基于YOLOv8-MI软枣猕猴桃小目标果实识别和定位方法

软枣猕猴桃营养价值丰富,但由于果实小、分布密集且易受逆光影响等问题导致在自动化采摘过程中果实识别和定位精度低,严重影响采摘效率。为此,提出了一种基于YOLOv8网络结构的YOLOv8-MI软枣猕猴桃目标检测方法。对YOLOv8进行优化,主干... 软枣猕猴桃营养价值丰富,但由于果实小、分布密集且易受逆光影响等问题导致在自动化采摘过程中果实识别和定位精度低,严重影响采摘效率。为此,提出了一种基于YOLOv8网络结构的YOLOv8-MI软枣猕猴桃目标检测方法。对YOLOv8进行优化,主干网络中引入CBIM增强型空间金字塔池化模块,提升对软枣猕猴桃果实关键特征的提取能力;在颈部网络中使用Bi-FPN模块并增加小目标检测层,增强多尺度特征融合效果和小目标检测精度;在头部网络中引入MPDIoU-I损失函数动态调整学习速率,用以捕捉小目标的特征,提升果实在密集遮挡和逆光情况下的识别精度。优化结果表明:YOLOv8-MI的精确率、召回率、平均精度分别提高了8.60、7.50、6.86个百分点,模型权重仅增加了1.65 MB。在密集遮挡和逆光情况下,模型的精确率、召回率、平均精度分别提高了10.20、8.70、7.72个百分点。基于YOLOv8-MI的识别结果,运用SGBM-CL定位算法得出采摘点坐标,与人工标定数据对比,X、Y、Z方向的定位误差分别为9.09、5.98、6.10 mm,可以满足采摘精度需求。进一步对果实进行识别定位验证,系统总体识别成功率达88%,准确定位率达82%,具有较强的实用性与可靠性。 展开更多

A zinc oxide ZnO field emitter-based backlight unit for liquid crystal display with a gated structure is fabricated by screen-printing processes.The measured anode field emission current density reaches 0.62 mA/cm2 when the applied gate voltage is 570 V.Part of the anode current is contributed by the secondary electron emission which is excited from the MgO layer inside the gate apertures on the gate plate. The average emission current density and luminance are 0.47 mA/cm2 and 1 250 cd/m2 respectively with a fluctuation of about 10% during the 1 000 min measurement.By a finite element method calculation the gated structure shows a good electron beam focusing property. The driving performance of the backlight unit is characterized by SPICE simulation tools and measured by the oscilloscope. Stable field emission line-by-line scanning and fast response characteristics of the backlight unit indicate its promising application in the liquid crystal displays. 展开更多

Wide color gamut(WCG) backlight for liquid crystal display(LCD) utilizing white light-emitting diodes(LED) has attracted considerable attention for their high efficiency and color reduction.In this review,recent developments in crystal structure,luminescence and applications of phosphors for wide color gamut LED backlight are introduced.As novel red phosphors,Mn4+activate fluoride and aluminate phosphors are advanced in quantum efficiency,thermal quenching and color saturation for their characteristic spectrum with broad excitation band and linear emission.The crystal structure and fluorescence properties of Mn4+doped fluosilicate,fluorogermanate,fluotitanate,as well as Sr4 Al14O25,CaAl12O19 and BaMgAl10O17 phosphors are discussed in detail.A serial of narrow-band red-emitting Eu2+,Eu3+and Pr3+-doped nitride silicates and molybdate phosphors are also introduced.Rare-earth-doped oxynitride and silicate green-emitting phosphors have attracted more and more attention because of the wide excitation,narrow emission,high quenching temperature,high quantum efficiency,such as β-sialon:Eu2+,Ba3Si6O12N2:Eu2+,MSi2O2N2:Eu2+(M=Ca,Sr,Ba),y-AlON:Mn2+and Ca3Sc2Si3O12:Ce3+.All above phosphors demonstrate their adaptability in wide color gamut LCD display.Especially for Mn4+doped fluosilicate red phosphor and β-sialon:Eu2+green phosphor.To achieve an ultra-high color gamut in white LED backlight and against the OLED,innovative narrow-band-emission red and green phosphor materials with independent intellectual property rights are continuously pursed. 展开更多

