Under the background of‘the Belt and Road’and‘China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor’initiatives,this paper studied the urban accessibility level,regional accessibility pattern and regional spatial effects along ...Under the background of‘the Belt and Road’and‘China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor’initiatives,this paper studied the urban accessibility level,regional accessibility pattern and regional spatial effects along the Primorsky No.1 and No.2 transportation corridors.First,the evaluation of urban accessibility level with and without Primorsky No.1 and No.2 high-speed rails(HSRs)opening was conducted with two indicators,i.e.,the weighted average travel time,and the economic potential.After the evaluation,the spatial differentiation pattern of the accessibility changes with and without Primorsky No.1 and No.2 HSRs opening was performed respectively using ArcGIS.On these bases,the regional spatial effects brought by Primorsky No.1 and No.2 HSRs opening were studied.The results are as following.First,the urban accessibility level will be greatly improved by the opening of Primorsky No.1 and No.2 HSRs.All adjacent cities will be integrated into‘1 h HSR communication circle’and the whole journey will be integrated into‘4 h HSR communication circle’along Primorsky No.1 and No.2 corridors,respectively.The HSR accessibility of Primorsky No.1 corridor is stronger than that of Primorsky No.2 corridor.But the HSR accessibility improvement degree of Primorsky No.1 corridor is weaker than that of Primorsky No.2 corridor.Second,spatially,along Primorsky No.1 and No.2 corridors,the HSR accessibility level of the cities which are located in China is stronger than those cities located in Russia,showing the‘High West,Low East’patterns.The HSR accessibility improvement degree of the cities which are located in Russia and Sino-Russian border is stronger than those cities located in China,showing the‘High East,Low West’patterns.Third,Primorsky No.1 and No.2 corridors could connect the China’s‘Heilongjiang Land Sea Silk Road Economic Belt’and‘Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Development Pilot Zone’respectively,gradually involving into the development of China’s Harbin-Changchun Megalopolis.Relying on Harbin(China)and Changchun(China),Primorsky No.1 and No.2 HSRs could connect Northeast China-Beijing HSR,accelerating the diffusion of population,economy and other flows from China’s Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration to Northeast China,and then to Russia’s Far East Federal District.Relying on Suifenhe(China)and Hunchun(China),Primorsky No.1 and No.2 HSRs could be conducive to the development of the second largest sea channels for Northeast China,creating the Northeast Asian Urban Belt,and new sea-rail intermodal pattern among China,Russia,Democratic People’s Republic of Korea,Japan and Republic of Korea.Relying on Vladivostok(Russia)and Zarubino(Russia),Primorsky No.1 and No.2 corridors could connect the‘Ice Silk Road’,building the‘Sino-Russian Northern Maritime Corridor’and‘Sino-Russian Arctic Blue Economic Areas’.展开更多
This study investigates the width of the secondary eyewall(SE)immediately following its formation in tropical cyclones with surface environmental winds aligned and counter-aligned with environmental vertical wind shea...This study investigates the width of the secondary eyewall(SE)immediately following its formation in tropical cyclones with surface environmental winds aligned and counter-aligned with environmental vertical wind shear(VWS),using idealized numerical experiments.Results reveal that the SE develops greater radial extent when surface winds align with VWS compared to counter-aligned conditions.In alignment configurations,shear-enhanced surface winds on the right flank amplify surface enthalpy fluxes,thereby elevating boundary-layer entropy within the downshear outer-core region.Subsequently,more vigorous outer rainbands develop,inducing marked acceleration of tangential winds in the outer core preceding SE formation.The resultant radial expansion of supergradient winds near the boundary-layer top triggers widespread convective activity immediately beyond the inner core.Progressive axisymmetrization of this convective forcing ultimately generates an expansive SE structure.展开更多
As carrier aircraft sortie frequency and flight deck operational density increase,autonomous dispatch trajectory planning for carrier-based vehicles demands efficient,safe,and kinematically feasible solutions.This pap...As carrier aircraft sortie frequency and flight deck operational density increase,autonomous dispatch trajectory planning for carrier-based vehicles demands efficient,safe,and kinematically feasible solutions.This paper presents an Iterative Safe Dispatch Corridor(iSDC)framework,addressing the suboptimality of the traditional SDC method caused by static corridor construction and redundant obstacle exploration.First,a Kinodynamic-Informed-Bidirectional Rapidly-exploring Random Tree Star(KIBRRT^(*))algorithm is proposed for the front-end coarse planning.By integrating bidirectional tree expansion,goal-biased elliptical sampling,and artificial potential field guidance,it reduces unnecessary exploration near concave obstacles and generates kinematically admissible paths.Secondly,the traditional SDC is implemented in an iterative manner,and the obtained trajectory in the current iteration is fed into the next iteration for corridor generation,thus progressively improving the quality of withincorridor constraints.For tractors,a reverse-motion penalty function is incorporated into the back-end optimizer to prioritize forward driving,aligning with mechanical constraints and human operational preferences.Numerical validations on the data of Gerald R.Ford-class carrier demonstrate that the KIBRRT^(*)reduces average computational time by 75%and expansion nodes by 25%compared to conventional RRT^(*)algorithms.Meanwhile,the iSDC framework yields more time-efficient trajectories for both carrier aircraft and tractors,with the dispatch time reduced by 31.3%and tractor reverse motion proportion decreased by 23.4%relative to traditional SDC.The presented framework offers a scalable solution for autonomous dispatch in confined and safety-critical environment,and an illustrative animation is available at bilibili.com/video/BV1tZ7Zz6Eyz.Moreover,the framework can be easily extended to three-dimension scenarios,and thus applicable for trajectory planning of aerial and underwater vehicles.展开更多
Microwave ablation(MWA)is a minimally invasive technique for treating hepatic tumors,necessitating precise monitoring to ensure treatment efficacy and minimize damage to surrounding tissues.This study explores the pot...Microwave ablation(MWA)is a minimally invasive technique for treating hepatic tumors,necessitating precise monitoring to ensure treatment efficacy and minimize damage to surrounding tissues.This study explores the potential of photoacoustic imaging(PAI)in monitoring MWA by examining ex vivo porcine liver tissues.In this study,a comprehensive analysis of photoacoustic signals was performed to compare the main lobe width(MLW)between ablated and normal regions in porcine liver tissue.Histological staining with succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)and shear wave elastography(SWE)were employed to validate the changes in tissue elasticity after ablation.The analysis demonstrated a notable reduction in the MLW of the average A-lines in ablated tissues compared to nonablated regions(p<0.01).This reduction,attributed to increased tissue density and enhanced elasticity,indicates accelerated sound propagation in thermally ablated areas,which then serves as a critical parameter for mapping tissue characteristics.The reconstruction of the MLW distribution successfully delineated the ablated regions,and was consistent with the results of SDH staining and SWE.In addition,MLW-based imaging exhibited higher spatial resolution compared to SWE.Incorporating MLW analysis into PAI may be a promising strategy to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of MWA monitoring in clinical settings.展开更多

