Guan River Estuary and adjacent coastal area(GREC) suffer from serious pollution and eutrophicational problems over the recent years.Thus,reducing the land-based load through the national pollutant total load control ...Guan River Estuary and adjacent coastal area(GREC) suffer from serious pollution and eutrophicational problems over the recent years.Thus,reducing the land-based load through the national pollutant total load control program and developing hydrodynamic and water quality models that can simulate the complex circulation and water quality kinetics within the system,including longitudinal and lateral variations in nutrient and COD concentrations,is a matter of urgency.In this study,a three-dimensional,hydrodynamic,water quality model was developed in GREC,Northern Jiangsu Province.The complex three-dimensional hydrodynamics of GREC were modeled using the unstructured-grid,finite-volume,free-surface,primitive equation coastal ocean circulation model(FVCOM).The water quality model was adapted from the mesocosm nutrients dynamic model in the south Yellow Sea and considers eight compartments:dissolved inorganic nitrogen,soluble reactive phosphorus(SRP),phytoplankton,zooplankton,detritus,dissolved organic nitrogen(DON),dissolved organic phosphorus(DOP),and chemical oxygen demand.The hydrodynamic and water quality models were calibrated and confirmed for 2012 and 2013.A comparison of the model simulations with extensive dataset shows that the models accurately simulate the longitudinal distribution of the hydrodynamics and water quality.The model can be used for total load control management to improve water quality in this area.展开更多

Objective:In 2022,a pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus broke out in Shanghai.A large number of medical personnel were deployed nationwide to support the Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Conventi...Objective:In 2022,a pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus broke out in Shanghai.A large number of medical personnel were deployed nationwide to support the Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Because the of the underdeveloped infrastructure and the disorganized layout process,the phenomenon of infection among medical personnel was rampant given the highly contagious nature of the Omicron variant.This paper discusses the effect of 6S management in infection control management of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Methods:A series of 6S management practices were carried out based on the evaluation of the control management of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai)during the anti-epidemic period,and the effect of the implementation of 6S management was studied based on the rapport among team members and the overall control system process,the management of wearing and stripping channels,the time of wearing protective articles and the psychological and emotional changes of the team members.Results:After the implementation of 6S management mode,the management of dressing room,epidemic prevention materials,and occupational protection awareness and infection control safety were significantly improved.More than 95.5%of the team members believed that improving the working environment in the shelter increased the confidence of victory in the fight against the epidemic,reduced the preparations before entering and leaving the cabin,improved the work efficiency and ensured occupational safety.It ensures the realization of the goal of“zero infection”and is set as a benchmark of control work of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Conclusion:The application of 6S management mode to the shelter infection control management can create and maintain a good working environment in the shelter,promote the implementation effect of various systems and processes of infection control,reduce the potential infection risk in the shelter and improve the efficiency of infection control management.展开更多

