This paper focuses on developing improved concept models for straight thin-walled box sectional columns which can better predict the peak crushing force that occurs during crashworthiness analyses. We develop a nonlinear translational spring based on previous research and apply such a spring element to build the enhanced concept models. The work presented in this article is developed on the basis of the publication of the author (Liu and Day, 2006b) and has been applied in a crashworthiness design issue, which is presented by the author in another paper (Liu, 2008). 展开更多

Effects of health concept model-based detailed behavioral care on mood and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic heart failure 被引量:2

BACKGROUND With the intensification of social aging,the susceptibility of the elderly population to diseases has attracted increasing attention,especially chronic heart failure(CHF)that accounts for a large proportion of the elderly.AIM To evaluate the application value of health concept model-based detailed behavioral care in elderly patients with CHF.METHODS This study recruited 116 elderly CHF patients admitted from October 2018 to October 2020 and grouped them according to the nursing care that they received.The elderly patients who underwent health concept model-based detailed behavioral care were included in a study group(SG;n=62),and those who underwent routine detailed behavioral nursing intervention were included as a control group(CG;n=54).Patients’negative emotions(NEs),quality of life(QoL),and nutritional status were assessed using the self-rating anxiety/depression scale(SAS/SDS),the Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ),and the Modified Quantitative Subjective Global Assessment(MQSGA)of nutrition,respectively.Differences in rehabilitation efficiency,NEs,cardiac function(CF)indexes,nutritional status,QoL,and nursing satisfaction were comparatively analyzed.RESULTS A higher response rate was recorded in the SG vs the CG after intervention(P<0.05).After care,the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher while the left ventricular end-diastolic dimension and left ventricular end systolic diameter were lower in the SG compared with the CG(P<0.05).The post-intervention SAS and SDS scores,as well as MQSGA and MLHFQ scores,were also lower in the SG(P<0.05).The SG was also superior to the CG in the overall nursing satisfaction rate(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Health concept model-based detailed behavioral care has high application value in the nursing care of elderly CHF patients,and it can not only effectively enhance rehabilitation efficiency,but also mitigate patients’NEs and improve their CF and QoL. 展开更多

A Maritime Document Knowledge Graph Construction Method Based on Conceptual Proximity Relations

The cost and strict input format requirements of GraphRAG make it less efficient for processing large documents. This paper proposes an alternative approach for constructing a knowledge graph (KG) from a PDF document with a focus on simplicity and cost-effectiveness. The process involves splitting the document into chunks, extracting concepts within each chunk using a large language model (LLM), and building relationships based on the proximity of concepts in the same chunk. Unlike traditional named entity recognition (NER), which identifies entities like “Shanghai”, the proposed method identifies concepts, such as “Convenient transportation in Shanghai” which is found to be more meaningful for KG construction. Each edge in the KG represents a relationship between concepts occurring in the same text chunk. The process is computationally inexpensive, leveraging locally set up tools like Mistral 7B openorca instruct and Ollama for model inference, ensuring the entire graph generation process is cost-free. A method of assigning weights to relationships, grouping similar pairs, and summarizing multiple relationships into a single edge with associated weight and relation details is introduced. Additionally, node degrees and communities are calculated for node sizing and coloring. This approach offers a scalable, cost-effective solution for generating meaningful knowledge graphs from large documents, achieving results comparable to GraphRAG while maintaining accessibility for personal machines. 展开更多

There are hardly available such unified models. Thedisturbed state concept (DSC) is considered to be a unified approach and is able to provide materialcharacterization for almost all of the above factors. This paper presents a description of the DSC, andstatements for determination of parameters based on triaxial, multiaxial and interface tests. Statementsof DSC and validation at the specimen level and at the boundary value problem levels are also presented.An extensive list of publications by the author and others is provided at the end. To better evaluate the three-dimensional bay health and predict the dynamic bay health conditions, a concept of numerical bay health was introduced and a method of numerical bay health evaluation(NBHE) was developed.To support the NBHE method, a numerical bay health index(NBHI) system was constructed, which assess the natural and socio-economic effects on the entire bay. Five index groups are combined to formulate the NBHI,including geometry, hydrodynamics and sediment dynamics, bio-ecology, water quality and socio-economy.Each group has different number of indices selected and weighted using AHP method according to their importance. Data were mainly synthesized from a variety of numerical models together with monitoring programs, which provide superior to other approaches in discriminating data integrity and predicting data in future. The NBHE method using NBHI system was applied in the Yueqing Bay during spring tide in April 2007.According to the NBHE results, Sta. A, at the surface level of the estuarine mouth, has a healthy geometry condition, sub-healthy hydrodynamic and sediment dynamic condition, and unhealthy water quality and bioecology conditions. The integrated healthy score at Sta. A indicates its sub-healthy condition. 展开更多

