Crack control of basement roof slab is a key technical challenge to ensure building safety and durability.Based on the requirements of“General Specification for Concrete Structures”(GB55008-2021),this paper systematically analyses the causes of cracks,and puts forward a whole-process prevention and control system covering design optimization,low-shrinkage material proportioning,fine control of construction technology,and dynamic monitoring and repair.Through structural finite element simulation,wireless sensor network real-time monitoring,and carbon fibre fabric reinforcement test,the effectiveness of the multi-technology synergistic control framework is verified,and the engineering cases show that the crack width after repair is stable within 0.1mm,and the bearing capacity is increased by more than 30%.The study provides theoretical support for crack prevention and control in super-long underground projects,and looks forward to the direction of integration application of BIM technology and intelligent materials. 展开更多

High-grade(API 5L X80)and large-diameter(OD 1422 mm)line pipes are used in the Sino-Russian eastern route gas pipeline project for high pressure(12 MPa)transmission,and this can significantly increase the transmission capacity and meet China's energy strategic demand.With the increase of steel grade,transmission pressure,pipe diameter and design coefficient,however,ductile crack of line pipes becomes the dominant crack mode,so it is necessary to focus on crack arrest and control study.In this paper,therefore,an intensive study was performed on the Battelle Two-Curve(BTC)method which is the major solution to the calculation of arrest toughness,as well as the crack resistance curve and decompression curve.Based on the study,the principle and application range of the BTC method were confirmed.In addition,a series of analysis were conducted on the issues which occurred when the BTC method was applied to high-strength,high-toughness line pipe steel,and the commonly used modified approaches to BTC calculation results were also provided.After the crack control scheme of the X80 large OD 1422 mm line pipes for the Russian Bovanenkovo-Ukhta was reviewed,the BTC calculation results were corrected on the basis of the design parameters of the Sino-Russian eastern routine gas pipeline project,the Charpy V-notched(CVN)impact energy which meets the project requirement was finally worked out to be 245 J. 展开更多

Aβ-solidifying Ti-40 Al-9 V-0.5 Y(at.%)alloy with a high cracking sensitivity has been successfully fabricated by selective laser melting(SLM)in this study.The influence factors for cracking sensitivity,cracking behavior and crack inhibition mechanism were investigated.The results show that the effects of process parameters on cracking sensitivity strongly depend on the cooling rate in molten pool with different heat transfer modes.The conduction mode with higher cooling rates exhibits a higher cracking sensitivity in comparison to the keyhole mode.Microstructure characteristics and phase transformations controlled by cooling rate determine the inherent ductility ofβ-solidifyingγ-Ti Al alloys during SLM.On this basis,the formation and inhibition mechanism of solidification and cold cracking are proposed.Finally,the crackfree Ti-40 Al-9 V-0.5 Y sample with fine equiaxed microstructures and favorable mechanical properties(microhardness of 542±19 HV,yield strength of 1871±12 MPa,ultimate strength of 2106±13 MPa and ultimate compressive strain of 10.89±0.57%)can be produced by SLM.The strengthening mechanism can be attributed to grain refinement and precipitation strengthening. 展开更多

A three-dimensional finite element program for thermal analysis of hydration heat in concrete structures with a plastic pipe cooling system is introduced in this paper. The program was applied to simulation of the temperature and stress field of the Cao'e Sluice during the construction period. From the calculated results, we can find that the temperaiure and stress of concrete cooled with plastic pipes are much lower than those of concrete without pipes. Moreover, plastic pipes could not be corroded by seawater. That is to say, a good effect of temperature control and cracking prevention can be achieved, which provides a useful reference for other similar nearshore concrete projects. 展开更多

Through simulation study shown that the decoupling is effective, stable and it presents advantage over controller without decoupler. 随着固体火箭发动机技术的飞速发展,对苛刻高温工作环境下耐烧蚀材料的需求愈加迫切。钨渗铜材料因其良好的高温强度、抗烧蚀和抗冲刷性能,广泛用作固体火箭发动机的耐高温关键结构部件,对发动机的性能和部件结构完整性起到关键性的作... 随着固体火箭发动机技术的飞速发展,对苛刻高温工作环境下耐烧蚀材料的需求愈加迫切。钨渗铜材料因其良好的高温强度、抗烧蚀和抗冲刷性能,广泛用作固体火箭发动机的耐高温关键结构部件,对发动机的性能和部件结构完整性起到关键性的作用。以耐高温钨渗铜产品为研究对象,采用工作时长40 s的发动机地面热试车实验,针对实验后产品表面出现的裂纹现象进行宏观-微观的渐进分析。结果表明:钨渗铜内部金相组织正常,断口以穿晶断裂为主,沿晶断裂并存。外部结构防护不当导致钨渗铜产品外表面烧蚀穿孔,是烧蚀异常的主要原因,可通过加强装配防护或结构改进,避免材料失效。 展开更多

