The multi-terminal direct current(DC)grid has extinctive superiorities over the traditional alternating current system in integrating large-scale renewable energy.Both the DC circuit breaker(DCCB)and the current flow controller(CFC)are demanded to ensure the multiterminal DC grid to operates reliably and flexibly.However,since the CFC and the DCCB are all based on fully controlled semiconductor switches(e.g.,insulated gate bipolar transistor,integrated gate commutated thyristor,etc.),their separation configuration in the multiterminal DC grid will lead to unaffordable implementation costs and conduction power losses.To solve these problems,integrated equipment with both current flow control and fault isolation abilities is proposed,which shares the expensive and duplicated components of CFCs and DCCBs among adjacent lines.In addition,the complicated coordination control of CFCs and DCCBs can be avoided by adopting the integrated equipment in themultiterminal DC grid.In order to examine the current flow control and fault isolation abilities of the integrated equipment,the simulation model of a specific meshed four-terminal DC grid is constructed in the PSCAD/EMTDC software.Finally,the comparison between the integrated equipment and the separate solution is presented a specific result or conclusion needs to be added to the abstract. 展开更多

Three-phase grid-connected inverters(GCIs)are essential components in distributed generation systems,where the accuracy of current measurement circuits is fundamental for reliable closed-loop operation.Nevertheless,the presence of a DC offset in the measured current can disrupt the regulation of grid currents and significantly degrade system performance.In this work,a fault-tolerant control approach is introduced to counteract the impact of such offset faults through a dedicated current compensation mechanism.The proposed solution is built around two main stages:(i)detecting and isolating DC offset faults that may appear in one or multiple phases of the measured grid currents,and(ii)estimating the fault magnitude and reconstructing the corrected current signal.The offset magnitude is obtained analytically by examining the grid current projected onto the synchronous d-axis at the grid angular frequency,eliminating the need for any additional sensing hardware.Simulation and experimental investigations conducted under several fault scenarios confirm the robustness of the proposed strategy and highlight significant improvements in detection speed and diagnostic accuracy. 展开更多

Improving fault tolerant performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor has always been the central issue of the electrically supplied actuator for aerospace application. In this paper, a novel fault tolerant permanent magnet synchronous motor is proposed, which is character- ized by two stators and two rotors on the same shaft with a circumferential displacement of mechanical angle of 4.5°. It helps to reduce the cogging torque. Each segment of the stator and the rotor can be considered as an 8-pole/10-slot five-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor with concentrated, single-layer and alternate teeth wound winding, which enhance the fault isola- tion capacity of the motor. Furthermore, the motor has high phase inductance to restrain the short-circuit current. In addition, an improved optimal torque control strategy is proposed to make the motor work well under the open-circuit fault and short-circuit fault conditions. Simulation and experiment results show that the proposed fault tolerant motor system has excellent fault tolerant capacity, which is able to operate continuously under the third open-circuit fault and second short- circuit fault condition without system performance degradation, which was not available earlier. 展开更多

Multivariate statistical process monitoring and control (MSPM&C) methods for chemical process monitoring with statistical projection techniques such as principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares (PLS) are surveyed in this paper. The four-step procedure of performing MSPM&C for chemical process, modeling of processes, detecting abnormal events or faults, identifying the variable(s) responsible for the faults and diagnosing the source cause for the abnormal behavior, is analyzed. Several main research directions of MSPM&C reported in the literature are discussed, such as multi-way principal component analysis (MPCA) for batch process, statistical monitoring and control for nonlinear process, dynamic PCA and dynamic PLS, and on-line quality control by inferential models. Industrial applications of MSPM&C to several typical chemical processes, such as chemical reactor, distillation column, polymerization process, petroleum refinery units, are summarized. This paper focuses on the investigation of a hybrid seismic isolation system with passive variable friction dampers for protection of structures against near fault earthquakes. The seismic isolation can be implemented by replacing the conventional columns fixed to the foundations by seismic isolating ones. These columns allow horizontal displacement between the superstructure and the foundations and decouple the building from the damaging earthquake motion. As a result, the forces in the structural elements decrease and damage that may be caused to the building by the earthquake significantly decreases. However, this positive effect is achieved on account of displacements occurring in the isolating columns. These displacements become very large when the structure is subjected to a strong earthquake. In this case, impact may occur between the parts of the isolating column yielding their damage or collapse. In order to limit the displacements in the isolating columns, it is proposed to add variable friction dampers. A method for selecting the dampers' properties is proposed. It is carried out using an artificial ground motion record and optimal active control algorithm. Numerical simulation of a sevenstory structure shows that the proposed method allows efficient reduction in structural response and limits the displacements at the seismic isolating columns. 展开更多

