Taking state-controlled section of Xuzhou Peiyan river as an example,the current water quality was monitored,and the cause of over water quality standard was analyzed.The results showed that the pollutants of Peiyan river were mainly from the urban river segment,and the immediate cause of over standard was tributary pollutants in urban river segment with the runoff into rivers.So we should strengthen the maintenance of drainage control and gate-han,accelerate the construction of urban wastewater treatment facilities and supporting pipe network,promote rural decentralized sewage treatment,prevent and control livestock and poultry pollution,pesticides and fertilizers pollution,and intercept non-point source pollution by using eco-technology. 展开更多

Rectangular section control technology (RSCT) was introduced to achieve high-precision profile control during silicon steel rolling. The RSCT principle and method were designed, and the whole RSCT control strategy was developed. Specifically, RSCT included roll contour design, roiling technology optimization, and control strategy development, aiming at both hot strip mills (HSMs) and cold strip mills (CSMs). Firstly, through the high-performance variable crown (HVC) work roll optimization design in the upper-stream stands and the limited shifting technology for schedule-free rolling in the downstream stands of HSMs, a hot strip with a stable crown and limited wedge, :local spot, and single wave was obtained, which was suitable for cold rolling. Secondly, an approximately rectangular section was obtained by edge varying contact (EVC) work roll contour design, edge-drop setting control, and. closed loop control in the upper-stream, stands of CSMs. Moreover, complex-mode flatness control was realized by coordinating multiple shape-control methods in the downstream stands of CSMs. In addition, the RSCT approach was applied in several silicon-steel production plants, where an outsicanding performance and remarkable economic benefits were observed. 展开更多

The effect of mandrel with the structure of ball and socket on the cross section quality of thin-walled tube numerical controlled(NC) bending was studied by numerical simulation method, combined with theoretical (analysis) and experiment. Influencing factors of the mandrel include the count of mandrel heads, the diameter of mandrel and its position. According to the principle of NC tube bending, quality defects possibly produced in thin-walled tube NC bending process were analyzed and two parameters were proposed in order to describe the cross section quality of thin-walled tube NC bending. According to the geometrical dimension of tube and dies, the range of mandrel protrusion was derived. The finite element model of thin-walled tube NC bending was established based on the DYNAFORM platform, and key technological problems were solved. The model was verified by experiment. The effect of the number of mandrel heads, the diameter of mandrel and the protrusion length of mandrel on the cross section quality of thin-walled tube NC bending was revealed and how to choose mandrel parameters was presented. 展开更多

Based on the sheet, scanning electron microscope and high pressure mercury analysis method, this paper takes Jiyuan oilfield-Ma Jia mountain district 4 5 sandstone reservoir as the research object, from the reservoir petrology, pore type and porosity, permeability, the system analyzed the reservoir characteristics and its control factors. The results show that the sandstone in the 4 5 section of Baoziwan-Majiashan area of Jiyuan oilfield is fine in size and high in filling content. The pore types were dominated by intergranular pores and dissolved pores, with a low face rate. The reservoir property is relatively poor, with mean porosity of 11.11% and mean permeability of 1.16 × 10<sup>−</sup><sup>3</sup> µm<sup>2</sup>. In the low porous, low otonic background, the development of relatively high pore hypertonic areas. Compaction and cementation should play a destructive role in reservoir properties, and dissolution should play a positive role in reservoir properties. Compaction adjusts the migration of clay minerals and miscellaneous bases in the original sediment in the study area, greatly reducing the porosity and permeability of the reservoir;the development of the cement cement, carbonate cementation and some quartz secondary compounds reduces the storage space;the dissolution effect, especially the secondary dissolution pores of the reservoir, which obviously improves the properties of the reservoir. 展开更多

The occurrence and development of soil and water loss is analyzed. The conclusion is that: (1) generally, the situation of soil and water loss in the Lancang River Mekong River watershed (in Yunnan section, China) is light, however, soil and water loss in some regions is serious, especially in the middle reach area of the river; (2) soil and water loss in the Lancang River Mekong River (in Yunnan section, China) watershed presents developing tendency and it is mainly caused by human beings. 目的 观察基于循环质量控制理念的三级分层护理在剖宫产术后的应用效果。方法 按照双色球法将西乡县人民医院2023年3月至2025年3月收治的96例剖宫产产妇分为两组,对照组(48例)采用常规护理,观察组(48例)采用基于循环质量控制理念的三级... 目的 观察基于循环质量控制理念的三级分层护理在剖宫产术后的应用效果。方法 按照双色球法将西乡县人民医院2023年3月至2025年3月收治的96例剖宫产产妇分为两组,对照组(48例)采用常规护理,观察组(48例)采用基于循环质量控制理念的三级分层护理,比较两组应用效果。结果 护理后,观察组一般自我效能感量表、健康促进生活方式量表评分均高于对照组,汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分和产后并发症总发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于循环质量控制理念的三级分层护理能够增强剖宫产产妇的自我效能,促进其健康行为,缓解其负性情绪,减少产后并发症发生。 展开更多