Methods: 80 patients were selected as subjects in a hospital. In order to highlight the research results, the selected subjects were equally divided into experimental group and control group, and different nursing measures were used for the patients in the two groups. Tthe patients in the control group used routine nursing methods in the process of infusion treatment, while the experimental group took measures to optimize hospital sensing and control on the basis of routine nursing methods. On the premise of ensuring that other conditions of the two groups of patients do not change, after taking different nursing measures for the two groups of patients, compare the infusion satisfaction of the two groups of patients and the probability of adverse infusion events. Results: the incidence of adverse infusion events was 15.00% in the control group and 2.50% in the experimental group;The satisfaction of infusion nursing in the control group was 77.50%, while that in the experimental group was 95.00% (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of optimized hospital sensing and control management method in the static distribution center can improve patients infusion satisfaction and reduce the probability of adverse infusion reactions. The proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)and the hydrogen hybrid power system are studied by the fuzzy-PID(FPID)controlmethod and the fuzzy-PID controlmethod by Artificial Bee Colony algorithm(ABCFPID),respectivel...The proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)and the hydrogen hybrid power system are studied by the fuzzy-PID(FPID)controlmethod and the fuzzy-PID controlmethod by Artificial Bee Colony algorithm(ABCFPID),respectively.The results reveal that compared with the FPID control method,the temperature overshoot of the PEMFC stack under the ABC-FPID control method is decreased by 0.6%.Moreover,the circulating water flow rate within the full operating envelope(about 3 min)is reduced by 19.46 L,which means the ABC-FPID control method is more effective in regulating the stack temperature.Then,the ABC-FPID control method is proposed to study the hydrogen hybrid power system,and the system output power matching,operating characteristic curve of the fuel cell,state of charge(SOC)of the lithium battery,system efficiency and hydrogen demand are obtained.The results indicate that the maximum system efficiency reaches 46.3%,the average system efficiency is 33.8%,and the average hydrogen demand is 0.192 kg/s.Overall,the ABC-FPID control method can efficiently ensure the stability of the fuel cell’s output power,and actively prompt the lithium battery to fulfill the function of“peak shaving and valley filling”under variable load power conditions.展开更多
The recovery and utilization of ubiquitous low-grade heat are crucial for mitigating the fossil energy crisis.However,uncontrolled spontaneous heat dissipation limits its practical application.Inspired by skeletal mus...The recovery and utilization of ubiquitous low-grade heat are crucial for mitigating the fossil energy crisis.However,uncontrolled spontaneous heat dissipation limits its practical application.Inspired by skeletal muscle thermogenesis,we develop a compressible wood phase change gel with mechano-controlled heat release by infiltrating xylitol gel into wood aerogel.The xylitol gel can store recovered low-grade heat for at least 1 month by leveraging its inherent energy barrier.The hierarchically aligned lamellar structure of wood aerogel facilitates mechanical adaptation,hydrogen bond formation,and energy dissipation between the wood aerogel and the xylitol gel,increasing the compressive strength and toughness of wood phase change gel fivefold compared to xylitol gel.This enhancement effect enables repetitive contact-separation motions between the wood phase change gel and the substrate during radial compression,overcoming the energy barrier and releasing approximately 178.6 J g−1 of heat.As a proof-of-concept,the wood phase change gel serves as the hot side in a thermoelectric generator,providing about 2.13 W m^(−2) of clean electricity by the controlled utilization of recovered solar heat.This study presents a sustainable method to achieve off-grid electricity generation through the controlled utilization of recovered low-grade heat.展开更多
Purpose:This study provides a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the environmental management control tools literature.It seeks to summarize this body of literature’s growth and identify the most influential auth...Purpose:This study provides a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the environmental management control tools literature.It seeks to summarize this body of literature’s growth and identify the most influential authors,journals,and articles in this field.The main objective of this article is to determine which tools are most prominent in the literature.Methodology/approach:The study examined 541 articles published in 126 academically indexed journals in the Scopus database.The analyzed timeframe covers the period from 2011 to 2023.We used VOSviewer software for statistical calculations to map the collaborations among authors and journals and to develop a conceptual and intellectual map of the field.Results:Our findings show that the literature on environmental management control tools is flourishing.The authors who dominated this period are mainly Schaltegger,Sala,and Ulgiati.The Journal of Cleaner Production is the primary source of publications,with an astounding 241 documents.The United States attained the leading position in terms of publication with 86 documents,which explains its willingness to collaborate with other countries,followed by China and Australia with 70 and 66 papers,respectively.Finally,bibliometric analysis shows that“life cycle assessment”,“cost-benefit analysis”,and“sustainability reporting”are the most prominent tools in research on this topic.Originality/value:This article provides several starting points for researchers and practitioners investigating environmental management control tools.It contributes to broadening the field’s vision and then offers recommendations for future studies.展开更多

