Underground space resources are important for the purposes of urban sustainable development and are a significant means by which to realize three-dimensional urban development.A reasonable and scientific evaluation of underground space resources is the foundation for the rational use of land resources and urban planning.On the basis of the geological conditions used by preceding researchers,this study adds the analysis of two influencing factors of social and economic value,alongside existing facilities and protection needs.The evaluation index is quantified and the comprehensive quality evaluation system of underground space resources is constructed.Finally,taking the Nanshan District of Shenzhen as an example,the evaluation of underground space resources is carried out.The results show that for shallow underground space,the comprehensive quality of underground space resources development in Nanshan District is generally high.Nantou,Nanshan and Yuehai streets are recommended as areas to actively develop underground space,whereas the Qianhai and Houhai areas are recommended to be used with caution in the development and construction of their underground space.In addition,this study also provides a reference for the purposes of underground space planning in the Nanshan district of Shenzhen. 展开更多

Objective: to analyze the specific effect of mixed teaching model on students comprehensive quality in the process of comprehensive experimental teaching of histology and embryology. Methods: from March to July 2021, 800 students who studied the comprehensive experimental courses of histology and embryology were randomly divided into the control group (conventional teaching mode) and the observation group (mixed teaching mode). The statistical differences in the five dimensions of comprehensive quality (learning interest, autonomy, professional belief, thinking ability and humanistic quality) of the two groups of students before and after teaching were compared, and the statistical differences in the satisfaction degree of the two groups of students and teachers with the teaching process were compared. Results: the scores of the five dimensions of comprehensive quality (interest in learning, humanistic quality, professional belief, thinking ability and autonomous learning) of the students in the two groups were increased. the scores of comprehensive quality of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after teaching, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group (86.00%) was higher than that of the control group (71.50%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: the application of mixed teaching model in the comprehensive experimental teaching of histology and embryology can comprehensively improve students comprehensive quality and improve students satisfaction with the teaching process. 展开更多

The relative importance of each pollution factor in analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method comes from pooling expert opinions in general. Because expert opinions are based on information and judgment criteria, determining their weight may lead to uncertainty.. Therefore, an improved AHP method had been developed. The process of the improved AHP method involved four key procedures. The weights of pollution factors were completely related to the objective monitoring data through the standardization of these procedures. The environmental comprehensive quality of water and sediment of Xuanwu Lake, Nanjing, China had been evaluated. The environmental quality comprehensive indices (EQCI) of the water in 1991-1995 and 1996-2000 were 3.32 and 1.85, respectively, indicating that the water quality improved. The EQCI of the sediment in 1995 and 2000 indicates that the sediment contamination decreased from 1995 to 2000. Such results agreed with the fact that the lake had been under comprehensive control. However, with the classical AHP method, the EQCI of the sediment in the northwestern part of the lake may have indicated that sediment contamination increased from 1995 to 2000. The discrepancy may have resulted from the judgment difference of the experts. The improved AHP method can avoid arbitrariness of subjective judgment and can reflect the real influential factors of environment pollution in different periods or regions. 展开更多

