodynamic equations and the implication to the quantum vacuum spacetime geometry of our early universe as they act as the constraints to the nature of quantum gravity of the universe.
文摘This paper deeply analyzes the expression of color emotion in oil painting sketch creation.Starting with the three basic attributes of color theory(hue,lightness,and purity),this paper discusses its emotional symbolic significance and the relationship between contrast and harmony.By interpreting the works of artists such as Van Gogh’s Sunflower,Monet’s Rouen Cathedral,and Cézanne’s Mont Sainte-Victoire,this paper shows the unique charm of different colors in conveying emotions,creating atmosphere,and expressing themes.At the same time,it is expounded that in the creation of an oil painting sketch,the effective expression of color emotion can be realized by observing nature,using subjective colors,and reasonable composition and layout of colors,so as to enhance the artistic value of the works.
