Anterior segment changes after pharmacologic mydriasis using Pentacam and optical coherence tomography in angle closure suspects 被引量:4

AIM: To compare the dynamic changes of anterior segment parameters especially iris morphology induced by pharmacologic mydriasis between angle closure suspects and normal controls. METHODS: The study group comprised 19 eyes of 19 angle closure suspects and 19 eyes of 19 age- and sexmatched normal open-angle eyes. Pentacam and optical coherence tomography measurements before and 30min after instillation of compound tropicamide eye drop were performed and compared. Biometric evaluations of iris tomography and anterior chamber angle were estimated by a customized image-processing software. RESULTS: Baseline axial length, iris cross sectional area and volume did not differ significantly between angle closure suspects and normal controls. Angle closure suspects had smaller pupil size, narrower anterior segment dimension and axial length, thinner iris with greater curve in comparison with normal controls. Pharmacologic mydriasis led to significant increments in iris thickness at 750 mu m, anterior chamber depth and volume, whereas significant decrements in iris curve, cross sectional area and volume in both groups. Angle opening distance at 500 mu M was increased significantly in normal controls (from 0.465 +/- 0.115 mm to 0.539 +/- 0.167 mm, P=0.009), but not in angle closure suspects (from 0.125 0.100 mm to 0.145 +/- 0.131 mm, P=0.326). Iris volume change per millimeter of pupil dilation (Delta IV/Delta PD) decreased significantly less in angle closure suspects than normal controls (-2.47 +/- 1.33 mm(2) vs -3.63 +/- 1.58 mm(2), P=0.019). Linear regression analysis showed that the change of angle opening distance at 500 mu M was associated most with the change of central anterior chamber depth (beta= 0.841, P=0.002) and Delta IV/Delta PD (beta=0.028, P=0.002), followed by gender (beta=0. 062, P=0.032). CONCLUSION: Smaller iris volume decrement per millimeter of pupil dilation is related significantly with the less anterior angle opening in angle closure suspects after pharmacologic mydriasis. Dynamic iris change may be as a prospective indicator of iris compressibility and angle closure glaucoma. 展开更多

AIM: To determine angle closure agreements between gonioscopy and anterior segment optical coherence tomography(AS-OCT), as well as gonioscopy and spectral domain OCT(SD-OCT). A secondary objective was to quantify inter-observer agreements of AS-OCT and SD-OCT assessments.METHODS: Seventeen consecutive subjects(33 eyes)were recruited from the study hospital’s Glaucoma clinic.Gonioscopy was performed by a glaucomatologist masked to OCT results. OCT images were read independently by 2 other glaucomatologists masked to gonioscopy findings as well as each other’s analyses of OCT images.RESULTS: Totally 84.8% and 45.5% of scleral spurs were visualized in AS-OCT and SD-OCT images respectively(P 【0.01). The agreement for angle closure between AS-OCT and gonioscopy was fair at k =0.31(95% confidence interval, CI: 0.03-0.59) and k =0.35(95%CI: 0.07-0.63) for reader 1 and 2 respectively. The agreement for angle closure between SD-OCT and gonioscopy was fair at k =0.21(95% CI: 0.07-0.49) and slight at k =0.17(95% CI: 0.08-0.42) for reader 1 and 2 respectively. The inter-reader agreement for angle closure in AS-OCT images was moderate at 0.51(95% CI: 0.13-0.88). The inter-reader agreement for angle closure in SD-OCT images was slight at 0.18(95% CI: 0.08-0.45).CONCLUSION: Significant proportion of scleral spurs were not visualised with SD-OCT imaging resulting in weaker inter-reader agreements. Identifying other angle landmarks in SD-OCT images will allow more consistent angle closure assessments. Gonioscopy and OCT imaging do not always agree in angle closure assessments but have their own advantages, and should be used together and not exclusively. 展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of cataract ultrasonic emulsification(PE)combined with atrial angle separation(CSS)for primary angle-closure glaucoma(PACG).Methods:78 patients with PACG admitted to the hospital between October 2021 and October 2023 were selected and grouped by randomized numerical table;39 cases were counted in the observation group and selected PE combined with CSS surgery;39 cases were counted in the reference group and selected PE combined with trabeculectomy and the total effective rate,the state of the atrial angle,the clinical indexes,the degree of ocular symptoms,and the complication rate were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the percentage of the wide atrial angle of the atrial angle status was higher than that of the reference group;3 months after the operation,the logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution(Log MAR)and intraocular pressure of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group,and the central anterior chamber depth(ACD)was greater than that of the reference group;the scores of the degree of ocular symptoms of the observation group were lower than that of the reference group,and the rate of complication was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PE combined with CSS surgical treatment for PACG patients can improve the efficacy of treatment,improve the state of the patients’atrial angles,and restore the ocular function indexes.It can alleviate the ocular symptoms as soon as possible and has a high surgical safety. 展开更多

