Fluorinated motifs are prevalent in both pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals.The incorporation of fluorine-containing moieties to drug candidates has emerged as a potent strategy for lead optimization in pharmaceutical research and development.While extensive research has been devoted to constructing molecules that incorporate a trifluoromethylthio(SCF_(3)−)group on a stereogenic carbon,the synthesis of trifluoromethylthiolated alkanes featuring a SCF_(3)-substituted stereogenic carbon at non-activated site remains understudied.Herein,we report a Cu-catalyzed regio-and enantioselective hydroallylation of 1-trifluoromethylthiolated alkenes.Important to the process is the regio-and enantioselective Cu-H insertion to SCF_(3)-substituted alkene to form chiralα-SCF_(3) alkyl copper intermediates,outcompeting unproductive insertion to the coupling partner,and eventually proceed to afford optically active homoallylic trifluoromethylthiolated products. 展开更多

This paper deals with carbon emissions reduction through building material selection in housing construction using Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)method.Drawing on the concept of Sustainable Development in the Environment(SDE),inadequate selection of building materials makes a significant contribution to carbon emissions.The achievability of the goal of SDE is in rethinking Locally Sourced and Recycled Building Materials(LSRBMs)selection decision making,in acknowledging cultural issues,towards the wider industrial use of Recycled Concrete Crushed Block Wall(RCCBW)which is about 66%,in carbon emissions,as good as Air-crete Hollow Block Wall(AHBW).With results derived from questionnaire survey with recruited civil engineers and architects,key sustainability principle indicators influencing the selection of building materials are identified,analysed,grouped and ranked using AHP,a concept of measurement through pairwise comparisons of tangible and intangible factors to derive priority scales in relative terms.This explained 17.27%cut back in carbon emissions for selecting Compressed Stabilized Rammed-Earth Block Wall(CSREBW)instead of AHBW.The lack of informed knowledge in the wider use of RCCBW and CSREDW and in the Ghanaian context towards future reduction in carbon emissions in the housing sector of the construction industry of Ghana.Subsequently,the study yielded the following theoretical,practical and policy implications:A new interpretation of existing building materials;Understanding the impact of building materials’attributes;In effect,might be beneficial to universities and organizations to come up with training policies that aim to take advantage of the new technology respectively. 展开更多

The historical image of Ouyang Xiu constructed during the Song Dynasty evolved from a multifaceted portrayal that balanced his political and literary achievements into a singular cultural symbol.In the Northern Song Dynasty,writings by Ouyang Xiu's family and epitaphs by his colleagues crafted a balanced narrative emphasizing both his official duties and literary merits,thus constructing a dual image of him as a principled remonstrator and a literary master.In the Southern Song Dynasty,official historiography gradually eroded his complex persona as a political reformer by selectively trimming political disputes and emphasizing his literary lineage,ultimately establishing him as a cultural exemplar beyond factional strife.Throughout this evolution of historical writing,Ouyang Xiu's sharpness as a remonstrator was gradually obscured in historical texts,while his image as a literary master,revered by all,became firmly established.The reshaping of Ouyang Xiu's image in historical writings across the Northern and Southern Song dynasties not only reflects the logic of selecting scholar-official role models under the influence of official ideology but also reveals the inherent pattern whereby individual distinctiveness fades into symbolic construction in historical writing. 展开更多

The built environment and construction industry are another significant source of carbon emissions to the environment in the world,through the production of materials,construction activities,and the energy consumed during the lifecycle of an asset.These emissions are difficult to manage effectively because the data are not consolidated,the operating conditions are dynamic,and the traditional assessment tools are not able to support continuous and data-driven decisions.The new technologies,especially Digital Twins(DT)and artificial intelligence(AI),have some potential solutions,which will combine the lifecycle data and provide a predictive,adaptive carbon management in the building and urban systems.The given paper is a systematic review of the integration of DT and AI(DT–AI)into carbon management in operational construction and urban planning.Structured database searches and filters on the basis of DT-facilitated carbon monitoring,prediction,optimization,and operational control were used to identify peer-reviewed studies that were published within the last few years and filtered through to gather them.Three main functions of DT–AI systems are outlined in the review:predicting carbon emissions on the basis of data-driven models,optimizing low-carbon design and planning with multi-objective approaches,and providing intelligent control of the energy systems.Some of the major issues are data interoperability,model validation,and a lack of evidence of large-scale deployment.This study combines integrated DT–AI models and their contribution to lifecycle carbon management,unlike the previous reviews of either DT or AI alone.The paper ends with a conclusion and recommendations to create scalable,validated DT–AI solutions to accomplish carbon-neutral built environments. 展开更多