Generating dynamically feasible trajectory for fixed-wing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)in dense obstacle environments remains computationally intractable.This paper proposes a Safe Flight Corridor constrained Sequent...Generating dynamically feasible trajectory for fixed-wing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)in dense obstacle environments remains computationally intractable.This paper proposes a Safe Flight Corridor constrained Sequential Convex Programming(SFC-SCP)to improve the computation efficiency and reliability of trajectory generation.SFC-SCP combines the front-end convex polyhedron SFC construction and back-end SCP-based trajectory optimization.A Sparse A^(*)Search(SAS)driven SFC construction method is designed to efficiently generate polyhedron SFC according to the geometric relation among obstacles and collision-free waypoints.Via transforming the nonconvex obstacle-avoidance constraints to linear inequality constraints,SFC can mitigate infeasibility of trajectory planning and reduce computation complexity.Then,SCP casts the nonlinear trajectory optimization subject to SFC into convex programming subproblems to decrease the problem complexity.In addition,a convex optimizer based on interior point method is customized,where the search direction is calculated via successive elimination to further improve efficiency.Simulation experiments on dense obstacle scenarios show that SFC-SCP can generate dynamically feasible safe trajectory rapidly.Comparative studies with state-of-the-art SCP-based methods demonstrate the efficiency and reliability merits of SFC-SCP.Besides,the customized convex optimizer outperforms off-the-shelf optimizers in terms of computation time.展开更多
Carbon fluxes are essential indicators assessing vegetation carbon cycle functions.However,the extent and mechanisms by which climate change and human activities influence the spatiotemporal dynamics of carbon fluxes ...Carbon fluxes are essential indicators assessing vegetation carbon cycle functions.However,the extent and mechanisms by which climate change and human activities influence the spatiotemporal dynamics of carbon fluxes in arid oasis and non-oasis area remains unclear.Here,we assessed and predicted the future effects of climate change and human activities on carbon fluxes in the Hexi Corridor.The results showed that the annual average gross primary productivity(GPP),net ecosystem productivity(NEP),and ecosystem respiration(Reco)in the Hexi Corridor oasis increased by 263.91 g C·m^(-2)·yr^(-1),118.45 g C·m^(-2)·yr^(-1)and 122.46 g C·m^(-2)·yr^(-1),respectively,due to the expansion of the oasis area by 3424.84 km^(2) caused by human activities from 2000 to 2022.Both oasis and non-oasis arid ecosystems in the Hexi Corridor acted as carbon sinks.Compared to the non-oasis area,the carbon fluxes contributions of oasis area increased,ranging from 10.21%to 13.99%for GPP,8.50%to11.68%for NEP,and 13.34%to 17.13%for Reco.The contribution of the carbon flux from the oasis expansion area to the total carbon flux change in the Hexi Corridor was 30.96%(7.09 Tg C yr^(-1))for GPP,29.57%(3.39 Tg C yr^(-1))for NEP and 32.40%(3.58 Tg C yr^(-1))for Reco.The changes in carbon fluxes in the oasis area were mainly attributed to human activities(oasis expansion)and temperature,whereas non-oasis area was mainly due to climate factors.Moreover,the future increasing trends were observed for GPP(64.99%),NEP(66.29%)and Reco(82.08%)in the Hexi Corridor.This study provides new insights into the regulatory mechanisms of carbon cycle in the arid oasis and non-oasis area.展开更多
BACKGROUND Post-hepatectomy liver failure(PHLF)after liver resection is one of the main complications causing postoperative death in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).It is crucial to help clinicians identif...BACKGROUND Post-hepatectomy liver failure(PHLF)after liver resection is one of the main complications causing postoperative death in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).It is crucial to help clinicians identify potential high-risk PHLF patients as early as possible through preoperative evaluation.AIM To identify risk factors for PHLF and develop a prediction model.METHODS This study included 248 patients with HCC at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University between January 2014 and December 2023;these patients were divided into a training group(n=164)and a validation group(n=84)via random sampling.The independent variables for the occurrence of PHLF were identified by univariate and multivariate analyses and visualized as nomograms.Ultimately,comparisons were made with traditional models via receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves,calibration curves,and decision curve analysis(DCA).RESULTS In this study,portal vein width[odds ratio(OR)=1.603,95%CI:1.288-1.994,P≤0.001],the preoperative neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)(OR=1.495,95%CI:1.126-1.984,P=0.005),and the albumin-bilirubin(ALBI)score(OR=8.868,95%CI:2.144-36.678,P=0.003)were independent risk factors for PHLF.A nomogram prediction model was developed using these factors.ROC and DCA analyses revealed that the predictive efficacy and clinical value of this model were better than those of traditional models.CONCLUSION A new Nomogram model for predicting PHLF in HCC patients was successfully established based on portal vein width,the NLR,and the ALBI score,which outperforms the traditional model.展开更多
BACKGROUND As red blood cell distribution width(RDW)and albumin have been shown to be independent predictors of mortality from various diseases,this study aimed to investigate the effect of the RDW to albumin ratio(RA...BACKGROUND As red blood cell distribution width(RDW)and albumin have been shown to be independent predictors of mortality from various diseases,this study aimed to investigate the effect of the RDW to albumin ratio(RA)as an independent predictor of the prognosis of patients admitted to the coronary care unit(CCU).AIM To use the RDW and albumin level to predict the prognosis of patients in the CCU.METHODS Data were obtained from the Medical Information Mart Intensive Care III database.The primary outcome was 365-day all-cause mortality,whereas the secondary outcomes were 30-and 90-day all-cause mortality,hospital length of stay(LOS),and CCU LOS.Cox proportional hazards regression model,propen-sity score matching,and receiver operating characteristic curve analyses were used.RESULTS The hazard ratio(95%confidence interval)of the upper tertile(RA>4.66)was 1.62(1.29 to 2.03)when compared with the reference(RA<3.84)in 365-day all-cause mortality.This trend persisted after adjusting for demographic and clinical variables in the propensity score-matching analysis.Similar trends were observed for the secondary outcomes of hospital and CCU LOS.Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis was performed by combining the RA and sequential organ failure assessment(SOFA)scores,and the C-statistic was higher than that of the SOFA scores(0.733 vs 0.702,P<0.001).CONCLUSION RA is an independent prognostic factor in patients admitted to the CCU.RA combined with the SOFA score can improve the predictive ability of the SOFA score.However,our results should be verified in future prospective studies.展开更多
BACKGROUND Red blood cell distribution width(RDW)is associated with the development and progression of various diseases.AIM To explore the association between pretreatment RDW and short-term outcomes after laparoscopi...BACKGROUND Red blood cell distribution width(RDW)is associated with the development and progression of various diseases.AIM To explore the association between pretreatment RDW and short-term outcomes after laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomy(LPD).METHODS A total of 804 consecutive patients who underwent LPD at our hospital between March 2017 and November 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Correlations between pretreatment RDW and clinicopathological characteristics and short-term outcomes were investigated.RESULTS Patients with higher pretreatment RDW were older,had higher Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group scores and were associated with poorer short-term outcomes than those with normal RDW.High pretreatment RDW was an independent risk factor for postoperative complications(POCs)(hazard ratio=2.973,95%confidence interval:2.032-4.350,P<0.001)and severe POCs of grade IIIa or higher(hazard ratio=3.138,95%confidence interval:2.042-4.824,P<0.001)based on the Clavien-Dino classification system.Subgroup analysis showed that high pretreatment RDW was an independent risk factor for Clavien-Dino classi-fication grade IIIb or higher POCs,a comprehensive complication index score≥26.2,severe postoperative pancreatic fistula,severe bile leakage and severe hemorrhage.High pretreatment RDW was positively associated with the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio and was negatively associated with albumin and the prognostic nutritional index.CONCLUSION Pretreatment RDW was a special parameter for patients who underwent LPD.It was associated with malnutrition,severe inflammatory status and poorer short-term outcomes.RDW could be a surrogate marker for nutritional and inflammatory status in identifying patients who were at high risk of developing POCs after LPD.展开更多

