In the current housing construction project supervision and management, there are still many problems to be solved and innovated.In view of the completion of 80% of the total construction progress of Colorful Yunnan Haibaoshan No. 1 plot project of Gudian project, some experience has been gained in project supervision and management problems and relevant improvement strategies. Combined with the actual work situation, we are exploring the current problems and innovative ways, and try our best to give play to the functions of the supervision engineer, so as to guaranteeing the quality of project, construction safety and economic benefits of the enterprise.展开更多