Ponzi Scheme Detection for Smart Contracts Based on Oversampling

As blockchain technology rapidly evolves,smart contracts have seen widespread adoption in financial transactions and beyond.However,the growing prevalence of malicious Ponzi scheme contracts presents serious security threats to blockchain ecosystems.Although numerous detection techniques have been proposed,existing methods suffer from significant limitations,such as class imbalance and insufficient modeling of transaction-related semantic features.To address these challenges,this paper proposes an oversampling-based detection framework for Ponzi smart contracts.We enhance the Adaptive Synthetic Sampling(ADASYN)algorithm by incorporating sample proximity to decision boundaries and ensuring realistic sample distributions.This enhancement facilitates the generation of high-quality minority class samples and effectively mitigates class imbalance.In addition,we design a Contract Transaction Graph(CTG)construction algorithm to preserve key transactional semantics through feature extraction from contract code.A graph neural network(GNN)is then applied for classification.This study employs a publicly available dataset from the XBlock platform,consisting of 318 verified Ponzi contracts and 6498 benign contracts.Sourced from real Ethereum deployments,the dataset reflects diverse application scenarios and captures the varied characteristics of Ponzi schemes.Experimental results demonstrate that our approach achieves an accuracy of 96%,a recall of 92%,and an F1-score of 94%in detecting Ponzi contracts,outperforming state-of-the-art methods. 展开更多

The discharge of micro-polluted water from sources such as agricultural runoff,urban stormwater,and treated effluents presents significant challenges to aquatic ecosystems.Constructed wetlands(CWs)have gained recog-nition as an eco-friendly solution for removing pollutants from various wastewater sources and are increasingly applied for micro-polluted water treatment.By reviewing 78 full-scale CW studies from Web of Science,it is summarized that the ranges of ammonium nitrogen(NH4+-N)concentrations in runoff,wastewater treatment plant effluent and polluted river were 0.1–6.6,0.3–12.3,and 0.2–41.1 mg/L,respectively.The ranges of ni-trate nitrogen concentrations were 0.2–14.2,0–5.7,and 0–2.6 mg/L,respectively.Removal efficiencies of CWs for micro-polluted water varied by CW types.The total nitrogen removal efficiencies for subsurface-flow CWs,free-water surface-flow CWs,and hybrid CWs ranged from 27.4%to 66.5%,16.8%to 89.8%,and 19.4%to 88.2%,respectively.The NH4+-N removal efficiencies ranged from 34.2%to 73.6%,38.4%to 89.4%and 13.5%to 94.2%,respectively.Additionally,other factors influencing contaminant removal efficiency such as hydraulic retention time,vegetation types,redox micro-environment and influent water quality were evaluated.Based on these findings,two strategies for improving the purification performance of CWs were proposed:the selection of incorporating electron donor substrates and the optimization of operation parameters.This paper serves as a synthesis of information to guide future research and full-scale CW applications in micro-polluted water treatment. 展开更多

[Objectives]To explore the control mode of farmland drainage pollutants and investigate the effects of ecological ditch and wetland on reducing farmland drainage pollutants in Hetao Irrigation District.[Methods]Based on the demonstration construction project of the ecological ditch-constructed wetland system in the Hetao Irrigation District,an experimental study was conducted from July to September 2023 to investigate the interception and purification effects of ecological ditches,constructed wetlands,and the combined ecological ditch-constructed wetland system on farmland drainage pollutants.Key water quality parameters measured included total nitrogen(TN)concentration and total phosphorus(TP)concentration.[Results]Different treatment modes of ecological ditches and constructed wetlands have a certain removal effect on nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants in water bodies.The ecological ditches treated with Astragalus laxmannii,Melilotus officinalis,Medicago sativa,bio-ball substrate,and bio-sheet substrate showed reduction efficiencies for TN and TP of 21.09% and 23.84%,12.06% and 26.67%,20.08% and 34.15%,23.65% and 20.56%,and 19.92% and 25.83%,respectively.The emergent plant area showed reduction efficiencies of 24.28%for TN and 17.89%for TP,while the submerged plant area achieved a reduction efficiency of 10.21%for both TN and TP.Among the different treatment modes,the ecological ditch with M.sativa performed better in TP removal,whereas the bio-ball substrate treatment mode showed higher effectiveness in TN removal.In addition,the emergent plant area exhibited better TP removal performance,while the submerged plant area was more effective in TN removal.The combined system of ecological ditch and constructed wetland achieved removal rates of 37.55% for TN and 11.47% for TP.It effectively facilitates the step-by-step interception and adsorption purification of pollutants,thereby showing significant removal and purification effects on nitrogen and phosphorus contaminants.This contributes to mitigating agricultural non-point source pollution.[Conclusions]The combined ecological ditch-constructed wetland system serves dual functions of agricultural drainage and pollutant interception and purification.It reduces the pollution load of farmland drainage on receiving water bodies to some extent and mitigates agricultural non-point source pollution.Therefore,it is a relatively suitable technology for managing agricultural non-point source pollution in the Hetao Irrigation District. 展开更多