Intracranial aneurysm(IA)is a prevalent cerebrovascular disease associated with high mortality and disability rates upon rupture.The hemodynamics of IA,which are significantly influenced by geometric parameters,direct...Intracranial aneurysm(IA)is a prevalent cerebrovascular disease associated with high mortality and disability rates upon rupture.The hemodynamics of IA,which are significantly influenced by geometric parameters,directly impact its rupture.This study focuses on investigating the transient flow characteristics in saccular IA models fabricated using a water droplet-based method,specifically examining the influence of neck widths.Particle image velocimetry technique and numerical simulation were employed to investigate the dynamic evolution of flow structures within three IA models.The results reveal that neck width(W)has a substantial effect on flow characteristics in the neck region,subsequently impacting the deep flow inside the sac.Three distinct patterns were observed during flow evolution inside the sac:for W=2 mm,two vortices occur and then disappear with relatively low average flow velocity;for W=4 mm,enhanced effects of a high-speed jet result in periodic pulsatile flow velocity distribution while maintaining stable vortex core position;for W=6 mm,significant changes in flow velocity occur due to size expansion and intensity increase of vortices.These findings demonstrate that neck widths play a complex role in influencing transient flow characteristics within IAs.Overall,this research contributes to further understanding transient flow behaviors in IAs.展开更多
The Inner Asian Mountain Corridor(IAMC)acted as a crossroads of trans-Eurasian exchange since approximately 6000 cal.yr BP.The history of the introduction and utilization of crops and livestock in the area has been in...The Inner Asian Mountain Corridor(IAMC)acted as a crossroads of trans-Eurasian exchange since approximately 6000 cal.yr BP.The history of the introduction and utilization of crops and livestock in the area has been intensively discussed,while geographical-temporal variations of human activities and subsistence strategies remain unclear.Here we report new zooarchaeological data and radiocarbon dates from the Naba Cemeteries,revealing herbivorous livestock were predominant animal resource during both the Bronze and Early Iron Ages,and sheep/goat and horse were paramount sacrificial animals in these two periods,respectively.In tandem with published radiocarbon dates,zooarchaeological and archaeobotanical data from IAMC's prehistoric sites,we detect humans mainly engaged in hunting-gathering games in the IAMC during 8000-5000 cal.yr BP.During 5000-4000 cal.yr BP,the territory of agro-pastoral groups evidently expanded in the IAMC with a hotspot in the Altai Region,and wheat and barley were introduced into the area.In the following two millennia,herding became an economic mainstay,and cultivations of crops were ubiquitous in the IAMC's oases.We argue that prehistoric human activities in the IAMC were mainly affected by agro-pastoral expansions associated with exchanges across the Eurasia,which was likely promoted by climate change.展开更多
Long-term regional extreme cold events(ECEs)garner significant attention due to their widespread impact and prolonged duration,posing critical threats to human society and ecosystems.Previous studies have examined ECE...Long-term regional extreme cold events(ECEs)garner significant attention due to their widespread impact and prolonged duration,posing critical threats to human society and ecosystems.Previous studies have examined ECE characteristics at single sites or grid points,however,it is crucial to recognize that such events generally manifest as spatiotemporally continuous regional phenomena.Here,we proposed an objective methodology based on spatiotemporal continuity to identify ECEs in the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor(CPEC)during the winters of 1961-2015.This approach successfully reproduced the dynamic evolution of ECEs,encompassing their initiation,development,and dissipation.We further analyzed the changes of ECE intensity,frequency,and duration,and assessed ECE trends within varying return periods by employing the generalized Pareto distribution(GPD).Our findings reveal a decline in the frequency and duration of ECEs in CPEC over the study period,while their intensity has increased by 50%.ECEs predominantly occur in the northern regions of Azad Kashmir and Balochistan’s Quetta in Pakistan,and Kashgar in China.High recurrence levels are associated with an expansion of ECE-prone areas,particularly in the northern Pamir Plateau,which emerges as a regional hotspot.These results highlight the critical need to remain vigilant to potential future surges in ECEs under global warming,underscoring their implications for regional climate resilience.展开更多
Accurate prediction of strip width is a key factor related to the quality of hot rolling manufacture.Firstly,based on strip width formation mechanism model within strip rolling process,an improved width mechanism calc...Accurate prediction of strip width is a key factor related to the quality of hot rolling manufacture.Firstly,based on strip width formation mechanism model within strip rolling process,an improved width mechanism calculation model is delineated for the optimization of process parameters via the particle swarm optimization algorithm.Subsequently,a hybrid strip width prediction model is proposed by effectively combining the respective advantages of the improved mechanism model and the data-driven model.In acknowledgment of prerequisite for positive error in strip width prediction,an adaptive width error compensation algorithm is proposed.Finally,comparative simulation experiments are designed on the actual rolling dataset after completing data cleaning and feature engineering.The experimental results show that the hybrid prediction model proposed has superior precision and robustness compared with the improved mechanism model and the other eight common data-driven models and satisfies the needs of practical applications.Moreover,the hybrid model can realize the complementary advantages of the mechanism model and the data-driven model,effectively alleviating the problems of difficult to improve the accuracy of the mechanism model and poor interpretability of the data-driven model,which bears significant practical implications for the research of strip width control.展开更多