Water quality is a pressing issue affecting the sustainable development of lakes.To elucidate the spatial and temporal characteristics of water quality in Bos ten Lake,China,this study constructed a comprehensive water quality index(CWQI) based on key water quality indicators,utilizing water quality data collected from 17 sampling sites spaning from 2011 to 2019.Key water quality indicators were determined using factor analysis,and the spatial and temporal characteristics of key water quality indicators and the CWQI were examined using multivariate statistical analysis.The key water quality indicators included pH,chemical oxygen demand(COD),water transparency(SD),NO3-,total dissolved solids(TDS),Cl-,SO42-,and electrical conductivity(EC).Furthermore,the contribution rates of all water quality indicators to the water quality were quantitatively elucidated using the SHapley Additive explanations(SHAP) values,thereby validating the factor analysis outcomes.Among the eight key water quality indicators,the COD had the most significant influence on the water quality of Bos ten Lake.The water quality condition of Bosten Lake has remained at Class Ⅲ from 2011 to 2019(CWQI ranging from3.19 to 3.90).The water quality of Bos ten Lake was characterized by distinct regional differences that arose from hydrodynamic processes within the lake and upstream water quality.The southwestern region exhibited the best water quality(mean CWQI of 3.47),whereas the northwestern region exhibited the worst(mean CWQI of 3.58).It is crucial to acknowledge that alongside the increase in industrial and agricultural effluent discharge monitoring,a series of ecological restoration projects for the lake basin have been initiated.Over time,the water quality of Bosten Lake showed gradual improvement(improvement rate of CWQI at 0.05/a).This study provides a critical scientific basis for enhancing the understanding and effective management of water quality in the Bosten Lake Basin through a comprehensive analysis of its spatial and temporal evolution and driving mechanisms. 展开更多

Based on the analysis technology of visible/near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy a portable and nondestructive detector was designed to test comprehensive quality of red globe grape bunches in the growth period.The detector included spectrum acquisition probe,spectrometer,lithium battery,halogen lamp light source,advanced RISC machines(ARM)board and peripheral circuit.Based on microsoft foundation classes(MFC)development tool,the real-time analysis and processing software of the detector was written by C++language.The optimal partial least squares regression(PLSR)detection model of multi-quality parameters was implanted into the hardware device.This paper selected the red globe grapes bunches in the growth period as the research samples,collected the visible/near infrared diffuse reflectance spectrum information,and then used the established PLSR model to detect the soluble solid content(SSC),total acid(TA)and pH of the samples to generate comprehensive quality parameter.So as to realize the nondestructive detecting of comprehensive quality of red globe grapes bunches in the growth period.In conclusion,the detector could realize real-time and non-destructive detecting of red globe grapes bunches in growth period aiming at the comprehensive quality. 展开更多

Objectives:The changes in the chemical composition of oil from pecan kernels following infection with black spot disease were evaluated to determine whether the disease affects the quality of the seed oil.The fndings should provide theoretical support for developing the pecan industry and enhancing the risk resistance of the industry.Materials and Methods:Oil samples from healthy and diseased pecan kernels were obtained using the squeezing method,and the bioactive substances and fatty acid composition of the two types of oil samples were compared.The degree of oxidation and deterioration of the diseased kernel oil was evaluated.Based on supervised orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis,gray correlation analysis,and unsupervised factor analysis,a multivariate evaluation model was established to comprehensively score the quality of the two types of oils.Results:The results showed that,compared with the healthy kernel oil,the contents of total polyphenols and favonoids,as well as the peroxide and acid values,were signifcantly higher in the diseased kernel oil.The content of oleic acid,as well as the ratio of monounsaturated fatty acids to polyunsaturated acids,was also signifcantly higher in the diseased kernel oil.In addition,no afatoxin was detected.Multivariate analysis revealed no signifcant difference in the quality of diseased kernel oil compared with that of healthy kernel oil.Conclusions:Therefore,following infection,the pecan oil begins to oxidize,but this does not have a signifcant negative effect on the nutrients,suggesting that oil from diseased kernels has the potential to be further processed and sold as edible-grade vegetable oil. 展开更多