针对大断面箱涵顶进施工中既有铁路轨道沉降大、变形控制困难的问题,提出了一种基于纵横梁加固体系与分阶段线路整修、注浆加固技术的轨道沉降控制技术。依托北京市某城市道路下穿京哈铁路工程,通过开展全过程现场监测与数值模拟研究,... 针对大断面箱涵顶进施工中既有铁路轨道沉降大、变形控制困难的问题,提出了一种基于纵横梁加固体系与分阶段线路整修、注浆加固技术的轨道沉降控制技术。依托北京市某城市道路下穿京哈铁路工程,通过开展全过程现场监测与数值模拟研究,系统地揭示了不同施工阶段在列车荷载作用下,轨道、纵横梁、桩基协同受力的“M”形弯矩分布与“W”形纵向沉降演化特征,并阐明了受力体系转换的关键时段与峰值沉降触发机制。通过实施2次线路整修与2次注浆加固,顶进阶段产生的101.2 mm沉降峰值得以快速回落并稳定至≤1.8 mm,实现了铁路限速条件下的安全可控运营。该研究提出的基于监测反馈的动态加固与整修技术体系,验证了多阶段沉降控制措施的可行性,为类似下穿铁路工程提供了新的技术路径与设计参考依据。 展开更多

An open-plus-closed-loop (OPCL) control problem for the chaotic motion of a 3D rigid pendulum subjected to a constant gravitationM force is studied. The 3D rigid pendulum is assumed to be consist of a rigid body supported by a fixed and frictionless pivot with three rotational degrees. In order to avoid the singular phenomenon of Euler's angular velocity equation, the quaternion kinematic equation is used to describe the motion of the 3D rigid pendulum. An OPCL controller for chaotic motion of a 3D rigid pendulum at equilibrium position is designed. This OPCL controller contains two parts: the open-loop part to construct an ideal trajectory and the closed-loop part to stabilize the 3D rigid pendulum. Quality assessment of intraoperative frozen sections: An analysis of 261 consecutive cases in a resource limited area: Morocco

Purpose: To evaluate the accuracy and limits of a frozen section analysis in our department in order to develop a quality control. Materials and methods: all frozen sections reported at our department between 1st January 2010 and 31st December 2010, have been retrospectively evaluated. The frozen section results were compared to permanent paraffin section results. Results: Frozen sections and final diagnosis agreed in 95% and disagreed in 5% (13 cases), 6.6% of the cases were deferred (17 cases). The most common pathological processes encountered were presence/typing of neoplasm (85.4%) and assessment of surgical margins (7.3%). Conclusion: The accuracy of frozen sections diagnosis at our department can be interpreted as comparable with the most international quality control series and is valuable to assist surgeons in their decision. 展开更多

“双碳”目标作为我国全面推进美丽中国建设、加快推进人与自然和谐共生的现代化的国家战略,要求生态环境法典提供法治保障。“减污降碳协同增效”是实现“双碳”目标的重点路径之一,要求“双碳”目标体系化融入生态环境法典污染防治编... “双碳”目标作为我国全面推进美丽中国建设、加快推进人与自然和谐共生的现代化的国家战略,要求生态环境法典提供法治保障。“减污降碳协同增效”是实现“双碳”目标的重点路径之一,要求“双碳”目标体系化融入生态环境法典污染防治编。现行污染防治法律规范是编纂生态环境法典污染防治编的基础,但其在保障“双碳”目标中存在治理理念的偏颇、监管体制上的扞格和核心制度上的分殊等现状及不足,与推进“双碳”战略不相适应。《生态环境法典(草案)》已经在多处规定中贯彻了“双碳”目标,但仍需强化体系性规范创新:在治理理念层面,将“协同治理”上升为法典基本原则,建立污染物排放标准与温室气体排放标准的衔接制度,拓展污染防治规划的时空维度;在监管体制层面,推动生态环境部门统一监管权责配置,探索排污权与碳排放权交易平台的制度整合;在核心制度设计上,构建减污降碳协同管理的法律框架,实现污染物排放总量控制与碳排放配额管理的制度协同。 展开更多