In order to acquire the most energy-saving luminairedistribution-parameters(LDPs)of highway tunnel interior zone backlighting,the parameters optimization model(POM)of backlighting for tunnel interior zone was established.Yanlieshan tunnel of Jiujing highway was taken as an example for the optimization.The optimal LDPs of the backlighting system of the tunnel interior zone were obtained by the POM,a comparison between the optimization results and those of Yanlieshan tunnel’s actual lighting system was performed,which showed that the optimized backlighting system with LED lamps installed according to the optimized LDPs could save energy remarkablely even under full capacity lighting condition.Illuminance and illuminance uniformity of the tunnel road surface still met the lighting demands even the LED lamp’s luminance decreased by 30%.A backlighting simulation experiment with the optimized backlighting LDPs for Yanlieshan tunnel was accomplished in the software Dialux.The simulation results basically agreed with the optimization calculated results from the POM which proved the correctness of the backlighting POM. 展开更多

A switchable autostereoscopic 3-dimensional(3D) display device with wide color gamut is introduced in this paper. In conjunction with a novel directional quantum-dot(QD) backlight, the precise scanning control strategy, and the eye-tracking system, this spatial-sequential solution enables our autostereoscopic display to combine all the advantages of full resolution,wide color gamut, low crosstalk, and switchable 2D/3D. And also, we fabricated an autostereoscopic display prototype and demonstrated its performances effectively. The results indicate that our system can both break the limitation of viewing position and provide high-quality 3D images. We present two working modes in this system. In the spatial-sequential mode,the crosstalk is about 6%. In the time-multiplexed mode, the viewer should wear auxiliary and the crosstalk is about 1%,just next to that of a commercial 3D display(BENQ XL2707-B and View Sonic VX2268 WM). Additionally, our system is also completely compatible with active shutter glasses and its 3D resolution is same as its 2D resolution. Because of the excellent properties of the QD material, the color gamut can be widely extended to 77.98% according to the ITU-R recommendation BT.2020(Rec.2020). 展开更多

In the current situation of energy shortages,saving energy and reducing consumption are undoubtedly valid methods to relieve the pressure on resources.CsPbX_(3)(X=Cl,Br,and I)perovskites as star inorganic materials have drawn growing attention owing to their unique properties,making them suitable for applications such as light-emitting diodes(LEDs),solar cells,photodetectors,or lasers.This work presents zinc oxide(ZnO)induced self-crystallized CsPb(Br/I)_(3) perovskite with a 26%photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)prepared by the traditional melt-quenching method.Furthermore,the full width at half maximum(FWHM)(34–44 nm)can be regulated by the ZnO content.In addition,as a downconverter,CsPb(Br/I)_(3) perovskite nanocrystals(NCs)realize a bright red backlight that covers≈94%Rec.2020 standards in the CIE 1931 color space and 126%of National Television System Committee(NTSC).This finding undoubtedly confirms an effective path for fabricating perovskite materials in a green,low-cost,and time-saving way,enriching the knowledge of glass crystallization mechanisms and promoting their applications in wide color gamut backlights. 展开更多

An X-pinch axial backlighting system has been designed to quantitatively measure the density distribution of wirearray Z-pinch plasmas. End-on backlighting experiments were carried out on a 200 kA, 100 ns pulsed-power generator(PPG-1) at the Tsinghua University. Compared with side-on backlighting, end-on measurements provide an axial view of the evolution of Z-pinch plasmas. Early stages of 2-, 4-, and 8-wire Z-pinch plasmas were observed via point-projection backlighting radiography with a relatively high success rate. The density distribution of Z-pinch plasma on the r–θ plane was obtained directly from the images with the help of step wedges, and the inward radial velocity was calculated. The ablation rates obtained by X-pinch backlighting experiments are compared in detail with those calculated by the rocket model and the results show consistency. 展开更多