The headland-bay beach is one of the most common coastal types in the world.Its morphology reflects the changes that occurred during long-term evolution of the sandy coast.Several headland-bay beach models have been proposed to simulate the coastline’s configuration in equilibrium.In this paper,a new elliptical model is proposed,described,and applied.On the east coast of Laizhou Bay in Shandong Province from Longkou Port to Diaolongzui,four typical headland-bay beaches have developed,and four headland-bay beach models are used in this paper to simulate the morphology of these beaches to assess the applicability of each model.The simulation results of the elliptical model verify that it is applicable to the study area.In addition,the elliptical model is easy to use.Through simulation and field investigations,we concluded that most of the coastal segments in this area will remain in an erosion state,and the human activity has a significant impact on the shoreline’s evolution. 展开更多

新质生产力是由技术革命性突破、生产要素创新性配置、产业深度转型升级而催生的当代先进生产力。交通运输产业发展存在着重数量拓展、发展质效不高的问题,若按传统路径发展,制约社会经济发展需求的问题将凸显,而摆脱按照原有发展路径... 新质生产力是由技术革命性突破、生产要素创新性配置、产业深度转型升级而催生的当代先进生产力。交通运输产业发展存在着重数量拓展、发展质效不高的问题,若按传统路径发展,制约社会经济发展需求的问题将凸显,而摆脱按照原有发展路径的关键在于新质生产力的赋能。因此从交通运输生产力发展视角提出交通运输新质生产力的内涵和特征,构建了以更好地服务于社会经济发展作为衡量准则的交通运输新质生产力水平评价指标体系,并以交通运输领域的港口作为实证案例,采用层次分析法和熵权法对港口企业的交通运输新质生产力进行了评价和测算。根据理论和实证研究分析认为:数字经济时代交通运输业正处于创新发展的关键时期,交通运输发展应充分借助于新质生产力实现高质量发展,交通运输新质生产力水平提升应从劳动力、劳动资料和劳动对象三位一体进行推进,并强化系统的耦合性,围绕数字要素赋能、全要素优化配置、提升交通运输系统韧性、开展全程运输服务、建设绿色低碳交通体系、强化交通运输安全保障能力等方面系统全面推进。 展开更多

针对全球每年产生约3亿t塑料垃圾引发的生态环境危机,我国创新性提出“以竹代塑”可持续发展倡议。“以竹代塑”倡议是基于自然解决因塑料废物造成污染的全球性环境可持续发展的中国治理方案,这一绿色发展战略也将成为我国竹产业在2035... 针对全球每年产生约3亿t塑料垃圾引发的生态环境危机,我国创新性提出“以竹代塑”可持续发展倡议。“以竹代塑”倡议是基于自然解决因塑料废物造成污染的全球性环境可持续发展的中国治理方案,这一绿色发展战略也将成为我国竹产业在2035年实现万亿级产业规模战略目标的重要窗口期。首先,深入剖析了“以竹代塑”发展理念的构成要素、价值体现及内涵特性,对引领性、创新性、绿色性、和谐性以及可持续性这五大核心要素的具体内涵予以详尽阐释;其次,从自然属性、社会属性、经济属性和科技属性4个层面出发,针对性地提出了“以竹代塑”理念下“以竹代塑+”多元应用场景的实践策略;然后,围绕产业创新、产业生态和产业价值链3个维度系统梳理了“以竹代塑”产业在发展进程中的现状与所面临的挑战,并深入分析了这些挑战产生的深层次成因。基于上述研究基础,提出了我国“以竹代塑”产业的4种发展模式:(1)以第二产业为主导,第一、三产业融合发展的模式;(2)以有组织的新质生产力为驱动,推动科技创新和产业创新深度融合的国家创新领导模式;(3)基于“链式思维”构建全要素政策支持的产业扶持增强模式;(4)以多元化、多层次为特征,健康且安全的竹产品供给市场需求驱动模式。最后,希望按照“战略引领-核心突破-市场转化-保障支撑”的逻辑层次,重点突出国家创新领导模式的核心引擎作用,强化产业融合与市场需求驱动的双轮驱动效应,完善产业扶持增强模式的保障功能,形成层次分明、有机协同的发展体系,以期为我国竹产业高质量发展提供新思路。 展开更多

