Real-time monitoring and investigation in fields showed that the disease starting period of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum in mechanical direct seeding fields was earlier. Disease conditions rose with the advancing growth stage, which grew more quickly during the early stage of anthesis, flower withering period and early si- lique mature period. Yield less rate increased with the increasing stem disease rate and disease index. Yield loss rate( Y1 ) had extremely significant correlation with stem disease rate(X1 )and disease index(X2 ), and the related models were Y1 = 0. 544 330 2X1 -2. 316 1 (n = 14, r --0. 986 0 * * )and YI = 0. 673 408 X2 - 1. 016 4 ( n = 14 ,r = 0.977 2 ~ * ), respectively. Disease control indexes for one time control against S. sclerotlorum in mechanical direct seeding fields were stem disease rate as 11.8% and disease index as 7.6, respectively. The control indexes for twice control against the disease were stem disease rate as 16.8% and disease index as 11.7. This paper provided a new scientific basis for preventing S. sclerotiorum in mechanical direct seeding fields. 展开更多

[Method] Through artificial control of insects in field, four different insect volume gradients were set, the effects of different C. medinalis amounts on leaf roll rate and yield loss of Wuyunjing No.23 were determined. [Result] The results showed that within the range of 0-20 head/hill, as the amounts of insect increased, rice yield decreased, leaf roll rate and rice yield loss rate increased. According to 3% economic permit loss rate, the control index of C. medinalis on Wuyunjing No.23 was 173 head/hill. [Conclusion] The study would provide theoretical basis for effective controlling of six-fourth generation C. medinalis in Yangzhou district. 展开更多

During the past ten years, a marine controlled source electromagnetic(CSEM) method has been developed rapidly as a technology for hydrocarbon exploration. For shallow water environments, two CSEM data acquisition systems: Seabed Logging(SBL) and towed streamer electromagnetics(TSEM) have been developed in recent years. The purpose is to compare the performance of the SBL and TSEM systems at different water depths. Three different methods for the comparison are presented. The first method is a quick one dimensional sensitivity modelling. As a result, the sensitivity of marine CSEM data increases with water depth for the SBL system. Further, the sensitivity decreases with the increasing water depth for the TSEM system. The two other methods use two dimensional synthetic data from a simple 2-D isotropic model. The second method is a reservoir sensitivity index(RSI) method which has been developed to provide a quick comparison of the two systems. The RSI is calculated as the amplitude of the scattered field dividing by data uncertainty. From the calculations, it is found that with the increasing water depth RSI increases for the SBL system, while it decreases for the TSEM system. The third method uses Occam's inversion, and applies an anomaly transverse resistance(ATR) ratio for evaluating the resulting resistivity image. In shallow water environments, the resolution of the CSEM inversion results is good for both the SBL and TSEM systems. In deep water environments, the resolution of the CSEM inversion is better for the SBL system than for the TSEM system. The ATR ratios of the resistivity images show the similar conclusion. The SBL data acquisition system has an advantage in deep water environments. The TSEM system, on the other hand, is preferable for the shallow water environments. 展开更多

Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignancies of the digestive system,and the number of deaths continues to increase.The standardized management of the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer is challenging due to the great differences in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer in different regions.The Gastric Cancer Expert Committee of the National Cancer Quality Control Center(NCQCC)identified a lack of authoritative quality control standards as an opportunity to utilize its multidisciplinary membership to improve the standardized diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.The Gastric Cancer Expert Committee of the NCQCC aims to promote quality control and national standardization,uniformity,and normalization of gastric cancer diagnosis and treatment,which ultimately improved the survival rate and quality of life of gastric cancer patients.A panel of experts with gastrointestinal cancer surgery,gastrointestinal cancer medicine,medical imaging,pathology and radiotherapy were drawn together and determined the quality control standards for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.The authors then utilized a modified Delphi approach to generate consensus recommendations. 展开更多

After decades of researches and discussions on occurrence regularity and control technology of citrus psyl id (Diaphorina citri Kuwayana) and Liberobacter asi-aticum, the occurrence regularity and sampling technique of citrus psyl id in orange forests in Taizhou was defined and the connections between the infection rate and carrying rate of citrus psyl id and Liberobacter asiaticum as wel as the correlations between the Liberobacter asiaticum and citrus yield loss were discussed. This paper discussed the warnings of Liberobacter asiaticum and citrus psylid control index, the economic life span of orange forests was then predicted by building the diseases spreading models with different management styles. At last, the paper put forward the comprehensive prevention and control technology and the concept that Liber-obacter asiaticum was preventable and control able. 展开更多