This study proposes an innovative design method for functional optical film microstructures used in displays and applies this design to LCD backlighting to replace multi-layer optical film functional integration with composite optical film. We design a novel optical film microstructure based on light uniformity and wide-angle lumination distribution and determine the optimal optical microstructure parameters by combining the global optimization of a genetic algorithm with ray tracing. The purpose of this study is to develop substitutes for traditional multi-layer prism brightness enhancers and light-diffusing film stacks and to examine the structural changes during calculations and summarize the characteristics. In this study, we focus on determining the optimal light uniformity of new optical film microstructures. The seven-inch LED backlight module of the method proposed in this study achieved 94.59% uniformity and 168° lumination distribution while reducing thickness by 66% to 82% compared to a traditional multi-layer optical film stack. 展开更多

提出一种基于双层LCD技术和灰度图动态修正算法的车载显示模块,以提供一种在符合车规级标准的情况下,显示效果接近于OLED且成本远低于OLED的车载显示模块新解决方案。首先,通过最大值法将彩色图像的RGB数据转换为灰度图。其次,对灰度图... 提出一种基于双层LCD技术和灰度图动态修正算法的车载显示模块,以提供一种在符合车规级标准的情况下,显示效果接近于OLED且成本远低于OLED的车载显示模块新解决方案。首先,通过最大值法将彩色图像的RGB数据转换为灰度图。其次,对灰度图进行幂函数处理,进行灰度级数动态修正。最后,将显示灰度图的单色液晶屏与背光层相结合,从而实现高对比度和细节丰富的背光效果。实验结果表明,车载显示模块使用双层LCD技术相比使用Mini LED技术在平均对比度提升率为14.7%,平均结构相似性提升率为7.3%,平均峰值信噪比提升率为28.5%,且能够满足汽车行车时的使用要求。所提出的基于双层LCD技术的车载显示模块具有对比度高、成本低和寿命长等优点,为车载显示模块的设计提供了一种新的、可行的选择。 展开更多

为了充分应对静子环上叶型孔特征的实际几何技术状态检测任务,本文研制了一套非接触式的四坐标影像测量系统,开展基于影像测量的定位夹具角向零位确定方法研究,以间接实现静子环的角向基准找正。该方法通过在定位夹具上配作圆柱销孔来... 为了充分应对静子环上叶型孔特征的实际几何技术状态检测任务,本文研制了一套非接触式的四坐标影像测量系统,开展基于影像测量的定位夹具角向零位确定方法研究,以间接实现静子环的角向基准找正。该方法通过在定位夹具上配作圆柱销孔来复现静子环的角向基准,采用圆柱形角向定位销作为靶标。由影像测头采集角向定位销的背向照明图像,而后经数字图像处理算法解算出定位销偏角θ_(Δ)。以θ_(Δ)作为判据实现定位夹具的角向基准找正,并将所确定的角向零位作为叶型孔影像测量的角向起点。实验结果表明,角向零位的重复性误差为0.0024°,在此角度位置处完成了1#叶型孔的多个叶型参数和叶型综合轮廓度误差的测量,使测量系统实现了预定功能,从而验证了本文方法的可行性和有效性。 展开更多

事件相机具有高动态范围,可解决传统视觉星敏感器在逆光环境下恒星检测失效的问题。然而,由于不同逆光角度产生的干扰程度不同,对微弱恒星目标的识别效率依然会受到影响。针对因逆光角度产生的干扰不确定性问题,提出了一种事件相机成像... 事件相机具有高动态范围,可解决传统视觉星敏感器在逆光环境下恒星检测失效的问题。然而,由于不同逆光角度产生的干扰程度不同,对微弱恒星目标的识别效率依然会受到影响。针对因逆光角度产生的干扰不确定性问题,提出了一种事件相机成像阈值的动态自适应调节方法。首先,基于事件成像特性,开展了连续逆光角度与事件流受干扰信息的相关性建模;其次,利用随机森林回归模型预测当前逆光角度,并设计阈值优化策略,自适应调节至当前逆光环境下的最佳成像阈值。从而抑制成像中的逆光干扰事件,提升了星点目标识别能力。进一步,构建了实验室逆光实验环境,对所提方法进行测试,结果表明所提方法能够在保证目标识别精度在96%以上,同时抑制50%以上的无关光噪声,为新体制空间逆光目标探测技术提供了理论支撑。 展开更多