研究旨在探索基于STEM教育理念的运动生物力学课程的新型教学模式,评估其对学生学习效果提升的独特优势与内在机制。文章在分析课程特征的基础上,构建关键学习节点进阶式的运动生物力学课程教学模式,并通过系统动力学仿真分析,探索影响... 研究旨在探索基于STEM教育理念的运动生物力学课程的新型教学模式,评估其对学生学习效果提升的独特优势与内在机制。文章在分析课程特征的基础上,构建关键学习节点进阶式的运动生物力学课程教学模式,并通过系统动力学仿真分析,探索影响学习效果的关键因素。研究发现,该教学模式能够提升学生课程学习的关键能力,有效促进学生对课程知识内容的系统掌握。个体情绪状态、课程学习成绩、个体学习能力、课程满意程度共同构成了学习效果提升的系统过程,呈现出稳步上升—停滞不前—显著提升的演进特征。建议教师应深刻理解有效性学习发生的关键节点,有针对性地设计课程教学活动,避免学生出现课程知识学习的疲惫期。同时,注重新旧知识的有机融合与合理衔接,促进课堂知识的有效迁移,以提升教学效果。 展开更多

目的探究中心实验室研究生带教中实施基于成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)理念的BOPPPS教学模式的应用价值。方法选取2019年6月―2023年5月于太仓市第一人民医院中心实验室学习的28名研究生作为研究对象,于2019年6月―2021年... 目的探究中心实验室研究生带教中实施基于成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)理念的BOPPPS教学模式的应用价值。方法选取2019年6月―2023年5月于太仓市第一人民医院中心实验室学习的28名研究生作为研究对象,于2019年6月―2021年5月实施常规教学模式(实施前),于2021年6月―2023年5月实施基于OBE理念的BOPPPS教学模式(实施后)。观察不同时段不同教学模式的教学效果。结果研究生实施后的教学热情与组织清晰性评分为(4.13±0.62)分、教学模式满意度评分为(4.24±0.54)分、课程创新性评分为(4.24±0.44)分、教学难点突出评分为(4.17±0.61)分、教学管理评分为(4.15±0.54)分,均高于实施前的评分[(4.13±0.62)分,(4.24±0.54)分,(4.24±0.44)分,(4.17±0.61)分,(4.15±0.54)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究生实施后的学习目标明确评分、知识理解及记忆能力提高评分、促进学习主动性及积极性提高评分、临床思维能力提高评分、分析解决问题能力提升评分、团队合作能力增强评分均高于实施前的评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在中心实验室研究生带教中应用基于OBE理念的BOPPPS教学模式的效果显著,可提高课程的教学效果和研究生的学习效果。 展开更多

目的:探讨基于健康理念模式的细节行为护理在膀胱癌手术患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2023年1月至2024年6月本院收治的100例拟行经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术治疗的患者作为研究对象.采用随机数字表法,将其分为观察组(n=50,行基于健康理念模式的... 目的:探讨基于健康理念模式的细节行为护理在膀胱癌手术患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2023年1月至2024年6月本院收治的100例拟行经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术治疗的患者作为研究对象.采用随机数字表法,将其分为观察组(n=50,行基于健康理念模式的细节行为护理)和对照组(n=50,行常规护理),比较两组患者术后恢复指标、生活质量及并发症发生率.结果:观察组患者术后下床活动、排便时间均早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者膀胱癌患者生活质量量表(FACT-BL)评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于健康理念模式的细节行为护理可显著缩短膀胱癌手术患者术后恢复时间,提高生活质量,降低术后并发症发生率. 展开更多

[研究目的]国家安全教育是维护国家安全的基本途径之一。高校是培养国家安全人才的主阵地,探索其国家安全教育内在机理与优化路径,以便更好地适应总体国家安全观的要求。[研究方法]基于需求端视角,采用扎根理论方法,以滚雪球抽样方式收集73名高校学生数据。通过开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码,构建国家安全教育影响因素理论模型,分析国家安全教育内在机理和作用路径。[研究结果/结论]研究表明,高校国家安全教育受外部因素、教育生态、学习者动态参与、学习者个人特征、成效转化共同影响;可以通过融合顶层规划与全域安全教育治理、锚定需求侧驱动的培养模式、优化成效导向评价三个方面提升国家安全人才培养质量和效果。 展开更多
