The interaction between the high pressure gas and the control fluid and the movement mechanism of the control fluid in compound perforation were studied by a series of large-scale experiments, where the movement behavior of the control fluid was observed. The curves of measured pressure were analyzed, a mathematical model for the rigid movement of the control fluid was established, and the movement velocity of control fluid was analyzed. Moreover, the velocity from experimental results and velocity from an analytical solution were contrasted. The movement of the control fluid in the initial stage was similar to the rigid movement; however, the propagation of the pressure wave in the control fluid should be taken into account. Experimental results are significant for research on the movement mechanism of control fluid in compound perforation. 展开更多

This paper presents the results of a set of numerical models focussing on structural controls on hydrothermal mineralization. We first give an overview of natural phenomena of structurally-controlled ore formation and the background theory and mechanisms for such controls. We then provide the results of a group of simple 2D numerical models validated through comparison with Cu-vein structure observed near the Shilu Copper deposit (Yangchun, Guangdong Province, China) and finally a case study of 3D numerical modelling applied to the Hodgkinson Province in North Queensland (Australia). Two modelling approaches, discrete deformation modelling and continuum coupled deformation and fluid flow modelling, are involved. The 2D model-derived patterns are remarkably consistent with the Cu-vein structure from the Shilu Copper deposit, and show that both modelling approaches can realistically simulate the mechanical behaviours of shear and dilatant fractures. The continuum coupled deformation and fluid flow model indicates that pattern of the Cu- veins near the Shilu deposit is the result of shear strain localization, development of dilation and fluid focussing into the dilatant fracture segments. The 3D case-study models (with deformation and fluid flow coupling) on the Hodgkinson Province generated a number of potential gold mineralization 展开更多

The feed flow rate load disturbance is introduced to test the proposed decoupling control scheme. Through simulation study shown that the decoupling is effective, stable and it presents advantage over controller without decoupler. Exploration practices show that the Silurian hydrocarbon accumulation in the Tazhong Uplift is extremely complicated.Our research indicates that the oil and gas accumulation is controlled by favorable facies and low fluid potential.At the macro level,hydrocarbon distribution in this uplift is controlled by structural zones and sedimentary systems.At the micro level,oil occurrences are dominated by lithofacies and petrophysical facies.The control of facies is embodied in high porosity and permeability controlling hydrocarbon accumulation.Besides,the macro oil and gas distribution in the uplift is also influenced by the relatively low fluid potential at local highs,where most successful wells are located.These wells are also closely related to the adjacent fractures.Therefore,the Silurian hydrocarbon accumulation mechanism in the Tazhong Uplift can be described as follows.Induced by structures,the deep and overpressured fluids migrated through faults into the sand bodies with relatively low potential and high porosity and permeability.The released overpressure expelled the oil and gas into the normal-pressured zones,and the hydrocarbon was preserved by the overlying caprock of poorly compacted Carboniferous and Permian mudstones.Such a mechanism reflects favorable facies and low potential controlling hydrocarbon accumulation.Based on the statistical analysis of the reservoirs and commercial wells in the uplift,a relationship between oil-bearing property in traps and the facies-potential index was established,and a prediction of two favorable targets was made. 展开更多

The research progress of deep and ultra-deep drilling fluid technology systematically reviewed,the key problems existing are analyzed,and the future development direction is proposed.In view of the high temperature,high pressure and high stress,fracture development,wellbore instability,drilling fluid lost circulation and other problems faced in the process of deep and ultra-deep complex oil and gas drilling,scholars have developed deep and ultra-deep high-temperature and high-salt resistant water-based drilling fluid technology,high-temperature resistant oil-based/synthetic drilling fluid technology,drilling fluid technology for reservoir protection and drilling fluid lost circulation control technology.However,there are still some key problems such as insufficient resistance to high temperature,high pressure and high stress,wellbore instability and serious lost circulation.Therefore,the development direction of deep and ultra-deep drilling fluid technology in the future is proposed:(1)The technology of high-temperature and high-salt resistant water-based drilling fluid should focus on improving high temperature stability,improving rheological properties,strengthening filtration control and improving compatibility with formation.(2)The technology of oil-based/synthetic drilling fluid resistant to high temperature should further study in the aspects of easily degradable environmental protection additives with low toxicity such as high temperature stabilizer,rheological regulator and related supporting technologies.(3)The drilling fluid technology for reservoir protection should be devoted to the development of new high-performance additives and materials,and further improve the real-time monitoring technology by introducing advanced sensor networks and artificial intelligence algorithms.(4)The lost circulation control of drilling fluid should pay more attention to the integration and application of intelligent technology,the research and application of high-performance plugging materials,the exploration of diversified plugging techniques and methods,and the improvement of environmental protection and production safety awareness. 展开更多

