Mobile edge computing(MEC) deployment in a multi-robot cooperation(MRC) system is an effective way to accomplish the tasks in terms of energy consumption and implementation latency. However, the computation and commun...Mobile edge computing(MEC) deployment in a multi-robot cooperation(MRC) system is an effective way to accomplish the tasks in terms of energy consumption and implementation latency. However, the computation and communication resources need to be considered jointly to fully exploit the advantages brought by the MEC technology. In this paper, the scenario where multi robots cooperate to accomplish the time-critical tasks is studied, where an intelligent master robot(MR) acts as an edge server to provide services to multiple slave robots(SRs) and the SRs are responsible for the environment sensing and data collection. To save energy and prolong the function time of the system, two schemes are proposed to optimize the computation and communication resources, respectively. In the first scheme, the energy consumption of SRs is minimized and balanced while guaranteeing that the tasks are accomplished under a time constraint. In the second scheme, not only the energy consumption, but also the remaining energies of the SRs are considered to enhance the robustness of the system. Through the analysis and numerical simulations, we demonstrate that even though the first policy may guarantee the minimization on the total SRs’ energy consumption, the function time of MRC system by the second scheme is longer than that by the first one.展开更多

It has its unique characteristics different from the public goods domestically supplied in any country in terms of organizational form,incentive mechanisms, implementation means and other aspects. The theory and policy proposal on GPGs mostly reflect the requirements of developing countries to seek an external environment favorable to their stable development, thus it is absolutely necessary to establish an efficient mechanism to supply GPGs for the countries of the world, especially for the developing ones to realize the national benefit and mutual development. The most efficient approach to resolve the problem of supplying GPGs is international cooperation, which raises critical requests on the design of an efficient and reasonable cooperative system. Following the principals of international cooperation system, China must choose an optimal route for supply of GPGs, which conforms to its own interests, by starting from the supply of the regional public goods and in accordance with its own economic development and financial capacity.展开更多

Educational cooperation,as the cornerstone and vanguard of people-to-people exchanges and practical cooperation between China and Africa,holds irreplaceable strategic significance for enhancing the quality of Africa...Educational cooperation,as the cornerstone and vanguard of people-to-people exchanges and practical cooperation between China and Africa,holds irreplaceable strategic significance for enhancing the quality of Africa's human capital and accelerating its structural transformation and modernization process.This paper employs“demand–supply–adaptation”as its core analytical framework and aims to systematically explore how the educational cooperation between China and Africa can serve Africa's goal of modernization more precisely and effectively.First,through reviewing and analyzing the domestic and international research literature,this paper clarifies the focus,paradigms,and shortcomings of existing research,identifying the knowledge contribution of this study.Second,utilizing detailed macro-level data,case studies,and comparative research methods,it comprehensively presents the multidimensional status,structural characteristics,and development trends of China–Africa educational cooperation in areas such as student exchanges,cooperative education,vocational and technical training,language and cultural exchange,and emerging digital education.This paper also deeply analyzes the pressing and specific demands placed on the education system by Africa's modernization development across key dimensions like economic diversification,industrialization,agricultural modernization,social governance upgrading,and digital transformation.Third,based on the cooperative principle of“Africa's needs and China's strengths,”this paper innovatively proposes systematic countermeasures and suggestions for constructing new,multi-level,high-quality,sustainable,and future-oriented pathways for China–Africa educational cooperation:(a)promoting the strategic focus of cooperation to extend from“hard infrastructure”support to empowering“soft infrastructure”;(b)deepening the integration of industry and education and school–enterprise collaboration to precisely align with Africa's industrial development needs;vigorously developing digital education and jointly building a smart education ecosystem to help Africa bridge the digital divide;(c)improving an evidence-based,third-party evaluation system for cooperative effectiveness and a full-process quality assurance system;and(d)promoting the collaborative participation of multiple actors including governments,schools,enterprises,think tanks,and social organizations to build a new cooperative pattern of coconstruction,co-governance,and shared benefits.展开更多
The advent of sixth-generation(6G)networks introduces unprecedented challenges in achieving seamless connectivity,ultra-low latency,and efficient resource management in highly dynamic environments.Although fifth-gener...The advent of sixth-generation(6G)networks introduces unprecedented challenges in achieving seamless connectivity,ultra-low latency,and efficient resource management in highly dynamic environments.Although fifth-generation(5G)networks transformed mobile broadband and machine-type communications at massive scales,their properties of scaling,interference management,and latency remain a limitation in dense high mobility settings.To overcome these limitations,artificial intelligence(AI)and unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)have emerged as potential solutions to develop versatile,dynamic,and energy-efficient communication systems.The study proposes an AI-based UAV architecture that utilizes cooperative reinforcement learning(CoRL)to manage an autonomous network.The UAVs collaborate by sharing local observations and real-time state exchanges to optimize user connectivity,movement directions,allocate power,and resource distribution.Unlike conventional centralized or autonomous methods,CoRL involves joint state sharing and conflict-sensitive reward shaping,which ensures fair coverage,less interference,and enhanced adaptability in a dynamic urban environment.Simulations conducted in smart city scenarios with 10 UAVs and 50 ground users demonstrate that the proposed CoRL-based UAV system increases user coverage by up to 10%,achieves convergence 40%faster,and reduces latency and energy consumption by 30%compared with centralized and decentralized baselines.Furthermore,the distributed nature of the algorithm ensures scalability and flexibility,making it well-suited for future large-scale 6G deployments.The results highlighted that AI-enabled UAV systems enhance connectivity,support ultra-reliable low-latency communications(URLLC),and improve 6G network efficiency.Future work will extend the framework with adaptive modulation,beamforming-aware positioning,and real-world testbed deployment.展开更多

