This paper proposes robot position control using force information for cooperative work between two remote robot systems with force feedback in each of which a user operates a remote robot by using a haptic interface device while observing work of the robot with a video camera. We also investigate the effect of the proposed control by experiment. As cooperative work, we deal with work in which two robots carry an object together. The robot position control using force information finely adjusts the position of the robot arm to reduce the force applied to the object. Thus, the purpose of the control is to avoid large force so that the object is not broken. In our experiment, we make a comparison among the following three cases in order to clarify how to carry out the control effectively. In the first case, the two robots are operated manually by a user with his/her both hands. In the second case, one robot is operated manually by a user, and the other robot is moved automatically under the proposed control. In the last case, the object is carried directly by a human instead of the robot which is operated by the user in the second case. As a result, experimental results demonstrate that the control can help each system operated manually by the user to carry the object smoothly. 展开更多

The buoyancy of groundwater can reduce the foundation bearing capa-city and cause the metro tunnels to float as a whole,which threatens the safety of structures seriously.Therefore,uplift piles are set up to improve the structural sta-bility.In this paper,FLAC3D software is used to establish the calculation models of pile foundation.The bearing failure process of uplift piles was simulated to study the influencing factors on single pile load bearing capacity as well as the cooperative work laws of pile groups.The load-displacement curves of pile top under different length-diameter ratios,pile soil interface characteristics and pile types are obtained,respectively.The results showed that,increasing the length-diameter ratio and the pile-soil interface roughness properdly can improve the bear-ing capacity of uplift piles.Besides,changing the shapes of constant pile section can also improve it,which has the most significant effect concerning of saving material cost.In the loading process of pile groups,the ultimate bearing capacity of corner pile is the biggest,the side pile is the next,and the center pile is the smallest.The de formation characteristics of pile top are as follows:the center pile is the biggest,the side pile is the next,and comer pile is the smallest.Combined with the results,the uplift resistance of group piles can be enhanced pertinently,and the conclusions provide guidance for the design and construction of up lift piles in the actual engineer. 展开更多

To study the occurrence mechanism of rock burst during mining the irregular working face,the study took irregular panel 7447 near fault tectonic as an engineering background.The spatial fracture characteristic of overlying strata was analyzed by Winkler elastic foundation beam theory.Furthermore,the influence law of panel width to suspended width and limit breaking span of key strata were also analyzed by thin plate theory.Through micro-seismic monitoring,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and working resistance of support of field measurement,this study investigated the fracture characteristic of overlying strata and mechanism of rock burst in irregular working face.The results show that the fracture characteristic of overlying strata shows a spatial trapezoid structure,with the main roof being as an undersurface.The fracture form changes from vertical‘‘O-X"type to transverse‘‘O-X"type with the increase of trapezoidal height.From the narrow mining face to the wide mining face,the suspended width of key strata is greater than its limit breaking width,and a strong dynamic load is produced by the fracture of key strata.The numerical simulation and micro-seismic monitoring results show that the initial fracture position of key strata is close to tailgate 7447.Also there is a high static load caused by fault tectonic.The dynamic and static combined load induce rock burst.Accordingly,a cooperative control technology was proposed,which can weaken dynamic load by hard roof directional hydraulic fracture and enhance surrounding rock by supporting system. 展开更多

竹钢是一种高性能竹基复合材料和重组竹制品,具有可以和钢材媲美的拉、压、弯曲强度。用钢带(无损)或钢带加少量钢钉(微损)锚固竹钢板材加固古建筑木梁,可以实现对古建筑木梁的无损/微损和可逆加固。为了研究不同加固方法和竹钢板厚度... 竹钢是一种高性能竹基复合材料和重组竹制品,具有可以和钢材媲美的拉、压、弯曲强度。用钢带(无损)或钢带加少量钢钉(微损)锚固竹钢板材加固古建筑木梁,可以实现对古建筑木梁的无损/微损和可逆加固。为了研究不同加固方法和竹钢板厚度等因素对木梁协同工作性能的影响,该文对10根木梁进行了弯曲加载试验,对试件的受力过程、破坏形态、初始抗弯刚度及变形能力进行了比较和分析。研究结果表明:竹钢板与木梁可以协同工作,加固后木梁的抗弯承载力、刚度均显著提升,抗弯承载力的提高幅度为47.94%~139.74%,刚度的提高幅度为4%~128%;其中全包加固试件加固效果最佳;拉压复合加固和全包加固试件破坏后的残余抗弯承载能力可达未加固木梁极限抗弯承载力的74%~138%,说明采用这两种加固方式对有缺陷木梁进行加固可以弥补木材初始缺陷的不足。建立了竹钢板加固木梁的抗弯承载力计算公式,理论计算与试验结果吻合良好。 展开更多

