Bitcoin is widely used as the most classic electronic currency for various electronic services such as exchanges, gambling, marketplaces, and also scams such as high-yield investment projects.Identifying the services operated by a Bitcoin address can help determine the risk level of that address and build an alert model accordingly.Feature engineering can also be used to flesh out labeled addresses and to analyze the current state of Bitcoin in a small way.In this paper,we address the problem of identifying multiple classes of Bitcoin services, and for the poor classification of individual addresses that do not have significant features,we propose a Bitcoin address identification scheme based on joint multi-model prediction using the mapping relationship between addresses and entities. The innovation of the method is to(1)Extract as many valuable features as possible when an address is given to facilitate the multi-class service identification task.(2)Unlike the general supervised model approach, this paper proposes a joint prediction scheme for multiple learners based on address-entity mapping relationships.Specifically, after obtaining the overall features, the address classification and entity clustering tasks are performed separately, and the results are subjected to graph-basedmaximization consensus. The final result ismade to baseline the individual address classification results while satisfying the constraint of having similarly behaving entities as far as possible.By testing and evaluating over 26,000 Bitcoin addresses, our feature extraction method captures more useful features. In addition, the combined multi-learner model obtained results that exceeded the baseline classifier reaching an accuracy of 77.4%. 展开更多

We deal with a consensus control problem for a group of third order agents which are networked by digraphs.Assuming that the control input of each agent is constructed based on weighted difference between its states and those of its neighbor agents, we aim to propose an algorithm on computing the weighting coefficients in the control input. The problem is reduced to designing Hurwitz polynomials with real or complex coefficients. We show that by using Hurwitz polynomials with complex coefficients, a necessary and sufficient condition can be obtained for designing the consensus algorithm. Since the condition is both necessary and sufficient, we provide a kind of parametrization for all the weighting coefficients achieving consensus. Moreover, the condition is a natural extension to second order consensus, and is reasonable and practical due to its comparatively decreased computation burden. The result is also extended to the case where communication delay exists in the control input. 展开更多

This paper discusses that there are two sorts of group consensus in Hall for Workshop of Meta-synthetic Engineering: draft consensus and decisive consensus, which are respectively formed in the two synchronous stages in the process of "synchronous stages 1- asynchronous stages- synchronous stages 2", and focuses on the concept of draft consensus. Then proposes a draft consensus building model and its solution method called Consensus Building Graph, by which claim concern value, claim support value, claim authority value and claim consensus value can be calculated real time for reaching a consensus, and designs a computer aided consensus building system called Internet based Group Discussion Environment. The model follows the methodology of meta-synthesis from qualitative to quantitative analysis in which computers and humans are combined to solve complex problems. 展开更多

The recent breakthroughs in next-generation sequencing technologies, such as those of Roche 454,Illumina/Solexa, and ABI SOLID, have dramatically reduced the cost of producing short reads of the genome of new species. The huge volume of reads, along with short read length, high coverage, and sequencing errors, poses a great challenge to de novo genome assembly. However, the paired-end information provides a new solution to these problems. In this paper, we review and compare some current assembly tools, including Newbler, CAP3, Velvet,SOAPdenovo, AllPaths, Abyss, IDBA, PE-Assembly, and Telescoper. In general, we compare the seed extension and graph-based methods that use the overlap/lapout/consensus approach and the de Bruijn graph approach for assembly. At the end of the paper, we summarize these methods and discuss the future directions of genome assembly. 展开更多