目的:分析艾司氯胺酮复合右美托咪定用于高龄肥胖孕妇剖宫产术后的镇痛效果及对产后抑郁的影响。方法:随机数字表法将2024年1—12月在本院拟行剖宫产术的180例高龄肥胖孕妇分入复合组(n=90)和对照组(n=90)。对照组剖宫产术后给予右美托... 目的:分析艾司氯胺酮复合右美托咪定用于高龄肥胖孕妇剖宫产术后的镇痛效果及对产后抑郁的影响。方法:随机数字表法将2024年1—12月在本院拟行剖宫产术的180例高龄肥胖孕妇分入复合组(n=90)和对照组(n=90)。对照组剖宫产术后给予右美托咪定+舒芬太尼静脉泵镇痛,复合组术后给予艾司氯胺酮+右美托咪定+舒芬太尼静脉泵镇痛。观察记录各组住院时间、首次下床活动时间、首次肛门排气时间、术后48h内镇痛泵按压次数、术后5d 40项恢复质量量表评分(QoR-40)评分、不良反应及不同时点视觉模拟量表评分(VAS)、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表评分(EPDS)。结果:复合组首次下床活动及首次肛门排气时间、术后48h内镇痛泵按压次数(3.55±0.59次)均少于对照组(4.23±0.77次),术后5d QoR-40评分(170.66±10.21分)高于对照组(158.85±9.58分);复合组术后6h、12h、24h、48h的VAS评分均低于对照组,术后12h、24h时两组VAS评分均高于术后6h、术后48h,术后24h时两组VAS评分均高于术后12h;复合组术后3d、1周、2周的EPDS评分均低于对照组,术后1周、2周时两组EPDS评分均低于术后3d,术后2周时两组EPDS评分均低于术后1周(均P<0.05)。术后不良反应发生率复合组(23.3%)与对照组(17.8%)无差异(P>0.05)。结论:艾司氯胺酮复合右美托咪定在高龄肥胖孕妇剖宫产术后应用有较好的镇痛效果,可更好促进产妇术后恢复,缓解术后疼痛,改善术后抑郁程度,且用药安全性较好。 展开更多

目的:观察腹横肌平面阻滞(TAPB)联合患者自控静脉镇痛(PCIA)在剖宫产术后产妇中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年11月至2024年6月该院收治的102例剖宫产产妇进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组各51例。对照组采用PCIA,... 目的:观察腹横肌平面阻滞(TAPB)联合患者自控静脉镇痛(PCIA)在剖宫产术后产妇中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年11月至2024年6月该院收治的102例剖宫产产妇进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组各51例。对照组采用PCIA,观察组在对照组基础上联合TAPB。比较两组围手术期指标(拔管时间、术后24 h内镇痛泵按压次数、肛门排气时间)水平,术后不同时间的疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分,产妇满意度,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组拔管时间、肛门排气时间均短于对照组,术后24 h内镇痛泵按压次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后2、8、12、24 h,观察组活动时和静息时VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇满意度为98.04%(50/51),高于对照组的84.31%(43/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为3.92%(2/51),低于对照组的17.65%(9/51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TAPB联合PCIA应用于剖宫产术后产妇可提高产妇满意度,改善围手术期指标水平,以及降低疼痛程度评分和不良反应发生率,效果优于单纯PCIA。 展开更多

针对我国西部某矿区绿色矿山建设过程中巷道出现的锚杆失效、顶板垮落等问题,基于应力释放理论和FLAC3D数值模拟软件建立了全断面锚固力学模型,与理论解进行对比验证了模型的可靠性。分析了巷道开挖后围岩应力释放过程中塑性区、应力场... 针对我国西部某矿区绿色矿山建设过程中巷道出现的锚杆失效、顶板垮落等问题,基于应力释放理论和FLAC3D数值模拟软件建立了全断面锚固力学模型,与理论解进行对比验证了模型的可靠性。分析了巷道开挖后围岩应力释放过程中塑性区、应力场和位移场的演化规律;探讨了锚杆支护时机对围岩位移控制和锚杆轴力的影响,指出锚杆最佳支护时间;基于锚杆最佳支护时间讨论了锚固密度、锚固长度和锚杆预紧力对围岩位移控制的影响。研究结果表明:巷道开挖后,围岩产生过大的塑性变形是导致巷道破坏的主要原因,对巷道进行锚杆支护时主要控制围岩塑性变形;支护时机对锚固-围岩系统有显著影响,过早支护会导致锚杆轴力过大,增加锚杆破断风险;过晚支护则会导致巷道发生较大变形,影响巷道稳定性。巷道最佳支护时间为围岩应力释放率达到0.80~0.85之间。支护参数优化:提高锚杆支护密度、增大锚杆预紧力对围岩控制效果显著,而增加锚杆长度对围岩位移的约束效果并不明显。因此,对巷道进行锚杆支护时应在确定合理的支护时间的情况下选择短锚杆、高密度和高预紧力的支护方案,确保巷道稳定性和安全性。 展开更多

