To handle input and output time delays that commonly exist in many networked control systems(NCSs), a new robust continuous sliding mode control(CSMC) scheme is proposed for the output tracking in uncertain single input-single-output(SISO) networked control systems. This scheme consists of three consecutive steps. First, although the network-induced delay in those systems can be effectively handled by using Pade approximation(PA), the unmatched disturbance cames out as another difficulty in the control design. Second, to actively estimate this unmatched disturbance, a generalized proportional integral observer(GPIO) technique is utilized based on only one measured state. Third, by constructing a new sliding manifold with the aid of the estimated unmatched disturbance and states, a GPIO-based CSMC is synthesized, which is employed to cope with not only matched and unmatched disturbances, but also networkinduced delays. The stability of the entire closed-loop system under the proposed GPIO-based CSMC is detailedly analyzed.The promising tracking efficiency and feasibility of the proposed control methodology are verified through simulations and experiments on Quanser's servo module for motion control under various test conditions. 展开更多

The decentralized robust guaranteed cost control problem is studied for a class of interconnected singular large-scale systems with time-delay and norm-bounded time-invariant parameter uncertainty under a given quadratic cost performance function. The problem that is addressed in this study is to design a decentralized robust guaranteed cost state feedback controller such that the closed-loop system is not only regular, impulse-free and stable, but also guarantees an adequate level of performance for all admissible uncertainties. A sufficient condition for the existence of the decentralized robust guaranteed cost state feedback controllers is proposed in terms of a linear matrix inequality (LMI) via LMI approach. When this condition is feasible, the desired state feedback decentralized robust guaranteed cost controller gain matrices can be obtained. In this paper, delay-dependent stability analysis and robust stabilization for uncertain singular time-delay systems are addressed. By using Jensen integral inequality, an improved delay-dependent criterion of admissibility for singular time-delay systems is proposed in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI). Our new proposed criterion is less conservative and the numerical complexity is smaller than the existing ones. Based on this criterion, a state feedback controller is designed to ensure that the uncertain singular time-delay system is admissible. The problem of observer-based robust predictive control is studied for the singular systems with norm-bounded uncertainties and time-delay, and the design method of robust predictive observer-based controller is proposed. By constructing the Lyapunov function with the error terms, the infinite time domain "min-max" optimization problems are converted into convex optimization problems solving by the linear matrix inequality (LMI), and the sufficient conditions for the existence of this control are derived. It is proved that the robust stability of the closed-loop singular systems can be guaranteed by the initial feasible solutions of the optimization problems, and the regular and the impulse-free of the singular systems are also guaranteed. A simulation example illustrates the efficiency of this method. 展开更多

The optimal control design for singularly perturbed time-delay systems affected by external distur-bances is considered.Based on the decomposition theory of singular perturbation,the system is decom-posed into a fast subsystem without time-delay and a slow time-delay subsystem with disturbances.Theoptimal disturbances rejection control law of the slow subsystem is obtained by using the successive ap-proximation approach(SAA)and feedforward compensation method.Further,the feedforward and feed-back composite control(FFCC)law for the original problem is developed.The FFCC law consists of lin-ear analytic terms and a time-delay compensation term which is the limit of the solution sequence of theadjoint vector equations.A disturbance observer is introduced to make the FFCC law physically realiz-able.Numerical examples show that the proposed algorithm is effective. 展开更多

Based on a delay-dependent stability condition for the nominal system, a state feedback controller is designed, which guarantees the resultant closed- loop system to be robustly stable. An explicit expression for the desired controller is also given by solving a set of matrix inequalities. The uncertain singular systems with delay considered in this paper are assumed to be regular and impulse free.By decomposing the systems into slow and fast subsystems,a robust delay-dependent asymptotic stability criteria based on linear matrix inequality is proposed, which is derived by using Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals, neither model transformation nor bounding for cross terms is required in the derivation of our delay-dependent result. The robust delay-dependent stability criterion proposed in this paper is a sufficient condition. 在大量数值经验的基础上,从数值现象上区分了连续潮流计算失败的2种现象:临界点失败和非临界点失败。继而从理论上分析了出现这2种现象的原因:造成临界点失败的原因是对于某些具有强烈局部性质的电压失稳情形,采用全局性参数化方法无法... 在大量数值经验的基础上,从数值现象上区分了连续潮流计算失败的2种现象:临界点失败和非临界点失败。继而从理论上分析了出现这2种现象的原因:造成临界点失败的原因是对于某些具有强烈局部性质的电压失稳情形,采用全局性参数化方法无法克服临界点雅可比矩阵奇异;造成非临界点失败的原因是参数化使得原系统中的非奇异点变为系统扩展雅可比矩阵的奇异点。该文提出采用局部参数化方法取代弧长或拟弧长等全局性参数化方法来避免临界点失败,并采用参数受迫变换策略来克服非临界点失败。对一个实际系统的数值计算表明,该文所提的提高连续潮流计算鲁棒性的策略是有效的。 展开更多

针对电液伺服驱动的连铸结晶器位移系统存在的状态不可测、参数不确定性及外部扰动问题,提出一种基于状态观测器的反步滑模控制方法。该方法采用比例积分状态观测器实现对系统各状态的有效估计,并给出观测器增益矩阵的计算方法;然后采... 针对电液伺服驱动的连铸结晶器位移系统存在的状态不可测、参数不确定性及外部扰动问题,提出一种基于状态观测器的反步滑模控制方法。该方法采用比例积分状态观测器实现对系统各状态的有效估计,并给出观测器增益矩阵的计算方法;然后采用反步与非奇异终端滑模相结合的控制方法设计控制器,避免了传统终端滑模带来的奇异问题,同时引入一类类势能函数,提高了系统的收敛速度与稳态精确度,最后通过Lyapunov稳定性判定法证明了系统的稳定性。仿真结果表明,该方法所设计的控制器能够有效地实现连铸结晶器位移系统的准确跟踪控制,增强了系统的鲁棒性。 展开更多

在指纹连续分布方向图(场)的基础上,对经典的PoincaréIndex计算公式进行了改进,提出了一种新的基于连续分布方向图的指纹奇异点检测算法。由于指纹连续分布方向图过渡平滑、自然,既具有很好的连续性、渐变性和抗噪性,又具有较高的... 在指纹连续分布方向图(场)的基础上,对经典的PoincaréIndex计算公式进行了改进,提出了一种新的基于连续分布方向图的指纹奇异点检测算法。由于指纹连续分布方向图过渡平滑、自然,既具有很好的连续性、渐变性和抗噪性,又具有较高的精确度;而改进后的PoincaréIndex不仅能精确表示向量场的旋转角度,而且还能精确表示向量场的旋转方向。所以,该算法能够在像素级水平精确定位指纹奇异点(core point和delta point),精确度达到一个像素。在FVC2000、FVC2002和FVC2004的训练指纹库(Set B)以及笔者采集的AFIS2004指纹库(含4000幅指纹)上的实验结果验证了该算法的有效性。 展开更多