For the circumstance of those ESs with relatively closer views, we present in this paper three methods of consistency treatment and a method for calcula- ting the maximal deviation of the confidence value about the cooperating group's common view based on the consistency degree of those different views. For the circumstance of those views being not very close to each other and also not very different from each other, we designed two synthesis functions for synthesizing multiple views. These two circumstances are formally defined in this paper. A comparison be- tween these two functions and the combining function in is also demonstrated. In the last section of this paper, we present a discussion about some further research topics of conflict-resolution in the group problem.展开更多

Concerning the optimal control problem of such subsystems, a neighbor-based distributed model predictive control(NDMPC) strategy is presented to improve the global system performance. In this scheme, the performance index of local subsystems and that of its neighbors are minimized together in the determination of the optimal control input, which makes the local control decision also beneficial to its neighboring subsystems and further contributes to improving the convergence and control performance of overall system.The stability of the closed-loop system is proved. Moreover, the parameter designing method for distributed synthesis is provided.Finally, the simulation results illustrate the main characteristics and effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.展开更多
Cloud computing has taken over the high-performance distributed computing area,and it currently provides on-demand services and resource polling over the web.As a result of constantly changing user service demand,the ...Cloud computing has taken over the high-performance distributed computing area,and it currently provides on-demand services and resource polling over the web.As a result of constantly changing user service demand,the task scheduling problem has emerged as a critical analytical topic in cloud computing.The primary goal of scheduling tasks is to distribute tasks to available processors to construct the shortest possible schedule without breaching precedence restrictions.Assignments and schedules of tasks substantially influence system operation in a heterogeneous multiprocessor system.The diverse processes inside the heuristic-based task scheduling method will result in varying makespan in the heterogeneous computing system.As a result,an intelligent scheduling algorithm should efficiently determine the priority of every subtask based on the resources necessary to lower the makespan.This research introduced a novel efficient scheduling task method in cloud computing systems based on the cooperation search algorithm to tackle an essential task and schedule a heterogeneous cloud computing problem.The basic idea of thismethod is to use the advantages of meta-heuristic algorithms to get the optimal solution.We assess our algorithm’s performance by running it through three scenarios with varying numbers of tasks.The findings demonstrate that the suggested technique beats existingmethods NewGenetic Algorithm(NGA),Genetic Algorithm(GA),Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA),Gravitational Search Algorithm(GSA),and Hybrid Heuristic and Genetic(HHG)by 7.9%,2.1%,8.8%,7.7%,3.4%respectively according to makespan.展开更多

文摘Educational cooperation,as the cornerstone and vanguard of people-to-people exchanges and practical cooperation between China and Africa,holds irreplaceable strategic significance for enhancing the quality of Africa's human capital and accelerating its structural transformation and modernization process.This paper employs“demand–supply–adaptation”as its core analytical framework and aims to systematically explore how the educational cooperation between China and Africa can serve Africa's goal of modernization more precisely and effectively.First,through reviewing and analyzing the domestic and international research literature,this paper clarifies the focus,paradigms,and shortcomings of existing research,identifying the knowledge contribution of this study.Second,utilizing detailed macro-level data,case studies,and comparative research methods,it comprehensively presents the multidimensional status,structural characteristics,and development trends of China–Africa educational cooperation in areas such as student exchanges,cooperative education,vocational and technical training,language and cultural exchange,and emerging digital education.This paper also deeply analyzes the pressing and specific demands placed on the education system by Africa's modernization development across key dimensions like economic diversification,industrialization,agricultural modernization,social governance upgrading,and digital transformation.Third,based on the cooperative principle of“Africa's needs and China's strengths,”this paper innovatively proposes systematic countermeasures and suggestions for constructing new,multi-level,high-quality,sustainable,and future-oriented pathways for China–Africa educational cooperation:(a)promoting the strategic focus of cooperation to extend from“hard infrastructure”support to empowering“soft infrastructure”;(b)deepening the integration of industry and education and school–enterprise collaboration to precisely align with Africa's industrial development needs;vigorously developing digital education and jointly building a smart education ecosystem to help Africa bridge the digital divide;(c)improving an evidence-based,third-party evaluation system for cooperative effectiveness and a full-process quality assurance system;and(d)promoting the collaborative participation of multiple actors including governments,schools,enterprises,think tanks,and social organizations to build a new cooperative pattern of coconstruction,co-governance,and shared benefits.