文摘Under the background of‘the Belt and Road’and‘China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor’initiatives,this paper studied the urban accessibility level,regional accessibility pattern and regional spatial effects along the Primorsky No.1 and No.2 transportation corridors.First,the evaluation of urban accessibility level with and without Primorsky No.1 and No.2 high-speed rails(HSRs)opening was conducted with two indicators,i.e.,the weighted average travel time,and the economic potential.After the evaluation,the spatial differentiation pattern of the accessibility changes with and without Primorsky No.1 and No.2 HSRs opening was performed respectively using ArcGIS.On these bases,the regional spatial effects brought by Primorsky No.1 and No.2 HSRs opening were studied.The results are as following.First,the urban accessibility level will be greatly improved by the opening of Primorsky No.1 and No.2 HSRs.All adjacent cities will be integrated into‘1 h HSR communication circle’and the whole journey will be integrated into‘4 h HSR communication circle’along Primorsky No.1 and No.2 corridors,respectively.The HSR accessibility of Primorsky No.1 corridor is stronger than that of Primorsky No.2 corridor.But the HSR accessibility improvement degree of Primorsky No.1 corridor is weaker than that of Primorsky No.2 corridor.Second,spatially,along Primorsky No.1 and No.2 corridors,the HSR accessibility level of the cities which are located in China is stronger than those cities located in Russia,showing the‘High West,Low East’patterns.The HSR accessibility improvement degree of the cities which are located in Russia and Sino-Russian border is stronger than those cities located in China,showing the‘High East,Low West’patterns.Third,Primorsky No.1 and No.2 corridors could connect the China’s‘Heilongjiang Land Sea Silk Road Economic Belt’and‘Changchun-Jilin-Tumen Development Pilot Zone’respectively,gradually involving into the development of China’s Harbin-Changchun Megalopolis.Relying on Harbin(China)and Changchun(China),Primorsky No.1 and No.2 HSRs could connect Northeast China-Beijing HSR,accelerating the diffusion of population,economy and other flows from China’s Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration to Northeast China,and then to Russia’s Far East Federal District.Relying on Suifenhe(China)and Hunchun(China),Primorsky No.1 and No.2 HSRs could be conducive to the development of the second largest sea channels for Northeast China,creating the Northeast Asian Urban Belt,and new sea-rail intermodal pattern among China,Russia,Democratic People’s Republic of Korea,Japan and Republic of Korea.Relying on Vladivostok(Russia)and Zarubino(Russia),Primorsky No.1 and No.2 corridors could connect the‘Ice Silk Road’,building the‘Sino-Russian Northern Maritime Corridor’and‘Sino-Russian Arctic Blue Economic Areas’.