The rapid development of electronic devices and communication technologies has resulted in increasingly severe electromagnetic-wave(EW)pollution.Efficient EW absorption(EWA)materials are essential to mitigate their impact and ensure human safety in modern society.Fe-based EWA materials have garnered significant attention owing to their cost-effectiveness,high saturation magnetization,and superior magnetic loss capabilities.This review begins with an introduction to Fe-based EWA materials,followed by a brief description of their EWA mechanisms.Various pristine Fe-based absorbers,such as carbonyl iron powder,ferrite-based materials,Fe-based alloys,Fe-based high-entropy alloys(HEAs),and Fe-based layered ternary transition-metal borides,have been systematically reviewed.Key strategies to enhance the performance of Fe-based composite absorbers,including doping,in-situ oxidation,porous structuring,and composite construction,are critically discussed.Finally,the review presents a summary and future perspectives in this field,highlighting the synergy between Fe-based and high-entropy materials in advancing next-generation EWA for applications in stealth technology,wear-able electronics,and harsh environments. 展开更多

The distinctive landscape of Zhujiayu Ancient Village in Zhangqiu District,Ji’nan,together with its long-established cultural traditions,has shaped a unique vernacular settlement character,within which traditional dwellings serve as a primary medium of regional culture.This study examines the residence of Zhu Fengyin,a jinshi degree holder,and adopts field investigation and measured drawing-based analysis.Discussion is organized around three dimensions:an overview of the dwelling,architectural form,and cultural expression.Particular attention is given to the multi-stage,multi-bay compound configuration developed in a mountainous setting,terrain-adaptive courtyard forms,and construction techniques.The analysis further interprets the concepts of ritual order and auspicious symbolism embedded in architectural decoration.By using this representative case,the study aims to deepen understanding of the architectural culture of gentry dwellings in the Ji’nan region and to provide an academic basis for the conservation and inheritance of traditional dwellings in the Ji’nan area. 展开更多

Oil-fired construction machinery(OCM)is a major source of urban air pollutants and CO_(2) emissions,and elec-trification is a crucial pathway for improving air quality and achieving China’s dual carbon goals;however,its feasibility has not been fully explored.This study uses data envelopment analysis and the analytic hierarchy process to establish a development potential index,covering technical efficiency,economic cost,application sce-narios,and charging time and range,with an empirical analysis conducted in Beijing.The findings indicated the high feasibility of replacing OCM with electric alternatives,especially within the low-power range.Based on 2023 registered coding dat1,it is projected that by 2030,electrification could reduce regional average con-centrations of CO,NO_(x),PM_(2.5) and VOCs by 12.2%to 56.4%and reduce CO_(2) by 11.7%to 56.9%.Owing to economic considerations,small-and medium-sized machinery are particularly feasible for electrification.Key recommendations include prioritizing the electrification of forklifts,lifting platforms,and small-sized machinery in high-emission areas,particularly in central urban districts.Policies such as carbon taxes,carbon markets,and performance grading systems are suggested to incentivize electrification,along with expanding high-emission restriction zones and improving energy infrastructure to support widespread electrification. 展开更多