The aim of this work is to analyze and design a control system for vibration reduction in a rotor system using a shear mode magnetorheological fluid(MRF)damper.A dynamic model of the MRF damper-rotor system was built and simulated in Matlab/Simulink to analyze the rotor vibration characteristics and the vibration reduction effect of the MRF damper.Based on the numerical simulation analysis,an optimizing control strategy using pattern search method was proposed and designed.The control system was constructed on a test rotor bench and experiment validations on the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy were conducted.Experimental results show that rotor vibration caused by unbalance can be well controlled whether in resonance region(70%)or in non-resonance region(30%).An irregular vibration amplitude jump can be suppressed with the optimization strategy.Furthermore,it is found that the rapidity of transient response and efficiency of optimizing technique depend on the pattern search step.The presented strategies and control system can be extended to multi-span(more than two or three spans)rotor system.It provides a powerful technical support for the extension and application in target and control for shafting vibration. 展开更多

The main advantage of the new model is that its stability domain is larger even without an extra controller. Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of auricular point pressing beans combined with controlled fluid infusion in preventing urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoid operation. Methods: the data of 80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids collected from May 2019 to March 2021 in Suzhou Xiangcheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and sorted out. The patients who had incomplete data, were participating in other researchers and did not meet the standard were divided into two groups according to the order of admission (control group and observation group, 40 patients in each group). The control group used fluid replacement control methods, including control of fluid replacement volume (intravenous fluid infusion volume and oral intake) and adjustment of infusion speed 2 h after operation. The observation group used the method of auricular point pressing beans and fluid infusion control, and compared the urination of the two groups after operation. Results: in the observation group, the scores of voiding smoothness (1.90±0.32, 1.40±0.29) at 4 h and 5-6 h after operation were lower than those of the control group (2.45±0.41, 1.88±0.31), the time of first urination (2.02±0.98) h was shorter than that of the control group (3.04±1.11) h, the volume of voiding (480.00±20.56)mL was higher than that of the control group (400.00±33.00)mL at 2 h after operation, and the incidence rate of urinary retention (2.5%) was lower than that of the control group (20.0%) Conclusion: auricular acupressure combined with controlled fluid infusion has significant effect in preventing urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoid operation. 展开更多

In this paper, the performance of automotive ride comfort using Bouc-Wen type magneto-rheological (MR) fluid damper is studied using a two degree of freedom quarter car model. The sliding mode control is used to force the MR damper to follow the dynamics of ideal sky-hock model. The model is tested on two excitations, the first is a road hump with severe peak amplitude and the second is a statistical random road. The results are generated and presented in time and frequency domains using Matlab/Simulink software. Comparison with the fully active, ideal semi-active and conventional passive suspension systems are given as a root mean square values. Simulation results, for the designed controller, show that with the controllable MR damper has a significant improvement for the vehicle road holding then its lateral stability as well as road damage in comparison with passive, fully active and ideal semi-active suspension systems. 展开更多

为解决长直挠性结构衰减时间较长的问题,该文利用通电线圈改变磁性液体吸振器工作单元的磁回复力,进而改变磁性液体吸振器的刚度系数以增强其减振性能。由于磁性液体吸振器刚度系数与线圈电流呈线性关系,因此根据最优刚度系数理论即可... 为解决长直挠性结构衰减时间较长的问题,该文利用通电线圈改变磁性液体吸振器工作单元的磁回复力,进而改变磁性液体吸振器的刚度系数以增强其减振性能。由于磁性液体吸振器刚度系数与线圈电流呈线性关系,因此根据最优刚度系数理论即可求得最优减振效率时线圈所需电流值。此外该文还对阻尼间隙、磁性液体注入量、黄铜板的长度以及工作温度对于减振性能的影响进行了研究,结果表明当阻尼间隙为2 mm时,磁性液体总注入量为12 mL,减振效率可达67.69%;不同长度黄铜板所对应的最优刚度系数不同,通过调节线圈电流使磁性液体吸振器刚度系数达到最优刚度系数,得到黄铜板长度在1100、1000、900和800 mm时的最优减振效率分别为96.18%、96.14%、97.45%、97.13%;低温条件下会造成磁性液体吸振器减振性能下降,-30℃相较于30℃时减振效率降低9.67%。 展开更多

