Recent evidence shows that strain-mediated magnetostrictive coupling provides an effective pathway for modulating magnonic excitation through quantum interference. Nevertheless, the microscopic origins of magnetocrystalline anisotropy in manipulating magnon excitation pathways, particularly regarding magnonic Kerr nonlinearity and crystal direction constraints, require further investigation. In this study, we construct a dual-frequency driven magnomechanical model based on yttrium iron garnet(YIG) spheres. By introducing a Hamiltonian with the magnonic Kerr nonlinear term, we combine the Heisenberg–Langevin equations and the mean field approximation to analytically solve for the driving efficiency η, and we base our analysis on experimental parameters to evaluate the impacts of the magnonic Kerr coefficient(K), driving field(B_1) and YIG size. The results show that the magnetocrystalline anisotropy induces a MHz-scale frequency shift, splitting the transmission spectrum from a Lorentzian line shape into asymmetric Fano resonance double peaks. The orientation of the external magnetic field(aligned with the [100] or [110] crystallographic axis) allows precise control over the sign of the magnonic Kerr coefficient K, thereby enabling a reversal in the direction of the frequency shift. A strong driving field B_1 not only enables controllable switching of the state but also adjusts the switching bandwidth. Furthermore, we show the transition of the dynamical response mechanism of the excitation efficiency spectrum with varying YIG sphere sizes. The study shows the dynamic control mechanism of the magnetocrystalline anisotropy on magnon switching and provides a theoretical foundation for size optimization and nonlinear energy manipulation in spintronic device design.展开更多

In this study, we propose a linear mixed model that simultaneously analyzes data from multiple environments to detect Q × E interactions. This model incorporates two different kinship matrices derived from the genome-wide markers to control both main and interaction polygenic background effects. Simulation studies demonstrate that our approach is more powerful than the meta-analysis and inclusive composite interval mapping methods. We further analyze four agronomic traits of rice across four environments. A main effect QTL is identified for 1000-grain weight(KGW), while no QTL are found for tiller number. Additionally, a large QTL with a significant Q × E interaction is detected on chromosome 7 affecting grain number, yield, and KGW. This region harbors two important genes, PROG1 and Ghd7. Furthermore, we apply our mixed model to analyze lodging in barley across six environments. The six regions exhibiting Q × E interaction effects identified by our approach overlap with the SNPs previously identified using EM and MCMC-based Bayesian methods, further validating the robustness of our approach. Both simulation studies and empirical data analyses show that our method outperforms all other methods compared.展开更多

文摘A drag-free satellite is an important platform for space-borne gravitational wave(GW)observation. To achieve the high-precision control of a drag-free satellite in practical engineering,an accurate dynamic model is essential. This paper presents a nonlinear model of the electrostatic effect between a satellite and a test mass(TM),and designs a model predictive controller based on the drag-free satellite model with the nonlinear electrostatic effect. To determine the analytical form of the electrostatic effect,a comprehensive theoretical analysis is performed for gravitational reference sensors(GRSs).An electrostatic force and a torque are simulated with the displacement as a varying parameter through a commercial software. Then, the results are fitted to derive the nonlinear expressions of the electrostatic effect. The model predictive controllers based on the models with the nonlinear and linear electrostatic effects are designed in the capture mode. Finally, the control results are given to show the advantages of the nonlinear electrostatic effect.

文摘Magnetostrictive effects and magnetocrystalline anisotropy are fundamental physical properties governing magnon dynamics in magnetic systems. The study shows the dynamic control mechanism of the magnetocrystalline anisotropy on magnon switching and provides a theoretical foundation for size optimization and nonlinear energy manipulation in spintronic device design.

