The traditional guidance law only guarantees the accuracy of attacking a target.However,the look angle and acceleration constraints are indispensable in applications.A new adaptive three-dimensional proportional navigation(PN)guidance law is proposed based on convex optimization.Decomposition of the three-dimensional space is carried out to establish threedimensional kinematic engagements.The constraints and the performance index are disposed by using the convex optimization method.PN guidance gains can be obtained by solving the optimization problem.This solution is more rapid and programmatic than the traditional method and provides a foundation for future online guidance methods,which is of great value for engineering applications. 展开更多

[Objective]Under the combined impact of climate change and urbanization,urban rainstorm flood disasters occur frequently,seriously restricting urban safety and sustainable development.Relying on traditional grey infrastructure such as pipe networks for urban stormwater management is not enough to deal with urban rainstorm flood disasters under extreme rainfall events.The integration of green,grey and blue systems(GGB-integrated system)is gradually gaining recognition in the field of global flood prevention.It is necessary to further clarify the connotation,technical and engineering implementation strategies of the GGB-integrated system,to provide support for the resilient city construction.[Methods]Through literature retrieval and analysis,the relevant research and progress related to the layout optimization and joint scheduling optimization of the GGBintegrated system were systematically reviewed.In response to existing limitations and future engineering application requirements,key supporting technologies including the utilization of overground emergency storage spaces,safety protection of underground important infrastructure and multi-departmental collaboration,were proposed.A layout optimization framework and a joint scheduling framework for the GGB-integrated system were also developed.[Results]Current research on layout optimization predominantly focuses on the integration of green system and grey system,with relatively fewer studies incorporating blue system infrastructure into the optimization process.Moreover,these studies tend to be on a smaller scale with simpler scenarios,which do not fully capture the complexity of real-world systems.Additionally,optimization objective tend to prioritize environmental and economic goals,while social and ecological factors are less frequently considered.Current research on joint scheduling optimization is often limited to small-scale plots,with insufficient attention paid to the entire system.There is a deficiency in method for real-time,automated determination of optimal control strategies for combinations of multiple system facilities based on actual rainfall-runoff processes.Additionally,the application of emergency facilities during extreme conditions is not sufficiently addressed.Furthermore,both layout optimization and joint scheduling optimization lack consideration of the mute feed effect of flood and waterlogging in urban,watershed and regional scales.[Conclusion]Future research needs to improve the theoretical framework for layout optimization and joint scheduling optimization of GGB-integrated system.Through the comprehensive application of the Internet of things,artificial intelligence,coupling model development,multi-scale analysis,multi-scenario simulation,and the establishment of multi-departmental collaboration mechanisms,it can enhance the flood resilience of urban areas in response to rainfall events of varying intensities,particularly extreme rainfall events. 展开更多

First, the scene changes are detected by the average absolute difference of the brightness histograms between the adjacent frames. Then, the bit allocation and quantization parameters are adjusted, using a certain threshold. In addition, the calculation of the mean absolute difference (MAD) is modified in an alternative way, which makes the rate distortion optimization (RDO) more accurate. Extensive simulation results show that the proposed method, compared with G012, can improve the average peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) and moderate the image quality. 展开更多

Firstly, a maneuvering model for near-space hypersonic aircraft is given. Then, the aircraft acceleration prediction can be obtained using this model with two neural networks. By using the target acceleration prediction, which is taken into account when calculating the Zero Effort Miss(ZEM), an optimal sliding-mode guidance law is proposed to fulfill the guidance task. An adaptive sliding-mode switch term is designed to deal with actuator saturation and prediction errors. Finally, numerical simulations show that the proposed guidance law can reduce the energy consumption and the terminal acceleration command of the interceptor effectively. 展开更多

The simulation is provided to indicate that when the air ammunition reaches the target, its line-of-sight (LOS) and LOS angular rate can nearly equal zero. The system dynamics has a general correlation between system and measurement noise. And the risk-sensitive cost contains a general quadratic term (with cross terms and extra linear terms). The explicit solution of such a problem is presented here using the output feedback control method. This clean and direct derivation enables one to convert such partial observable problems into the equivalent complete observable control problems and use the routine ways to solve them. 展开更多

A dynamic programming-sequential quadratic programming(DP-SQP)combined algorithm is proposed to address the problem that the traditional continuous control method has high computational complexity and is easy to fall into local optimal solution.To solve the globally optimal control law sequence,we use the dynamic programming algorithm to discretize the separation control decision-making process into a series of sub-stages based on the time characteristics of the separation allocation model,and recursion from the end stage to the initial stage.The sequential quadratic programming algorithm is then used to solve the optimal return function and the optimal control law for each sub-stage.Comparative simulations of the combined algorithm and the traditional algorithm are designed to validate the superiority of the combined algorithm.Aircraft-following and cross-conflict simulation examples are created to demonstrate the combined algorithm’s adaptability to various conflict scenarios.The simulation results demonstrate the separation deploy strategy’s effectiveness,efficiency,and adaptability. 展开更多