基于裂纹起源控制的钠钙硅酸盐玻璃动态裂纹扩展指数测定研究

亚临界裂纹扩展(SCG)是引发玻璃材料在服役条件下出现疲劳行为(即强度退化)与寿命缩短的核心机制,而动态裂纹扩展指数n是表征材料抗SCG能力的重要参数。现有文献中报道的n值测定过程参数不统一,导致测定结果离散性大,目前相关的影响机... 亚临界裂纹扩展(SCG)是引发玻璃材料在服役条件下出现疲劳行为(即强度退化)与寿命缩短的核心机制,而动态裂纹扩展指数n是表征材料抗SCG能力的重要参数。现有文献中报道的n值测定过程参数不统一,导致测定结果离散性大,目前相关的影响机制尚不明晰。基于该现状,本研究以钠钙硅酸盐玻璃为对象,通过调控维氏压痕载荷制备不同形态的预制缺陷,分析了缺陷形态对裂纹起源及n值测定数值的影响。结果表明:低压痕载荷(0.196 N)作用仅引发局部致密化为主的形变,无法诱发尖裂纹的形成,这导致断裂的起源点随机,无法获得本征n值。当压痕载荷提高至2.940 N时,尖裂纹可稳定预制,断裂的起源位置能被有效控制;该条件下测得n值为31,接近文献报道的上限值(35)。该结果可能与本研究采用较高的应力加载速率,从而削弱了应力腐蚀效应,以及预制缺陷时引入的残余应力等因素相关。该工作为无机脆性硅酸盐玻璃n值测试过程中预制缺陷的规范化提供了试验和理论依据。 展开更多

文章依托沪昆高速昌傅至金鱼石(赣湘界)段改扩建工程,针对项目特点从拼宽方案优化、湿接缝混凝土浇筑优化和减少基础不均匀沉降3个方面提出了湿接缝混凝土裂缝控制技术。通过连接钢筋、液压千斤顶和橡胶弹性支座连接新旧桥上部结构,千... 文章依托沪昆高速昌傅至金鱼石(赣湘界)段改扩建工程,针对项目特点从拼宽方案优化、湿接缝混凝土浇筑优化和减少基础不均匀沉降3个方面提出了湿接缝混凝土裂缝控制技术。通过连接钢筋、液压千斤顶和橡胶弹性支座连接新旧桥上部结构,千斤顶水平推力卸载后卸除的压力会转移至接缝处的混凝土上,避免该位置混凝土的拉应力超过容许应力。混凝土浇筑优化主要包括接缝类型、混凝土浇筑顺序与浇筑量、混凝土养护方式及混凝土配合比设计4个部分,接缝类型为燕尾榫的形式增强了新旧桥间的连接强度,掺入水化温升抑制剂和膨胀剂有效避免了混凝土温度裂缝的产生。此外,为减少新旧桥的基础不均匀沉降,采用双向水泥搅拌桩对软土地基进行加固。文章还分析了旧桥桥面出现病害的主要原因,确定新桥桥面铺装采用浇注式沥青混合料+SMA的铺装方案。 展开更多

针对壁画地仗层因温度梯度引发的空鼓现象及常规注浆材料温控局限性,开发了相变微胶囊(MPCM)改性注浆材料,并通过试验与数值模拟系统分析了其温控性能与抑裂机制。结果表明:MPCM具备良好的热稳定性,经200次相变循环后质量损失率仅为0.6... 针对壁画地仗层因温度梯度引发的空鼓现象及常规注浆材料温控局限性,开发了相变微胶囊(MPCM)改性注浆材料,并通过试验与数值模拟系统分析了其温控性能与抑裂机制。结果表明:MPCM具备良好的热稳定性,经200次相变循环后质量损失率仅为0.65%;当MPCM掺量为15%时,MPCM改性注浆试样的抗压强度为1.34 MPa,与壁画地仗层强度适配性良好;MPCM改善了注浆材料的温度响应行为,与未改性试样相比,掺15%MPCM的注浆材料的峰值温度降低4.9℃,升温速率下降5.2℃/h,有效缓解了因温度急剧变化引起的内部梯度应力;掺15%MPCM可使注浆材料裂纹尖端应力降低9.3%~12.1%,明显抑制裂纹的扩展。研究成果为壁画、遗址类文物空鼓注浆研究提供了新思路。 展开更多