基于CMI的多重耐药菌感染精准防控对策研究

目的探讨基于病例组合指数(CMI)的多重耐药菌(MDRO)感染精准防控对策的应用效果,为优化医院感染管理模式、降低MDRO感染负担提供解决方案。方法选取2023年1月—12月安福县中医院医院院感科32例MDRO感染患者为研究对象,通过CMI对科室MDR... 目的探讨基于病例组合指数(CMI)的多重耐药菌(MDRO)感染精准防控对策的应用效果,为优化医院感染管理模式、降低MDRO感染负担提供解决方案。方法选取2023年1月—12月安福县中医院医院院感科32例MDRO感染患者为研究对象,通过CMI对科室MDRO感染率进行标准化调整,筛选出重症监护病房、呼吸内科等6个高风险科室。于2024年1月—6月开展基线调查,通过根因分析明确感染发生率高的影响因素,于2024年7月—12月实施包含硬件升级、培训考核、智能监测及信息化管控等多维度的干预方案。观察CMI调整前后MDRO感染发生率、防控措施执行情况及抗菌药物使用指标的变化,并进行科室亚组分析。结果CMI调整后,6个高风险科室MDRO感染总发生率从3.62%(17/469)降至1.61%(9/559)(P<0.05),其中重症监护病房降幅最大;接触隔离措施落实率、手卫生依从率、手卫生正确率均显著提高,棉拭子采样标本阳性率显著降低(P<0.05);抗菌药物使用率和使用强度均显著降低(P<0.05)。亚组分析显示,不同科室干预效果存在差异,呼吸内科手卫生依从率提升最显著,重症监护病房抗菌药物使用强度降幅最大。结论基于CMI的MDRO精准防控对策可显著降低感染发生率,提升防控措施执行率,促进抗菌药物合理使用,且能体现不同科室的干预响应差异,为医院感染精细化管理提供科学、有效的新方法。 展开更多

Using explicit formulas for the optimal stationary policies and for the value functions, the stability index is explicitly calculated and through statistical techniques its asymptotic behavior is investigated (using numerical experiments) when the discount coefficient approaches 1. 种籽类油脂是人类膳食脂质的重要来源,其加工工艺与品质评价技术直接关系到营养价值与食品安全。本文系统梳理了近年来国内外种籽类油脂制取工艺与品质评价技术的研究进展。首先,对传统机械压榨、溶剂浸出等传统制油工艺的应用现状与关... 种籽类油脂是人类膳食脂质的重要来源,其加工工艺与品质评价技术直接关系到营养价值与食品安全。本文系统梳理了近年来国内外种籽类油脂制取工艺与品质评价技术的研究进展。首先,对传统机械压榨、溶剂浸出等传统制油工艺的应用现状与关键参数进行了总结,指出其在能耗、出油率及品质保持方面的优势与局限。其次,重点介绍了超临界流体萃取、酶辅助联合工艺、微波/超声强化以及低温冷榨、微生物发酵等现代制油技术在提升出油效率、保持活性成分及绿色化生产方面的最新进展。围绕品质控制与评价,本文重点归纳了理化指标(酸值、过氧化值、皂化值)、感官特性(色泽与气味)、脂肪酸组成、植物甾醇与多酚含量等关键参数,以及安全性与氧化稳定性的多维度评价体系。研究表明,工艺优化与多指标协同评价是保障种籽类油脂营养与安全的核心方向。最后,本文提出未来应加强绿色加工与数字化智能检测的融合研究,以实现高品质、可持续的种籽类油脂产业升级。 展开更多