This new approach facilitates content distribution ...Information-Centric Networking(ICN) has recently emerged as a result of the increased demand to access contents regardless of their location in the network services. This new approach facilitates content distribution as a service of the network with lower delay and higher security in comparison with the current IP network. Applying ICN in current IP infrastructure leads to major complexities. One approach to deploy ICN with less complexity is to integrate ICN with Software Defined Networking(SDN). The SDN controller manages the content distribution, caching, and routing based on the users' requests. In this paper, we extend these context by addressing the ICN topology management problem over the SDN network to achieve an improved user experience as well as network performance. In particular, a centralized controller is designed to construct and manage the ICN overlay. Experimental results indicate that this adopted topology management strategy achieves high performance, in terms of low failure in interest satisfaction and reduced download time compared to a plain ICN.展开更多

文摘Objective: to explore the influence of optimizing hospital sensing and control management of static distribution center on infusion quality. Methods: 80 patients were selected as subjects in a hospital. In order to highlight the research results, the selected subjects were equally divided into experimental group and control group, and different nursing measures were used for the patients in the two groups. Tthe patients in the control group used routine nursing methods in the process of infusion treatment, while the experimental group took measures to optimize hospital sensing and control on the basis of routine nursing methods. On the premise of ensuring that other conditions of the two groups of patients do not change, after taking different nursing measures for the two groups of patients, compare the infusion satisfaction of the two groups of patients and the probability of adverse infusion events. Results: the incidence of adverse infusion events was 15.00% in the control group and 2.50% in the experimental group;The satisfaction of infusion nursing in the control group was 77.50%, while that in the experimental group was 95.00% (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of optimized hospital sensing and control management method in the static distribution center can improve patients infusion satisfaction and reduce the probability of adverse infusion reactions. Therefore, this method is worthy of comprehensive promotion and application in the hospital.

文摘The development of global economic integration has promoted the deepening of enterprise reform. The pace of reform has brought vitality to enterprises. Many enterprises seize the opportunity to develop economy. However, some small and medium-sized enterprises, driven by interests, ignore the existence of risks. Some enterprises illegal behaviors and fraud cases often occur, which have attracted the attention of relevant departments. Five ministries and commissions of the state have successively issued basic standards for internal control management of enterprises and corresponding application guidelines, with the aim of standardizing enterprise management and making it move to a new level. However, the role of internal control management in the actual work is far from satisfactory, so I would like to analyze it here, hoping to improve the level of internal control management and promote the healthy development of the enterprise.

文摘The proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)and the hydrogen hybrid power system are studied by the fuzzy-PID(FPID)controlmethod and the fuzzy-PID controlmethod by Artificial Bee Colony algorithm(ABCFPID),respectively.The results reveal that compared with the FPID control method,the temperature overshoot of the PEMFC stack under the ABC-FPID control method is decreased by 0.6%.Moreover,the circulating water flow rate within the full operating envelope(about 3 min)is reduced by 19.46 L,which means the ABC-FPID control method is more effective in regulating the stack temperature.Then,the ABC-FPID control method is proposed to study the hydrogen hybrid power system,and the system output power matching,operating characteristic curve of the fuel cell,state of charge(SOC)of the lithium battery,system efficiency and hydrogen demand are obtained.The results indicate that the maximum system efficiency reaches 46.3%,the average system efficiency is 33.8%,and the average hydrogen demand is 0.192 kg/s.Overall,the ABC-FPID control method can efficiently ensure the stability of the fuel cell’s output power,and actively prompt the lithium battery to fulfill the function of“peak shaving and valley filling”under variable load power conditions.