The changes in the iridocorneal angle structure during accommodation are assessed by means of anterior segment optical coherence tomography.Thirteen right eyes were included in the study.The device used for the measurement was the Visante?omni system.The stimuli were set up at different vergences(0.0 D,-1.5 D,and-3.0 D).The angle opening distance 500 and 750,the trabecular iris space area 500 and 750,and the scleral spur angle parameters were assessed at the nasal and temporal regions.The results in the iridotrabecular angle comparing the three accommodative states of the eye did not yield any statistically significant difference at nasal or temporal angle sections.In light of our results and in the conditions of our study,the structures of the iridocorneal angle are not significantly changed with accommodation. 展开更多

Visual navigation in orchard based on multiple images at different shooting angles

The orchards usually have rough terrain,dense tree canopy and weeds.It is hard to use GNSS for autonomous navigation in orchard due to signal occlusion,multipath effect,and radio frequency interference.To achieve autonomous navigation in orchard,a visual navigation method based on multiple images at different shooting angles is proposed in this paper.A dynamic image capturing device is designed for camera installation and multiple images can be shot at different angles.Firstly,the obtained orchard images are classified into sky and soil detection stage.Each image is transformed to HSV space and initially segmented into sky,canopy and soil regions by median filtering and morphological processing.Secondly,the sky and soil regions are extracted by the maximum connected region algorithm,and the region edges are detected and filtered by the Canny operator.Thirdly,the navigation line in the current frame is extracted by fitting the region coordinate points.Then the dynamic weighted filtering algorithm is used to extract the navigation line for the soil and sky detection stage,respectively,and the navigation line for the sky detection stage is mirrored to the soil region.Finally,the Kalman filter algorithm is used to fuse and extract the final navigation path.The test results on 200 images show that the accuracy of visual navigation path fitting is 95.5%,and single frame image processing costs 60 ms,which meets the real-time and robustness requirements of navigation.The visual navigation experiments in Camellia oleifera orchard show that when the driving speed is 0.6 m/s,the maximum tracking offset of visual navigation in weed-free and weedy environments is 0.14 m and 0.24 m,respectively,and the RMSE is 30 mm and 55 mm,respectively. 展开更多

尾矿坝作为矿业生产的核心设施,其稳定性对矿山安全及周边环境具有重要影响。受表面植被覆盖和复杂地形影响,机载激光点云数据在采集过程中常面临密度不均及多尺度噪声干扰的问题,导致传统方法在形变估计时出现偏差。因此,提出基于机载... 尾矿坝作为矿业生产的核心设施,其稳定性对矿山安全及周边环境具有重要影响。受表面植被覆盖和复杂地形影响,机载激光点云数据在采集过程中常面临密度不均及多尺度噪声干扰的问题,导致传统方法在形变估计时出现偏差。因此,提出基于机载激光点云数据滤波的尾矿坝位移变形监测方法,通过K邻近搜索算法建立空间索引以划分多尺度噪声,并引入空间距离权重与几何相似性权重的双重约束机制,结合双边滤波算法有效抑制噪声干扰。同时,采用对象分割技术将监测区域划分为3D网格单元,实现尾矿坝水平变形与垂直沉降的高精度监测。结果表明,该方法在水平变形和垂直沉降监测中的平均绝对误差显著减小,位移速率波动率低,最大误差仅0.4%,为尾矿坝全生命周期安全提供了毫米级感知能力。相较于传统DS-InSAR技术和时序分解模型,本研究方法在复杂植被覆盖和地形起伏区域表现出更高的监测精度和稳定性,尤其适用于尾矿坝长期安全预警及动态管理场景。 展开更多

