The topologies that characterize the interaction among the leaders and the followers are directed graphs. Necessary and sufficient criteria which guarantee the control objectives are established for both stationary leaders(regulation case) and dynamic leaders(dynamic tracking case) based protocols. The final states of all the followers are exclusively determined by the initial values of the leaders and the topology structures. In the regulation case, all the followers converge into the convex hull spanned by the leaders, while in the dynamic tracking case, not only the positions of the followers converge into the convex hull but also the velocities of the followers converge into the velocity convex hull of the leaders. Finally, all the theoretical results are illustrated by numerical simulations.展开更多

The strong coupling of large-scale networks will increase the costs of system detection and maintenance. Therefore, this paper is concerned with an extensional containment control issue, hierarchical containment control. It aims to enable a multitude of followers achieving a novel cooperation in the convex hull shaped by multiple leaders. Firstly, by constructing the three-layer topology, large-scale networks are decoupled. Then, under the condition of directed spanning group-tree, a class of dynamic hierarchical containment control protocol is designed such that the novel group-consensus behavior in the convex hull can be realized. Multi-agent system for Worm Detection and Containment in MAN (MWDCM) is presented to provide a first-class automatic reaction mechanism that automatically applies containment strategies to block the propagation of the worms and to protect MAN against worm scan that wastes a lot of network bandwidth and crashes the routers. Its user agent is used to detect the known worms. Worm detection agent and worm detection correlation agent use two-stage based decision method to detect unknown worms. They adaptively study the accessing in the whole network and dynamically change the working parameters to detect the unknown worms. MWDCM confines worm infection within a macro-cell or a micro-cell of the metropolitan area networks, the rest of the accesses and hosts continue functioning without disruption. MWDCM integrates Worm Detection System (WDS) and network management system. Reaction measures can be taken by using Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) interface to control broadband access server as soon as the WDS detect the active worm. MWDCM is very effective in blocking random scanning worms. Simulation results indicate that high worm infection rate of epidemics can be avoided to a degree by MWDCM blocking the propagation of the worms.展开更多

An FLNG vessel is exposed to potential threats from collisions with a liquid natural gas carrier (LNGC) during the offioading operations, which has been confirmed by a model test of FLNG-LNGC side-by-side offioading operations. A nonlinear finite element code LS-DYNA is used to simulate the collision scenarios during the offioading operations. Finite element models of an FLNG vessel and an LNGC are established for the purpose of this study, including a detailed LNG cargo containment system in the FLNG side model. Based on the parameters obtained from the model test and potential dangerous accidents, typical collision scenarios are defined to conduct a comprehensive study. To evaluate the safety of the FLNG vessel, a limit state is proposed based on the structural responses of the LNG CCS. The different characteristics of the structural responses for the primary structural components, energy dissipation and collision forces are obtained for various scenarios. Deformation of the inner hull is found to have a great effect on the responses of the LNG CCS, with approximately 160 mm deformation corresponding to the limit state. Densely arranged web frames can absorb over 35% of the collision energy and be proved to greatly enhance the crashwo- rthiness of the FLNG side structures.展开更多

文摘We investigate the fixed-time containment control(FCC)problem of multi-agent systems(MASs)under discontinuous communication.A saturation function is used in the controller to achieve the containment control in MASs.One difference from using a symbolic function is that it avoids the differential calculation process for discontinuous functions, which further ensures the continuity of the control input.Considering the discontinuous communication,a dynamic variable is constructed, which is always non-negative between any two communications of the agent.Based on the designed variable, the dynamic event-triggered algorithm is proposed to achieve FCC,which can effectively reduce controller updating. In addition,we further design a new event-triggered algorithm to achieve FCC,called the team-trigger mechanism, which combines the self-triggering technique with the proposed dynamic event trigger mechanism. It has faster convergence than the proposed dynamic event triggering technique and achieves the tradeoff between communication cost, convergence time and number of triggers in MASs.Finally,Zeno behavior is excluded and the validity of the proposed theory is confirmed by simulation.

文摘Active worms can cause widespread damages at so high a speed that effectively precludes human-directed reaction, and patches for the worms are always available after the damages have been caused, which has elevated them self to a first-class security threat to Metropolitan Area Networks (MAN). Simulation results indicate that high worm infection rate of epidemics can be avoided to a degree by MWDCM blocking the propagation of the worms.
文摘This paper addresses the problem of containment control for heterogeneous multi-agent systems subject to Markovian randomly switching topologies and unbounded communication delays. The objective is to design a distributed control strategy that ensures the output of each follower converges to the convex hull formed by the outputs of a group of leaders in mean square sense.A novel distributed observer is proposed by tackling both Markovian randomly switching topologies and unbounded delays. Then,a distributed state feedback controller and a distributed output feedback controller are developed based on the distributed observer, respectively. Finally, simulation results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed controllers.

文摘The crashworthiness of the cargo containment systems (CCSs) of a floating liquid natural gas (FLNG) and the side structures in side-by-side offioading operations scenario are studied in this paper. Densely arranged web frames can absorb over 35% of the collision energy and be proved to greatly enhance the crashwo- rthiness of the FLNG side structures.

文摘Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is the most common form of dementia characterized pathologically by the deposition of amyloid plaques and hyperphosphorylated tau containing neurofibrillary tangles. The disease presents clinically with progressive memory loss and disruption of cognitive function.Currently, there is no cure for AD;recent advances in the therapeutics aimed at clearing the amyloid protein from the brain have led to potential disease stabilization, however, this does not prevent eventual disease progression(Cummings et al.,2024).
