Based on the fundamental equations of piezoelasticity of quasicrystal material,we investigated the interaction between a screw dislocation and a wedge-shaped crack in the piezoelectricity of one-dimensional hexagonal quasicrystals.Explicit analytical solutions are obtained for stress and electric displacement intensity factors of the crack,as well as the force on dislocation.The derivation is based on the conformal mapping method and the perturbation technique.The influences of the wedge angle and dislocation location on the image force are also discussed.The results obtained in this paper can be fully reduced to some special cases already available or deriving new ones. 展开更多

Using a method of potential functions introduced successively to integrate the field equations of three-dimensional problems for transversely isotropic piezoelectric materials, we obtain the so-called general solution in which the dis- placement components and electric potential functions are represented by a singular function satisfying some special partial differential equations of 6th order. In order to analyse the mechanical-electric coupling behaviour of penny-shaped crack for above materials, another form of the general solution is obtained under cylindrical coordi- nate system by introducing three quasi-harmonic functions into the general equations obtained above. It is shown that both the two forms of the general solutions are complete. Furthermore, the mechanical-electric coupling behaviour of penny-shaped crack in transversely isotropic piezoelectric media is analysed under axisymmetric tensile loading case, and the crack-tip stress field and electric displacement field are obtained. The results show that the stress and the electric displacement components near the crack tip have (r^(-1/2)) singularity. 展开更多

Due to the nonlinearity of breathing crack, cracked structure under excitation of a single frequency always generates higher harmonic components. In this paper, operational deflection shape (ODS) at excitation frequency and its higher harmonic components are used to map the deflection pattern of cracked structure. While ODS is sensitive to local variation of structure in nature, a new concept named transmissibility of operational deflection shape (TODS) has been defined for crack localization using beam-like structure. The transmissibility indicates the energy transfer from basic frequency to higher frequency. Then, Teager energy operator (TEO) is employed as a singularity detector to reveal and characterize the features of TODS. Numerical and experimental analysis in cantilever beam show that TODS has strong sensitivity to crack and can locate the crack correctly. 展开更多

The interaction of arbitrarily distributed penny-shaped cracks in three-dimensional solids is analyzed in this paper. Using oblate spheroidal coordinates and displacement functions, an analytic method is devel- oped in which the opening and the sliding displacements on each crack surface are taken as the basic unknown functions. The basic unknown functions can be expanded in series of Legendre polynomials with unknown coefficients. Based on superposition technique, a set of governing equations for the unknown coefficients are formulated from the traction free conditions on each crack surface. The boundary collocation procedure and the average method for crack-surface tractions are used for solving the governing equations. The solution can be obtained for quite closely located cracks. Numerical examples are given for several crack problems. By comparing the present results with other existing results, one can conclude that the present method provides a direct and efficient approach to deal with three-dimensional solids containing multiple cracks. 展开更多

The crack surfaces are subjected to only radial shear impact loading. The Laplace and Hankel transform techniques are employed to reduce the problem to solving a Fredholm integral equation. The dynamic stress intensity factor is obtained and numerically calculated for different layer heights. And the corresponding static solution is given by simple analysis. It is seen that the dynamic stress intensity factor for cracks in a magnetoelectroelastic layer has the same expression as that in a purely elastic material. And the influences of layer height on both the dynamic and static stress intensity factors are insignificant as h/a 〉 2. 展开更多