目的研究原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)经白内障超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术(Phaco+IOL+GSL)术后房角结构参数的变化,评估该手术的长期疗效。方法回顾性病例研究。收集45例(45只眼)PACG患者。采集入组患者术前、术后1个月以及术后1年的眼压... 目的研究原发性闭角型青光眼(PACG)经白内障超声乳化吸除联合房角分离术(Phaco+IOL+GSL)术后房角结构参数的变化,评估该手术的长期疗效。方法回顾性病例研究。收集45例(45只眼)PACG患者。采集入组患者术前、术后1个月以及术后1年的眼压以及眼前节OCT图像,统计其房角结构参数数据,包括前房深度(ACD)、距巩膜突500μm处前房角度(ACA500)、距巩膜突500μm处房角开放距离(AOD500)、距巩膜突750μm处房角开放距离(AOD750)、距巩膜突500μm处小梁网虹膜间隙面积(TISA500)、距巩膜突750μm处小梁网虹膜间隙面积(TISA750)。分析各个参数术前术后的变化,对比不同时间段该参数的差异。结果入组患者均接受了白内障超声乳化联合房角分离术,术后眼压较术前明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.0001),术后1个月眼压与术后1年眼压相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后房角结构参数ACD、ACA500、AOD500、AOD750、TISA500、TISA750均较术前明显增大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.0001),且术后1年与术后1个月各个房角结构参数相比差异均无计学意义,(P>0.05),且以上各个参数均与眼压均呈负相关。结论PACG患者在接受Phaco+IOL+GSL术后眼压较前明显降低,房角结构参数较术前增加。术后1个月与术后1年PACG患者的房角结构参数变化差异无显著性,说明Phaco+IOL+GSL该手术方式具有长期有效性,可以从恢复房水生理性引流通道来治疗PACG。 展开更多

随着汽车产业向高端制造转型,现有自动化缺陷检测设备在应对曲面工件、反光材质及复合型缺陷时存在明显不足。为此,本文设计并实现一种融合计算机视觉算法的智能检测系统。成像环节采用多相机阵列协同+景深扩展算法,实现曲面工件全域覆... 随着汽车产业向高端制造转型,现有自动化缺陷检测设备在应对曲面工件、反光材质及复合型缺陷时存在明显不足。为此,本文设计并实现一种融合计算机视觉算法的智能检测系统。成像环节采用多相机阵列协同+景深扩展算法,实现曲面工件全域覆盖;图像处理环节引入色相-饱和度-明度(Hue-Saturation-Value,HSV)颜色空间转换、自适应直方图均衡算法,有效抑制反光与光照不均问题;缺陷检测环节融合深度学习模型与阈值分割算法,实现微小缺陷的精准定位。经测试,该系统对0.2 mm级划痕的检出率达98.7%,气泡与油渍的误判率仅为0.3%;单件检测耗时稳定在420 ms,环境温漂影响控制在3%误差带内。 展开更多

目的:探讨a VR导联T波形态、QRS–T夹角与急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(ASTEMI)后恶性心律失常(MA)预后的关系。方法:回顾性分析直接经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)治疗的80例ASTEMI后MA病人(MA组)的临床资料,另选同期ASTEMI未发生MA病人80例(非MA... 目的:探讨a VR导联T波形态、QRS–T夹角与急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(ASTEMI)后恶性心律失常(MA)预后的关系。方法:回顾性分析直接经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)治疗的80例ASTEMI后MA病人(MA组)的临床资料,另选同期ASTEMI未发生MA病人80例(非MA组),所有病人术前均行心电图(ECG)检查,比较2组aVR导联T波形态和平面QRS–T夹角的差异。随访至2021年6月,MA组病人根据生存情况分为生存组和死亡组,比较2组aVR导联T波形态和平面QRS–T夹角,并采用单因素和多因素Cox回归分析影响ASTEMI后MA预后的相关因素,绘制生存曲线评估aVR导联T波形态和平面QRS–T夹角对ASTEMI后MA预后的预测价值。结果:MA组aVR导联T波直立占比及平面QRS–T夹角>90°占比均较非MA组升高(P<0.05)。截至随访时间,80例病人48例生存,32例死亡。与生存组比较,死亡组aVR导联T波直立占比、QRS–T夹角>90°占比、LVEF、Cr水平、发病至PCI时间、Killip分级高级别占比均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05~P<0.01)。Cox回归分析显示,aVR导联T波直立占比高、QRS–T夹角>90°占比高、LVEF占比高、Killip分级等级高均是影响ASTEMI后恶性心律失常预后的危险因素(P<0.05~P<0.01)。Kaplan–Meier生存曲线显示,aVR导联T波直立组生存率低于非直立组病人、QRS–T夹角>90°组生存率低于≤90°组病人,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:aVR导联T波形态、QRS–T夹角是影响ASTEMI后MA预后的相关因素,对ASTEMI后MA预后具有一定的参考价值。 展开更多