Objectives:Food quality assessment is critical for indicating the shelf-life and ensuring food safety or value.Due to high environmental sensitivity,the post-harvest quality of fresh fruit will undergo complex changes in the supply chain,with various dynamic quality-related features.It is diffcult to effciently and accurately extract comprehensive quality feature of post-harvest fruits from high-dimensional monitoring data with heterogeneous characteristics(numerical and categorical).Therefore,we proposed a dynamic comprehensive quality assessment method based on self-adaptive analytic hierarchy process(SAHP)integrated with the CatBoost model.Materials and Methods:By adaptive weight optimization,the SAHP was utilized to analyze the multi-source quality information and obtain the quantized fusion value,as an output sample of CatBoost machine learning.Then,using heterogeneous monitoring data as input,the CatBoost model was directly trained through unbiased boosting with categorical features for dynamic assessment of overall quality status.Results:Three quality index monitoring data sets for‘Jufeng’grape in different transportation chains(normal temperature,cold insulation,and cold chain)were individually constructed as the research samples.Furthermore,compared to other machine learning methods,the SAHP-CatBoost had more accurate results in comprehensive quality feature extraction.In actual transportation chains,the mean absolute error,mean absolute percentage error,and root mean squared error of dynamic comprehensive assessment were limited to 0.0044,1.012%,and 0.0078,respectively.Conclusions:The proposed method is effcient in handling heterogeneous monitoring data and extracting comprehensive quality information of post-harvest grape as a robust shelf-life indicator.It can reasonably guide post-harvest quality management to reduce food loss and improve economic benefts. 展开更多

This study investigated the physicochemical properties,enzyme activities,volatile flavor components,microbial communities,and sensory evaluation of high-temperature Daqu(HTD)during the maturation process,and a standard system was established for comprehensive quality evaluation of HTD.There were obvious changes in the physicochemical properties,enzyme activities,and volatile flavor components at different storage periods,which affected the sensory evaluation of HTD to a certain extent.The results of high-throughput sequencing revealed significant microbial diversity,and showed that the bacterial community changed significantly more than did the fungal community.During the storage process,the dominant bacterial genera were Kroppenstedtia and Thermoascus.The correlation between dominant microorganisms and quality indicators highlighted their role in HTD quality.Lactococcus,Candida,Pichia,Paecilomyces,and protease activity played a crucial role in the formation of isovaleraldehyde.Acidic protease activity had the greatest impact on the microbial community.Moisture promoted isobutyric acid generation.Furthermore,the comprehensive quality evaluation standard system was established by the entropy weight method combined with multi-factor fuzzy mathematics.Consequently,this study provides innovative insights for comprehensive quality evaluation of HTD during storage and establishes a groundwork for scientific and rational storage of HTD and quality control of sauce-flavor Baijiu. 展开更多

The Yongding New River is essential for the water supplies of Tianjin.To date,there is no comprehensive report that assesses the year-round water quality of the Yongding New River Main stream.Moreover,little attention has been given to determining a combined weight for improving the traditional comprehensive water quality identification index(ICWQII)by the game theory.Seven water quality parameters were investigated monthly along the main stream of the Yongding New River from May 2018 to April 2019.Organic contaminants and nitrogen pollution were mainly caused by point sources pollution,and the total phosphorus mainly by non-point source pollution.Dramatic spatio-temporal variations of water quality parameters were jointly caused by different pollutant sources and hydrometeorological factors.In terms of this study,an improved comprehensive water quality identification index(ICWQII)based on entropy weight or variation coefficient and traditional CWQII underestimated the water qualities,and an ICWQII based on the superstandard multiple method overvalued the assessments.By contrast,water qualities assessments done with an ICWQII based on the game theory matched perfectly with the practical situation.The ICWQII based on game theory proposed in this study takes into account not only the degree of disorder and variation of water quality data,but also the influence of standard-exceeded pollution indicators,whose results are relatively reasonable.All findings and the ICWQII based on game theory can provide scientific support for decisions related to the water environment management of the Yongding New River and other waters. 展开更多