文摘This study investigates the width of the secondary eyewall(SE)immediately following its formation in tropical cyclones with surface environmental winds aligned and counter-aligned with environmental vertical wind shear(VWS),using idealized numerical experiments.Results reveal that the SE develops greater radial extent when surface winds align with VWS compared to counter-aligned conditions.In alignment configurations,shear-enhanced surface winds on the right flank amplify surface enthalpy fluxes,thereby elevating boundary-layer entropy within the downshear outer-core region.Subsequently,more vigorous outer rainbands develop,inducing marked acceleration of tangential winds in the outer core preceding SE formation.The resultant radial expansion of supergradient winds near the boundary-layer top triggers widespread convective activity immediately beyond the inner core.Progressive axisymmetrization of this convective forcing ultimately generates an expansive SE structure.

文摘As carrier aircraft sortie frequency and flight deck operational density increase,autonomous dispatch trajectory planning for carrier-based vehicles demands efficient,safe,and kinematically feasible solutions.This paper presents an Iterative Safe Dispatch Corridor(iSDC)framework,addressing the suboptimality of the traditional SDC method caused by static corridor construction and redundant obstacle exploration.First,a Kinodynamic-Informed-Bidirectional Rapidly-exploring Random Tree Star(KIBRRT^(*))algorithm is proposed for the front-end coarse planning.By integrating bidirectional tree expansion,goal-biased elliptical sampling,and artificial potential field guidance,it reduces unnecessary exploration near concave obstacles and generates kinematically admissible paths.Secondly,the traditional SDC is implemented in an iterative manner,and the obtained trajectory in the current iteration is fed into the next iteration for corridor generation,thus progressively improving the quality of withincorridor constraints.For tractors,a reverse-motion penalty function is incorporated into the back-end optimizer to prioritize forward driving,aligning with mechanical constraints and human operational preferences.Numerical validations on the data of Gerald R.Ford-class carrier demonstrate that the KIBRRT^(*)reduces average computational time by 75%and expansion nodes by 25%compared to conventional RRT^(*)algorithms.Meanwhile,the iSDC framework yields more time-efficient trajectories for both carrier aircraft and tractors,with the dispatch time reduced by 31.3%and tractor reverse motion proportion decreased by 23.4%relative to traditional SDC.The presented framework offers a scalable solution for autonomous dispatch in confined and safety-critical environment,and an illustrative animation is available at bilibili.com/video/BV1tZ7Zz6Eyz.Moreover,the framework can be easily extended to three-dimension scenarios,and thus applicable for trajectory planning of aerial and underwater vehicles.