当前地下市政工程中,急曲线隧道线形广泛使用,但盾构时管片水平位移风险较大。为了解决当前位移测量方法不适应急曲线段通视条件差的问题,一种基于光纤传感器的管片水平位移监测系统被设计提出。此系统使用光纤传感器测量相邻环张角和踏... 当前地下市政工程中,急曲线隧道线形广泛使用,但盾构时管片水平位移风险较大。为了解决当前位移测量方法不适应急曲线段通视条件差的问题,一种基于光纤传感器的管片水平位移监测系统被设计提出。此系统使用光纤传感器测量相邻环张角和踏步,计算得出各环实时位置和位移量,监测精确、连续,适应急曲线工况。在上海一输水管道盾构项目中,系统连续监测了超30环急曲线盾构作业期间各环状况,反馈进程中急曲线段最大位移量接近5 mm,基本全部由管片间踏步引发,张角变化小于0.062°,影响很低;同时表明,位移表现为多次突变,并且急曲线段距离盾头20环以上的管片仍会发生2 mm以上的明显位移。系统监测数据给施工作业提供了良好的依据。 展开更多

Region growing method has been proven to be a efficient method for 3D mesh segmentation. However, in mesh segmentation, feature line extraction algorithm is computationally costly, and the over-segmentation problem still exists during region merging processing. In order to tackle these problems, a fast and efficient mesh segmentation method based on improved region growing is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the dihedral angle of each non-boundary edge is defined and computed simply, then the sharp edges are detected and feature lines are extracted. After region growing process is finished, an improved region merging method will be performed in two steps by considering some geometric criteria. The experiment results show the feature line extraction algorithm can obtain the same geometric information fast with less computational costs and the improved region merging method can solve over-segmentation well. 展开更多

AIM:To quantitatively assess narrow anterior chamber angle using spectral-domain anterior segment optical coherence tomography(SD-AS-OCT) and ultrasound biomicroscopy(UBM),and to evaluate the correlations and consistency between SD-AS-OCT and UBM.· METHODS:Fifty-five eyes from 40 patients were examined.Patients were diagnosed with primary angleclosure glaucoma(PACG) remission(11 eyes from 8patients),primary angle closure(PAC,20 eyes from 20patients) and PAC suspect(24 eyes from 12 patients).Each eye was examined by SD-AS-OCT and UBM after laser peripheral iridotomy(LPI).The measurements of SD-AS-OCT were angle open distance(AOD),anterior chamber angle(ACA),trabecular iris angle(TIA),and trabecular iris space area(TISA).UBM measurements were AOD and TIA.Correlations of AOD500 and TIA500 between UBM and AS-OCT were assessed.All parameters were analysed by SPSS 16.0 and MedCalc.· RESULTS:ACA,TIA and AOD measured by SD-ASOCT reached a maximum at the temporal quadrant and minimum at the nasal quadrant.Group parameters of AOD500 and AOD750 showed a linear positive correlation,and AOD750 had less variability.UBM outcomes of AOD500 and TIA500 were significantly smaller than those of SD-AS-OCT.The results of the two techniques were correlated at the superior,nasal and inferior quadrants.CONCLUSION:Both UBM and SD-AS-OCT are efficient tools for follow-up during the course of PACG.We recommended using parameters at 750 μm anterior to the sclera spur for the screening and follow-up of PACG and PAC.The two methods might be alternatives to each other. 展开更多