文摘The recovery and utilization of ubiquitous low-grade heat are crucial for mitigating the fossil energy crisis.However,uncontrolled spontaneous heat dissipation limits its practical application.Inspired by skeletal muscle thermogenesis,we develop a compressible wood phase change gel with mechano-controlled heat release by infiltrating xylitol gel into wood aerogel.The xylitol gel can store recovered low-grade heat for at least 1 month by leveraging its inherent energy barrier.The hierarchically aligned lamellar structure of wood aerogel facilitates mechanical adaptation,hydrogen bond formation,and energy dissipation between the wood aerogel and the xylitol gel,increasing the compressive strength and toughness of wood phase change gel fivefold compared to xylitol gel.This enhancement effect enables repetitive contact-separation motions between the wood phase change gel and the substrate during radial compression,overcoming the energy barrier and releasing approximately 178.6 J g−1 of heat.As a proof-of-concept,the wood phase change gel serves as the hot side in a thermoelectric generator,providing about 2.13 W m^(−2) of clean electricity by the controlled utilization of recovered solar heat.This study presents a sustainable method to achieve off-grid electricity generation through the controlled utilization of recovered low-grade heat.
文摘Purpose:This study provides a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of the environmental management control tools literature.It seeks to summarize this body of literature’s growth and identify the most influential authors,journals,and articles in this field.The main objective of this article is to determine which tools are most prominent in the literature.Methodology/approach:The study examined 541 articles published in 126 academically indexed journals in the Scopus database.The analyzed timeframe covers the period from 2011 to 2023.We used VOSviewer software for statistical calculations to map the collaborations among authors and journals and to develop a conceptual and intellectual map of the field.Results:Our findings show that the literature on environmental management control tools is flourishing.The authors who dominated this period are mainly Schaltegger,Sala,and Ulgiati.The Journal of Cleaner Production is the primary source of publications,with an astounding 241 documents.The United States attained the leading position in terms of publication with 86 documents,which explains its willingness to collaborate with other countries,followed by China and Australia with 70 and 66 papers,respectively.Finally,bibliometric analysis shows that“life cycle assessment”,“cost-benefit analysis”,and“sustainability reporting”are the most prominent tools in research on this topic.Originality/value:This article provides several starting points for researchers and practitioners investigating environmental management control tools.It contributes to broadening the field’s vision and then offers recommendations for future studies.

The connotation of Internet of Things and its impact on cold chain logistics equipment management and control were ana- lyzed from external form to internal nature. Through introducing the value chain and relevant equipments of cold chain logistics, the correlation between the main technologies in Internet of Things and the common indices for cold chain logistics equipment management and control was analyzed in detail. The application values of Internet of Things technologies in cold chain logistics equipment management and control were illustrated, including the sample analysis on the application of radio-frequency identification (RFID). After the establishment of BSC performance evaluation index system of cold chain logistics equipment management and control, the optimization measures and suggestions on cold chain logistics equipment management and control under Internet of Things were put forward.

文摘Information-Centric Networking(ICN) has recently emerged as a result of the increased demand to access contents regardless of their location in the network services. This new approach facilitates content distribution as a service of the network with lower delay and higher security in comparison with the current IP network. Applying ICN in current IP infrastructure leads to major complexities. One approach to deploy ICN with less complexity is to integrate ICN with Software Defined Networking(SDN). The SDN controller manages the content distribution, caching, and routing based on the users' requests. In this paper, we extend these context by addressing the ICN topology management problem over the SDN network to achieve an improved user experience as well as network performance. In particular, a centralized controller is designed to construct and manage the ICN overlay. Experimental results indicate that this adopted topology management strategy achieves high performance, in terms of low failure in interest satisfaction and reduced download time compared to a plain ICN.

文摘In order to solve the problems of poor informationflow,low energy utilization rate and energy consumption data reuse in the heavy equipment industrial park,the Internet of Things(IoT)technology is applied to construct the intelligent energy management and control system(IEMCS).The application architecture and function module planning are analyzed and designed.Furthermore,the IEMCS scheme is not unique due to the fuzziness of customer demand and the understanding deviation of designer to customer demand in the design stage.Scheme assessment is of great significance for the normal subsequent implementation of the system.A fuzzy assessment method for IEMCS scheme alternatives is proposed to achieve scheme selection.Fuzzy group decision using triangular fuzzy number to express the vague assessment of experts is adopted to determine the index value.TOPSIS is modified by replacing Euclidean distance with contact vector distance in IEMCS scheme alternative assessment.An experiment with eight IEMCS scheme alternatives in a heavy equipment industrial park is given for the validation.The experiment result shows that eight IEMCS scheme alternatives can be assessed.Through the comparisons with other methods,the reliability of the results obtained by the proposed method is discussed.