基于岩心和铸体薄片,采用镜下鉴定、扫描电镜分析、孔渗测试、恒速压汞测试、图像分析、埋藏史分析等方法,开展渤海莱州湾凹陷南斜坡垦利16构造中生界火山岩储层特征、主控因素和储层演化研究。结果表明:识别出7类16型储集空间,储层类... 基于岩心和铸体薄片,采用镜下鉴定、扫描电镜分析、孔渗测试、恒速压汞测试、图像分析、埋藏史分析等方法,开展渤海莱州湾凹陷南斜坡垦利16构造中生界火山岩储层特征、主控因素和储层演化研究。结果表明:识别出7类16型储集空间,储层类型为裂缝-孔隙型,具有大孔径、中—粗喉的特征,属于优质火山岩储层;储层受岩性岩相、溶蚀作用和构造作用控制,与埋深关系不明显;储层物性由好到差的顺序为凝灰岩、火山角砾岩、火山集块岩、角砾熔岩、沉火山角砾岩、凝灰熔岩、安山岩和英安岩。流体对长石斑晶和基质的溶蚀溶解作用形成的孔隙贡献较大,表明埋藏前风化和埋藏流体溶蚀阶段是储层形成的重要时期;杏仁体内孔、粒间孔、炸裂缝、宏观和微观龟裂缝、隐爆缝形成于喷发同期,对孔隙贡献率有限。火山碎屑熔岩和熔岩的构造裂缝主要形成于埋藏前阶段白垩纪郯庐断裂带左行走滑应力场和沙河街期的拉张环境,火山碎屑岩的构造裂缝主要形成于埋藏后阶段的郯庐断裂带右行走滑应力场和沙河街期的拉张环境。综上可知,在埋藏浅的地区经受强构造改造和风化作用的火山碎屑岩是勘探的有利目标。 展开更多

选取鄂尔多斯盆地石炭系本溪组典型8~#深层煤岩开展静态吸附和动态损害实验,评价压裂液稠化剂羟丙基胍胶和聚丙烯酰胺在深层煤岩表面的吸附量和吸附引起的渗透率损害;采用原子力显微镜定量表征稠化剂的吸附形貌,分析稠化剂吸附的主要控... 选取鄂尔多斯盆地石炭系本溪组典型8~#深层煤岩开展静态吸附和动态损害实验,评价压裂液稠化剂羟丙基胍胶和聚丙烯酰胺在深层煤岩表面的吸附量和吸附引起的渗透率损害;采用原子力显微镜定量表征稠化剂的吸附形貌,分析稠化剂吸附的主要控制因素,同时采用Zeta电位、傅里叶红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱等技术揭示稠化剂的吸附机理。研究表明:实验条件下,深层煤岩对羟丙基胍胶、聚丙烯酰胺的吸附量分别为3.86mg/g和3.29mg/g,吸附后煤岩渗透率分别下降35.24%~37.01%和14.31%~21.93%;压裂液稠化剂吸附层厚度与稠化剂质量分数正相关,与温度负相关,pH值降低将减小羟丙基胍胶吸附层厚度、使聚丙烯酰胺吸附层厚度分布频率更集中;官能团缩聚、分子间作用力是深层煤岩吸附压裂液稠化剂的化学和物理作用力。通过优化稠化剂质量分数、对稠化剂分子进行化学改性、对聚合物进行氧化生热降解、添加解吸附剂等方法可降低煤岩微纳米级孔隙、裂缝的损害风险。 展开更多

基于PLC的日光温室混施肥系统设计

为实现日光温室环境的稳定监测和灌溉系统的精准灌溉,设计了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC,Programmable Logic Controller)并搭载本地端与远程端控制平台的混施肥装置,简单快捷地对温室土壤环境进行调节;在设备搅拌模块中,加入新型搅拌... 为实现日光温室环境的稳定监测和灌溉系统的精准灌溉,设计了一种基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC,Programmable Logic Controller)并搭载本地端与远程端控制平台的混施肥装置,简单快捷地对温室土壤环境进行调节;在设备搅拌模块中,加入新型搅拌器,可快速对颗粒肥进行溶解。对搅拌器最佳混合速度进行探究后发现:在搅拌速度800 r/min条件下,排液口的速度最大,为2.511 m/s。通过对土壤环境进行监测,构建了设备运行的灌溉策略与数据库;运行时,当低于灌溉阈值时,装置进行工作;通过MCGS触摸屏脚本组态,实现监测控制存储一体;通过网关传输与控制,利用有人云自主组态功能,对可编程控制器各端口进行轮询访问,实现监测数据的存储、实时查阅、数据下载等。对混施肥模块进行试验发现:系统可在60 s内完成50 L的清水注入;随着压力的变化,每增加2 kPa,管道进口运行频率平均增加5.124 Hz,出口流量平均提高0.304 m^(3)/h;对开启不同吸肥阀门个数进行吸肥试验,开启两个吸肥阀门是开启1个吸肥阀门吸肥量的2.5倍。通过滴灌带与设备的组合使用发现:小孔径滴灌带在小区域灌溉时,其灌溉均匀性大于大孔径滴灌带。 展开更多