An enhanced least mean square(LMS)error identification algorithm integrated with Kalman filtering is proposed to resolve accuracy degradation induced by nonlinear dynamics and parameter uncertainties in continuous rotary electro-hydraulic servo systems.This enhancement accelerates convergence and improves accuracy compared with traditional LMS.A fifth-order identification mod-el is developed based on valve-controlled hydraulic motors,with parameters identified using Kalman filter state estimation and gradient smoothing.The results indicate that the improved LMS effectively enhances parameter identification.An advanced disturbance rejection controller(ADRC)is de-signed,and its performance is compared with an optimal proportional integral derivative(PID)con-troller through Simulink simulations.The results show that the ADRC fulfills the control specifications and expands the system’s operational bandwidth. 展开更多

城市特长隧道车道动态最优管理策略研究

Both the design process and form of the three-dimensional (3D) suboptimal guidance law (3DSGL) are very complex. Therefore, we propose the use of two-dimensional (2D) guidance laws to meet the guidance requirements of 3D space. By analyzing the relationship between the flight-path angle and its projections on OXY and OXZ planes, we obtain the ideal design requirements of the guidance laws. Based on the requirements, we design a 2D suboptimal guidance law used in the horizontal plane; combining the 2D vertical suboptimal guidance law, we create a whole ballistic simulation of six degree-of-freedom. The results are compared with those using other three guidance modes in the case of large windage of the initial azimuth angle. When the proportional navigation guidance (PNG) law is used in the horizontal planes, the landing angle will obviously decrease. With the proposed guidance mode, the large landing angle can be realized and meet the guidance precision requirements. Moreover, the required overload can decrease to meet the control requirement. The effects of the proposed guidance mode are close to that of 3DSGL despite its very simple form. 展开更多

The purpose of this paper is to introduce to you, the Western people, nowadays a “widely unknown” Japanese thermodynamicist by the name of Motoyosi Sugita and his study on the thermodynamics of transient phenomena and his theory of life. This is because although he was one of the top theoretical physicists in Japan before, during and after WWII and after WWII he promoted the establishment of the biophysical society of Japan as one of the founding members, he himself and his studies themselves have seemed to be totally forgotten nowadays in spite that his study was absolutely important for the study of life. Therefore, in this paper I would like to present what kind of person he was and what he studied in physics as a review on the physics work of Motoyosi Sugita for the first time. I will follow his past studies to introduce his ideas in theoretical physics as well as in biophysics as follows: He proposed the bright ideas such as the quasi-static change in the broad sense, the virtual heat, and the field of chemical potential etc. in order to establish his own theory of thermodynamics of transient phenomena, as the generalization of the Onsager-Prigogine’s theory of the irreversible processes. By the concept of the field of chemical potential that acquired the nonlinear transport, he was seemingly successful to exceed and go beyond the scope of Onsager and Prigogine. Once he established his thermodynamics, he explored the existence of the 4th law of thermodynamics for the foundation of theory of life. He applied it to broad categories of transient phenomena including life and life being such as the theory of metabolism. He regarded the 4th law of thermodynamics as the maximum principle in transient phenomena. He tried to prove it all life long. Since I have recently found that his maximum principle can be included in more general maximum principle, which was known as the Pontryagin’s maximum principle in the theory of optimal control, I would like to explain such theories produced by Motoyosi Sugita as detailed as possible. And also I have put short history of Motoyosi Sugita’s personal life in order for you to know him well. With the increase of the interest in solar sailing, it is required to provide a basis for future detailed planetary escape mission analysis by drawing together prior work, clarifying and explaining previously anomalies. In this paper, a technique for escaping the Earth by using a solar sail is developed and numerically simulated. The spacecraft is initially in a geosynchronous transfer orbit (GTO). Blended solar sail analytical control law, explicitly independent of time, are then presented, which provide near-optimal escape trajectories and maintain a safe minimum altitude and which are suitable as a potential autonomous onboard controller. This control law is investigated from a range of initial conditions and is shown to maintain the optimality previously demonstrated by the use of a single-energy gain control law but without the risk of planetary collision. Finally, it is shown that the blending solar sail analytical control law is suitable for solar sail on-board autonomously control system. 展开更多

飞跨电容型三电平Buck变换器因具有输出电压电流谐波小、开关管电压应力小等优势在轨道交通储能系统中被广泛应用。为保证其中点电位平衡的同时提高其输出电流、电压品质,在对输出电压与飞跨电容电压解耦的基础上提出一种模型预测控制... 飞跨电容型三电平Buck变换器因具有输出电压电流谐波小、开关管电压应力小等优势在轨道交通储能系统中被广泛应用。为保证其中点电位平衡的同时提高其输出电流、电压品质,在对输出电压与飞跨电容电压解耦的基础上提出一种模型预测控制与自抗扰控制相结合的双闭环控制方法。电流内环采用引入飞跨电容电压调节速率因子的连续集模型预测控制策略,该方法开关频率固定,不需要调节评价函数的权重系数,能降低控制器设计难度,通过微调开关管占空比实现对外恒流充电工况和中点电位平衡控制,利用李雅普诺夫理论分析了内环的稳定性。电压外环采用基于粒子群参数寻优的自抗扰控制器,实时估计并补偿负载突变等扰动,改善系统的抗扰能力,满足对外恒压充电工况的需求。这种双闭环结构限制了变换器最大峰值电流,保证了变换器可靠运行。在50 kHz开关频率下进行仿真和半实物实验,结果表明所提控制策略将飞跨电容电压稳定在输入电压的一半,保证了中点电位平衡,在此基础上实现了恒流和恒压输出。其中,对于输出电流单环控制,模型预测控制与PI控制器相比表现出更快的响应速度;对于电压电流双闭环控制,所提控制策略的响应时间比PI双闭环控制提升了44%,当输入电压和负载电阻发生突变时,所提控制策略与PI控制相比输出电压超调量更小、调节时间更短。 展开更多