全面乡村振兴背景下如何实现农村公共服务的有效供给成为重要的治理议题。政府发包、社会力量外包,作为一种追求“国家—社会”共同在场的项目进村模式,在实践运转中呈现出行政化特征,面临乡村自主性微弱、服务覆盖面狭窄、项目连续性... 全面乡村振兴背景下如何实现农村公共服务的有效供给成为重要的治理议题。政府发包、社会力量外包,作为一种追求“国家—社会”共同在场的项目进村模式,在实践运转中呈现出行政化特征,面临乡村自主性微弱、服务覆盖面狭窄、项目连续性中断等多重有效性考验。从合作生产的视角出发,文章构建了“结构—过程—价值”分析框架,对N市S社区运作“巧嫂”项目展开分析。研究发现,社会组织通过服务外包驱动村级治理组织进入结构化过程,为项目运作构筑合作制组织结构,以激活村民参与的自主性;通过合作规划、合作设计、合作交付以及合作评估的全过程再造形成服务的链条式衔接,进而拓宽服务覆盖面;在重塑乡村公共性的基础上识别、共创了优质高效的服务价值、回应参与的治理价值、信任合作的社会价值。并且,结构创制、过程再造、价值共创三大机制耦合循环、联动作用,对项目制的基层运作、农村公共服务的有效供给具有一定镜鉴意义。 展开更多

大采高孤岛面煤柱留设的合理尺寸确定是影响煤炭回采率与安全回采的关键因素之一,以黄岩汇矿15115大采高孤岛面为研究对象,运用理论计算与数值模拟方法,构建了厚硬岩挠曲-煤体协同压缩与硬岩悬臂附加应力耦合作用的煤柱叠加承载模型,确... 大采高孤岛面煤柱留设的合理尺寸确定是影响煤炭回采率与安全回采的关键因素之一,以黄岩汇矿15115大采高孤岛面为研究对象,运用理论计算与数值模拟方法,构建了厚硬岩挠曲-煤体协同压缩与硬岩悬臂附加应力耦合作用的煤柱叠加承载模型,确定了合理柱宽。主要结论如下:煤柱帮荷载主要由厚硬岩层挠曲与煤体自重压缩变形效应决定,而采空区侧荷载来源于悬臂岩层附加应力。煤柱荷载与极限承载力在其宽度上变化呈反向趋势,得到了煤柱最小宽度9.4 m,确定了等效断裂角对降低煤柱荷载强度的作用敏感点为82°。模拟中随煤柱宽度增加,煤柱塑性破坏范围占比与煤体扩容程度降低,中部应力集中程度趋于稳定,整体承载性能增强,综合考虑宽度设置为10.0 m。现场表明,巷道两侧实施压裂后,岩层裂缝贯通弱化了厚硬岩层的完整性。煤柱保留了中部2.0 m弹性区,顶底板及两帮变形量均控制在520 mm内,有效实现了孤岛面安全护巷。 展开更多

跨组织协同创新主导着联盟网络的形成和演化,为联盟创新绩效提升带来新动力和新机制,也赋能科技自立自强国家创新体系建设。文章引入超网络理论刻画联盟网络构型,结合社会网络理论构建双重网络特征影响联盟创新绩效的理论模型,并基于人... 跨组织协同创新主导着联盟网络的形成和演化,为联盟创新绩效提升带来新动力和新机制,也赋能科技自立自强国家创新体系建设。文章引入超网络理论刻画联盟网络构型,结合社会网络理论构建双重网络特征影响联盟创新绩效的理论模型,并基于人工智能领域176025条专利授权大数据,采用社区发现算法识别出1228个协作联盟,使用K-Means聚类、分类与回归树算法探析不同合作情境下联盟创新绩效的潜在决策规则。研究结果表明:(1)联盟异质性合作情境主要包括三种类型,即二元合作、类完全和完全合作以及复杂合作,与之对应的联盟双重网络结构和创新绩效差异化明显;(2)合作网络和知识网络不能单独驱动联盟创新绩效发展,但合作网络关系质量发挥着较为普适的作用,且联盟双重网络具备规模效应优势;(3)不同双重网络特征组合以殊途同归的方式影响联盟创新绩效,协作联盟在二元、类完全和完全及复杂合作情境下分别适宜采纳“纵向优化”、“聚焦突破”与“颠覆创新”策略。 展开更多