Anammox bacteria in constructed wetlands(CWs)play pivotal role in sustainable nitrogen transformation,yet existing studies lack comprehensive analysis of environmental gradients and microbial interactions,both key factors in anammox bacteria enrichment.This study investigated the mechanisms driving anammox bacteria enrichment in lab-scale simulated CWs treating high-nitrogen wastewater,focusing on bacterial community re-sponses across wetland layers with various strategies,including continuous up-flow influent,nitrogen loading increase,effluent recirculation,intermittent influent,and anammox bacteria inoculation.Results showed that total relative and absolute abundances of anammox bacteria ranged from 0.77%to 12.50%and from 0.13 to 6.46×10^(7) copies/g,respectively.Dissolved oxygen and pH had significant positive correlations with the absolute abundance of anammox bacteria,while organic matter and nitrate negatively impacted their relative abundance.Permutational multivariate analysis of variance indicated that spatial heterogeneity explained more variation in anammox bacteria abundance(43.44%)compared to operational strategies(8.58%).In terms of microbial interactions,60 dominant species exhibited potential correlations with anammox bacteria,comprising 170 interactions(105 positive and 65 negative),which suggested that anammox bacteria generally foster cooperative relationships with dominant bacteria.Notably,significant interspecies interactions were observed between Candidatus Kuenenia(dominant anammox bacteria in CWs)and species within the genera Chitinivibrio-nia and Anaerolineaceae,suggesting that microbial interactions primarily manifest as indirect facilitative effects rather than direct mutualistic relationships.Given that the Normalized Stochasticity Ratio in CWs were<50%,this study inferred that environmental gradients have greater influence on anammox bacteria than microbial interactions. 展开更多

In response to the Ministry of Education’s requirements for building distinctive model software schools,Software College of Northeastern University and Shenzhen Kingdom Technology Co.,Ltd.jointly developed the specialized course“Application and Practice of RPA Technology in FinTech”.Addressing pain points in financial digital transformation,the course integrates robotic process automation(RPA)principles,financial domain knowledge,and RPA platform practice into a“technology-scenario-capability”trinity teaching system.Through 64 credit hours of integrated theory and practice,it covers RPA fundamentals,financial applications,RPA operations(including core skills like Web/desktop automation),and AI integration,cultivating students’ability to design and implement automated financial workflows.It innovatively features a RPA simulation platform,30+financial case studies,and modular task resources,creating a“teacher-machine-student”interactive model.Practice demonstrates the course effectively enhances students’integration of technical application and business acumen,providing a scalable paradigm for cultivating interdisciplinary FinTech talent. 展开更多

Durability of the bio-carbonated reactive MgO cemented construction and demolition waste:Effect of wetting-drying cycles

Bio-carbonation of reactive MgO has been regarded as a promising and eco-friendly method for construction and demolition waste(CDW)cementation in various geotechnical engineering applications.However,the beneficial effect of bio-carbonation of reactive MgO cemented CDW(BCM-samples)can be altered when exposed to wetting-drying cycles induced by extreme climate changes or groundwater fluctuations.To better understand the durability of BCM-samples and their underlying deterioration mechanisms,a series of BCM-samples was prepared to investigate their physical-mechanical performance and microstructure evolution subjected to the wetting-drying cycles.The results indicated that the wetting-drying cycles can deteriorate the BCM-samples,and their physical-mechanical behaviors change quickly at the cycle beginning and then smoothly after 2 cycles.With the increase in cycling,the apparent deterioration with efflorescence and microcrack development can be observed.The mass loss and water absorption rates increased while the dry density,compressional wave velocity,and unconfined compression strength decreased.Urea pre-hydrolysis treatment can significantly improve the durability of BCM-samples,as the more hydrated magnesia carbonates(HMCs)enhance the cementing effects.After 10 cycles,the UCS of pre-hydrolyzed samples decreased 25.4%to 4.45 MPa,while that of ordinary samples decreased 50.7%to 1.20 MPa.The deterioration of BCM-samples caused by wetting-drying cycles can be attributed to two factors.One of the main factors is the structural integrity changes caused by the rapid loss of soluble material at the initial cycling stages.Another factor is the decrease in cementation induced by the loss of brucite and HMCs at the following cycle stages. 展开更多

In this paper,we investigate the convex roof measures of quantum coherence,with a focus on their superadditive properties.We propose sufficient conditions and establish a framework for coherence superadditivity in tripartite and multipartite systems.Through theoretical derivation,the relevant theorems are given.These results not only expand our understanding of the superadditivity of pure and mixed states but also characterize the conditions under which the superadditivity relations reach equality.Finally,the proposed methods and conclusions are verified through representative examples,providing new theoretical insights into the distribution of quantum coherence in multipartite systems. 展开更多