Multi-way principal component analysis(MPCA)has received considerable attention and been widely used in process monitoring.A traditional MPCA algorithm unfolds multiple batches of historical data into a two-dimensional matrix and cut the matrix along the time axis to form subspaces.However,low efficiency of subspaces and difficult fault isolation are the common disadvantages for the principal component model.This paper presents a new subspace construction method based on kernel density estimation function that can effectively reduce the storage amount of the subspace information.The MPCA model and the knowledge base are built based on the new subspace.Then,fault detection and isolation with the squared prediction error(SPE)statistic and the Hotelling(T2)statistic are also realized in process monitoring.When a fault occurs,fault isolation based on the SPE statistic is achieved by residual contribution analysis of different variables.For fault isolation of subspace based on the T2 statistic,the relationship between the statistic indicator and state variables is constructed,and the constraint conditions are presented to check the validity of fault isolation.Then,to improve the robustness of fault isolation to unexpected disturbances,the statistic method is adopted to set the relation between single subspace and multiple subspaces to increase the corrective rate of fault isolation.Finally fault detection and isolation based on the improved MPCA is used to monitor the automatic shift control system(ASCS)to prove the correctness and effectiveness of the algorithm.The research proposes a new subspace construction method to reduce the required storage capacity and to prove the robustness of the principal component model,and sets the relationship between the state variables and fault detection indicators for fault isolation. 展开更多

Influence of the elasticity of the base on vibration isolation performances of single layer, double layer and floating raft vibration isolation systems is investigated systematically. Characteristics of vibration coupling between different vibration isolation systems and different elastic bases are analyzed. Moreover the characteristics of vibration acceleration level difference and force transmissibility of different vibration isolation systems are discussed and their simpli- fled expressions are given. In addition the required control forces of active vibration isolation under different installations of actuators for different vibration isolation systems are compared. The results show that for all vibration isolation systems, the addition of the stiffness and damping of the base can enhance their vibration acceleration level difference and force transmissibility. Moreover for floating raft vibration isolation system, the addition of the stiffness and damping of the raft can enhance its vibration isolation performance and reduce the control force required bv active vibration isolation. 展开更多

This paper presents an isolated DC/AC/DC converter using a middle frequency transformer coupling two modular multilevel converters(MMC),suitable for interconnecting DC transmission lines of different voltage levels in high voltage direct current(HVDC)system.The basic operational principle of the isolated module multilevel DC/DC converter(IMMDCC)is analyzed.The dynamic model of IMMDCC is studied in detail and the transient relationship between DC side and AC side of IMMDCC is revealed,which is physically straightforward for understanding the power transfer in IMMDCC.The control strategy in D-Q coordinate system is put forward,and the fault characteristic and corresponding protection method is analyzed.Finally,computer simulation using Matlab/Simulink is performed to verify the dynamic model and the proposed control strategy.The simulation results show good performances and the quick response ability of the proposed control strategy. 展开更多

顺北油田断控缝洞型油藏开发难度大,且顺北一区由于地层能量过低,自然递减率大幅度上升,亟需注水补充能量。由于水进路径往往由断裂面控制,水驱过程中存在严重水淹水窜问题,水驱失效分析缺乏理论依据。以顺北油田注水开发生产动态数据... 顺北油田断控缝洞型油藏开发难度大,且顺北一区由于地层能量过低,自然递减率大幅度上升,亟需注水补充能量。由于水进路径往往由断裂面控制,水驱过程中存在严重水淹水窜问题,水驱失效分析缺乏理论依据。以顺北油田注水开发生产动态数据为基础,采用K-means聚类分析方法,建立了注水补能分类标准,结合聚类中心分类结果,明确了注水受效的定量界限,当压力增量不小于8.7 MPa,且日产油增量不小于15.2 t时,判定为注水受效井,反之为注水失效井。基于构建的注水补能分类标准,对研究区的12口注水井进行了注水受效评价指标影响性分析,重点分析了焖井时间、周期累计注水量、周期注采比、方水换油率和单位压力恢复耗水量的影响。并以顺北1号断裂带SHB5-4H井为例,分析了注水失效的原因,为顺北1号断裂带断控缝洞型油藏注水方案制定及失效井对策分析提供了理论依据。 展开更多

为了更快速地找到整车电控空气悬架执行器发生故障时的故障位置,针对电控空气悬架执行器故障进行诊断与隔离,提出基于几何关系的故障诊断与隔离方法。设计执行器卡死故障与恒增益故障,基于几何关系设计两组故障诊断指标,通过故障诊断指... 为了更快速地找到整车电控空气悬架执行器发生故障时的故障位置,针对电控空气悬架执行器故障进行诊断与隔离,提出基于几何关系的故障诊断与隔离方法。设计执行器卡死故障与恒增益故障,基于几何关系设计两组故障诊断指标,通过故障诊断指标与阈值之间的关系,对发生故障的执行器进行故障诊断与隔离。利用AMESim搭建以车速和路面激励为输入的电控空气悬架系统物理模型,Simulink搭建PID/PWM车身高度控制器模型、故障模型以及以传感器输出的车身高度变化为输入的故障诊断模型,最后通过AMESim-Simulink联合仿真进行验证。从仿真结果可以得出,基于几何关系的故障诊断与隔离方法可有效地诊断发生故障的执行器,以及精准地隔离出发生故障的执行器。利用AMESim搭建电控空气悬架避免了复杂的数学公式推导,且更准确地描述了整个系统,所提出的基于几何关系的故障诊断与隔离方法设计简单,能够快速地诊断隔离出故障执行器的位置。 展开更多