基于双层优化模型的火-储协同调频性能研究

【目的】为使火电机组更好地应对新型能源迅速发展下对原有电网结构带来的冲击,提升火电机组运行的稳定性与经济性,提出构建基于火电机组实时功率预测及储能功率模糊控制分配的火-储调频双层优化模型。【方法】该模型上层利用频率偏差... 【目的】为使火电机组更好地应对新型能源迅速发展下对原有电网结构带来的冲击,提升火电机组运行的稳定性与经济性,提出构建基于火电机组实时功率预测及储能功率模糊控制分配的火-储调频双层优化模型。【方法】该模型上层利用频率偏差分解与火电实时功率预测优化功率基准,有效克服了机组响应时延;下层引入模糊逻辑控制策略,实现功率的自适应精准分配。在此基础上,利用多目标遗传算法对储能容量配置方案进行寻优求解,并以系统频率波动程度等指标为依据,对不同控制策略下的调频性能进行量化评价。以600 MW火电机组为研究对象,通过算法求得最优储能配置为:飞轮储能功率8.5 MW、容量1.3 MW·h,锂电池储能功率3.6 MW、容量14.6 MW·h。该配置对应的总投资成本为2.027 7×10^(5)万元,可在400 s调频周期内实际收益850.95元。【结果】通过MATLAB/Simulink软件进行仿真验证后,得出在阶跃扰动下,火-储协同双层优化策略使系统频率波动程度降至4.826×10^(-2)Hz,较火电机组独立调频下降38.53%,功率波动平均绝对偏差降至4.224 MW,较独立运行降幅达32.57%;而在连续扰动下系统频率波动程度减小19.31%,功率波动平均绝对偏差下降78.71%,实际贡献电量增加0.527 MW·h。【结论】火-储协同双层优化控制策略既有效平抑了系统频率与功率波动,缓解了火电机组调频压力,又提升了储能系统利用效率与调频经济效益,为火电灵活性改造提供了新的技术升级方向。 展开更多

In order to study whether the intemal control of enterprises is effective, this paper studies the relationship between the quality of internal control and the performance of the company in 2012-2015, in which 61 listed companies in China's Shanghai traffic transportation industry are studied. The results show that the quality of internal control has a significant positive correlation with the financial performance of enterprises. In particular, the internal control is significantly correlated with the company's growth ability, and the internal control is positively correlated with the profitability of the company. This research provides empirical data and decision-making basis for the state to deepen the construction of internal control system and strengthen internal control management of enterprises. 展开更多

识别封江口水库富营养化现象发生的主要区域及其驱动因子,可为湖北省鄂北地区水资源配置工程在线调节水库水质保护提供指导。以封江口水库为研究区域,开展水质监测和气象水文数据收集工作,采用综合营养状态指数法和偏最小二乘回归法,分... 识别封江口水库富营养化现象发生的主要区域及其驱动因子,可为湖北省鄂北地区水资源配置工程在线调节水库水质保护提供指导。以封江口水库为研究区域,开展水质监测和气象水文数据收集工作,采用综合营养状态指数法和偏最小二乘回归法,分析封江口水库营养状态时空变化特征及其影响因素。研究结果表明,高锰酸盐指数(COD_(Mn)),氨氮(NH_(3)-N)、总磷(TP)、总氮(TN)和叶绿素a浓度等指标存在明显时空差异,其中灌溉期高于其他时期,封江口河和沙河店河河口区域高于其他水域,是封江口水库污染物管控的重点时段和水域。灌溉期封江口河和沙河店河口区域的营养状态为轻度富营养化,贡献度分析结果表明:COD_(Mn)、TN浓度和氮磷比(TN/TP)是影响封江口河河口区域富营养化现象的主要水质指标,其贡献度分别为20.6%、11.0%、9.3%;TP浓度、NH_(3)-N浓度、pH值和TN浓度是影响沙河店河河口区域富营养化现象的主要水质指标,其贡献度分别为15.6%、12.3%、10.1%、8.3%,基于此,提出了灌溉期流域面源污染削减、库湾藻类生物量调控、水环境监测与智慧化管理等建议。 展开更多