The present work is concerned with a penny-shaped Dugdale crack embedded in an infinite space of one-dimensional (1D) hexagonal quasicrystals and subjected to two identical axisymmetric temperature loadings on the upper and lower crack surfaces. Applying Dugdale hypothesis to thermo-elastic results, the extent of the plastic zone at the crack tip is determined. The normal stress outside the plastic zone and crack surface displacement are derived in terms of special functions. In this study, it was assumed that three-dimensional penny-shaped cracks existed in deep rock masses. A new non-Euclidean model was established, in which the effects of penny- shaped cracks and axial in-situ stress on zonal disintegration of deep rock masses were taken into account. Based on the non-Euclidean model, the stress intensity factors at tips of the penny- shaped cracks were determined. The strain energy density factor was applied to investigate the occurrence of fractured zones. It was observed from the numerical results that the magnitude and location of fractured zones were sensitive to micro- and macro-mechanical parameters, as well as the value of in-situ stress. By using Hankel transform technique,the mixed boundary value problem is firstly reduced to a system of singular integral equations,which are further reduced to a system of algebraic equations. The field intensity factors and energy release rate are finally derived. Numerical results elucidate the eects of crack configuration,electric and/or magnetic loads,and material parameters of the magnetoelectroelastic layers on crack propagation and growth. The shear modulus is assumed to be functionally graded such that the mathematics is tractable. Laplace and Hankel transforms were used to reduce the problem to solving a Fredholm integral equation. The crack tip stress field is obtained by considering the asymptotic behavior of Bessel function. Explicit expressions of both the dynamic stress intensity factor and the energy density factor were derived.And it is shown that, as crack driving force, they are equivalent for the present crack problem. Investigated are the effects of material nonhomogeneity and (strip's) highness on the dynamic fracture behavior. Numerical results reveal that the peak of the dynamic stress intensity factor can be suppressed by increasing the nonhomogeneity parameter of the shear modulus, and that the dynamic behavior varies little with the adjusting of the strip's highness. 展开更多

由于形状记忆合金(Shape Memory Alloy, SMA)材料具有形状记忆效应、伪弹性、高强度比、耐腐蚀、耐磨损等工程优势,SMA复合结构引起了智能结构领域的广泛关注。利用SMA材料的优良力学特性,其与混凝土材料结合将会对混凝土裂缝的萌生产... 由于形状记忆合金(Shape Memory Alloy, SMA)材料具有形状记忆效应、伪弹性、高强度比、耐腐蚀、耐磨损等工程优势,SMA复合结构引起了智能结构领域的广泛关注。利用SMA材料的优良力学特性,其与混凝土材料结合将会对混凝土裂缝的萌生产生抑制效果,并通过形状记忆效应对混凝土内部裂缝进行修复。该文将SMA内置于混凝土材料中,制成复合式SMA混凝土结构,开展了复合式SMA混凝土结构的裂缝损伤监测与修复行为研究。基于应变传递理论与SMA本构模型,建立了SMA混凝土结构裂缝损伤监测与修复解析模型,并和试验进行了对比。结果表明:马氏体含量以及埋入长度越大,应变传递系数越大;混凝土裂缝损伤应变与SMA电阻相对变化总体呈单调递增关系;初始状态下为马氏体的SMA,对混凝土裂缝损伤的修复行为发生于SMA奥氏体开始相变临界温度之后,且随着温度升高,裂缝修复效果逐渐增强。 展开更多

Reproducing kernel particle Method (RKPM) is a meshless technology which has proven very useful for solving problems of elastic plastic fracture mechanics. The mode I plastic zone shape at the crack-tip in a work-hard ening material is obtained using RKPM. Ramberg-Osgood stress-strain relation is assumed and the crack-tip stress intensity factor (SIF) before and after formation of the plastic zone are examined. To impose the essential boundary conditions, penalty method is used. To construct the shape functions in the vicinity of the crack and crack-tip, both the diffraction and visibility criteria are employed. A comparison between two conventional treatments, visibility and diffraction, to crack discontinuity is conducted. The effects of different dilation parameters on SIF under plane-stress and plane-strain conditions are ~tudied. Results including plastic zone shape are compared with finite element method (FEM) to show the accuracy of RKPM. The main objective is to study the effects of different dilation parameters on SIF under plane stress and plane strain conditions and to obtain the mode I plastic zone shape at the crack-tip in a work hardening material using RKPM. 展开更多