近断层脉冲地震作用下调谐型阻尼器对隔震结构的减震控制 被引量:2

为研究调谐型阻尼器对隔震结构在近断层脉冲地震作用下的减震效果,基于H∞和H2优化准则整理了调谐质量(TMD)、非传统调谐质量(NTMD)、调谐惯容(TID)和调谐粘性质量(TVMD)等4种典型调谐型阻尼器的最优参数理论计算公式,筛选出100条近断... 为研究调谐型阻尼器对隔震结构在近断层脉冲地震作用下的减震效果,基于H∞和H2优化准则整理了调谐质量(TMD)、非传统调谐质量(NTMD)、调谐惯容(TID)和调谐粘性质量(TVMD)等4种典型调谐型阻尼器的最优参数理论计算公式,筛选出100条近断层脉冲地震动作为输入,采用单自由度体系对隔震结构进行数值模拟,分析了优化准则、阻尼器类型和质量比、隔震结构周期和阻尼比、地震动差异等对减震效果的影响。结果表明:4种同质量比的调谐型阻尼器对隔震层位移的减震效果由低到高依次为TMD、NTMD、TID和TVMD,设计参数应优选H2优化准则;质量比为0.1的调谐型阻尼器对隔震周期小于等于3.5 s且阻尼比小于等于0.1的隔震结构的减震率可达10%~25%;调谐型阻尼器的减震率随质量比的增大呈对数增长趋势,由于地震动的差异而表现出显著的离散性,在时域内表现出发挥作用的滞后性;在元件参数取值相同时,TVMD的减震效果要明显优于其它常见阻尼器;TVMD对上部结构的绝对加速度响应有所减小或少量增加。建议优选TVMD控制隔震结构在近断层脉冲地震作用下的地震响应。 展开更多

基于CNN-GRU控制算法的建筑隔震结构振动控制研究

地震是对建筑危害较大的自然灾害,但现有的建筑结构振动控制方法效果不佳。针对此问题,研究提出门控循环单元和卷积神经网络结合的结构振动控制系统,使用门控循环单元作为隐藏层,优化隐藏层数量。实验结果表明,门控循环单元和卷积神经... 地震是对建筑危害较大的自然灾害,但现有的建筑结构振动控制方法效果不佳。针对此问题,研究提出门控循环单元和卷积神经网络结合的结构振动控制系统,使用门控循环单元作为隐藏层,优化隐藏层数量。实验结果表明,门控循环单元和卷积神经网络控制的结构位移比优化前低0.005 m,预测精度提高了0.001,容错机制的位移误差不超过0.001 m。由此可得,门控循环单元和卷积神经网络控制算法能够有效预测建筑结构的位移变化情况,控制系统的建筑结构位移和加速度控制效果更优,能有效降低建筑结构的位移变化峰值和加速度变化峰值。优化后控制系统的效果评价指标在低楼层表现更好,控制系统的容错机制具有较高的稳定性和良好的振动控制效果,能有效保障系统的稳定运行。 展开更多

核电显控系统是典型的跨屏交互场景,为准确迅速地监测和响应多源故障告警,从跨屏交互和故障告警2个维度出发设计变量,单一试次中设置随机组合的跨屏数量、跨屏方位与告警数量、告警级别、告警位置变量,并通过眼动追踪技术和行为试验捕... 核电显控系统是典型的跨屏交互场景,为准确迅速地监测和响应多源故障告警,从跨屏交互和故障告警2个维度出发设计变量,单一试次中设置随机组合的跨屏数量、跨屏方位与告警数量、告警级别、告警位置变量,并通过眼动追踪技术和行为试验捕捉操纵员在不同交互条件下的视觉注意行为。结果表明:显示跨屏数量的增加会负面影响注意捕获效应,导致操纵员频繁转动视角来寻找目标刺激,降低任务效率。随着告警数量的增加,注视次数和注视持续时间出现下降趋势,说明过多的告警信号可能导致信息过载,并阻碍操纵员深入处理单个告警。高告警级别能够有效吸引注意力并促进快速响应。未来在跨屏行为场景中考虑用户注意力分布与任务效率,通过优化监控屏幕布局与故障告警系统,改进告警设计、减少视角转移需求,能够提升告警察觉任务操作的安全可靠性。 展开更多