考虑风险预测的轮毂电机车辆紧急换道避障与稳定性控制

[目标]为在轮毂电机智能车辆高速紧急换道避障时,实现避障安全、车辆操稳和轨迹精确,提出了一种基于换道风险预测的路径规划和路径跟踪控制策略。[方法]首先,基于自车行驶环境搭建了双模糊动态辨识风险预测模型,评估是否换道避障。其次,提出了基于五次多项式的避障规划路径算法,并采用拉格朗日乘子法规划最优轨迹。然后,为提高路径跟踪精度,设计了基于模型预测的横向位移跟踪控制器;为提升路径跟踪横向稳定性,设计了以期望参数偏差最小为目标的优化积分滑模控制器,计算所需横摆补偿力矩;为保持避障过程纵向车速稳定,开发了车速自适应模糊PI控制器,以决策所需纵向调节力矩。最后,基于横纵向力矩约束,对轮毂电机各轮力矩实现调节。[结果]72 km/h工况下,换道横向跟踪误差控制在0.18 m内,稳态误差控制在4.3%内,避障时间为1.5 s,自适应PI纵向车速控制偏差在0.12 m/s内;100 km/h工况下,横向跟踪误差控制在0.46 m内,车辆恢复稳定用时为2.3 s,反观对比控制策略,其在高速工况下出现了失稳问题。[结论]本研究控制策略在中高速工况下有效避障,并且在避障过程中保持车身稳定性及轨迹跟踪精度,提升了换道避障安全性。 展开更多

珠江三角洲联围地区经济高度发达,但受极端天气、海平面上升及泄洪格局变化综合影响,防洪潮形势严峻。以广州市南沙区为典型联围研究对象,剖析上游西江、北江泄洪格局演变及外海潮位变化对防洪潮的影响,分别提出防洪能力提升的工程方案... 珠江三角洲联围地区经济高度发达,但受极端天气、海平面上升及泄洪格局变化综合影响,防洪潮形势严峻。以广州市南沙区为典型联围研究对象,剖析上游西江、北江泄洪格局演变及外海潮位变化对防洪潮的影响,分别提出防洪能力提升的工程方案和防潮能力提升的工程方案,构建河网一维非恒定流数学模型进行方案分析论证。结果表明:(1)1990年后北江三水站分流比显著增加(均值由15.5%升至21.8%),叠加河道下切与洪水归槽效应,加剧南沙区外江防洪压力;外海潮位以3.6 mm/a速率持续上升,南沙区附近测站200年一遇设计潮位抬升0.58~0.66 m,导致现有堤防防潮能力被动降低。(2)提出思贤滘分流比调控防洪工程方案,将50年一遇以上洪水条件下的三水站分流比调控至22.6%,有利于缓解南沙区外江防洪压力。(3)提出南沙区纯堤防防潮工程方案和联围筑闸防潮工程方案,对比分析后推荐联围筑闸方案,对珠江三角洲主要水道节点防洪水位、分流比影响不大。研究成果可为珠江三角洲典型联围地区防洪潮工程优化提供参考。 展开更多

针对永磁同步电机使用传统控制动态响应慢、电流脉动大等问题,改进了一种基于黏菌优化算法的新型双幂次滑模积分速度控制器的模型预测控制算法。首先,速度环采用一种新型双幂次趋近律的滑模速度控制器,使其更加准确的控制电机的运转,并... 针对永磁同步电机使用传统控制动态响应慢、电流脉动大等问题,改进了一种基于黏菌优化算法的新型双幂次滑模积分速度控制器的模型预测控制算法。首先,速度环采用一种新型双幂次趋近律的滑模速度控制器,使其更加准确的控制电机的运转,并通过Lyapunov函数验证其稳定性。其次,利用黏菌优化算法优化dq轴PI控制器的参数,可以快速找到最优的PI参数。同时通过电流模型预测控制,使电流脉动减小。最后,从微观的角度绘制了dq轴电流与电机转速n的三维相图,进一步验证了控制器的有效性。仿真结果表明,与传统PI-MPC、SMC-MPC及NSMC方法相比,所提方法NSMC-MPC在动态响应速度、调速稳定性和抗干扰能力方面具有显著优势,能显著减小超调和电流脉动,提升动态性能及负载适应能力。 展开更多