【目的】在长期运营下,正交异性钢桥面的横隔板弧形开孔处易萌生多条疲劳裂纹,这对桥梁的安全构成了较大威胁,研究这些裂纹的耦合扩展特性能更好地保障桥梁安全。【方法】联合线弹性断裂力学理论和ABAQUSFRANC3D交互建模技术,建立横隔... 【目的】在长期运营下,正交异性钢桥面的横隔板弧形开孔处易萌生多条疲劳裂纹,这对桥梁的安全构成了较大威胁,研究这些裂纹的耦合扩展特性能更好地保障桥梁安全。【方法】联合线弹性断裂力学理论和ABAQUSFRANC3D交互建模技术,建立横隔板弧形开孔部位双疲劳裂纹扩展的数值分析模型,通过对比分析单裂纹和双裂纹的扩展特性,揭示了初始裂纹形态比对耦合扩展效应的影响。【结果】横隔板弧形开孔部位的疲劳裂纹是以I型为主导的复合型裂纹。相较于单疲劳裂纹扩展,双疲劳裂纹在耦合扩展时,其应力强度因子会降低,且扩展区域周边的应力存在相互卸载作用。当初始形态相同的双疲劳裂纹经过一定的荷载循环后,其中一条裂纹的应力强度因子会先增大,然后降低到裂纹扩展阈值以下,此后裂纹扩展形式由多裂纹扩展转变为单裂纹扩展。同时,当改变两条裂纹的初始形态时,其扩展规律及结果保持一致。受双裂纹耦合扩展时应力相互卸载作用的影响,主裂纹的扩展速度大幅减缓。在相同的循环次数下,单裂纹的扩展长度可达双裂纹的2.19倍。【结论】采用ABAQUS-FRANC3D交互建模技术揭示了横隔板弧形开孔部位多疲劳裂纹的耦合扩展规律,其计算效率与精度高,研究成果可为该类疲劳问题的分析提供参考。 展开更多

铁路轨道与车轮长期滚动接触,容易产生疲劳裂纹,导致钢轨表面剥离甚至钢轨断裂等严重问题,因此开展裂纹尺寸、扩展深度以及裂纹形状的检测与定量表征具有重要意义。设计搭建了采用阵列式传感器交流电磁场检测技术(Alternating current f... 铁路轨道与车轮长期滚动接触,容易产生疲劳裂纹,导致钢轨表面剥离甚至钢轨断裂等严重问题,因此开展裂纹尺寸、扩展深度以及裂纹形状的检测与定量表征具有重要意义。设计搭建了采用阵列式传感器交流电磁场检测技术(Alternating current field measurement,ACFM)的钢轨裂纹检测系统。结合检测信号等值线彩色图研究了不同长度、不同深度、不同形状(簇状、Y形和W形)裂纹对ACFM信号的影响规律,分析了裂纹形状对交流电磁场检测信号影响机理。研究结果表明:随着裂纹长度与深度的增加,B_(x)信号谷值减小,B_(z)信号出现越来越明显的双极值特征,蝶形图中缺陷环面积逐渐增加,表明裂纹引起的磁场扰动逐渐变大,B_(z)信号相比B_(x)信号对裂纹长度与深度的变化更敏感;随簇状裂纹条数的增加,裂纹周围的B_(x)和B_(z)信号强度逐渐增加,B_(x)信号波峰位置的连线可反应裂纹走向;W形裂纹的B_(x)信号出现了三个极值,B_(z)信号出现了对称分布的极值特征;Y形裂纹的B_(x)信号出现了六个极值,B_(z)信号出现了四个极值。利用阵列式传感器ACFM信号的等值线彩色图可实现对复杂形状裂纹的识别和表征。 展开更多

为配制出抗裂性能优异的搅拌站整形机制砂混凝土,利用单面轮廓投影法对整形机制砂的粒形特征进行对比分析,通过抗压强度试验、平板开裂试验、抗水渗透和抗氯离子渗透试验,研究了掺聚丙烯纤维、膨胀剂、复合纤维膨胀剂对整形机制砂和河... 为配制出抗裂性能优异的搅拌站整形机制砂混凝土,利用单面轮廓投影法对整形机制砂的粒形特征进行对比分析,通过抗压强度试验、平板开裂试验、抗水渗透和抗氯离子渗透试验,研究了掺聚丙烯纤维、膨胀剂、复合纤维膨胀剂对整形机制砂和河砂混凝土性能的影响,并结合扫描电子显微镜从微观结构上分析掺防裂材料对机制砂混凝土的作用机理。结果表明:整形机制砂颗粒圆润度低于河砂,但明显优于市售机制砂;掺合料复掺并增大比例和改用复合纤维膨胀剂对机制砂混凝土具有减水、改善经时损失和提高抗压强度效果,机制砂混凝土单位面积的总开裂面积可达到低于60 mm^(2)/m^(2),抗裂等级为V级;复合纤维膨胀剂的超叠加效应下,纤维使膨胀剂加强了填充的作用,膨胀剂优化了纤维-基材界面之间的界面黏结强度,有效改善了混凝土微结构。最后工程实证表明:用于地下大体积工程中的整形机制砂混凝土具有优异的防裂抗渗效果。 展开更多