早发冠心病家族史对青年冠心病患者危险因素控制的影响

目的:评估早发冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)家族史是否推动青年CHD患者危险因素控制,并降低再发心肌梗死的风险。方法:采用回顾性队列研究设计,连续纳入2022年10月至2023年10月就诊于首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院心血管内科门诊... 目的:评估早发冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)家族史是否推动青年CHD患者危险因素控制,并降低再发心肌梗死的风险。方法:采用回顾性队列研究设计,连续纳入2022年10月至2023年10月就诊于首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院心血管内科门诊的18~44岁初发CHD患者1013例,分析早发CHD家族史与危险因素控制及再发心肌梗死的相关性。结果:早发CHD家族史阳性率为10.6%(107/1013),父系遗传占主导(73.5%,79/107)。基线时家族史阳性组和阴性组在发病时年龄、性别、危险因素、心肌梗死病史、病变血管支数、二级预防用药等关键指标的差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。随访调查时家族史阴性组在LDL-C控制[(2.3±0.9)vs.(2.5±0.9)mmol/L,P=0.038]和控烟(不吸烟:65.0%vs.53.3%,P=0.017)方面显著优于阳性组。校正年龄、性别及随访调查时危险因素后,家族史阳性未提高综合危险因素控制达标率(≥4项达标:OR=0.78,95%CI:0.48~1.25),亦未增加再发心肌梗死风险(校正OR=1.10,95%CI:0.55~2.19)。不吸烟(OR=0.43,95%CI:0.28~0.68)及糖化血红蛋白达标(HbA1c<7%:OR=0.48,95%CI:0.26~0.89)与再发心肌梗死风险降低独立相关。结论:早发CHD家族史未显著改善青年CHD患者的危险因素控制质量,且与再发心肌梗死风险无独立相关性。研究提示在二级预防中,强化行为干预和代谢指标控制可能比提高遗传易感性认知更具临床价值。 展开更多

安全风险管控是水利安全生产管理的重要课题,也是一项科学性系统工程,有较高的专业性和实操性要求。日常实践中水利安全生产风险管控还普遍存在简单化、模式化、管控重点不突出、管控措施不合理等情况,不同程度制约了事故预防效能发挥... 安全风险管控是水利安全生产管理的重要课题,也是一项科学性系统工程,有较高的专业性和实操性要求。日常实践中水利安全生产风险管控还普遍存在简单化、模式化、管控重点不突出、管控措施不合理等情况,不同程度制约了事故预防效能发挥。为提升水利安全生产风险管控效果,将水利安全生产风险管控“六项机制”与Bowtie分析模型相融合,围绕“危险源—顶事件—事故后果”演化路径,基于安全屏障理论构建了水利安全生产风险Bowtie分析模型。首先识别顶事件(高频率易发事件),以顶事件为中心,向前逐项梳理导致顶事件发生的危险源并设置预防性屏障,向后逐项推演事故后果路径并设置缓解性屏障;然后对构建的模型建立评价指标体系,采用AHP(层次分析法)-模糊综合评价法对管控效果进行定性与定量评估;最终根据评价结果优化屏障配置。以某干渠引水隧洞群建设项目坍塌和冒顶片帮事故为例,应用该模型进行验证,结果表明Bowtie分析模型可显著提升屏障的系统性和针对性,推动“六项机制”在危险源预警、防范和处置等机制落地。该路径提供了系统化、可视化风险管理工具,可为各类水利生产经营单位安全生产风险管控实践提供参考借鉴。 展开更多

设置100%、80%、60%和40%基质最大持水量这4种控水炼苗处理,通过苗期试验探究不同控水炼苗程度对辣椒幼苗生长和光合特性的调控效应。结果表明,随着控水程度的提高(由100%基质最大持水量降至40%基质最大持水量),辣椒幼苗的株高呈下降趋... 设置100%、80%、60%和40%基质最大持水量这4种控水炼苗处理,通过苗期试验探究不同控水炼苗程度对辣椒幼苗生长和光合特性的调控效应。结果表明,随着控水程度的提高(由100%基质最大持水量降至40%基质最大持水量),辣椒幼苗的株高呈下降趋势,茎粗、地上部干重、地下部干重、植株干重、壮苗指数、单株叶面积、叶片SPAD值、净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、最大光化学效率、实际光化学效率、光化学淬灭系数等指标均呈先上升后下降的变化趋势,胞间CO_(2)浓度和非光化学淬灭系数呈先下降后上升的变化趋势。相关性分析表明,壮苗指数与胞间CO_(2)浓度和非光化学淬灭系数呈极显著负相关,与其他指标均呈极显著正相关。综上,适度控水炼苗能有效改善辣椒叶片的光合特性以促进幼苗生长,从而提升辣椒壮苗指数和抗逆性,而过度控水炼苗(40%)则产生抑制作用。整体来看,60%控水炼苗程度处理是培育辣椒壮苗适宜的水分管理策略。 展开更多