文摘The prevalence of Solenopsis invicta is associated with habitat diversity, with a preference for various habitats ranked in the following order:ponds, wastelands, green belts, roads, parks, farmlands, and villages.Consequently, management strategies should be tailored to each habitat. There are two occurrence peaks of S.invicta throughout the year, specifically from March to April and from September to October. It is essential to emphasize prevention and control measures during the active periods of S.invicta.To enhance the effectiveness of these measures, supplementary control should be implemented within 10-15 d following the initial prevention and control efforts.Furthermore, the efficacy of prevention and control is notably higher on the second to third day immediately following rainfall. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of various agents in controlling S.invicta.A comparative analysis was conducted on the efficacy of three different brands of agents against S.invicta.The findings indicated that a concentration of 0.08%-0.10%indoxacarb exhibited a comparable extermination effect on S.invicta worker ants. However, agents with larger particle sizes demonstrated a reduced efficacy in exterminating S.invicta nests.
文摘The facets effect on the catalytic properties of inorganic compounds and metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)has been widely demonstrated, but the intrinsic facets effect free of interference of capping agents has not been discussed. Here we give a proof-of-concept illustration on the intrinsic facets effect by employing the popularly investigated NH2-MIL-125(Ti)MOFs with{001},{111}and{100}facets controllably exposed as model photocatalysts, which were synthesized via a simple supersaturation strategy free of any capping agents.Compared to conventional synthetic routes with capping agents employed, the NH2-MIL-125(Ti)MOFs obtained in this work exhibit remarkably different physical and chemical properties such as surface wettability, charge separation as well as trend of facets effect on photocatalytic water splitting performance. The main reason has been unraveled to originate from unavoidable residue/influence of capping agents during the conventional facets-controlled synthetic routes leading to changed local surface structural environment as well as distinct charge separation property. Our results demonstrate the importance and feasibility of facets-controllable synthesis free of capping agents in getting insight into the intrinsic facets effect of MOFs-related materials.
文摘OBJECTIVE:To examine the effect of electroacupuncture(EA)application on postoperative pain levels and the amount of analgesic use in patients who underwent periodontal flap surgery.METHODS:In this prospective, randomized and controlled study, patients planned for periodontal surgery were divided into two groups[EA group(n=22):patients who received electroacupuncture and control group(n=22):patients who did not receive electroacupuncture].Electroacupuncture was applied bilaterally to the Hegu(LI4),Daying(ST5),and Jiache(ST5)points of the patients in the EA group immediately before and after the flap surgery for 30 min at a frequency of 50 Hz to each point at a current that the patient could tolerate. The patients in the control group underwent flap surgery without applying electroacupuncture.Patients were asked to record their pain levels on the visual analog scale and the number of analgesic tablets they took during the 7 postoperative days on the given form.RESULTS:The total mean score of pain felt in the EA group(16.60±2.78)was found to be significantly lower than that in the control group(31.37±2.78)(P=0.001).No significant difference was found between the groups regarding the amount of analgesics taken(4.77±4.72,5.82±3.11)(P=0.111).CONCLUSIONS:Our study shows that electroacupuncture application is beneficial in reducing pain after periodontal flap surgery.Overall, more research is needed to fully understand the effects of electroacupuncture on postoperative pain.

文摘In order to elucidate the relationship between the pathogen carriage rate in seeds of muskmelon(Cucumis melo L.)and the incidence rate of Fusarium wilt of muskmelon(FWM),as well as to identify potential biological control agents against FWM,this study conducted both pot and field experiments to evaluate the efficacy of Gongzhulingmycin on FWM and its impact on muskmelon yield. The results indicated that the pathogen carriage rates of different species in muskmelon seeds varied significantly, showing a positive correlation with disease incidence during the seedling stage. The results from pot tests indicated that in comparison to the control, disease indices were significantly reduced following treatment with prochloraz and 100 times Gongzhulingmycin at both 7 days and 14 days post-emergence of FWM symptoms.Concurrently, root growth was enhanced.Field experiment outcomes demonstrated that relative to the control, there was a decrease in FWM incidence during the fruit-setting stage, along with an increase in theoretical output per square kilometer for muskmelon.Although the efficacy of Gongzhulingmycin against FWM was lower than that observed for prochloraz,it exhibited significant effects on biomass enhancement and disease resistance. Therefore,it showed promise as a potential biological control agent for managing FWM.

文摘The quantitative trait loci(QTL)-by-environment(Q × E) interaction effect is hard to detect because there are no effective ways to control the genomic background. Both simulation studies and empirical data analyses show that our method outperforms all other methods compared.