In the western Sichuan Basin,the Permian Qixia Fm grained dolomite reservoirs are currently the new focus of natural gas exploration and development.The Qixia Fm is characterized by developed dissolved vugs and fractures,low matrix porosity and strong heterogeneity,so evaluation faults tend to occur if reservoir effectiveness is evaluated by means of the traditional porosity evaluation,and the consequently the predicted gas well productivity is more deviated from the actual measurement.In this paper,the characteristics of Qixia Fm reservoirs in this area were firstly analyzed.Then,the method and criterion of the effectiveness evaluation of Qixia Fm reservoirs in the western Sichuan Basin were established by means of numerical simulation and special logging data processing.And the following research results were obtained.First,surface porosity of matrix pores and secondary dissolved vugs calculated based on the special processing of conventional logging and electric imaging logging can be used to evaluate the reservoir properties of reservoirs.Second,deep and shallow dual lateral logging in combination with electric imaging logging and Stoneley wave energy data can be used to evaluate the filtration capacity of reservoirs.Third,the criterion of effective Qixia Fm reservoirs is established,including storage coefficient〓〓0.6,deep lateral resistivity<5000 U$m,surface porosity>0.6%,Stoneley wave attenuation 10% and comprehensive reservoir evaluation index 0.25,and the evaluation criterion can well characterize reservoir quality and gas well productivity.The field application results of this evaluation method and evaluation criterion indicate that the coincidence rate of reservoir effectiveness has increased from 70%to over 90%.Thus,the technical difficulties related to the heterogeneous carbonate reservoir effectiveness evaluation are basically solved.Besides,they provide a basis for the determination of production test layer selection,completion engineering and development scheme so as to cut down the natural gas exploration and development cost. 展开更多

Actinidia arguta is a berry fruit with high nutritional values.To evaluate the comprehensive quality,the fruit weight,titratable acid(TAC),soluble solids(SSC),vitamin C,mineral elements,and taste value of67 accessions of A.arguta were measured,and sensory attributes including olfactive intensity,juiciness,sweetness,sourness,and astringency were assessed.Cluster analysis was carried out based on mineral elements,and principal component analysis(PCA)was used for comprehensive score ranking.The result demonstrated that fruit weight ranged from 3.5 g to 24.2 g,SSC ranged from 11.94%to 20.56%,TAC ranged from 0.15%to 1.20%,and vitamin C ranged from 3.51 g/kg to 230.76 g/kg(fresh weight)among the tested samples.There were significant differences in sourness,sweetness,bitterness,and umami among the 67 accessions based on electronic tongue analysis,and this result was rapidly and objectively characterized by the sensory assessment.The dendrogram was obtained and clustered the accessions into two major clusters,and five principal components were extracted by PCA.Overall,the information provided by this study identified the 10 best germplasm resources for fresh-eating and processing fruits.It can provide theoretical reference for nutritional efficacy evaluation and food development of A.arguta. 展开更多

Water quality assessment in Qu River based on fuzzy water pollution index method 被引量:35

A fuzzy improved water pollution index was proposed based on fuzzy inference system and water pollution index. This method can not only give a comprehensive water quality rank, but also describe the water quality situation with a quantitative value, which is convenient for the water quality comparison between the same ranks. This proposed method is used to assess water quality of Qu River in Sichuan, China. Data used in the assessment were collected from four monitoring stations from 2006 to 2010. The assessment results show that Qu River water quality presents a downward trend and the overall water quality in 2010 is the worst. The spatial variation indicates that water quality of Nanbashequ section is the pessimal. For the sake of comparison, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and grey relational method were also employed to assess water quality of Qu River. The comparisons of these three approaches' assessment results show that the proposed method is reliable. 展开更多

Based on the automatic monitoring data of ambient air in Jinan City from 2013 to 2020,the changing trend and characteristics of air quality in Jinan City during 2013-2020 were analyzed by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,air quality index(AQI)and ambient air quality comprehensive index methods.The three methods are different in principle,purpose of use,and characterization methods,but the conclusions are consistent.The ambient air quality in Jinan City was improved significantly from 2013 to 2020.The prime pollutants were mainly PM_(2.5)and PM_(10),but the impact on air quality declined,and the impact of O_(3)on air quality increased.The complex pollution characteristics were obvious.Air pollution was the most severe in winter and lighter in summer. 展开更多