目的观察智能化病人自控镇痛(Ai-PCA)在择期剖宫产产妇术后的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析2023年1月至2024年3月中山市人民医院收治的200例择期剖宫产术产妇的临床资料,根据术后镇痛方式的不同,将产妇分为观察组110例和对照组90例。两... 目的观察智能化病人自控镇痛(Ai-PCA)在择期剖宫产产妇术后的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析2023年1月至2024年3月中山市人民医院收治的200例择期剖宫产术产妇的临床资料,根据术后镇痛方式的不同,将产妇分为观察组110例和对照组90例。两组产妇均使用术后静脉镇痛,对照组产妇使用传统PCA进行术后镇痛,观察组产妇使用Ai-PCA进行术后镇痛。术后1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h,到床旁对产妇行镇痛访视,记录两组产妇静息疼痛评分、活动疼痛评分及镇静评分,观察术后恢复情况(肛门排气、肠鸣音恢复和下地时间)和不良反应(呼吸抑制、恶心呕吐及瘙痒)发生情况。结果观察组产妇术后1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h的静息疼痛评分分别为(2.24±0.81)分、(2.01±0.65)分、(1.64±0.52)分、(1.05±0.38)分,明显低于对照组的(2.45±0.79)分、(2.37±0.72)分、(1.97±0.53)分、(1.42±0.35)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇术后1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h的活动疼痛评分分别为(3.15±0.83)分、(3.22±0.84)分、(2.24±0.72)分、(1.41±0.53)分,明显低于对照组的(3.64±1.12)分、(3.71±1.23)分、(3.16±0.93)分、(2.24±0.56)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组产妇术后1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h的镇静评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组产妇的肛门排气、肠鸣音恢复及下地时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇术后的不良反应总发生率为5.45%,明显低于对照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Ai-PCA在择期剖宫产术后的应用效果良好,能够显著减轻产妇静息、活动疼痛,同时减少不良反应的发生,具有临床应用价值。 展开更多

目的探讨平衡镇痛用于剖宫产手术的术后镇痛优势以及获得标准化类似临床路径的优良镇痛方案,以便更好地服务临床工作。方法选择在椎管内麻醉下行剖宫产手术的90例患者,根据术后镇痛治疗方式不同分为A组(静脉自控镇痛)、B组(连续硬膜外镇... 目的探讨平衡镇痛用于剖宫产手术的术后镇痛优势以及获得标准化类似临床路径的优良镇痛方案,以便更好地服务临床工作。方法选择在椎管内麻醉下行剖宫产手术的90例患者,根据术后镇痛治疗方式不同分为A组(静脉自控镇痛)、B组(连续硬膜外镇痛)、C组(吗啡单次硬膜外镇痛联合静脉自控镇痛),每组30例。记录并比较三组的手术相关指标、疼痛情况、硬膜外麻醉效果消失时间、舒适度以及不良反应。结果三组的手术时长以及出血量无显著差异(P>0.05)。C组术后6、12、24 h的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于A组和B组(P<0.05);B组术后6、12、24 h的VAS评分低于A组(P<0.05)。三组的硬膜外麻醉效果消失时间无显著差异(P=0.256)。C组术后6、12、24 h的舒适度评分(BCS)评分高于A组和B组(P<0.05);B组术后6、12 h的BCS评分高于A组(P<0.05);A组和B组术后24 h的BCS评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。C组发生不良反应的例数少于A组和B组,B组发生不良反应的例数少于A组;三组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术后行吗啡单次硬膜外镇痛联合静脉自控镇痛的效果确切,且不良反应发生率低,患者舒适度高。 展开更多