文摘Microwave ablation(MWA)is a minimally invasive technique for treating hepatic tumors,necessitating precise monitoring to ensure treatment efficacy and minimize damage to surrounding tissues.This study explores the potential of photoacoustic imaging(PAI)in monitoring MWA by examining ex vivo porcine liver tissues.In this study,a comprehensive analysis of photoacoustic signals was performed to compare the main lobe width(MLW)between ablated and normal regions in porcine liver tissue.Histological staining with succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)and shear wave elastography(SWE)were employed to validate the changes in tissue elasticity after ablation.The analysis demonstrated a notable reduction in the MLW of the average A-lines in ablated tissues compared to nonablated regions(p<0.01).This reduction,attributed to increased tissue density and enhanced elasticity,indicates accelerated sound propagation in thermally ablated areas,which then serves as a critical parameter for mapping tissue characteristics.The reconstruction of the MLW distribution successfully delineated the ablated regions,and was consistent with the results of SDH staining and SWE.In addition,MLW-based imaging exhibited higher spatial resolution compared to SWE.Incorporating MLW analysis into PAI may be a promising strategy to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of MWA monitoring in clinical settings.

文摘Generating dynamically feasible trajectory for fixed-wing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)in dense obstacle environments remains computationally intractable.This paper proposes a Safe Flight Corridor constrained Sequential Convex Programming(SFC-SCP)to improve the computation efficiency and reliability of trajectory generation.SFC-SCP combines the front-end convex polyhedron SFC construction and back-end SCP-based trajectory optimization.A Sparse A^(*)Search(SAS)driven SFC construction method is designed to efficiently generate polyhedron SFC according to the geometric relation among obstacles and collision-free waypoints.Via transforming the nonconvex obstacle-avoidance constraints to linear inequality constraints,SFC can mitigate infeasibility of trajectory planning and reduce computation complexity.Then,SCP casts the nonlinear trajectory optimization subject to SFC into convex programming subproblems to decrease the problem complexity.In addition,a convex optimizer based on interior point method is customized,where the search direction is calculated via successive elimination to further improve efficiency.Simulation experiments on dense obstacle scenarios show that SFC-SCP can generate dynamically feasible safe trajectory rapidly.Comparative studies with state-of-the-art SCP-based methods demonstrate the efficiency and reliability merits of SFC-SCP.Besides,the customized convex optimizer outperforms off-the-shelf optimizers in terms of computation time.

文摘Carbon fluxes are essential indicators assessing vegetation carbon cycle functions.However,the extent and mechanisms by which climate change and human activities influence the spatiotemporal dynamics of carbon fluxes in arid oasis and non-oasis area remains unclear.Here,we assessed and predicted the future effects of climate change and human activities on carbon fluxes in the Hexi Corridor.The results showed that the annual average gross primary productivity(GPP),net ecosystem productivity(NEP),and ecosystem respiration(Reco)in the Hexi Corridor oasis increased by 263.91 g C·m^(-2)·yr^(-1),118.45 g C·m^(-2)·yr^(-1)and 122.46 g C·m^(-2)·yr^(-1),respectively,due to the expansion of the oasis area by 3424.84 km^(2) caused by human activities from 2000 to 2022.Both oasis and non-oasis arid ecosystems in the Hexi Corridor acted as carbon sinks.Compared to the non-oasis area,the carbon fluxes contributions of oasis area increased,ranging from 10.21%to 13.99%for GPP,8.50%to11.68%for NEP,and 13.34%to 17.13%for Reco.The contribution of the carbon flux from the oasis expansion area to the total carbon flux change in the Hexi Corridor was 30.96%(7.09 Tg C yr^(-1))for GPP,29.57%(3.39 Tg C yr^(-1))for NEP and 32.40%(3.58 Tg C yr^(-1))for Reco.The changes in carbon fluxes in the oasis area were mainly attributed to human activities(oasis expansion)and temperature,whereas non-oasis area was mainly due to climate factors.Moreover,the future increasing trends were observed for GPP(64.99%),NEP(66.29%)and Reco(82.08%)in the Hexi Corridor.This study provides new insights into the regulatory mechanisms of carbon cycle in the arid oasis and non-oasis area.