文摘The advent of sixth-generation(6G)networks introduces unprecedented challenges in achieving seamless connectivity,ultra-low latency,and efficient resource management in highly dynamic environments.Although fifth-generation(5G)networks transformed mobile broadband and machine-type communications at massive scales,their properties of scaling,interference management,and latency remain a limitation in dense high mobility settings.To overcome these limitations,artificial intelligence(AI)and unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)have emerged as potential solutions to develop versatile,dynamic,and energy-efficient communication systems.The study proposes an AI-based UAV architecture that utilizes cooperative reinforcement learning(CoRL)to manage an autonomous network.The UAVs collaborate by sharing local observations and real-time state exchanges to optimize user connectivity,movement directions,allocate power,and resource distribution.Unlike conventional centralized or autonomous methods,CoRL involves joint state sharing and conflict-sensitive reward shaping,which ensures fair coverage,less interference,and enhanced adaptability in a dynamic urban environment.Simulations conducted in smart city scenarios with 10 UAVs and 50 ground users demonstrate that the proposed CoRL-based UAV system increases user coverage by up to 10%,achieves convergence 40%faster,and reduces latency and energy consumption by 30%compared with centralized and decentralized baselines.Furthermore,the distributed nature of the algorithm ensures scalability and flexibility,making it well-suited for future large-scale 6G deployments.The results highlighted that AI-enabled UAV systems enhance connectivity,support ultra-reliable low-latency communications(URLLC),and improve 6G network efficiency.Future work will extend the framework with adaptive modulation,beamforming-aware positioning,and real-world testbed deployment.

文摘Aiming at the flexible manufacturing system with multi-machining and multi-assembly equipment, a new scheduling algorithm is proposed to decompose the assembly structure of the products, thus obtaining simple scheduling problems and forming the cOrrespOnding agents. Then, the importance and the restriction of each agent are cOnsidered, to obtain an order of simple scheduling problems based on the cooperation game theory. With this order, the scheduling of sub-questions is implemented in term of rules, and the almost optimal scheduling results for meeting the restriction can be obtained. Experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheduling algorithm.

By using the differential inequality theory and constructing a suitable Lyapunov functional, we obtain sufficient conditions which guarantee the permanence and the global attractivity of the system.

文摘In this paper, a Lotka-Volterra cooperation system with single feedback control is proposed and studied. We investigate the local stability and the global stability of the system. Our study shows that with suitable restriction on the coefficients of the feedback control variable, the system can still remain globally stable or become extinct, which shows that the feedback control variable plays a very important role in the dynamics behaviors of the system.

文摘In the so called “Group Problem” (we would like to term it “Group-Consulting Type Cooperation”), ESs of the same cooperating group may have different views towards the same problem, and the differences may sometimes be very great. For the circumstance of those ESs with relatively closer views, we present in this paper three methods of consistency treatment and a method for calcula- ting the maximal deviation of the confidence value about the cooperating group's common view based on the consistency degree of those different views. For the circumstance of those views being not very close to each other and also not very different from each other, we designed two synthesis functions for synthesizing multiple views. These two circumstances are formally defined in this paper. A comparison be- tween these two functions and the combining function in is also demonstrated. In the last section of this paper, we present a discussion about some further research topics of conflict-resolution in the group problem.

文摘For large-scale networked plant-wide systems composed by physically(or geographically) divided subsystems, only limited information is available for local controllers on account of region and communication restrictions. Concerning the optimal control problem of such subsystems, a neighbor-based distributed model predictive control(NDMPC) strategy is presented to improve the global system performance. In this scheme, the performance index of local subsystems and that of its neighbors are minimized together in the determination of the optimal control input, which makes the local control decision also beneficial to its neighboring subsystems and further contributes to improving the convergence and control performance of overall system.The stability of the closed-loop system is proved. Moreover, the parameter designing method for distributed synthesis is provided.Finally, the simulation results illustrate the main characteristics and effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.
文摘Cloud computing has taken over the high-performance distributed computing area,and it currently provides on-demand services and resource polling over the web.As a result of constantly changing user service demand,the task scheduling problem has emerged as a critical analytical topic in cloud computing.The primary goal of scheduling tasks is to distribute tasks to available processors to construct the shortest possible schedule without breaching precedence restrictions.Assignments and schedules of tasks substantially influence system operation in a heterogeneous multiprocessor system.The diverse processes inside the heuristic-based task scheduling method will result in varying makespan in the heterogeneous computing system.As a result,an intelligent scheduling algorithm should efficiently determine the priority of every subtask based on the resources necessary to lower the makespan.This research introduced a novel efficient scheduling task method in cloud computing systems based on the cooperation search algorithm to tackle an essential task and schedule a heterogeneous cloud computing problem.The basic idea of thismethod is to use the advantages of meta-heuristic algorithms to get the optimal solution.We assess our algorithm’s performance by running it through three scenarios with varying numbers of tasks.The findings demonstrate that the suggested technique beats existingmethods NewGenetic Algorithm(NGA),Genetic Algorithm(GA),Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA),Gravitational Search Algorithm(GSA),and Hybrid Heuristic and Genetic(HHG)by 7.9%,2.1%,8.8%,7.7%,3.4%respectively according to makespan.
