Metro shield tunnels under the lateral relaxation of soil(LRS)are susceptible to significant lateral deformations,which jeopardizes the structural safety and waterproofing.However,deformation control standards for such situations have not been clearly defined.Therefore,based on a specific case,a model test is conducted to realize the LRS of a shield tunnel in a sandy stratum to reveal its effect on segment liners.Subsequently,a deformation control criterion is established.The LRS is simulated by linearly reducing the loads applied to the lateral sides of the segment structure.During lateral unloading,the lateral earth pressure coefficient on the segment decreases almost exponentially,and the structural deformation is characterized by horizontal expansion at the arch haunches and vertical shrinkage at the arch vault and arch bottom.Based on the mechanical pattern of the segment structure and the acoustic emission,the deformation response of a segment can be classified into three stages:elastic and quasi-elastic,damage,and rapid deformation development.For a shield tunnel with a diameter of approximately 6 m and under the lateral relaxation of sandy soil,when the ellipticity of the segment is less than 2.71%,reinforcement measures are not required.However,the segment deformation must be controlled when the ellipticity is 2.71%to 3.12%;in this regard,an ellipticity of 3%can be used as a benchmark in similar engineering projects. 展开更多

A frequency-domain-based sufficient condition is derived to guarantee the globally asymptotic stability of the simplest Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy control system by using the circle criterion. The analysis is performed in the frequency domain, and hence the condition is of great significance when the frequency-response method, which is widely used in the linear control theory and practice, is employed to synthesize the simplest T-S fuzzy controller. Besides, this sufficient condition is featured by a graphical interpretation, which makes the condition straightforward to be used. Comparisons are drawn between the performance of the simplest T-S fuzzy controller and that of the linear compensator. Two numerical examples are presented to demonstrate how this sufficient condition can be applied to both stable and unstable plants. 展开更多

针对网络化电力系统在分布式拒绝服务(Distributed Denial of Service,DDoS)攻击与控制器增益偏差并存导致的频率调节退化问题,提出一种将非脆弱比例积分(Non-fragile Proportional Integral,NFPI)与Q-learning自适应采样结合的采样数... 针对网络化电力系统在分布式拒绝服务(Distributed Denial of Service,DDoS)攻击与控制器增益偏差并存导致的频率调节退化问题,提出一种将非脆弱比例积分(Non-fragile Proportional Integral,NFPI)与Q-learning自适应采样结合的采样数据负荷频率控制(Load Frequency Control,LFC)框架。采用伯努利随机门控刻画由DDoS引发的指令丢失与阻塞,构建含状态、采样保持与能量积分项的Lyapunov-Krasovskii泛函,并配合线性矩阵不等式(Linear Matrix Inequalities,LMIs)给出H∞稳定性判据与控制器综合。同时以频差和攻击指示等构成学习状态,将候选采样间隔离散为动作空间并设计兼顾误差与通信代价的回报函数以在线优化采样策略。仿真表明,在较高攻击概率下该方案仍能实现频率快速且近乎无过冲的收敛,并在保持可比稳态精度的前提下显著减少采样与控制更新,从而在增益不确定与对抗性丢包并存时兼顾鲁棒性与通信效率,适于现代网络化电力系统部署。 展开更多

Based on the deformation characteristic of regular polygonal box stamped parts and the superfluous triangle material wrinkle model,the criterion of regular polygonal box stamped parts without wrinkle was deduced and used to predict and control the wrinkle limit.According to the fracture model,the criterion of regular polygonal box stamped parts without fracture was deduced and used to predict and control the fracture limit.Combining the criterion for stamping without wrinkle with that without fracture,the stamping criterion of regular polygonal box stamped parts was obtained to predict and control the stamping limit.Taken the stainless steel0Cr18Ni9(SUS304)sheet and the square box stamped part as examples,the limit diagram was given to predict and control the wrinkle,fracture and stamping limits.It is suitable for the deep drawing without flange,the deep drawing and stretching combined forming with flange and the rigid punch stretching of plane blank.The limit deep-drawing coefficient and the minimum deep-drawing coefficient can be determined,and the appropriate BHF(blank holder force)and the deep-drawing force can be chosen.These provide a reference for the technology planning,the die and mold design and the equipment determination,and a new criterion evaluating sheet stamping formability,which predicts and controls the stamping process,can be applied to the deep drawing under constant or variable BHF conditions. 展开更多

In order to solve the springback problem in sheet metal forming, the trial and error method is a widely used method in the factory, which is time-consuming and costly for its non-direction and non-quantitative. Finite element simulation is an e ective method to predict the springback of complex shape parts, but its precision is sensitive to the simulation model, particularly material model and boundary conditions. In this paper, the simple iterative method is introduced to establish the iterative compensation algorithm, and the convergence criterion of iterative parameters is put forward. In addition, the new algorithm is applied to the V-free bending and stretch-bending processes, and the convergence of curvature and bending angle is proved theoretically and verified experimentally. State feedback controllers are designed to control the chaotic system to the unsteady equilibrium points and limit cycle. Theoretical analyses give the range of value of control parameters to stabilize the unsteady equilibrium points of the chaotic system and its critical parameter for generating Hopf bifurcation. Certain nP periodic orbits can be stabilized by parameter adjustment. Numerical simulations indicate that the method can effectively guide the system trajectories to unsteady equilibrium points and periodic orbits. 展开更多

The convergence and stability analysis for two end-to-end rate-based congestion control algorithms with unavoidable random loss in packets are presented, which can be caused by, for example, errors on wireless links. The convergence rates of these two algorithms are analyzed by linearizing them around their equilibrium points, since they are globally stable and can converge to their unique equilibrium points. Some sufficient conditions for local stability in the presence of round-trip delay are obtained based on the general Nyquist criterion of stability. The stability conditions can be considered to be more general. If random loss in the first congestion control algorithm is not considered, they reduce to the local stability conditions which have been obtained in some literatures. Furthermore, sufficient conditions for local stability of a new congestion control algorithm have also been obtained if random loss is not considered in the second congestion control algorithm. 展开更多

A criterion restraining mehod adopted to the dynamic optimization for materials heat- ing process has been developed,by regarding it as controlled object of a regulator in control theory and combining the optimal criterion of it.The method may be available to optimize fuel supply along furnace length and to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of fuel supply in time-varying.For soaking pit,the calculation shows that in case of optimization by criterion restraining method,the thermal efficiency is 3.1 higher than the modelling prediction result.In comparison with heat flux-decomposing method,the thermal efficiency increased from 43.1 to 43.8%,and the energy consumption was reduced by 7.28% relative to the practical production data. 展开更多

In this paper, the output tracking control is investigated for a class of nonlinear systems when only output is available for feedback. Based on the multivariable analog of circle criterion, an observer is first introduced. Then, the observer-based output tracking controller is constructively designed by using the integral backstepping approach together with completing square. It is shown that, under relatively mild conditions, all the closed-loop signals are uniformly bounded. Meanwhile the system output asymptotically tracks the desired output. A simulation example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results. 展开更多

Firstly, those system variables are analyzed which exert significant influences on the system performance. Then the structure selection criterion, a trade-off between computation complexity and model performance, is applied to different model structures, and the results are utilized to determine the optimized model structure for controller design. The controller based on multivariable model predictive control (MPC) strategy is designed, and the optimization problem for the reduced order models is formulated as a constrained minimization problem. The effectiveness of the proposed MPC controller is verified on the experimental rig. 展开更多