文摘BACKGROUND Post-hepatectomy liver failure(PHLF)after liver resection is one of the main complications causing postoperative death in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).It is crucial to help clinicians identify potential high-risk PHLF patients as early as possible through preoperative evaluation.AIM To identify risk factors for PHLF and develop a prediction model.METHODS This study included 248 patients with HCC at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University between January 2014 and December 2023;these patients were divided into a training group(n=164)and a validation group(n=84)via random sampling.The independent variables for the occurrence of PHLF were identified by univariate and multivariate analyses and visualized as nomograms.Ultimately,comparisons were made with traditional models via receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves,calibration curves,and decision curve analysis(DCA).RESULTS In this study,portal vein width[odds ratio(OR)=1.603,95%CI:1.288-1.994,P≤0.001],the preoperative neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)(OR=1.495,95%CI:1.126-1.984,P=0.005),and the albumin-bilirubin(ALBI)score(OR=8.868,95%CI:2.144-36.678,P=0.003)were independent risk factors for PHLF.A nomogram prediction model was developed using these factors.ROC and DCA analyses revealed that the predictive efficacy and clinical value of this model were better than those of traditional models.CONCLUSION A new Nomogram model for predicting PHLF in HCC patients was successfully established based on portal vein width,the NLR,and the ALBI score,which outperforms the traditional model.
文摘BACKGROUND As red blood cell distribution width(RDW)and albumin have been shown to be independent predictors of mortality from various diseases,this study aimed to investigate the effect of the RDW to albumin ratio(RA)as an independent predictor of the prognosis of patients admitted to the coronary care unit(CCU).AIM To use the RDW and albumin level to predict the prognosis of patients in the CCU.METHODS Data were obtained from the Medical Information Mart Intensive Care III database.The primary outcome was 365-day all-cause mortality,whereas the secondary outcomes were 30-and 90-day all-cause mortality,hospital length of stay(LOS),and CCU LOS.Cox proportional hazards regression model,propen-sity score matching,and receiver operating characteristic curve analyses were used.RESULTS The hazard ratio(95%confidence interval)of the upper tertile(RA>4.66)was 1.62(1.29 to 2.03)when compared with the reference(RA<3.84)in 365-day all-cause mortality.This trend persisted after adjusting for demographic and clinical variables in the propensity score-matching analysis.Similar trends were observed for the secondary outcomes of hospital and CCU LOS.Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis was performed by combining the RA and sequential organ failure assessment(SOFA)scores,and the C-statistic was higher than that of the SOFA scores(0.733 vs 0.702,P<0.001).CONCLUSION RA is an independent prognostic factor in patients admitted to the CCU.RA combined with the SOFA score can improve the predictive ability of the SOFA score.However,our results should be verified in future prospective studies.

文摘BACKGROUND Red blood cell distribution width(RDW)is associated with the development and progression of various diseases.AIM To explore the association between pretreatment RDW and short-term outcomes after laparoscopic pancreatoduodenectomy(LPD).METHODS A total of 804 consecutive patients who underwent LPD at our hospital between March 2017 and November 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Correlations between pretreatment RDW and clinicopathological characteristics and short-term outcomes were investigated.RESULTS Patients with higher pretreatment RDW were older,had higher Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group scores and were associated with poorer short-term outcomes than those with normal RDW.High pretreatment RDW was an independent risk factor for postoperative complications(POCs)(hazard ratio=2.973,95%confidence interval:2.032-4.350,P<0.001)and severe POCs of grade IIIa or higher(hazard ratio=3.138,95%confidence interval:2.042-4.824,P<0.001)based on the Clavien-Dino classification system.Subgroup analysis showed that high pretreatment RDW was an independent risk factor for Clavien-Dino classi-fication grade IIIb or higher POCs,a comprehensive complication index score≥26.2,severe postoperative pancreatic fistula,severe bile leakage and severe hemorrhage.High pretreatment RDW was positively associated with the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio and platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio and was negatively associated with albumin and the prognostic nutritional index.CONCLUSION Pretreatment RDW was a special parameter for patients who underwent LPD.It was associated with malnutrition,severe inflammatory status and poorer short-term outcomes.RDW could be a surrogate marker for nutritional and inflammatory status in identifying patients who were at high risk of developing POCs after LPD.

文摘The width of rice leaves determines the size of the photosynthetic area.Optimizing rice leaf width can improve the photosynthetic rate,thereby increasing rice yield.In this study,a genome-wide association study(GWAS)was conducted by 225 rice germplasm resources to explore the genetic basis of rice flag leaf width(FLW).We identified nine QTLs associated with FLW(qFLWs),with phenotypic contribution rates ranging from 3.17%to 14.37%.Near-isogenic lines(NILs)were developed for fine-mapping of qFLW11,and the function of FLW11 was further verified.We narrowed down q FLW11 to an 87-kb interval,which contains five genes.

文摘Urban traffic congestion is a significant challenge that contributes to high-density environments in urban areas,adversely impacting the living conditions of urban residents.The concept of urban renewal introduces new requirements and challenges pertaining to urban transportation issues.To mitigate urban traffic congestion,enhance the greening rate of the city,and improve the urban environment,the concept of developing urban aerial ecological corridors is proposed.An analysis of the current state of various urban aerial corridors in different cities indicates that aerial ecological corridors effectively enhance connectivity and accessibility between different spaces,representing a significant strategy for addressing the issue of urban traffic congestion.Aerial ecological corridors have the potential to enhance the vertical space within urban environments,increase the greening rate of cities,and promote the physical and mental health of urban residents.Additionally,these corridors can improve the connectivity of habitat patches and address the developmental needs of biodiversity.Consequently,they serve as a crucial foundation for guiding the future transformation of urban development towards a healthier and greener direction.