目的当前的光场语义分割方法局限于单一物体,手工特征表达鲁棒性差且缺乏高层角度语义信息,针对上述不足,提出了一种适用于静态图像的端到端语义分割网络,充分挖掘了深度卷积神经网络对光场图像特征的表征潜力,探索了空间和角度结构关... 目的当前的光场语义分割方法局限于单一物体,手工特征表达鲁棒性差且缺乏高层角度语义信息,针对上述不足,提出了一种适用于静态图像的端到端语义分割网络,充分挖掘了深度卷积神经网络对光场图像特征的表征潜力,探索了空间和角度结构关系以解决过分割和欠分割问题。方法从多尺度光场宏像素图像构造出发,基于多种骨干网络设计,提出了一个高效角度特征提取器(angular feature extractor,AFE)与空洞空间金字塔池化(atrous spatial pyramid pooling,ASPP)结合的光场语义分割模型。其中,在编码器模块中采用ASPP以高效地提取并融合宏像素图像中的多尺度空间特征,提高模型对复杂场景的适应能力;在解码器中设计AFE用于提取宏像素图像中的角度结构线索,减少特征在连续下采样过程中造成的角度信息丢失。结果通过在LF Dataset开源数据集上与7种光场最佳方法(state-of-the-art,SOTA)进行实验,利用ResNet101作为骨干网络时所提模型在测试集上实现了88.80%的平均交并比(mean intersection over union,mIoU),在所有对比方法中是最佳的。结论本文所提模型在提升语义分割性能方面具有可行性和有效性,能够更加精确地捕捉到图像中细微变化的信息,实现更精确的边界分割,为光场技术在场景理解中的应用提供了新的研究方向。 展开更多

针对传统人工螺栓损伤检测效率低下等问题,本文提出一种基于深度学习与图像处理技术的检测算法,该算法能够检测出螺栓的正常、缺失、松动和锈蚀4种状态,并且对于难以识别的轻微松动状态也能做出针对性处理。该算法可分为2个部分:第1分支... 针对传统人工螺栓损伤检测效率低下等问题,本文提出一种基于深度学习与图像处理技术的检测算法,该算法能够检测出螺栓的正常、缺失、松动和锈蚀4种状态,并且对于难以识别的轻微松动状态也能做出针对性处理。该算法可分为2个部分:第1分支,对单阶段的目标检测算法YOLOv7-tiny进行改进,提出两阶段的YOLOv7-tiny-CM算法,直接进行螺栓损伤检测;第2分支,针对轻微松动情况,利用U-Net算法与图像处理技术直接检测出螺栓松动角度。经实验验证,第1分支所提的两阶段YOLOv7-tiny-CM算法在保持较低计算量的同时,能够达到更精准的检测性能;第2分支所提的松动识别算法能够直接计算出螺栓松动角度,不论是单螺栓识别还是多螺栓识别,误差均在1.7°以内。研究结果对于实际工程项目中的螺栓损伤检测有一定的参考价值。 展开更多

DMR-KAN:基于多尺度区域强化的三维肿瘤影像分割方法

KAN(Kolmogorov-Arnold Networks)模型通过新的线性函数拟合方式使得图像分割的精准度得到提升.然而,其拟合角度单一、提取标签位置信息差等问题,导致其对标签细节特征信息的处理能力较差,令网络精度提升受限.针对上述问题,设计了多尺度双通道三维影像分割模型,该模型通过整合多角度三维影像输入,将多角度KAN模块与多尺度卷积加权残差通道相结合,显著增强了网络对图像微小特征的提取能力.在网络注意力机制方面,设计了多视角自注意力残差模块,该模块通过多维度特征交互有效捕获标签空间位置信息,使占比较低(<10%)的标签区域仍能保持优异的分割精度.模型在BraTS2021 MRI多模态三维脑肿瘤数据集与LiTS2017肝肿瘤CT三维数据集中进行实验.改进模型精准度分别为86.54%与88.07%;在脑肿瘤数据集中,增强肿瘤、全部肿瘤和肿瘤核心区域的Dice评价指标达到83.67%、88.79%和85.28%,相较U-KAN网络分别提升3.38、2.85和1.62个百分点;在肝肿瘤数据集中,肝脏与肿瘤区域的Dice评价指标达到91.36%与84.77%,分别提升了1.69个百分点与1.02个百分点.实验结果表明该模型对三维肿瘤影像分割效果提升显著. 展开更多