文摘Global climate warming has placed immense pressure on the ecological environment worldwide,and the ecological issues affecting the quality of the living environment have garnered widespread attention.In this context,the question of“how to effectively optimize regional ecological network patterns”has become one of the critical issues that urban and rural planning and ecological geography need to address.This study takes Huzhou,Zhejiang Province,China,as the research area,and uses a combination of landscape type transition matrices and landscape pattern indices to analyze the evolution characteristics of green space landscape patterns from 2017 to 2022.Through geographical detectors and GBDT(Gradient Boosting Decision Tree)algorithms,the study explores the driving factors behind the changes in green space landscape patterns.Based on MSPA(Morphological Spatial Pattern Analysis),key ecological sources in Huzhou are extracted.Using a combination of resistance surfaces and gravity models,ecological corridors and networks are constructed.The study also provides suggestions for the evaluation and optimization of ecological network patterns.The aim is to summarize generalizable patterns of green space landscape evolution and methods for constructing and optimizing regional ecological corridor networks,offering insights and references for the improvement of the living environment and the construction of ecological civilization.

文摘Intracranial aneurysm(IA)is a prevalent cerebrovascular disease associated with high mortality and disability rates upon rupture.The hemodynamics of IA,which are significantly influenced by geometric parameters,directly impact its rupture.This study focuses on investigating the transient flow characteristics in saccular IA models fabricated using a water droplet-based method,specifically examining the influence of neck widths.Particle image velocimetry technique and numerical simulation were employed to investigate the dynamic evolution of flow structures within three IA models.The results reveal that neck width(W)has a substantial effect on flow characteristics in the neck region,subsequently impacting the deep flow inside the sac.Three distinct patterns were observed during flow evolution inside the sac:for W=2 mm,two vortices occur and then disappear with relatively low average flow velocity;for W=4 mm,enhanced effects of a high-speed jet result in periodic pulsatile flow velocity distribution while maintaining stable vortex core position;for W=6 mm,significant changes in flow velocity occur due to size expansion and intensity increase of vortices.These findings demonstrate that neck widths play a complex role in influencing transient flow characteristics within IAs.Overall,this research contributes to further understanding transient flow behaviors in IAs.

文摘The Inner Asian Mountain Corridor(IAMC)acted as a crossroads of trans-Eurasian exchange since approximately 6000 cal.yr BP.The history of the introduction and utilization of crops and livestock in the area has been intensively discussed,while geographical-temporal variations of human activities and subsistence strategies remain unclear.Here we report new zooarchaeological data and radiocarbon dates from the Naba Cemeteries,revealing herbivorous livestock were predominant animal resource during both the Bronze and Early Iron Ages,and sheep/goat and horse were paramount sacrificial animals in these two periods,respectively.In tandem with published radiocarbon dates,zooarchaeological and archaeobotanical data from IAMC's prehistoric sites,we detect humans mainly engaged in hunting-gathering games in the IAMC during 8000-5000 cal.yr BP.During 5000-4000 cal.yr BP,the territory of agro-pastoral groups evidently expanded in the IAMC with a hotspot in the Altai Region,and wheat and barley were introduced into the area.In the following two millennia,herding became an economic mainstay,and cultivations of crops were ubiquitous in the IAMC's oases.We argue that prehistoric human activities in the IAMC were mainly affected by agro-pastoral expansions associated with exchanges across the Eurasia,which was likely promoted by climate change.

文摘Long-term regional extreme cold events(ECEs)garner significant attention due to their widespread impact and prolonged duration,posing critical threats to human society and ecosystems.Previous studies have examined ECE characteristics at single sites or grid points,however,it is crucial to recognize that such events generally manifest as spatiotemporally continuous regional phenomena.Here,we proposed an objective methodology based on spatiotemporal continuity to identify ECEs in the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor(CPEC)during the winters of 1961-2015.This approach successfully reproduced the dynamic evolution of ECEs,encompassing their initiation,development,and dissipation.We further analyzed the changes of ECE intensity,frequency,and duration,and assessed ECE trends within varying return periods by employing the generalized Pareto distribution(GPD).Our findings reveal a decline in the frequency and duration of ECEs in CPEC over the study period,while their intensity has increased by 50%.ECEs predominantly occur in the northern regions of Azad Kashmir and Balochistan’s Quetta in Pakistan,and Kashgar in China.High recurrence levels are associated with an expansion of ECE-prone areas,particularly in the northern Pamir Plateau,which emerges as a regional hotspot.These results highlight the critical need to remain vigilant to potential future surges in ECEs under global warming,underscoring their implications for regional climate resilience.

文摘Accurate prediction of strip width is a key factor related to the quality of hot rolling manufacture.Firstly,based on strip width formation mechanism model within strip rolling process,an improved width mechanism calculation model is delineated for the optimization of process parameters via the particle swarm optimization algorithm.Subsequently,a hybrid strip width prediction model is proposed by effectively combining the respective advantages of the improved mechanism model and the data-driven model.In acknowledgment of prerequisite for positive error in strip width prediction,an adaptive width error compensation algorithm is proposed.Finally,comparative simulation experiments are designed on the actual rolling dataset after completing data cleaning and feature engineering.The experimental results show that the hybrid prediction model proposed has superior precision and robustness compared with the improved mechanism model and the other eight common data-driven models and satisfies the needs of practical applications.Moreover,the hybrid model can realize the complementary advantages of the mechanism model and the data-driven model,effectively alleviating the problems of difficult to improve the accuracy of the mechanism model and poor interpretability of the data-driven model,which bears significant practical implications for the research of strip width control.
